Taylor Swift has spoken of the love, she has for her fans in the past. But the 24-year-old singer decided to prove just how much she really loves them, when she turned up to a fan’s bridal shower.

Swift turned up to Gena Gabrielle’s pre-bridal celebrations on Sunday and definitely gave the bride-to-be a shock.

“I had no idea it was going to happen. Taylor said she planned it with her management and her mom. She said it was all worth it because my face was priceless.”

It was not the first time the Red singer and super fan have met, as Gena met Swift at a meet and greet in 2007.

Gena said it was an unforgettable moment and Taylor even said a few words about the occasion: “This is my first bridal shower, and Gena’s last.”

And Taylor didn’t come empty handed either and gave Gena a KitchenAid stand mixer, as a bridal shower gift.

“I will never forget she did this for me. She is truly an incredible, special person.”

It’s no secret that Taylor Swift has a big effect on the boys. So it’s not surprising that The Vamps singer, James McVey has developed a bit of a crush on the 24-year-old singer.

It seems James began to fancy Taylor after the band was supporting Swift during her Red tour in February. I Knew You Were Trouble singer liked the boys so much that she invited them back to one of her US shows where she played hostess and cooked the boys dinner.

When speaking of 24-year-old beauty, James said: “We played all her London dates with her, we just chilled and when she had her hair cut we were there. It was cool! Then she invited us round [to her L.A. home] and we just chilled.”

James’ fellow band mate Conor revealed that James does have a bit of a crush on Swift but tried to play it down saying that everyone in the band likes Taylor.

When James was questioned on whether romance was blossoming between him and Taylor he went on to to say “We’re just friends” and that Swift never came onto him.

Well, you never know James.

Suri Cruise is desperate to meet One Direction and wants her famous mum Katie Holmes to set it up.

The seven-year-old daughter of Katie and her ex-husband Tom Cruise, is said to have begged her mum to pull some strings so she can meet Harry and the boys.

Katie appears alongside singer Taylor Swift in her upcoming movie The Giver, which is said to have spurred Suri on as she knows the country star used to date 1D heartthrob Harry Styles.

The celebrity offspring is said to be so mad about the boy band that’s she’s already begged Katie to get their autographs and use her famous name to meet them.

Maybe Taylor Swift isn’t the best person to ask for a meet-up with the band.

Taylor and Harry had a fleeting romance in 2012 and her song We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together is said to be about him.

If you’ve ever dreamed of a body like Taylor Swift, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley or Margot Robbie’s then we have the answer.

All three women are fans of Ballet Bodies, a fitness studio in L.A. that uses the basic fundamentals of Pilates with elements of ballet to give a lean and toned figure.

Taylor is regularly seen attending classes at Ballet Bodies and it could be to thank for her fabulous lean and toned figure that allows her to wear her favourite short shorts!

Margot and Rosie are also evidently fans of the fitness craze as both have uploaded photos to their Instagram accounts of some very complex manoeuvres!

We can only imagine what would happen if we attempted these. On thing is for sure – we wouldn’t look as graceful as these ladies!

It seems Taylor Swift’s talents don’t just lie in music, as the Red singer has revealed, that she can paint too.

The 24-year-old singer has been sharing pictures on her Instagram this afternoon of her own watercolour creations.

The singer captioned her first snap of her flower painting as “I made dis.”

Taylor has shared a total of two snaps of watercolour flower paintings with the artist’s signature “Swift”, at the bottom right corner of each of them.

The singer told fans on Instagram why she has developed a sudden interest in painting: “So far this week, all I want to do is paint and all I want to paint are watercolour flowers.”

Whatever her reason may be, we can’t wait to see what Taylor will paint next.

Taylor Swift gets restraining order against a stalker

America’s sweetheart Taylor Swift has filed a restraining order against a man who has been stalking her for a number of years.

The obsessed fan has reportedly been harassing the Everything Has Changed singer since 2011.

Timothy Sweet, the stalker identified in court documents obtained by TMZ, has been bombarding Taylor with emails, tweets and letters.

Messages have included: “My wife, Taylor Swift (Sweet) and I live in Beverly Hills. I am in love with her. In conclusion, we treat each other with dignity and respect. I will carry a gun to protect her the rest of my life.”

More worrying though, was the following message: “If anyone in Taylor Swift’s family gets killed, it is not my fault.”

Sounds like a very scary veiled threat to us.

Poor Taylor must have been so frightened, but a judge has ordered the man to stay 100 yards away from the singer and three specific family members.

Just kiss each other and get it over and done with!

Everyone knows that Taylor Swift doesn’t have the best track record when it comes to successful relationships. But, we don’t think she should lose all hope just yet.

Over the weekend, the 24-year-old Trouble singer was seen yet again with her buddy Ed Sheeran, who was also her supporting act on her Red Tour.

Although they were surrounded by good friends Jaime King and Murray Cummings, the two looked a bit too comfortable in the photo booth at the Vanity Fair bash.

A few months back, Swift spoke about her relationship with the Small Bump singer making it clear the two were just friends:

“I have never had such a close guy friend before. It’s always kind of creepy because with a guy friend-girl friend situation, it usually feels like one person always wants more,” she said.

“That’s not the case here. If [a guy] wants to be friends with me, just know people are going to say we’re dating,” Tyalor went on to say.

We aren’t saying you are, we’re hoping you are! Wouldn’t they make such a cute couple?

Getting your hair cut is not normally a big deal, but Taylor Swift never half does things.

The We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together singer recently got the chop and brought an audience along to witness the cut.

The 24-year-old even got a round of applause from her onlookers.

The I knew You Were Trouble popstar shared a video of the event on her Instagram account and one fan even commented that they could see Harry Styles in the background – although the chances of that being true are pretty slim.

Taylor also showed off her new do in an Instagram snap of her and Ellie Goulding.

She captioned the picture: “London, I could never thank you enough. See you next time! PS: short hair, don’t care. (!!!)”

“Short hair, don’t care” – hmm, sounds like she does care to us.

We sure didn’t! Taylor uploaded an interesting picture of herself and Cara Delevigne at a US ambassador’s home in an undisclosed country.

They seem like an odd couple as Taylor has quite a good-girl image, while Cara has been wreaking havoc everywhere she goes since arriving on the modelling scene back in 2011.

Ed Sheeran is also featured on a video uploaded to Taylor’s Instagram account showing herself, Ed and Cara singing Heartbeats by The Knife. Ed kills it, naturally, with Cara breaking down into giggles half way through and distracting poor Taylor!

Taylor uploaded the picture below to her Instagram account with the caption: “Just trying to be like George Washington.”

Cara tried her hand at singing with two of the most famous musicians in the world with Taylor writing: “Me, Ed, Cara. Singing songs in the US ambassador’s house. What is life.”

Taylor Swift has always been one to speak her mind and her interview with Glamour magazine is no different!

Speaking about stripping off, Taylor had some interesting things to say as to why she chooses not to: “I find it relatively easy to keep my clothes on … For me “risky” is revealing what really happened in my life through music.”

Taylor also addressed the self-control required to ignore negative articles on the internet: “I know when not to click on an article. Is it going to help my day? Is it important for my life? If the answer is no then I don’t click.”
