British actor Robert Pattinson may have fallen slightly off the radar following his turn in the Twilight franchise, but we are happy to report that he is still absolutely gorgeous.

The 29-year-old has been named as the face of Dior Homme's Ready-to-Wear collection and the first pics suggest that the partnership is a match made in man heaven.

The talented actor has teamed up with Karl Lagerfeld for the campaign which marks the first time the brand has used a Hollywood actor as the face of this particular line.

However, it turns out Robert has worked with the famous fashion house before, most notably for its men's fragrance in 2013.

The first look black and white pics from the campaign show a very clean cut version of the star looking dashing in Dior's smart attire.

Meanwhile, things are still going strong on the relationship front for the actor who is reported to be closer than ever to his alleged fiancée, British artist FKA Twigs.

Rob also has a number of film projects in the pipeline as he has finished filming epic action adventure The City of Z with Sienna Miller and Charlie Hunnam and is set to star in mob drama The Trap alongside Idris Elba and Al Pacino.

We say, more Rob P in our daily lives please.

While no one can deny that Little Mix slayed their big performance at the BRITs last night, some viewers were not impressed by one aspect of the show.

The foursome performed their hit single Black Magic and many viewers were quick to point out that the girls were obviously miming the chorus.

While each member sang their section of the verses, it seems that the band mimed the choruses to allow for a complex dance routine.

The British girlband were also joined on stage by intricately decorated, oversized skull for their high-energy performance.

Associated with Mexico's Day of the Dead celebrations, the Calavera (also known as a sugar skull) is traditionally used as a decoration during the festivities which celebrate the lives of loved ones who have passed away.

While sugar skulls have become increasingly common in pop culture, certain viewers were still offended by it's use in the performance.

While we were excited to hear that Cruel Intentions was getting a television reboot, we had no idea what it would entail or whether any of the original cast would feature.

But it seems that our nineties fangirl prayers have been answered because none other than Sarah Michelle Gellar is set to return to play arguably one of her best characters.

And it seems Sarah is all but thrilled to reprise her role as the pretty detestable Kathryn Merteuil in the television sequel series as evidenced in a post to Instagram.

The now iconic film, which catapulted Reese Witherspoon's career into the stratosphere as well as Ryan Phillipe's, has been picked up by top US television network NBC.

The series will work as a sequel to the successful film, which will take place 15 years after the events of the original.

While the film is essentially a teen rom-com, it definitely had darkly comic undertones. The plot followed a wealthy step-brother and sister's wager to take the virginity of the daughter of the headmaster of their elite New York prep school.

The new series will revolve around the daughter of Sebastian and Annette and the dark plots still orchestrated by Kathryn.

"Follows the beautiful and cunning Kathryn Merteuil as she vies for control of Valmont International as well as the soul of Bash Casey, the son of her brother, who was the late Sebastian Valmont, and Annette Hargrove," reads a synopsis of the plot.

Yes, yes and more YES.

Now all we need is for Ryan Phillipe to sign on and we'll be satisfied.

At one point or another as children, we were all led astray by some loud-mouthed classmate who insisted that 'scrambled eggs are made from baby chickens.'

But it turns out that there might be some truth in that urban myth, as one shopper in the Netherlands recently discovered.

Alwyn Wils had read online that not all supermarket eggs came unfertilised, and decided to put the theory to the test. Lo and behold, after placing a dozen shop-bought quail eggs in an incubator for a month, one of them hatched into a healthy chick.

Sorry, WHAT?

Yup, you heard us right – his name is Albert and he's a happy, healthy quail chick.

In order for an egg to be fertilised, the hen and rooster must mate prior to the formation of the egg. According to farming experts, in rare cases when a bird is not 'sexed' properly (i.e. a male is allowed onto a farm under the assumption that he is a female), mating can occur without the error being discovered.

"Friends and family think Albert is very cool and they think it's great way of thinking – that not everything is impossible if you give it a try sometimes," says Alwyn, who has even set up a YouTube channel for little Albert.

