We all love a good landscape pic, right? Well, actually we might love them a bit too much.

A survey conducted by Lonely Planet has found that we take around 79 minutes out of our holliers just to edit snaps for Instagram.

A post shared by Lesia (@mrs.thebest) on

We give ourselves a lot of time to pick a filter, huh?

The research found that the most popular picture to upload while on holidays is a selfie, which we take ten of (on average), compared to only 7 photos of our surroundings.

It also found that we primarily only take photos so we can post them on social media, which is kinda sad, right?

Bonusprint, a personalised printing service, told Lonely Planet: "As a society, our love of taking photographs has never been stronger, particularly when we go on holiday.

"But so many of us are clearly either over-editing our pictures or do not know how to get the best out of our camera phones to capture those really special images that are worthy of printing"

Next time we're away, we're definitely going to appreciate what's around us and not what's on Instagram.

They've been married for four years, but it doesn't look like the romance between Una Healy and Ben Foden is going to fizzle out anytime soon.

The couple are over in Sardinia at the moment to celebrate their wedding anniversary, and they looked SO loved up.

They each shared pictures of their other half on social media, and it's legit making us cry because they both just look so god damn GOOD.

Taking to Instagram, Ben shared a photo of his wife sitting on some rocks and compared her to a Bond girl – and we have to agree with him, Una looks amazing in the glistening sun.

He captioned the pic: "Think I've just spotted the next Bond girl, saw her lying on a couple of rocks in Sardinia? #00heaven."

Una also took to the social media site to show off her hubby (and his six pack):

Lads, if we're this much in love when we're married, it will be *bliss*.

When Vogue Williams goes on her holliers she probably doesn't have to worry too much about what she's going to look like on the beach.

That's because when you're Vogue Williams your bod is pretty perfectly suited to things like lying on a sun-lounger, frolicking in sea water, or leaning against a wooden fence with a backdrop of red flowers and lush foliage behind you (see below).

At the moment, the 30-year-old model and TV presenter is in Spain spending time with family who live there (including her totally adorable niece, Jeanie).

And she's making the most of the Mediterranean clime too – whipping out a few gems from her undoubtedly vast swimwear collection.

In fact, we reckon that in the last three days, Dublin-native Vogue has proven absolutely three times over that she is the queen of all beach babes. Long may she reign!

Although if you're currently looking out at grey skies wondering if it's unreasonable to stick on a hoodie (hey, there's definitely a June chill in the air), you might want to look away right around now…

We love going away on holidays. Who doesn't? And we also love buying clothes for holidays.

BUT, when it comes to packing a suitcase, that's where it goes totally downhill.

Barely a stitch of clothing will fit in a carry-on bag, so you have to pay extra on most airlines to bring a suitcase. Ugh.

Unless you can master this hack.

Posted on Facebook by Anacleto, the video has gone viral because it shows a woman packing TWO weeks worth of clothes into a small carry-on suitcase. Handy.

She starts off by laying out a long-sleeved shirt flat, and then picks up another and lays it in the opposite direction.

She literally lays everything out flat and rolls it up into a neat little package. Perfect.

Watch the video above to become a pro at packing for your next holiday. It's actually super easy.

If you're heading away on holidays any time soon, then you're going to see a dramatic drop in roaming charges.

From today on, there will be a big reduction for people downloading data, like emails and pictures, with cuts of up to 75%.

Charges for calling home will also be cut by a significant amount and the charge for texting will be reduced by around 66%.

European users travelling will pay no more than an extra €0.05 per minute for calls, €0.02 for each text and €0.05 for every megabyte of data.

These figures will be the highest network operators will be allowed to pay their customers.

This is the latest move that will see the the total scrapping of all roaming charges in the EU from June 15, 2017.

It seems that Millie is enjoying some welcome time off as she flaunts her ridiculously toned body while vacationing in the Maldives with a close friend.

From morning yoga sessions to bicycle rides to snorkelling, it certainly seems that the former Made in Chelsea likes to keep active even on her holiers.

The 26-year-old jet-setted out to paradise last week and has been giving us some serious holiday envy ever since.

The pretty brunette has also been showing off her fabulous array of bathing suits on Instagram as she describes her vacation with pal, Hannah Smith, as a little slice of "heaven."

In fact, her snaps are literally driving us to the brink of planning a holiday right now…

While there is no sign of hubby Professor Green, the reality star revealed her marriage is still going strong.

The couple have been plagued with split rumours pretty much since the big day but Millie revealed that they have both learned to leave all that at the front door.

"When we’re at home I’m Camilla Manderson and he’s Stephen Manderson," she told Cosmopolitan this month.

"We leave our work personas outside the house. When we’re here, we are just us."

"We are from different backgrounds and I can never pretend that I understand what he’s been through in his life, but it’s ridiculous to think that people from different backgrounds can’t be together."

We reckon Prof Green must be feeling a tad jealous of his other half right now. Those beaches!

‘Tis the season indeed! If there was ever going to be a time to treat yourself then it seems like today is the day.

The latest sale from Ryanair is making us feel very excited at the prospect of a spontaneous weekend away. You can book until midnight on Wednesday, November 25, to avail of 100,000 €5 seats for travel in December.

The sale includes 31 routes to/from Ireland, according to the airline. These include Dublin to Oslo, Nice, Edinburgh and Basel, among others.

The €5 fares are showing on the airline's home page (ryanair.com), but passengers can also find them by using the Fare Finder feature (which features a roundtrip to Nice for €10).

To see the sale routes on offer just enter your departure airport, a destination of "anywhere", a budget of less than €10, and a travel period of December.

