We've all been there before. You order a Grande Latte and when your order comes you notice it's only 3/4 full so you add some milk and sugar to make up for the emptiness.

Honestly, it annoys us all from time to time, but two Starbucks regulars in California have decided to sue the company for ripping them (and everyone) off.

Siera Strumlauf and Benjamin Robles are suing the coffee company for purposefully underfilling their cups.

In a class action suit filed this week, the two claim that Starbucks is leaving customers short by 25 percent, which they say is an act of fraud in order to cut company costs.

In the lawsuit, they claim that employees have a secret line inside the cup so they know when to stop pouring. And that is all the evidence they need to sue the caffeine chain.

Starbucks "has saved countless millions of dollars in the cost of goods sold and was unjustly enriched by taking payment for more product than it delivers," it claims.

However, Starbucks say that the whole thing is nonsense and each beverage is individually poured, making every cup different.

If you (like us) were major fans of 90s boybands, then your teen dreamz are about to come true.

Boybands from the best decade ever are coming together to make a ZOMBIE movie.

Yep, you read that right. Members of The Backstreet Boys, NSYNC*, O-Town and 98 degrees have all signed on for the flick. Just think The Walking Dead mixed with heart throbs wearing matching outfits.

The movie is called Dead 7 and it's a Syfy made-for-TV flick. It will star Nick Carter, A.J. McLean, and Howie Dorough of the Backstreet Boys, Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick of NSYNC*, and Jeff Timmons of 98 Degrees and O-Town.

But wait a minute, we've copped on to something. The movie is set to debut on Syfy on April 1st. Is this just a massive April Fools Day prank?

We hope not, but sure only time will tell. It looks deadly, though.

We've been doing it since we were teens, first heading to the local GAA disco where we kissed the boy we fancied from the other school to these days when we belt out our favourite songs after having a few too many glasses of vino.

And in Kylie Jenner's recent snaps, she revealed that she's not unlike the rest of us when we're out on the town.

The reality star was out in LA over the weekend and partied until the early hours in Hyde nightclub.

One snap shows Kylie kissing the face off Tyga, as well as Ty giving her a cheeky bum grab.

Then there's another snap of Kylie frying something, like we all do when a night out ends and the munchies kick in.

Throw all that together with some awkward dance moves and hey, she might as well have been in Coppers.

Let's just hope she suffers from raging hangovers like us, too.

Love/Hate actor John Connors has addressed the major controversy surrounding his appearance on The Late Late Show last Friday night.

John is a member of the Travelling Community and appeared on the show to discuss issues Travellers in Ireland face day-to-day. 

Many who watched the show were impressed by John's heart and how passionate he was to get his point across to the nation:

But, presenter Ryan Tubridy has faced major backlash since the show, with the public taking to Twitter to voice their anger:

But, John picked up on the controversy and joined the critics, accusing Ryan of "denial of racism" on the show in a stongly-worded Facebook post:

Last night, Justin Bieber shared a steamy pic of him and his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez with the caption "feels".. except the picture was taken around five years ago, which has us pretty confused.

Before Christmas, Justin started to share pictures of him and Selena again, which prompted rumours about the couple were rekindling their love.

JB was even spotted senerading Selena, which was caught on video.

But when Christmas passed, Justin hooked up with model Hailey Baldwin, and Selena admitted that the whole thing was rather annoying.

So, WHY confuse your fans by doing this again Justin?!

Selena was pretty firm at the beginning of the year that she wasn't starting another relationship with Justin, so we'd say he's just doing this to wind us all up.

Good one, Justin. Now, stop messing.

Conor McGregor recently starred in an ad for Budweiser promoting a competition to win €50,000 and a job of your dreams.

However, RTÉ has banned the ad from appearing on its station.

The national broadcaster cited that they are against “heroes of the young” promoting alcohol, reports the Sunday Business Post.

When you watch the ad on Youtube you have to confirm your age but Budweiser have said they had the ad already pre-approved for TV.

Victoria's Secret Angel Candice Swanepoel is expecting her first child with fiancé Hermann Nicoli.

