If we hadn’t seen the photos, we never would have believed it – but isn’t the resemblance between a make-up free Katy Perry and Loki from The Avengers actually uncanny?

We’re not saying that the singer looks bad without her slap – she certainly does not, but it’s just that smile. And that nose. And the shape of her head.

Watch her morph into Loki in this gif – we are mesmerised.

A survey into people’s happiness and satisfaction in relationships has shown that it’s the little things which matter most.

The factors which lead to a good relationship include at least five kisses a day, sharing chores if you live together, sharing hobbies and having at least one romantic dinner a month.

The survey was produced to mark the launch of the Two Together Railcard in the UK, and not coincidentally it found that couples are happier when they travel together. On the train perhaps. Ahem.

Marketing aside, the survey shows that the most important thing for couples is to be affectionate and to spend time together. Plan dates, have fun together and always let your partner know how much you appreciate them.

This whole love thing isn’t so complicated after all.

The most amount of students ever – 14,326 – sat the Higher Level Maths exam for their Leaving Cert last June, and today’s results show that they made the right decision!

96% of students got at least a D grade, which means they will be awarded 25 bonus points for taking the higher-level paper. 10% got an A grade, and 72.6% of students got either an A, B, or C – which is on par with results from last year. Only 4% failed the paper.

The subject with the most amount of As was Russian, which is an non-curriculum subject. As for subjects that are on the curriculum, Applied Maths got the most As.

Unfortunately the highest failure rate was in Physics and Chemistry.

76% of students got an A, B or C grade in English at all levels, and 88.8% of students got an A, B or C in Higher Level Irish. 74.9% received and A, B or C in lower level.

In Ordinary Level Maths, 66% of students got an A, B or C.

Some of the top grades include one student who received nine A1s, 12 others who received eight A1s, and 37 who got seven A1s.

Congratulations guys, no matter what you got – you did it! That’s something to be very proud of!

Most of us remember Princess Dianna, the beautiful, naturally flawless woman who had the whole world captivated by her.

Even when she was traipsing across mine infected land, Princess Di as she became affectionately known as, always looked stunning. Recently, her make-up artist Mary Greenwell, who worked with Princess Di on her Vogue shoot in 1991 spoke to Stylist magazine about her beauty, describing her as having the “most incredible skin”.

However, Mary admits that there wasn’t much more to Diana’s beauty regime than simply taking care of herself, saying: “After I started working with her, Diana did everything in moderation. She cut back on drinking so her skin was 100 per cent.”

When doing Dianna’s make-up, Mary would simply moisturise the skin, apply a foundation and lift the eye area with concealer. She would finish off the look with mascara on the upper and lower lashes, a little blusher on her cheeks and a little lipstick on her lips.

It seems that Diana wasn’t afraid to try new things either with Mary admitting: “Diana was always very open and willing with her style.”

“'I think as soon as we worked together she realised the power of hair and make-up and that is something that should never be underestimated. By anyone.”

Lily Allen has just finished supporting Miley Cryrus on her Bangerz tour, but it looks like it might have taken its toll on her marriage to Sam Cooper.

There have been reports about how Cooper wasn’t happy with how Lily was behaving on tour, and now the singer has been spotted hanging out with her ex Seb Chew, without her wedding or engagement ring.

She was also spotted a couple of days ago wearing her wedding ring, but looking visibly upset.

Could this be the end of her marriage?

We really hope not – Lily has always gushed about what a great dad and husband Cooper is, so we’re sure they can work it out. Perhaps she’s just sent her ring to get fixed – we’re keeping positive!

Doctors used to think that brain freeze was caused by sensitive teeth, but apparently this isn’t the case.

Instead, those awful headaches are caused by the cold food hitting the roof of your mouth, and the angle at which the food enters your mouth as well.

Apparently, the trick is to eat your ice-cold food with a spoon, and position it in a way so that it doesn’t hit the roof of your mouth. That way your brain won’t get the memo that it’s supposed to shrivel up and cause you crippling pain right in the middle of your ice-cream.