Since October 30 2015, the airline has been responsible for approximately two million seats at sale prices. They have ranged from €5 to €15 across Europe.

There are more European airlines choosing to take advantage of low fuel prices and increased demand. Earlier this year, Chief Executive Michael O'Leary predicted the "mother and father" of airfare wars following IAG's €1.36 billion acquisition of Aer Lingus.

The airline is this week offering UK flights from €19.99, European routes from €29.99 and Dublin to NYC from €249 each way.

Its offers must be booked by midnight on Thursday, November 26.

A classically-trained pianist, singer-songwriter and a presenter of repute – not to mention one of reality TV's most successful celebrity contestants – Myleene Klass clearly has numerous strings to her bow.

Indeed, after being pictured in that white bikini almost decade ago during I'm A Celebrity, she's furthermore carved a career as a swimwear designer and model.

And she was once again donning one of her own pieces earlier today – looking stunning in a head-turning black one-piece that has now been reduced to just €22 on the Littlewoods Ireland website.

Ms Klass is currently enjoying a sunshine-drenched holiday with her two daughters, and although she undeniably looks beautiful, it's clear that Myleene has also recently been swapping cake for kettlebells: she's lost more weight.

In fact, some fans have now taken to social media to express their concern, with many saying underneath her Instagram snaps that she was "too skinny".

"That's not a healthy look to be portraying," one stated. "Bit gutted @myleeneklass would think this is a good thing to show. #healthyisthenewskinny."

"Far too skinny," stated another. "Those aren't abs either, she's emaciated. I looked the exact same way when I was suffering from anorexia."

However, not everyone was so critical and the star was heaped with praise too. In fact, one told those who had called Myleene out for being too thin: "There are people with naturally skinny frames.

"You are trying to promote a positive body attitude but you are actually body shaming @myleeneklass and that's not fair on her or anyone else who has a naturally petite body.

"Healthy bodies come in all shapes and sizes and they should all be equally praised."

Tomorrow would have been 37-year-old Ms Klass's fourth wedding anniversary – so no doubt the trip away is well deserved. She married Dubliner Graham Quinn on October 21, 2011 but they split just six months later.

Their divorce was finalised in April 2013.

She's probably the ultimate beach babe – and not just because she goes on holidays ALL the time (yes, we're just jealous).

And Michelle Keegan reminded us all of said fact this weekend, sharing a GORGEOUS #throwback bikini snap that has us rethinking that bag of chips eaten on the way home last night.

Depicting the 28-year-old actress in a metallic bikini with subtle stud detail, her summer bod is pretty much as perfect as they come.

Not only that, but we also have major hair envy, skin envy, teeth envy, tiny waist envy, accessories envy… well, suffice to say we're fairly envious.

"#tbf… Until next year summer," she captioned the stunning image – which has so far garnered some 75,000 likes from fans.

Still, Ms Keegan this week in her Hello! magazine blog told fans that actually she's a big fan of festive delights.

"It’s starting to feel a bit more like winter is on its way," she wrote. "I love autumn/winter… You may assume that my favourite season is summer (because I love a bit of sun) but it isn’t!

"I love the rich, deep colours of autumn and the anticipation of winter because Christmas is my favourite time of the year. It’s not long now!"

Michelle furthermore went on to say that next year is already looking promising.

Citing a series of "very important" work meetings, she added: "Fingers crossed 2016 will be a very busy year for me!"

Furry friends have previously been unable to join us on our jaunts abroad – but it seems all that may change shortly.

Yes, Ryanair has announced that it is now considering implementing a policy that would allow passengers to bring their pups into the cabin with them.

Although owners of larger breeds will still have to leave their hounds at home: weight restrictions mean only smaller canines would be permitted.

Chief commercial officer David O'Brien said this week: "We are open to lots of suggestions, it's one we're looking at.

"It could be quite difficult. What makes one person happy would make another unhappy.

"But we'd be interested to hear what people think."

The likes of Iberia currently accepts pets in the cabin, so long as the animals weigh less than 8kg.

At the moment, cats, dogs and ferrets can be taken on board flights within the EU without the need for quarantine, but they all need to be vaccinated, microchipped and have a pet passport.

The only thing we do not like about going on holidays is packing.

Trying to decide how many pairs of shoes we actually need is one thing. When it comes to making sure our bags aren’t over the allowed weight limit, things can get tense.

Now there’s yet another reason to fear the dreaded baggage scales. One airline has made the announcement that they are not only going to weigh luggage, they will be weighing passengers.

Yes, people, on weighing scales, in airports. Rude.

There is one silver lining for us though, unless you’re a frequent flyer of Uzbekistan Airlines then you shouldn’t have to deal with this new procedure.

The airline claims that they need to calculate the gross weight of the aircraft before it takes off, so therefore weighing both luggage and passengers is necessary.

“The weighing record will only contain the corresponding passenger category (i.e. male/female/children),” the company explained. “As for the rest, the full confidentiality of results is guaranteed.”

They claim that it is a necessary procedure outlined by the International Air Transport Association. In a statement they said: “airlines are obliged to carry out the regular procedures of preflight control passengers weighing with hand baggage to observe requirements for ensuring flight safety.”

But the IATA have denied that this is true.

“All airlines have policies in place for load calculations, weight, and balance of their aircraft,” an IATA spokesperson said.

“These policies in turn are subject to the rules and regulations of their national aviation regulator.”

Well, that’s one thing to consider if you’re ever flying in or out of Uzbekistan in the future.
