Holly Willoughy is reportedly gearing up to take legal action after a weight loss company used her photo without permission.

The TV presenter's recent transformation has been the subject of many tabloid headlines, with many fans desperate to know how she dropped the pounds.

The advert for weight loss supplement, ULTRARur Wild Raspberry Ketone, shows as young Holly posing against a palm tree in a revealing bikini.

A source close to the ITV star told The Mirror: “We’re aware of a number of scam websites using images of Holly, along with other celebrities, to sell weight loss products and are liaising with our lawyers about possible legal action.”

What's more, the company has also been accused of scamming customers, with one woman shocked to discover that withdrawals amounting ot £300 had been taken out of her account after she paid £2.50 for a trail supply.

She told The Mirror: “[Holly is] a working mum with three children like me so I can really relate to her. I wanted to lose some weight.”

“But I ended up being scammed and losing out on £300. I never received anything. I’ve tried to get in contact to demand a refund but to no avail. Now I feel silly.”

Rather than reveal the secrets of her weight loss, Holly prefers to encourage other to maintain healthy lifestyle and is an outspoken advocate for body positivity.

According to Metro.co.uk, the star previously said: “I don’t want to encourage eating disorders. I try not to focus too much on my appearance. ‘As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me. ‘I’m quite active and I try not to let the way I look be the main focus because it’s not the important thing.”

Hear hear, Holly!

Women in the public eye face a huge amount of pressure to prescribe to standardised beauty ideals, and being slim is often one of them.

Gemma Arterton has shed some light on the horrific pressure she has felt in the film industry.

The actress has claimed that she was forced to lose weight by film bosses after they sent her a live-in personal trainer who would film her exercising as evidence for the producers.

'There was one film that I was on and we were out in Morocco and a couple of weeks went past and they literally were like “We need a personal trainer – stat,' she told The Guilty Feminist podcast in June.

‘And they flew someone out overnight that gave up their whole life to be with me and be my personal trainer.'

'They’d measure me and they’d call up the personal trainer at like nine and night going: “Is she in the gym? And if she isn’t, why isn’t she in the gym?' she continued.

‘And then they’d get me in the gym and film me in the gym and they’d have to know that I was there.'

She also told The Guilty Feminist panel how a producer attempted to shame her out of eating healthy snacks while filming.

'There was one day when I went to get some snacks, they have like snacks on set, and I went to get some apricots, some dried apricots, and the man went, this big, fat, obese producer went: “I hope you’re not going to eat that.'

Thankfully, Gemma paid him no heed, saying: 'I’m going to eat about all twenty, then I’m going to go home and eat all the stuff in the mini bar and then I’m going to vomit it all up.'

Body positivity has come along leaps and bounds in recent years, and Instagram is a complete hot bed of positive, feel good affirmations that remind us to love the skin we are in.

One body-pos poster is Hannah Foster, who has taken to the social media sharing site to give her followers a before and after snapshot like no other.

The image shows Hannah at two different weights, but says that she is now happier being heavier, and explains why.

A post shared by Hannah (@lavidahannah) on

'Transformations aren't always what they seem. Pic on the right is after losing almost 100 pounds in 2012,' she began, captioning the before and after shot.

'It was one of the first times I had ever allowed anyone to take a picture of me in a bikini (and only because it was my first time swimming in the ocean).'

'The girl on the left hated herself vastly more than the girl on the right, even though she weighed 30 pounds less than right-girl.'

A post shared by Hannah (@lavidahannah) on

'She was in a nasty relationship, living abroad and lonely, and despite losing weight STILL HATED HER BODY. Losing weight won't make you love yourself…' she explained.

'Pic on the right is after 25 years of realising that losing 5 pounds won't make me a better person, it won't make me like myself, and most importantly it won't make me happy.'

'I go to the gym, I eat healthy, but it's not for weight loss; it's because I only get one body and I want to use it as long as possible.'

A post shared by Hannah (@lavidahannah) on

'Eating 800 calories a day isn't taking care of your body, even if it makes you skinny. (Eating that little is part of what made gain weight, I was starving my body.)'.

We can totally get behind this message, because at the end of the day it really, really isn't what the scale says that matters.

There is a lot of pressure on women to look good on their big day, with a bridal culture which dictates looking your absolute best.

