Seth Macfarlane is being sued by Bengal Mangle Productions who claim that his hit film Ted was just a rip off of their online series Acting School Academy, which featured Charlie, a booze loving teddy bear.

Apparently Acting School Academy was very successful on YouTube, FunnyorDie and other video sites, so it seems unlikely that Seth would have missed.

The lawsuit lists some of the similarities between the two films: both teddies spend a lot of time on the couch, both drink beer and smoke, both have washed up child stars as friends, and both are active on social media.

It also says that Seth even copied some of the tweets sent out by Charlie:

July, 2009, Charlie:  I don’t like cocaine.  I just like the smell of it

June, 2012, Ted:  Just acid, and coke, and ex and DMT.  That’s where I draw the lines

March, 2009, Charlie:  I’m a bear and my nose is at crotch level.  What do women expect?

April, 2012, Ted:  I don’t mind giving the ladies oral pleasure.  I just Febreeze the s**t out of my snout after.

Sounds a bit suspicious alright!

Vanity Fair has denied photoshopping their cover of the royal family to cover up Prince William's bald spot.

Many people had speculated that the cover appeared to show Prince William with a much more well-endowed crown (sorry) to the original image.

The magazine addressed the speculation by saying: "We did not Photoshop the cover to make Prince William appear to have more hair. We gave the image a poster-like palette. We added some shadow to Prince William to make the white type more legible, and to place more emphasis on Prince George.”

Although it does look like Prince William got a little help in the hair department (and what harm!) the cover looks great, and the family look cute and happy!

Fair City’s Aoibheann McCaul, who plays Caoimhe on the show, says that she is always getting cast as “the b*tch” because of the way she looks:

"I was typecast as the b*tch in the show but that's what I was getting typecast as anyway because I've got quite a severe face and a lot of things are based on how you look.

"I used to get in trouble at school because teachers used to think I was giving them dirty looks. I was like, 'This is my natural facial expression' – I'm actually a really good person. I can actually play a nice, happy, vulnerable person. I've a wide range of emotions, as my boyfriend will tell you.”

The brunette doesn’t sound as if she plans on staying in Fair City forever though, saying: “Fair City is just a gig so they could have me move on or I could move on at any time.

"I'd love a big movie role in some kind of action film. I was almost considering going into stunts.

"I love sports and things like that so I think that might be my niche. I think lots of girls don't want to jump off buildings or roll off horses. I think I'm actually the one girl in Fair City that's done stunts. I've run through fires, I've run in front of cars, lots of different things."

It’s never easy trying to keep healthy, especially with all the food trends that keep constantly popping up.

But it seems that a scientist Rodney Bilton, professor of biochemistry at Liverpool John Moores University in the UK, has now revealed some surprising new food rules when it comes to having a healthy diet.

Eat unripe bananas
They might not look as nice, but unripe bananas have been proven to be healthier in the long run. Green bananas stimulate the release of a hormone, glucagon, which boosts the rate at which our bodies burn fat.

Don’t mash the potatoes
This can be hard because we do love our mash, but ignoring the butter and milk that’s present in our favourite mash potatoes, there is also a lot of sugar there too. So heating, mashing and pureeing any potato releases the sugar faster out of the vegetables. So when it comes to having the spuds, it’s better to have them boiled rather than mashed.

Stay away from Tofu
A meat substitute for vegetarians but unfortunately quite high in fats too. Rodney said that any processed foods labelled as containing vegetable oil will invariably contain partially hydrogenated fats – and traces of trans fats – which will increase the risk of diabetes, heart disease and cancer.

Stay away from smoothies
You may think you have a safe bet with smoothies but they are loaded with sugar – fructose to be precise. Our body can only handle a limited amount when it comes to sugar and some smoothie companies even manage to sneak some fruit syrup in there. So if you need to make smoothies limit to once and a while and make your own.

The ripped look is back, and what better way to guarantee that you’re on trend than with a pair of “Designed by Tiger” jeans.

A Japanese designer came up with the idea of getting bears, tiger and lions to rip up denim material in order to create the customised look.

Zoo volunteers wrap denim material around car tyres and rubber balls and throw them into the animal’s enclosure.

