Zoe Sugg has shared a life update following the birth of her second child. 

The YouTube star and her fiancé Alfie Deyes welcomed their second daughter into the world, Novie, at the beginning of this month. They are already proud parents to their two-year-old daughter Ottie. 

As they settle into life as a family-of-four, Zoe has broken her social media silence and shared an insight into how the family have been now that Novie is here.

In the caption of the post, Zoe shared details of the meaning behind each picture as she numbered her description.

When announcing her newborn’s birth, Zoe showcased a sweet video of the bundle of joy wearing a flower-patterned cardigan while laying on a bed.

Zoe revealed, “Just in time for Christmas! Novie Nell Deyes 6/12/23”.

Gardaí have appealed for witnesses after another life has been lost on Irish roads this year.

A crash involving two vehicles took place in Donegal last night, which lead to the death of a man in his 30s. 

The collision has resulted in the total number of deaths on Irish roads in 2023 rising to 180, an increase of 29 on the same time last year.

The incident occurred on the N14, Manorcunningham at approximately 7pm yesterday evening (December 18).

The male passenger was pronounced dead at the scene, before his body was taken to the mortuary of Letterkenny University Hospital. A post mortem will take place in the near future. 

The two drivers of the respective vehicles were injured in the crash. Both drivers have since been taken to Letterkenny University Hospital, where they are being treated for their injuries. At this time, they are not believed to be life threatening. 

The N14 at Carrickballydooey, Manorcunningham is still closed as Garda Forensic Collision Investigators continue a technical examination of the scene. Traffic diversions are in place for motorists in the area.

Following the fatal crash, Gardaí in Letterkenny Garda Station are now appealing for anyone with information on the incident to contact them.

Any road users who were on the N14 yesterday evening between 6.30pm and 7pm, and who may have camera footage (including dash cam), are being asked to make the videos available to Gardaí.

If anyone has any information regarding the tragic collision, they are being asked to contact Letterkenny Garda Station on 074 916 7100, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.

Ellie Leach has been pulling at the heartstrings of Strictly Come Dancing fans.

The former Coronation Street actress was crowned champion of the dance competition last weekend with her dance partner Vito Coppola.

Following on from their win, Ellie and Vito have been allowing the news of their win to settle in, which Leach admitted she feels like, “It’s never gonna feel real that we won”.

Taking to Instagram, Ellie penned a heartfelt tribute to her dance partner, praising his support and passion throughout their Strictly Come Dancing journey, leaving fans moved by her message. 

The 22-year-old shared a sweet photo of the pair holding up the Glitterball trophy to her 390K followers and wrote, “To the most wonderful partner i could have ever asked for. Words cannot describe how much love and admiration i have for you”.

“When we first met I had an immediate calming feeling with you, considering how high energy you are i don’t know how this was possible but it was. I immediately felt safe with you and i was so excited to see how our journey would end up”.

“Never in a million years did i think we would make it to this point. I trusted you completely but i didn’t trust myself and i feared that I would let you down but you didn’t allow me to. You believed in me when i couldn’t believe in myself and you reminded me of the reason i said yes to Strictly, to push myself out of my comfort zone and most importantly to have FUN!”.

“We’ve laughed uncontrollably, we’ve cried A LOT (mostly me) but most importantly, we’ve been there for eachother when we’ve needed it the most and we’ve given our everything every single week”.

Ellie went on to describe the experience as ‘unlike anything i will ever experience again’. “We were thrown together as strangers and we will leave with a bond and a friendship that will never be matched”.

“I have never met anyone who is as passionate about what they do. Watching you dance whether its with me on Saturday night, in the professional group numbers or even just messing about in the training studio, it’s just so joyous to watch. Celine Dion’s sister has shared a heartbreaking update on the singer’s health.

In December of last year, the My Heart Will Go On hitmaker announced that she had been diagnosed with stiff person syndrome, an incurable neurological condition that causes a rigid torso and limbs, and can also lead to muscle spasms.

At the time, Celine promised her fans that she was “working really hard to build back my strength”. However, her sister Claudette Dion has expressed uncertainty that her sister will be able to perform again.

In an interview with Canada’s 7 Jours, Claudette explained that her Grammy winning sister is determined to improve.

“It’s true that in both our dreams and hers, the goal is to return to the stage. In what capacity? I don’t know,” she admitted.

Claudette went on to confess that there has been very little research into the condition, as it is so rare.

However, Claudette concluded by praising Celine’s fanbase for sending their well-wishes.

“Some people have lost hope because it’s an illness that isn’t well known. If only you knew the number of phone calls the Foundation gets about Celine! People tell us they love her and they’re praying for her. She gets so many messages, presents and blessed crucifixes,” she praised.

Ryan Gosling has delighted fans of the Barbie movie just in time for Christmas. 

Playing the role of Ken in the record-breaking film, Ryan showcased his singing talents during the iconic song I’m Just Ken, and now fans of the tune are being treated to a festive gift.