This isn't the first time a chick has been hatched from shop-bought eggs, either. Back in 2008, a women in Cheshire successfully hatched a tiny quail chick after incubating two dozen eggs.

"I came home and I couldn’t believe it when I found this little quail chick about the size of a grape scuttling around the pen," Caroline Aspin said of the extraordinary incident.

Well now. You'll think twice before your next omelette, we bet.

Many of us Irish who have ever lived abroad can probably sympathise with actress Natalie Dormer.

The Game of Thrones star has recently revealed that she loves the Irish grub so much that she is no stranger to smuggling a few samples out of the country to her home in the UK.

And it seems that a certain tea brand really tickles her fancy, as well as brown bread and a good aul packet of crisps.

"Soda bread blew my mind. We still get Lyons tea bags shipped back home. And King Crisps. I am the one carrying King Crisps and Lyons tea when leaving Dublin," said the 34-year-old to the Irish Times.

It seems that the British actress really knows her Irish food which is perhaps not that surprising considering she is engaged to Irish film director Anthony Byrne.

Oh and she spends quite a bit of time filming in Northern Ireland.

"I saw a woman having about two pounds of Kerrygold butter removed from her luggage in Dublin Airport the other week. 'You can get that at Waitrose, darling,' she says. 'But you can’t get Clonakilty black pudding.' "

Touché, Dormer.

And it's not just the food because Natalie genuinely seems to love Ireland.

"I spent the last five years going back and forwards to Belfast and enjoying beautiful landscapes to shoot Thrones. I met my other half shooting The Tudors 10 years ago.

"My great- great grandmother is Irish. So I have an emotional connection to the place."

We like this one, can we keep her?

If you are sick of your usual workout classes or just can't even stomach the sight of a yoga mat, here's a new fitness trend you could definitely jump on.

Especially if you happen to be in close contact with a toddler on a daily basis.

Introducing 'toddlerography', which involves copying the moves of hyperactive 2-year-olds for a workout sesh that is sure to leave you exhausted.

As evidenced by James Cordon and Jenna Dewan-Tatum, toddlerography is not easy and involves a LOT of movement probably with muscles you are not used to using.

In an adorably funny segment for his US talkshow, James and Jenna, who is a professional dancer, rose to the challenge of taking dance lessons from toddlers.

And it looks seriously tough, even if Jenna manages to make every movement super graceful.

It seems that if you're a pilot or a physical therapist, you're in luck for finding love on Tinder.

The dating app carried out a survey and found that these professions are the most popular for men and women and receive the most right swipes.

For men, pilots take the top spot, followed by entrepreneurs, firefighters, doctors and TV/radio presenters.

And for women, the most popular swiped right job is a physical therapist, followed by interior designers, entrepreneurs, PR workers and teachers.

Students are also high on the list, coming in the tenth most swiped right for men and sixth for women.

The survey also found that more and more people are looking for long-term relationships on the app rather than just a casual fling.

"We just conducted a survey of over 300,000 of our users. What we found was over 80% of people on Tinder are there to find a long-term relationship," said chief executive of the app, Sean Rad.

Time for a career change? We think so.

Chrissy Teigen is defending herself against an onslaught of scrutiny following a candid interview in which she spoke openly about her pregnancy and conceiving through IVF.

Chatting to People magazine, the 30-year-old revealed that she chose the sex of her baby while undergoing fertility treatment to become pregnant with partner John Legend.

"I've made this decision. Not only am I having a girl, but I picked the girl from her little embryo. I picked her and I was like, 'Let's put in the girl.'

"I think I was most excited and allured by the fact that John would be the best father to a little girl. That excited me," said the model in what would prove to be a controversial interview.

"It excited me, just the thought of him with a little girl. I think he deserves a little girl. He deserves that bond. A boy will come along. And this girl is going to be so completely lucky to have John as her papa."