After all, those pictures are forever (hopefully).

Some women choose to lose weight for their trip down the aisle, but one bride is extending her diet and exercise policy to include her bridesmaids.

Sheena Malik is about to be the maid of honour at her bestie Ashley's wedding, and while Ashley is shedding the pounds for the big day, Sheena has been asked by the bride to do the same.

Ashley, who has already lost two-and-a-half stone in the lead up, has asked Sheena to drop 15 pounds to become a svelte maid of honour.

'Wedding photos are shared more now, so it’s important to look good,' Sheena, from Southern California, told the New York Post.

We'd be a bit miffed if our bestie asked us to lose weight for her wedding, but apparently it's a thing.

Making no qualms about her request, Ashley said: 'I need everyone on board.'

'I want everyone to feel and look beautiful,'  she reportedly explained to the NYP.

From fishtail braids to ombre dresses, there are plenty of wedding trends we can get behind, but we're not a fan of this one.

What do you think?

Arguably juicing has had its day; sure didn't we leave all that nonsense behind back in 2014, swapping over to 'clean' eating instead?

However, judging by a load of new-year-new-you social posts, a fondness for jucing lingers still.

Welcome to the dreaded juice detox: usually a hellish 72-stint where suckers-for-punishment eat NOTHING but blended fruit and veg.

Delightful.

The upside? You can lose around 4kg/9lbs in three days – a weight-loss bang-for-your-buck that's certainly headline-grabbing.

The downside? You might go insane. That and the likelihood of cracking on day two and diving headfirst into a mega-tub of Nutella is, well, high.

Here's what to expect from your ill-adviced 72-hour a juice diet:

1) Headaches

A dull-headache that no amount of water seems to placate. Certainly, you shouldn't plan on doing anything too taxing – either mentally or psychically – during your juice-stint.

2) Fawning

Suddenly, every tiny insignificant morsel of food seems hugely appetising and oh-so delicious. A week-old apple? Delightful! A scrap of bread? Oh, what culinary delights! Three almonds? Our kingdom for those three almonds!

3) Tremors

We're not talking full-on seizure here (if that happens, you know, call your doctor) but more of a slight, unexpected hand quiver by day three.

4) Grumpiness

You'll do a lot of moaning over those three days – largely because you're so hungry. All. The. Time.

5) Insomnia

An empty tum does not make for a restful night's sleep – so yes, you'll be wrecked as well as starving.

6) Forward-planning

You wake up on day three and the end is in sight. This can mean only one thing: you start planning your escape. Bread, butter, chips, crisps – the whole lot will be on that throw-caution-to-the-wind menu once you're done detoxing.

7) Stupidity

A load of the weight you lose is just from being dehydrated and having nothing in your stomach – so you're shedding MAX a kilo-odd of actual fat. When this dawns on you a week after returning to your normal size, you'll wonder why on earth you bothered.

After coming first in Britain's Got Talent as part of musical theatre group Collabro back in 2014, Richard Hadfield stunned fans when he decided to leave the group earlier this year.

But, by the looks of things, the decision has done wonders for his physical and emotional wellbeing after it was today revealed that the singer has shed almost four stone in four months.

Richard was the victim of cruel jibes from members of the public curing his time with Collabro, but instead of internalising the comments, Richard made the decision to focus on his health and couldn't be happier with the results.

"Being free from the band really sparked my weight loss," he admitted. "I had been unhappy for a long time and comfort ate to escape my misery."

"My weight sky rocketed up to 18st 3lbs and I was clinically obese with 30% body fat. I started being known as the 'fat one' in the band. It really hit me hard."

"I have gone from obese to athlete in four months and lost the weight of a small child," he said of his transformation.

In addition to including Forza supplements in his diet, Richard has devoted much time to a gym routine which he regularly documents on Instagram.

"I would go to the gym to do weighted resistance work three times a week and then every other day I would do a 12 minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) work-out," he explained.

"So many people think you need to run on the treadmill for hours on end but it's just not the case."

Sounding incredibly excited about his future, Richard is now focusing on his solo career.

"It's about time we had another Brit on the jazz scene," he said. "I think I can bring something new to the table."

Richard is currently writing his first solo album and is performing his first solo show a in London.

Fair play, Richard!

