Finally! Some sound advice that gives us loads of reasons to get back into bed and snuggle up under the duvet.

Between work, school and college, most of us unfortunately don’t have the time to pop home during the day to take a comfortable nap. And besides, even if we did the chances are there would be SOMEONE nearby telling us to get out of bed.

But a daytime nap doesn’t need to be hours long. In fact, naps from as little as 15 minutes can help in a big way.

Here are five different napping durations and the benefits of each one.

15 to 20 minutes

These great little power naps work wonders for boosting your alertness and concentration. So if you feel your eyelids getting heavy in the middle of studying or a work day, it may be a good idea to sneak off somewhere for 15 minutes and you’ll be raring to go by the time you get back.

30 minutes

A half an hour snooze can counteract the negative effects that we suffer after a bad night’s sleep.

45 minutes

Sleeping for those extra few minutes can actually help to improve your memory and lower blood pressure.

60 minutes

An hour’s shut eye can improve your working memory and will allow you to be as energetic for the second half of your day as you were for the first – great if you have an hour to spare between work and going out to an event.

90 minutes

Of course the problem here is actually finding the time. But if you can, an hour and a half of sleep during the day can help to restore energy and relax your muscles.

Okay, this is absolutely crazy!

Matt LeBlanc’s father has reported that his son, who played Joey on Friends, was having an affair with Jennifer Aniston while she was married to Brad Pitt.

While Matt’s father, Paul LeBlanc, is estranged from his son, he recently spoke to US Star magazine and claimed that the pair had numerous encounters between 2000 and 2005.

“He even had a relationship with one of the girls… Jen. They would make out in the dressing rooms.

“He told me about it – it was when she was married to Brad Pitt.”

While rumours have been circulating for a few days about the alleged affair, reps for Jen have now come out and said that the actress vehemently denies the allegations. She has said that the rumours are a total fabrication.

The 46-year-old said that she has never had any sort of romantic or sexual relationship with her former co-star.

Jen was married to Brad from 2000 to 2005, while Matt was married to Melissa McKnight from 1997 to 2006.

One Direction’s fans made Twitter absolutely explode with rumours of Liam getting engaged to his girlfriend, Sophia Smith.

Proving once again that they are the most hard core fans, they have even managed to get #SophiamIsEngaged trending worldwide.

But could there be any truth to the rumours?

Sadly, it appears that the commotion was stemmed only from excited fans.

Liam took to Twitter to show that he at least found all the tweets comical.  He even retweeted his favourite fan tweet from the frenzy.

Since the 21-year-old shot down the rumours, other 1D fans seem to be having a meltdown over the fact that people started these rumours in the first place.

Liam also proved this week that he is not afraid to speak his mind as he openly slammed Naughty Boy during the band’s performance in Vancouver.

Mr Payne read out a sign that an audience member was holding up that bashed the music producer that has caused so much friction between Zayn and the rest of the band.

Christian Jessen has been called in to meet the Channel 4 bosses to discuss alleged drug abuse reports.

The famous doctor has found himself in hot water after a conversation that he had with a man on the dating app, Grindr, found its way online.

In the messages, Dr Christian invited the unknown man over to his house for sex and said that he had the drug mephedrone that they could take together.

In an interview with The Mirror, the 38-year-old explained that the messages were just part of “horny talk” and that none of it actually ever happened.

“On these chat sites there is a lot of timewasting and chat and silliness that never leads anywhere,” the doctor explained.

“My partner and I will do it on a bored evening and have conversations with no intention of meeting up. It is a bit embarrassing now thinking about it, but you quite often chat to random people.

“It is more an ego thing than anything else, could I get them or not.”

The TV presenting doctor insisted that the event never took place and he emphasised how that was the main thing. He is set to meet the popular show’s bosses sometime soon so he can explain his side of the story.

It just doesn’t get better than this!

Little Mix’s Jessy Nelson was proposed to on stage by her boyfriend, Jake Roche, while Ed Sheeran performed their favourite song.

The 22-year-old Rixton singer got down on one knee and popped the question where the couple first met this time a year ago.

Jake shared the happy news with fans on Instagram posting a photo of the engagement moment and a caption saying, “A year ago today I met her at Manchester arena, so it was only right, with a little help from my friend, that this happened. Best day of my life.”

And of course we are falling even MORE in love with Ed who travelled five hours on his day off so as that he could make the day perfect for his friends.

Such a sweet story!

New X Factor judge, Rita Ora, has split from her boyfriend of one year.

The 24-year-old was dating Tommy Hilfiger's son, Ricky Hill, but they mutually ended the relationship a few weeks ago. 

According to her friends, this is for good this time as they have been on breaks before. 

It is reported that Rita wants to spend time focusing on her X Factor career as the newest judge which started a few weeks ago.

The blonde bombshell was headlining at the Liverpool RadioCity gig a few hours after the pair broke up.

A source close to the singer said: "Rita and Ricky have split for good this time. It is amicable between the two and they both made the decision to call it a day due to their work schedules."

"They've been on and off for a while. He's based in LA and she's based in London. Now that she's doing the X Factor and has her new album here, she will be here for the rest of the year. But he has commitments to his music career and fashion line overseas, too."

Rita, who previously dated Calvin Harris, was rarely seen with her BF over the year but he was easily recognisable with bright lime green hair.

A man has been found dead in Demi Moore's swimming pool, according to TMZ.

Law enforcement officials have told TMZ that the man 'apparently drowned' in the actress's pool.

It has been reported that Demi wasn't there at the time of the accident as she is out of town at the moment and her family are also. 