While the model assumed the interview would not garner much attention, it seems many were quick to criticise the couple's decision with one user posting: "I do think it's sad people would pick a specific gender / prefer a specific gender."

But Chrissy was not afraid to defend herself.

Happy Valentine's Day, my babies

"What is that difference though? I've already created embryos with a doctor. Only after must it be random?"

"What year is this?! And for the record I am always happy and open to speak on fertility. The more casual, the better. I don't mind.

"I also picked the embryo with a taste for bacon, a knack for magic and size 7 feet so she can always find shoes," said the star, finishing on a lighter note.

Chrissy has since taken to Twitter again today to apologise for her outburst, claiming that people simply don't understand the process.

The Walking Dead's superhero Norman Reedus appeared on Jimmy Kimmel last night and told him of a very unexpected encounter.

While the actor was touring various Comic Con events, he met a very excited fan wanting a picture.

When the fan first came up to the actor she straight-off told him, "sometimes I like to pretend we're married." He was clearly weirded out by that… but then it got worse.

Norman tells Jimmy that she started to act strange, shaking her hands and head. Then right after the picture was taken, she BIT him on the chest.

Security then had to tackle the woman to the ground and escort her off the premises.

The crazy woman even tweeted about it, and we just love what she wrote about him.

Winged black eyeliner, as many of us girls know, is the perfect, subtle day-to-night makeup look.

But as many of us also know, it is tricky as hell to get perfect and even trickier to get both eyes to match.

In fact, many of our expeditions into cat-flick eyeliner territory usually ends something like this…

For those of you have mastered this total ART due to daily practice, we salute you.

But we all know you haven't mastered winged eyeliner like Adele has (or at least like her make-up artist has).

Adele's eyeliner is a gift and she nails it every, single time.

Many of us have been demanding a Adele eyeliner tutorial from the people who know her best and it seems that our prayers have finally been answered.

"Product cocktailing is key to achieving the intensity and opaqueness of the eyeliner," says Adele's make-up artist, Michael Ashton, who is probably the master of this look.

"I always start by outlining the shape of the liner, working from the inner to outer corner of the eye with a black gel liner.

"I then work the product right into the root of the lashes and then build thickness gradually. Once I'm finished creating the desired shape, I use a waterproof liquid liner with a precision tip to intensify and refine the line, finishing by winging the end of the liner last."

Simples! Speaking to the Cut, Michael also revealed that it was this very look, that would become Adele's trademark, that brought the singer and her talented make-up artist together.

"We were introduced through a mutual friend in the summer of 2007 leading up to the release of her first album, 19. I popped over to her house to trim her fringe and she asked if I could do a quick bit of eyeliner for her before she went to meet friends."

"The eyeliner obviously got the seal of approval and the rest, as they say, is history."

Yes, winged eyeliner history.

Behold, the spikiest, chubbiest bundle of cuteness you've ever seen.

Jabba the hedgehog has been dubbed The Big One by staff at Oak and Furrows Wildlife Rescue in the UK for his larger-than-life size.

Weighing in at 4lbs – three times heavier than the average hedgehog – Jabba is the size of a standard football.

Unfortunately for Jabba though, his weight is something of an issue, as it means he can't curl into a ball to protect himself when out in the wild.

It seems the poor fella piled on more than a few 'holiday pounds' after being found and taken in last year. A diet of puppy food and mealworm meant Jabba soon began piling on the pounds – which can be just as dangerous for hedgehogs as it is for humans.

Staff at the Willtshire rescue centre took Jabba in recently, and have him on a strict diet which has already seen him drop 40g. Good man, Jabba.

While you won't see him hitting spin class any time soon, Jabba has been getting some good exercise of late thanks to smart staff who have placed his food at one end of his hutch, and his bed at the other.

Once Jabba's weight gets closer to 650g, he'll hopefulyl be allowed back into the wild.

"He needs to get on the treadmill and we have got to get him to lose weight," animal carer Darren Quires told the Daily Mail.

Best of luck Jabba!