We’ll be putting a lot of thought into how we use our spoons from now on anyway!

If you are anything like us you no doubt have a spare wellington boot floating around your house. How you ended up with one, you’ll never know but you have yet to throw it out for fear the other one will turn up.

If it’s been at least a year, it’s time to cut your losses and do something useful with it.

Flower pot
A welly flower pot looks pretty cool and is easy to make. Simply cut a few small holes in the bottom of the boot for drainage, fill with some stones and pour in some compost. Plant your seeds and away you go.

Vase
To turn your welly into a vase, place a jam jar in the boot and secure it to the bottom with double sided tape. Fill the jar with water and place your fresh flowers into the jar. To onlookers it will look like the vase is actually the boot.

Ornament
Before you start, make sure your boot is thoroughly cleaned. Paint it to your desired colour using wall paint. Place in the corner of the room and let people admire your work.

Umbrella holder
You can decorate your boot as above or simply leave it as it is. Fill with paperweights or rocks to make it a little more secure and place in the hall to store your umbrellas.

Danielle Radcliffe rose to fame by playing the much loved Harry Potter, so you wouldn’t think he’d go around saying he hated it!

However, he’s not really being critical of the film, rather his own performance:

“It’s hard to watch a film like Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince, because I’m just not very good in it. I hate it.

“My acting is very one-note and I can see I got complacent and what I was trying to do just didn’t come across. My best film is the fifth one (Order Of The Phoenix) because I can see a progression.”

Awh, don’t worry Daniel, everyone is their own worst critic! And as he said himself, JK Rowling never had a problem with how he did his job: “To my knowledge she was always very happy with the way I played him, but it’s my job to be critical.”

Zosia Mamet, one of the stars of the hit HBO series Girls, has revealed that she “nearly died” from an eating disorder in her teens.

Her issues started very young, when at eight-years-old someone told her she was fat.

“I’m not fat; I’ve never been fat.” Zosia says. “But ever since then, there has been a monster in my brain that tells me I am – that convinces me my clothes don’t fit or that I’ve eaten too much.”

Her obsession with weight and appearance reached their peak in her teens, as the disorder took over her life.

Zosia unflinchingly details how bad things had become: “ As a teenager I used to stand in front of the refrigerator late at night staring into that white fluorescent light, debilitated by the war raging inside me: whether to give in to the pitted hunger in my stomach or close the door and go back to bed,”

“I would stand there for hours, opening and closing the door, taking out a piece of food then putting it back in; taking it out, putting it in my mouth, and then spitting it into the garbage. I was only 17, living in misery, waiting to die.”

It was Zosia’s father, award winning playwright David Mamet who intervened and got her into treatment, saving her life.

He came home one night from a party, took me by the shoulders, and said, ‘You’re not allowed to die.”

This was a wake up call for Zosia. “It was the first time I realised this wasn’t all about me. I didn’t care if I died, but my family did.”

“That’s the thing about these kinds of disorders: They’re consuming; they make you egocentric; they’re all you can see.”

Today Zosia feels she has come to terms with her past issues and is now happy at a healthy weight.

“It may never disappear completely”, she says, “but hopefully one day it’ll be so quiet, it’ll only be a whisper and I’ll wonder, ‘Was that just the wind?’

To some, Blake Lively may look like she has it all – fame, gorgeous looks and a drool-inducing man – but there’s one thing she says is still missing from her life: children.

The 27-year-old actress has spoken before about her (slightly mental) wish to have a family of 30 children. Now, she says, it’s time to get working on that mission. “I gotta get started,” she said in an interview with Marie Claire. “If I could spit out a litter of kids, I would.”

The star also spoke adoringly of her husband Ryan Reynolds. The pair have been married for nearly two years and it seems they are still totally loved-up.

“We’ve never gone a week without seeing eachother. There’s no major decision I make without him,” said Blake. “The best part is when we turn off our phones and just talk and hang out. He’s my best, best friend.” Sounds like a perfect match to us!

Kim, Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian have taken a stand against the producers of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, vowing that they will not begin filming season ten until the thieves behind a string of robberies in their homes have been caught.