A snippet of I’m Just Ken (Merry Kristmas Barbie) was unveiled on the official Barbie Album Instagram page, where Gosling can be seen proving he is Kenough in a recording studio with music producer Mark Ronson. 

In the video, Ryan and Mark, who produced the original version of the song and Barbie album, are mixing beats and vocals on the ballad. 

While Gosling tries to bring his voice to the forefront of the song, to Ronson’s dismay, the producer jokingly leaves the studio while telling Ryan, “You handle this, Ken, Good job”.

The short clip is simply captioned, “Merry Kristmas Barbie. Wednesday, Dec. 20”, and while the teaser doesn’t give much away about the song, the classic I’m Just Ken lyrics play with added jingle bells.

Heather Rae El Moussa and her husband Tarek have been celebrating their wedding anniversary again. 

The Selling Sunset star and Tarek marked their two-year wedding anniversary back in October, and are celebrating the special occasion now with a delayed trip. 

The lovebirds headed to Las Vegas to enjoy time away together as a couple in between the ‘chaos’ of filming for their reality show The Flipping El Moussas. 

Heather decided to share an insight into their late celebrations on social media by posting a selection of loved-up photos with her other-half. 

Unveiling the snaps to her 3.2M Instagram followers, Heather Rae and Tarek wore matching black outfits as they shared a kiss in front of the camera. 

The 36-year-old opened up about their anniversary in the caption of the post by writing, “In the midst of all the chaos….We snuck away for a quick vegas getaway. Even though our 2 year Anniversary was in October this was part of our celebration”.

“There’s just something special about spending time with your person and being in your happy bubble with them”.

She closed off by adding, “We really try to carve out time together, which isn’t always easy. What seems to work for us is planning it out in advance. And actually putting it IN our calendar”.

Tarek also posted the pictures to his 1.3M Instagram followers on his Stories and said, “Thank you for an incredible trip, lovey”.

When sharing an anniversary tribute online for Tarek back in October, Heather penned an emotional message that reads, “I can’t believe it’s been 2 years of marriage & going on 5 years together. When I made that commitment, I knew in my heart that I was making the choice to live the rest of my life with my best friend”.

She continued, “You are an incredible dad to our baby Tristan and Tay & Bray and nothing makes me happier than the family and life that we have built together. I said it on our wedding day and I’ll say it forever: Life without you would be unimaginable”.

Heather and Tarek share one son together, Tristan, who was born in January of this year. Tarek is also dad to eight-year-old Brayden and 13-year-old Taylor, whom he shares with ex-wife Christina Hall.

Roger Hawes and Janey Smith have been opening up about their relationship!

The couple first met on ITV reality show My Mum, Your Dad in May of this year, and promptly fell in love. Now, seven months later, Roger and Janey are preparing to spend their first Christmas together with their two sets of children.

In an interview with OK!, the couple – along with Roger’s 29-year-old daughter Jess and Janey’s 20-year-old son William – have been detailing how their lives have changed since meeting one another.

“I’d say it’s going very well. It moved on quickly from when, at first, you don’t trump in front of each other! It’s very easy in each other’s company,” Roger teased, as Janey added: “Life has changed – but in a good way.”

Recalling her “bizzare” time on the show, the 48-year-old mum admitted: “I was a rabbit in the headlights at first. It might not have come across, but I was anxious for the first few days. And then I met Roger and it was all fine.”

Just 18 months before filming began, Roger’s wife Joanne tragically passed away shortly after being diagnosed with cancer. Speaking about her dad’s new relationship, Jess confessed: “Just looking at the two of them together… even if I’d hated the entire experience, it would have been worth it for having Dad back.”

“I haven’t seen her like this – ever!” Janey's son William agreed, noting: “I’ve seen the failed ones and I know what that looks like… and this isn’t one.”

The couple are currently splitting time between their respective homes in Derbyshire and Sussex, with plans to celebrate Christmas in Roger's house on Boxing Day. However, they also haven’t ruled out tying the knot in the future.

“I’ve never been married so I would, yeah. I think most girls dream of that, don’t they? I always thought I would be married by Jess’ age,” Janey joked.

“I would definitely get married again. I enjoyed being married, it worked for me,” 59-year-old Roger agreed.

Speaking on his podcast Staying Relevant with co-host Pete Wicks, Sam explained that he was left in isolation for seven days in an Australian hotel before entering the jungle.

“You’re just thinking, as you’re counting down the days, ‘God, this is real’. I think they do it to get you in the mindset of being isolated in this jungle, and it works because by the time you go in, you’re on a different planet,” the 31-year-old admitted, before going on to detail the moment he feared for his place on the show.

“On the first day when we go in, I had a panic attack. I went in really guns blazing, I was so excited and I was like, ‘We’re here, oh my god, everyone’s here!’, energy through the roof. And then suddenly, it hit me what we were doing, and I literally sat on my own going, ‘Oh my god,’” he recalled.

“My heart was going really quick and I was sweating, and I really wanted to be sick. I went, ‘Either I’m really ill and I’m going to have to see the medic on day one, and you might have to pull me out,’” Sam explained, before detailing how his campmates helped him through it.