The tigers, lions and bears chew, claw and tear the fabric which is then retrieved and sewn into jeans.

Three pairs have been made so far and has already attracted several bids, with some being priced at $1200.

It might be expensive but it’s all for a good cause, as all money raised from the jean venture will be given to the animals at Kamine Zoo in Hitachi City.

We want to support our friends and their new found loves, but there are some guys that our girls will inevitable go out with. Here are just some of the gems that you may come across:

First love
We never forget our first loves and for our friends, it can be no exception. While he’s become a brother to you this stage, you secretly think that your friend maybe should have had her wild days just a bit more, before settling down.

College boyfriend
You barely know the guy but he makes her happy, so that’s all you want, even if they met each other at the back of a lecture hall.

Back-up guy
Harsh but true. There is always one guy your friend goes back to, especially when they shouldn’t.

The perfect guy
He’s annoyingly perfect that you kept help but be jealous of your friend’s new relationship, but deep down inside you’re happy for her, you are!

He’s not good for her guy
Too many encounters with this type, and we know it won’t end well no matter how many times we tell our friends this. In cases like these, all you can do is be there for her and hope that he improves with time.

Do you think Germany’s Mario Götze was as happy about scoring the winning goal in the World Cup Final as he was about hanging out with his model girlfriend Ann-Kathrin Brömmel back in July 2012?

We’re sure he’s still too elated after scoring the only goal of the World Cup final to be embarrassed about these photos – and he’s obviously still very much in love with his girlfriend as they were spotted kissing at the final to celebrate their big win – but it’s hard not to laugh!

Isn’t it great to see him so happy?!

Going around without having brushed your teeth is an awful feeling, but is it bad enough to resort to using someone else’s toothbrush – particularly your other half’s as you’ve been kissing them anyway?

Here at SHEmazing we’re kind of split – is it better to use his toothbrush than to not brush at all?

Well, if you’re ever facing this dilemma again, perhaps take a look at what happens when you use someone else’s toothbrush. We trust you to make the right decision (i.e. just use your finger).

Infection
The Chicago Dental Society says that kids who use their siblings’ toothbrushes, are more likely to develop an infection that can lead to holes in their teeth and tooth decay. We imagine it’s the same if you’re using your boyfriend’s toothbrush. Also, apparently one of the most common bacteria’s found on a toothbrush is beta-hemolytic streptococcus, which causes strep throat – and you don’t want that. Mutant strains of streptococcus are known to cause decay aswell. Lovely.

Blood stream diseases
Dentists have warned that since sometimes your gums may bleed while brushing your teeth, sharing a toothbrush can transfer bloodstream diseases such as hepatitis – now THAT is kind of scary.

We love stars who are able to make fun of themselves, and it seems Hollywood A-Listers, Anne Hathaway and Kristen Stewart are no exception.

Anne and Kristen happen to be the stars of Jenny Lewis’ new music video – Just One of the Guys.

But the actresses weren’t just singing and dancing in the video – no, they decided to dress up in drag too.

Both Anne and Kristen are dressed up in track suits, wigs, caps and moustaches too.

All the stars dance and sing along to Jenny’s track but nothing quite compares with Anne’s moves.

What do you think of the Hollywood star’s makeover for the video?

Just moved out and have barely enough money to buy a celebratory beers never mind furniture? A car boot sale will be your best friend!

They are great for finding items that will give your new home character and a more homely feel.

Here are seven tricks to ensure you leave with at least one fantastic piece.

Go late
Go late if you don’t care what type of chair you get as long as it is cheap – prices are usually reduced just before pack up time.

Go early
If you are looking for something specific you need to get there early – the early bird catches the worm.

Be friendly
A seller is not going to reduce their price or be willing to haggle if you’re being downright rude – a smile goes along way.

Bring a list
If you are after a good few pieces bring a list, otherwise you’ll just forget what you went there for.

Pick up your large items first
If you are looking for something that is particularly big like a table, grab this first and leave the smaller ones for later. The bigger items go quicker.

You can always clean it
If you love the look of something but the fabric is a little bit off colour or torn remember you can always do a fixer upper.

Bring cash
It’s harder to haggle with a Visa Debit card – which they won’t accept anyway.
