Former N-Dubz singer Dappy has taken his love for Twitter to another level by getting a hashtag tattoo on his face.

The 26-year-old former singer shared a selfie showing the famous symbol inked next to his right eye, writing, “By the way, the reason I got a # Tatted on my FACE was simply 2 make sure IT stays trending 4 ever.”

But the star may come to regret his choice of design as the symbol could become obsolete within a year.

Twitter bosses revealed last month that they intend on scrapping the sign, in plans to move ‘the scaffolding of Twitter into the background’.

Twitter users were quick to poke fun at the tattoo, with one user saying, “OMG, someone please tell me Dappy’s hashtag tattoo is a joke. I can’t cope.”

Chloe Sims has forked out thousands on new veneers after being taunted by her co-stars.

The TOWIE star is said to have paid £19,000 on the procedure after she received cruel jibes about her smile.

Chloe got her teeth done for the first time in 2011 but admitted people loved to have a dig at her about her gnashers.

“I get called a horse and sometimes drunken people shout: “Sort your teeth out!” And, to be honest, I now think my teeth are too long and too square,” she said.

The 32-year-old previously took to Twitter to defend former X Factor star Rylan Clark a few months before he got his teeth done in September 2013.

Last year, the reality TV star wrote on Twitter, “Aww @RylanClark don’t take no notice, if you happy then that’s all that counts, I ♥ big white teeth!! #hatersgonnahate.”

Speaking after the recent procedure, Chloe said, “Now that I’ve got a perfect smile I’m over the moon with them. Everybody loves them. I’ve had loads and loads of good feedback about them.”

The Irish are holding their own at this year’s awards with Fifty Shades of Grey hunk Jamie Dornan in the running for the lead actor trophy for his chilling performance in The Fall.

The former Calvin Klein model just picked up the best actor award at the IFTAs this weekend, along with the Rising Star award so another win wouldn’t be a surprise.

The star-studded ceremony itself will be held on Sunday, May 18th in London.

Sinus pain is quite frankly a pain. It’s uncomfortable and your whole face can feel like someone is punching you from the inside.

Sinus issues are usually caused by a dry nose which leads to congestion or allergens which cause the nasal membranes to swell. Fortunately, there are things you can do that don’t involve taking painkillers.

Warm facecloth
Place a damp, warm cloth over your sinus area to stimulate mucus movement.

Facial massage
Gently massage your face in circular motions focusing on the bridge of your nose, forehead and cheekbones. The pressure should help to unblock the sinus area.

Wash your nose out
Mix a little salt with warm water and put it just below your nostril. Breathe in normally but make sure it doesn’t go down the back of your throat.  It should help to clear your nose a little.

Breathe in some vapours
Mix some pepper and mint leaves in a bowl of boiling water. Put your head over the bowl and cover it with a towel.  The vapours should help to open your airways.

Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, Acceptance and Hunger. Every girl has had a really bad night out at some stage, maybe you’ve just broken up with someone and realised you are not quite as ‘over’ them as you think, maybe you had one to many Jägerbombs, or perhaps you were just fighting with the girlies. Whatever it was these are the 7 stages you will go through the morning after the night before. Ugh.

1. Denial

reject

So after you’ve woken up all the memories from last night come rushing back. There is no way you peed outside, or flirted with the bouncer. No no no. Those things didn’t  happen. This is your denial stage – where deep down you know you did all those things but your not quite awake enough to accept your own stupidity.

2. Hunger

Spicy Chicken, mayo, tomato, cheese, and lots of sauce.

giphy-2

Deal with your denial with a chicken fillet roll. Hangover day is the only day its okay to queue for your breakfast in Centra. You feel a bit dirty after that. But dirty in the good way. Now that you’ve got a bit of food in you its time to deal with the rest of the stages.

3. The Facebook stage

giphy-8

Ahh Facebook, you’ll be my friend- show me that everything isn’t as bad as I think it is. You have your chat turned off because you don’t want people to know how long you spend on it. Time to stalk the crap out of the guy you shifted last night and wonder if everyone else’s night was way better then yours. It was. Goddammit.

4. Anger

giphy-5

Why did you even go out last night. You’re already doing less then average in college and now you have absolutely nothing done for the week ahead. It wasn’t even worth going out, that lad you shifted wasn’t even that good looking. You let yourself down and its all your own fault. Anger is the worst part- Its where you ring your friends to rant but nobody really cares.

5. Bargaining

britta

Maybe it all wasn’t so bad… he wasn’t that bad – like the shift was kind of nice. And when you see him in college he’ll most likely have forgotten all the ridiculous things you said. You’ll make up with her eventually – like when you called her a skanky hoe she knows you probably didn’t even mean it.

6. Depression

giphy-6

This is the worst stage. Not only do you regret what you did last night but you start to ponder life all your life choices. Why did you pick your degree? Will you get a job or end up moving to Australia? You don’t even like Australia. You’ll miss your mum. They might not have chicken fillet rolls there. You’ll probably never have a decent relationship. Or any relationship for that matter. Who would ever go out with you? Depression is the worst stage. But its only up from here.

7. Acceptance

acceptance.gif.pagespeed.ce.IbWoJT22ms

Its evening by the time you reach this stage. You’ve stuffed yourself and can only feel so bad. A fresh week. Exercise, lectures, no drinking, healthy eating and early to bed.