“People were coming up to me being like, ‘Why are you so quiet?’ and I was like, ‘I don’t know, I don’t know what’s going on.’ It took me a bit of time to acclimatise myself because I was just so overwhelmed with the whole experience,” he noted.

“Then everyone was so nice, and you just forget that you’re on a TV show,” Sam concluded.

Ellie Leach has broken her silence after being crowned champion of Strictly Come Dancing alongside her professional partner Vito Coppola.

The pair were competing in the final over the weekend against Layton Williams and his dance partner Nikita Kuzmin, and Bobby Brazier and his pro partner Dianne Buswell, when they were announced as winners of the series. 

After being awarded the Glitterball trophy, Ellie and Vito have been soaking up their success over the weekend and have now broken their silence on winning. 

The pair appeared on This Morning earlier today, where they reflected on their time on the show and revealed how they celebrated their win. 

Ellie admitted, “I was genuinely speechless and the fact that you were crying… we were just so, so grateful and couldn’t believe it”.

She added, “I still feel like it’s never gonna feel real that we won”.

Ellie then shared details of the relaxing and low-key way she celebrated her Strictly win by saying, “Yesterday when I woke up, I was like, ‘What is going on?’, and then I just laid in bed all day and went for tea with my family which was really, really nice”.

Professional dancer Vito also shared an insight into how he marked his win over the weekend by explaining he was ‘eating the whole day yesterday’.

“I have eaten so much, all day, so much chocolate and everything I had in the fridge”, he admitted through laughter. 

After being announced as a Strictly champion on Saturday night, Ellie, who is now the youngest star to win the competition, told Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly, “I actually genuinely cannot believe this”.

Kate Garraway has been supported by her ITV co-stars as her husband Derek is currently in a ‘very serious condition’.

Derek has been suffering with ill-health ever since he became very sick after contracting Covid-19 towards the beginning of 2020.

After spending more than a year in hospital, Derek is still recovering from the effects of long-Covid and long-lasting damage to his organs with Kate as his carer. 

Now, it has been reported that Derek has suffered a heart attack and while Kate hasn’t issued any updates on her husband’s health, Garraway’s Good Morning Britain co-hosts have sent their best wishes to their colleague and her family. 

While appearing on the breakfast show this morning, Charlotte Hawkins explained, “We just wanted to start with an update as you may have seen in the news over the weekend that Derek, Kate’s husband, is sadly in a very serious condition at the moment”.

Richard Madeley then went on to say, “Now we just want to let Derek and Kate, and of course the whole family know we are all here thinking of them”.

“We know many of you are as well, and that all of us send them our very, very best wishes at what is a very, very difficult time”.

Charlotte added, “It is indeed. Lots of love from all of us this morning”.

Earlier this month, Kate spoke out about Derek’s hospitalisation at the time and shared their hopes that he would spend Christmas at home with his family. 

“Derek’s in hospital having some treatment. It’s not an emergency thing, it’s not a dramatic rush back into intensive care thank goodness – it’s something that started last year that we hope will lead to improvement”.

“I’ve managed to get it in before the end of the year. It’s something we were trying to do in the summer but you know there are referrals and time and all of those things”.

The 56-year-old continued by revealing their plans to celebrate Christmas in their London home. “It’s a practical solution because it’s quite challenging for Derek to travel. So it’s easier for people to come to us, which means they have to suffer my cooking!”.

“We’ll just get as much of the family, the Drapers and the Garraways, together – even if it’s not all on one day. We’re treating it as a four or five day season this year, so I’m going to be doing a lot of cooking”.

Carrie Hope Fletcher has been opening up about feeling ‘pressure’ from the public about whether or not to show her first child online. 

The Les Misérables musical actress announced the exciting news that she was expecting her first child, a baby girl, with her husband Joel Montague in September. 

As she prepares for her daughter’s arrival in February, Carrie has shared details about ‘pressure’ she feels from people online about if her little one should appear on Carrie and Joel’s social media platforms once she is born. 

While answering a Q&A on her Instagram Stories for her 599K followers, the stage star was asked, ‘Do you feel pressure from people on social media to raise your baby in a certain way?’”.

Carrie responded to the question by admitting, “I’ve actually felt a lot less pressure that I anticipated! But then again… she’s not here yet. That all may change as soon as she arrives!”.

“The only thing people have been very vocal about already is whether to show our child on socials or not. There are people who are already asking to see every second and others already berating me for the idea that I might show baby’s face on Instagram at all even once”, she continued. 

The expectant mum went on to say, “I don’t think we’ll know exactly how we feel until she’s here and she’s older and has started to look more like herself (if that makes sense?)”.

Carrie also revealed what her favourite part of her pregnancy experience has been so far by explaining, “Baby kicking! I LOVE that feeling so so much and let’s me know she’s happy in there”.

When announcing her and Joel’s baby news in September, Carrie revealed, “We are beside ourselves to meet the newest member of our family early next year! This little one is already so loved”.