The model shared the news on Instagram yesterday, posting a photo of her baby bump and writing, “Agora e #barrigapositiva ! #babyangel.”

The 27-year-old and Hermann have been together over 10 years and were engaged last summer.

The two plan to spend this summer in New York, weeks before she is set to give birth, E! News reports.

Since the beginning of the year there has been numerous rumours that Rob wants nothing to do with the Kardashians – mainly because he started dating Blac Chyna, formerly known as the Kardashians' enemy. 

But, it seems we were all mistaken as the whole family gathered to celebrate Rob's birthday last night at Nobu in Malibu, California.

The 29-year-old reality star spent the evening with his sisters Kim, Kourtney, Kendall and Kylie, as well as his mom Kris, Kanye West and Scott Disick.

Kylie’s boyfriend Tyga was photographed arriving at the St. Patrick’s Day themed dinner alongside Kendall earlier, but Rob's flame Blac Chyna was nowhere to be seen.

So, were the fights and Twitter feuds all for show?

Either way, Rob seems to be happier than ever and getting back in good health, so maybe the distance from the Kardashians worked.

We all love a bit of Graham Norton, from his stint on everyones beloved Father Ted to his popular talk show, we just can't get enough of the comedian.

And now, it seems we're going to get a whole lot more as Graham is about to debut his first novel.

UK publishers Hodder & Stoughton have revealed that even though the book has no name yet, it will be hitting bookshelves soon.

“I’m thrilled to be publishing Graham’s first novel and to be launching what we believe will be a major new career for him as a novelist,” Hodder & Stoughton's Hannah Black told the Mail On Sunday.

“This is a darkly funny book; Graham is a skilled storyteller, the writing impressively broad and layered.

“He knows this world and he understands people, their secret passions, and motivations, and that is in part what helps to make this such an accomplished and compelling debut,” she added.

The TV host wrote the book last summer, and actually surprised himself by doing it.

“Like so many other people I’ve always wanted to write a novel and I’m both proud and shocked that I have finally done it. It’s a mixture of mystery and romance, set in a part of the world I love,” he said.

Adele is one of the biggest stars on the planet, and we all know she’s extremely private about her family life.. it’s understandable.

But the Hello singer was left in outrage last night when a hacker stole pictures of her son and shared them online.

In the security breach, photos including ones of her three-year-old son, Angelo, as a newborn, were posted all over Facebook.

Other pictures that were stolen included one of her pregnancy scans, a selfie she took in her kitchen while pregnant, and some from when she was a kid.

According to The Sun, the hacker is believed to have taken the pictures through Adele’s partner, Simon Konecki’s email account.

An source told the newspaper: "I was appalled and upset for Adele when I saw the pictures. They are really private and should not be passed around.

"I think it is disgusting that her so-called fans were sending them around and I thought it should be stopped. They are way too private, especially the scan and picture of her when she was pregnant.

"If Adele wanted to share these pictures I am sure she would. It would be up to her if she wants intimate pictures like this shown around."

According to numerous emerging reports, 14 people have lost their lives after a bus carrying university students crashed in Spain earlier this morning.

The vehicle, which was carrying Erasmus students from several different countries, was travelling to Barcelona from Valencia when it collided with a car and overturned on the AP-7 motorway near Freginals – a town which is approximately 60 miles south of Tarragona.

It has been established that approximately 20 fire crews and seven ambulance crews are currently working at the scene in an effort to free casualties who are trapped inside the bus.

Commenting on the morning's tragic events, mayor of Freginals, Josep Roncero, said: "The coach crash is a tragedy. At the moment there are 14 fatalities. Many Erasmus students were travelling in the vehicle."

"The coach has crossed the central reservation and overturned. It’s the worst accident I can remember," he continued. "All the injured have now been transferred to different hospitals in the area."

While the nationalities of the dead and injured have not yet been confirmed, reports indicate that the students travelling on the ill-fated bus were studying at Barcelona University.

Our thoughts go out to everyone affected by the tragedy.