Both Khloé and Kourtney have reported large amounts of cash and jewellery as missing from their homes in the last few months, with the total amount stolen topping over US$300,000.

Just yesterday, it was revealed that a briefcase containing $4,000 had disappeared from Kourtney’s rented summer house in the Hamptons.

Since the robberies began earlier this year, the sisters have hired extra security and installed more CCTV cameras, on the advice of producers. However the family apparently believe the robberies could be an inside job, and are demanding that the show’s camera crew take lie detector tests.

Shooting for the new series of the show is scheduled to begin in October. Let’s hope the mystery is solved by then!

Cuti-CLUE-les was set up by Róisín who needed an outlet to express her love of nail art. It all started about three years ago when she was online unsuccessfully trying to find polish swatches. It was then that she came across nail polish blogs and Cuti-CLUE-les was born: "The one thing I noticed is that Irish beauty blogs tend to be all about make-up but it was hard pressed to find a nail polish blog at that time and the main brands like OPI and China Glaze that most international bloggers talk about aren't readily available here."

SHEmazing! caught up with Róisín to get the lowdown on her tips, hints and nail polish secrets.

What is your best budget-friendly nail polish brand?

At the moment I would say Catrice. They update their collection every couple of months and they have a great selection of colours and finishes. They cost around €3 so are very affordable. Price aside, the formula on Catrice is pretty consistent. Rarely do I come across one that needs four coats, they dry fairly quickly and last a good amount of time without chipping. Price does not dictate quality for the most part when it comes to nail polish.

What is your top nail polishing tip?
When you go to paint your nails, do one stroke on the middle of your nail, one to the left and one to the right. This will help to prevent any streaks and you will get a nice even layer of polish on your nail. I’ve found this method gives the best results and it really reduces the amount of mistakes you make, so less time spent cleaning up your nails.

What is your favourite nail polish brand and why?
My favourite brand has changed a lot over the few years I've been painting my nails. Based on the sheer amount that I own, I would have to say Catrice nail polishes are my favourite. When I first got into nail polish and doing nail art, Catrice was the only brand I would look at. It's fairly easy to find in Ireland and they have a huge variety of polishes. Some of my absolute favourite polishes come from Catrice including, "Have an Ice Day" which is a holographic topper that I just heard is being re-released. Catrice use a wide brush in their nail polishes and I find it makes painting my nails easier as I have fairly wide nail beds.

What was your first nail polish?
I bought my first nail polish back in 2011. Before then I had no more interest in nail polish than I had in walking on the moon! It was around the time I first started reading nail polish blogs and it really fascinated me. The polish was Stargazer 105 and it is a shimmery navy blue. I still have it after all these years. I have to admit I don't wear it all that often but I still love it.

What shade are you currently wearing?
At the moment I am wearing Nicole by OPI "Khloe had a little lam lam" from the Kardashian Kolors collection. This is the perfect teal nail polish. It applies beautifully and it's almost opaque in one coat. I know a lot of people don't have time for the Kardashian clan but they came out with some beautiful polishes. The polish was a present from Sharon at Behind Green Eyes who is one of my best blogger friends. It's one of the few polishes that I would wear for a week, take it off and re-apply it straight away. That’s pretty rare for me. I am in love with dark creme nail polishes at the moment. I think they make your nails look so elegant.

What are the three essentials for painting your nails
First off I need a good basecoat. This prevents the polish from further staining my nails. I paint my nails a lot so they are slightly stained although it's barely noticeable, thankfully. Next would be a good quick-dry topcoat. At the moment I'm using the Sally Hansen Insta-dri topcoat and it has really impressed me so far. Not only is it very affordable but it leaves your nails so glossy, like you've just came out of a salon. The last thing I would need when I paint my nails is a cheap concealer brush. This is an absolute must for cleaning up around your nail once you've painted them. Just dip it into nail polish remover and gently swipe away any mistakes. It gives you that nice clean curve around your cuticle and it makes your nails looks flawless. The Elf concealer brush is one of the best brushes for getting a nice clean edge.
