German photographer Jonas Ginter’s really cool 360 degree video was created with little more than a few GoPro cameras and a special 3D mount.

For the ultimate effect, he went for a bike ride while wearing the devise that takes us on a spherical panoramic ride.

Getting up early has so many benefits.

You’ll be able to fit more into your day than you ever imagined possible and being up that early is gratifying and beautiful.

Here are some ways getting up early can be made easier for you, especially if you are not naturally a morning person.

1. No stimulation
Put away all electronic gadgets 30 mins before bedtime. That means no phone, TV, laptop or tablet. Yes, you can do it!

2. Get enough sleep
You won’t enjoy getting up early unless you are getting enough sleep. That means, the earlier you go to sleep, the early you will be able to wake up.

3. Wake up slow
Set some relaxing music to switch on 15 mins before you need to wake up. This will ensure your mind is gently stimulated before you actually need to get out of bed.

4. Watch what you eat/drink
It is best not to eat or drink anything that will give you too much energy before bedtime. Alcohol is definitely best avoided. Have some caffeine-free herbal tea instead!

5. Gradual
Don’t just go from waking up at 8:50am to waking up at 6am. Set your alarm 15 min earlier each week to make it easier to adapt to and stick with.

Moone Boy has proved a hilarious and highly successful TV show since it’s début in 2012.

And it seems its creators don’t want to let go just yet as they are in discussions about a possible movie for Martin (David Rawle) and his imaginary friend,  Seán (Chris O’Dowd).

O’Dowd created and co-writes the show as well as starring in it. The show is also set in O’Dowd’s hometown of Boyle in Co. Roscommon, where it is believed the movie would also be set.

The show’s co-writer, Nick Vincent Murphy, confirmed that a movie could be on the way, saying, “There are rumours of a film – isn’t it exciting? I can confirm that”.

It would seems also that there are possible time constraints on both the finale and a movie, “you can’t have an imaginary friend forever, so this story is going to end and we’re figuring out how to end it.”

Alesha Dixon is in secret talks about joining the X Factor judging panel.

The Britain’s Got Talent star is said to be seen as a good choice to switch shows and join Louis Walsh, Cheryl Cole and Simon Cowell on the panel.

Alesha is already part of the Syco family so it wouldn’t be such a big leap.

Cheryl and Alesha are said to get on like a house on fire too so there are no problems there.

However, it seems show bosses are said to be divided on the idea because they don’t want to split up the BGT panel as Alesha, Simon, David Walliams and Amanda Holden, work well as a team.

Only time will tell!

If any of the below ring true to your current dating style, you may want to pull back a bit.

Remember, dating is not the same as being exclusive, therefore the same rules do not apply.

1. Being too clingy
Do you need to know where he is 24/7? Ask him to hang out every single day even though he doesn’t seem to keen? Take a few days and let him remember what he’s missing!

2. Becoming too available
Don’t cater for his every whim – he can look after himself. He’ll have more respect for you if you let him know you aren’t available for him all of the time.

3. Jealousy
If you allow your jealousy to overcome the beginning of a potential relationship then there may be trouble ahead. Your new beau won’t appreciate snooping.

4. Acting like their girlfriend
If you want to be his girlfriend, then ask him. Otherwise, don’t ask why he hasn’t brought you to meet his mom yet!

Coronation Street star Kym Marsh’s ex-husband reportedly punched her ex-boyfriend in a nightclub row.

Police are investigating claims that Kym’s ex-husband – Eastenders’ actor Jamie Lomas – attacked Matt Baker, who dated the Corrie star earlier this year.

Personal trainer Matt, 24, who went out with Kym, 37, for six weeks, has apparently told officers he was set upon at a Manchester bar.

Jamie had earlier posed for a series of pictures with female fans at the venue which were posted on Twitter.

Kym and Jamie, who have two-year daughter Polly together, divorced in January after claims she had an affair with Corrie co-star Oliver Mellor.

Kym accused Jamie of ignoring their child in January when he posted pictures of him partying in Hollywood.

But the actor, who has a son Billy from a previous relationship said, “My children are the most important people in my life.”

It looks like scientists have come up with an idea for a cream that could potentially dissolve fat in the body.

The findings came about while researchers were studying baldness and realised that hair follicles release chemicals that cause fat to shrink or expand.

The team lead by Professor Fiona Watt of King’s College, London discovered “that chemicals released by the hair alter the fat underneath” which means the production of new fat cells can be controlled. They believe the cream could be used to dissolve fat.

Professor Rodney Sinclair of the University of Melbourne and a dermatologist at Epworth Hospital envisages  it as an alternative to liposuction or a way to replace lost fat in scar tissue.

Talking to the Telegraph, the Professor said: “The specific chemicals identified in this study could be produced synthetically and used in creams for topical application to the skin to modulate growth of fat beneath the skin.”

However, he does add that his “interest is in hair” and says “how the findings are applied to fighting obesity will be up to others to some degree.”

Not sure how we feel about a fat-dissolving cream if we’re honest.

If your life was the subject of a reality TV show, you might be forgiven for mixing up what was real and what wasn’t.

It looks like Kim Kardashian, star of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, had this very problem recently after a family trip to Thailand.

Kim instagrammed a picture of a stunning Thai beach and captioned it, “Thanks for the memories”.

In just four days, it received over 500,000 likes.

If this was meant to make us insanely jealous, it did trick – until – it was revealed that the picture was actually lifted from Google Images.

The exotic landscape image is actually the 15th picture that appears in Google Images for ‘Thailand’ and this is the one that Kim uploaded.

It can also be found on several other free wallpaper sites.

Maybe Kim was too busy taking bikini selfies to snap the beautiful scenery instead.

A new study conducted by the Cardiovascular Research Institute in Pennsylvania, U.S. has revealed that too much running may actually be harmful to our health.

The research carried out by Dr Martin Matsumura and his team suggests that too much running may actually decrease the lifespan rather than increase it.

The study included 3,800 female and male runners with an average age of 46.

Dr Matsumura has said that “increasing mileage and pace, the benefits of running seem to disappear.”

He also suggests running no more than 2-3 hours a week at a moderate pace to reap the great benefits of running healthily and safely.

X Factor star Rebecca Ferguson was said to be shocked and terrified after her children’s grandfather and uncle were shot.

Karl Dures, 51, was hit in the leg and 27-year-old Craig Dures was shot in the face as they stood on a street corner in Merseyside. Rebecca dated Karl’s son – also called Karl – and had two children with him.

Both men were in hospital at the weekend as the 2010 X Factor runner-up Rebecca, 27, performed on her European tour in Cologne.

Rebecca has said bricklayer Karl, who she met him on holiday in 2003, was her “first love”.

They split before she appeared on the X Factor but his family took their two children, then five and four, to London to watch her perform live.

Rebecca said afterwards, “It was hard splitting from Karl because I think you should always try to stay together when you’ve got children.

“It’s not easy being a single mum but I have a very good, civil relationship with Karl. He lives locally and is an active father.”

Three people were reportedly arrested in Manchester on Saturday in connection with the shooting.