The 21-year-old man was discovered in the early hours on Sunday morning. 

According to neighbours of Demi Moore her kids Rumer, Scout and Tallulah have been throwing "parties every day, day and night".

Demi was pictured with her daughters by their pool a few weeks ago on her daughter Tallulah's Instagram.

News broke last week that Louis Tomlinson was expecting a baby with Us stylist Briana Jungwirth.

It has been reported that Simon Cowell has spoken out about the news and he gave Louis some advice when he rang him to tell him. 

The X Factor boss told The Sun newspaper "I said to him, 'You man up'. You're fortunate because you're in a position to be able to look after the baby and not worry too much about that."

"But I also told him, 'I've received bad calls in my life but this is not one of them. This is your business but I'm here for you'."

Simon rejected the allegations that the baby news would damage One Direction's reputation. He said "He didn't kill anyone. He got someone pregnant. It happens every day all over the world. Again, Louis has got great family around him and, look, it's a plus, not a negative."

According to Simon, it seems the boyband may take some time off for themselves after the release of their fifth album. 

"In terms of the band, they've got enough hits now they can take some time off and do some other stuff they want to do. Then I hope they'll have a little bit of time apart and want to get back together again. It's a fun job, but it's absolutely their decision."

Neither Louis or his ex-girlfriend have confirmed that baby news to the public.

Imelda May announced on Friday on her Facebook page that her and her Husband Darrel have split up. 

The pair walked down the aisle in 2002 and have one daughter who was born in 2012. Darrel was in her band, although it is reported that he has quit now, and the pair toured the world together a long with the rest of the band for a lot of their married life. 

Following a concert in France, Imelda took to her Facebook page to break the news to her fans before the papers announced it.

She started off saying "Ok so here it goes… My husband Darrel and I have split up. As you can imagine we are very sad but happy we're making the right decision for us and our daughter who is doing really well by the way.

"The papers are running with it soon. Weird to have your life as gossip but that's human nature. No matter what you hear and read my husband and I have the deepest love and respect for each other and are doing well."

"We are lucky to both have such amazing family and friends. As you know I hate to air my laundry in public and never do but thought I should put something on here to dispel any bad rumours. I wish you and yours much love. God bless. Imelda X"

Many fans were extremely disappointed and wished her all the best for the future.

Over the weekend, The Sun posted a video saying they had uncovered footage of Queen Elizabeth II giving a Nazi salute. 

Some members of the British public were understandably unhappy by the coverage, insisting she was only seven-years-old in the video and had no idea what she was doing. 

Weighing in on the subject, Ricky Gervais took to Twitter insisting that that the story is 'not news', saying: "If the Queen does another Nazi Salute let me know about it. Until then…she was 7 and it didn't even have it's eventual context.

Thousands of fans supported this statement by the comedian, and one even suggested he be knighted by the queen.

Ricky went on to say: "I wish all those headlines "Ricky Gervais defends The Queen" more accurately read "Ricky Gervais defends the actions of a 7 year old child".

He then posted a picture of himself as a child saying "Never mind the Queen, I actually looked like a tiny Hitler when I was seven."

This so called secret video went on to prompt the world of Twitter to release a series of memes and some of them are absolutely hilarious.

Kendall and Kylie supported their pal Cara Delevingne on the red carpet of a screening of her new movie Paper Towns last night, and the sisters looked amazing!

Kylie as yet again sparked boob job rumours as she posted videos to Instagram and Snapchat grabbing her cleavage that look a tad bigger than usual. 

The 17-year-old has already admitted to getting lip fillers so it wouldn't be a surprise if she opted for plastic surgery again.

Kylie stunned in a very Kim-inspired outfit of a beige coloured bralette and a see-through skirt. She is now sporting the blue hair look again, which we hope she keeps!

The girls were also all seen hitting the after-party of the event which Kylie gave us a look at on her video on Instagram. In this video Kylie can be seen grabbing her own boobs while sitting beside Kendall and Cara. 

Cara and Kylie are dancing in the second part of the video and she seem to be just as good pals as Kendall and Cara are. 

Also on the red carpet onf the event was Will Smith's son, Jaden, who looked a bit lost and had what looked like green tape holding his shoe together.

Demi has been posting a lot of loved up snaps with boyfriend, Wilmer Valderrama, but today's seems like it may be the post heartfelt of all.

The 22-year-old singer posted a picture to Instagram saying "He's there for me when other aren't..He supports me when others won't…He loves me when others dont", along with a picture of her and her boyfriend holding hands (Awwww)

Recently the 'cool for the summer' singer was giving an interview with a New Zealand radio station when she said that whenever Wilmer proposes to her, she will say yes. 

Demi said “I am very, very in love with him. I think—we will probably wait a little bit longer,” Demi said of marriage. “But if he asked tomorrow I would say ’yes.”

She continued by saying when they first started going out, about five years ago, he was 30 and she was only 18 so a lot of people questioned it and were quite judgemental of it.

“I used to, definitely, whenever we were first starting to date about like five years ago, because I was 18 and he was 30, so people were definitely judgmental and even like my parents were kind of like, ’I don’t know why someone his age is wanting to date someone so young,’ she revealed.

“After a while, everyone started to see that what we have is real and incredible and very special and we have been together ever since and now obviously my family love him.”

She also shared another cute snap saying "we have way too much fun together" this week as the couple seem to be reunited after some time apart.

It seem Wilmer also repays the favours on his Instagram account, with one picture saying he is "so grateful for this little lady"