She's known for her incredible weight-loss transformation – something that Charlotte Crosby laid bare on Instagram today.

Taking to the social media platform, where she boasts some 5.2m followers, the former Geordie Shore star was eager to motivate her fans to get in shape.

"Some powerful weekend motivation for you all
," she wrote, adding: "I did it and so can you." The 26-year-old furthermore included the hashtags #3minutebellyblitz and #3minutebumblitz – a nod to Ms Crosby's popular fat-loss DVDs.

Charlotte famously dropped from a size 16 to a size 8 by overhauling her eating and exercise routie. In total, she's lost around two-and-a-half stone in recent years.

However, Ms Crosby's Instagram post prompted a mixed response. Indeed, some fans called her out for taking her healthy lifestyle regime too far.

"You need a bit meat in those hips hen," wrote one. Another added: "And u wonder why girls have massive weight issues with u looking like an anorexic? Jesus, There's more meat on a turkey on Boxing Day."

A third commentator offered simply: "Preferred you in the before pic."

This week it was announced that Charlotte and Stephen Bear – also a former Celebrity Big Brother star – will shortly present a Tattoo Fixers rival show on MTV.

We all know that reality stars come in for whole host of abuse at the hands of keyboard warriors.

And while some force themselves to rise above it, not everyone is capable of turning a blind eye to the insults they receive on a daily basis.

Opening up about her response to online trolling, Geordie Shore star, Sophie Kasaei, admitted that the taunting became so bad, she turned to cosmetic surgery to silence her bullies.

Speaking to new! magazine, the reality star explained that a particular period in her life had caused her to drop multiple dress sizes – weight loss which Twitter users felt compelled to call her out on.

"When I lost the weight last year people were tweeting us saying l looked like a Space Raider crisp, like an alien," Sophie admitted.

Explaining that the comments left her feeling insecure over her appearance, the reality star admitted that she had sought the help of professionals, adding: "So I got fillers in my face and under my eyes."

Sophie dropped to a size 8 last year while suffering from stress.

She’s one of Ireland’s best known faces, but that doesn’t mean Roz Purcell’s modelling career has been totally free from worry.

In a new interview with the Diary, the Tipperary native has revealed how in the past she felt pressurised to lose weight for work, but claims that these days she’s more interested in feeling well than being slim.

Speaking of her time in the States, the 26-year-old said: “When you’re in a job that’s based on aesthetics people feel they can comment on your aesthetics.  When I was modelling abroad, people would just say things to you…They would say you need to lose weight, straight up.”

Since changing her career focus, Roz admits she has become less stressed about her weight.

“I had such baby fat and my eyebrows were different.”

“You learn through your makeup like using lip liner. Before, lip liner wasn't really a thing. There's a lot of different elements through the years that I have changed.”

“I don't really know how much I weigh.  I'm more about how I feel now and I'm not obsessed with weighing myself at all.  I used to be, but I've taken a step back from it.”

The Natural Born Feeder creator – who is currently dating music promotor Zach Desmond – also confessed that dealing with her sister’s leukaemia diagnosis has given her a new outlook on life.

“I used to be a really anxious person but since Rachel, I have completely changed.”

“I don’t worry about anything.  Stress is a contributor to so many different things, I completely avoid it.  I would always look for what could go wrong.  Nothing keeps me awake at night now.”

Close-to a year after shedding a load of weight – reality TV star Lauren Goodger is still working up a sweat and keeping the excess pounds at bay.

However, the 30-year-old – who is known for her love of heavy contouring, false lashes and HD brows – showed why OTT makeup and the gym rarely mix.

In a selfie posted to her Instagram account yesterday, Ms Goodger can be seen working out with enthusiasm… so much so that her mascara is smudged around her eyes and her foundation is practically dripping down her face.

It seems that the snap may have been an attempt to answer her critics: late last week, the former Celebrity Big Brother contestant was criticised for piling back on the weight that she worked hard to lose when unflattering photos of her came to light.

It was an issue she addressed in the same Instagram entry. "Sunday afternoon gym session," she wrote. "When I train I trainnnnn hard, this is one of the hardest targets to date."

She continued: "Since seeing bad pap pics lately even though I don't agree I look like that at all, I've been training extremely hard and I nearly feel as Amazing as I did on my DVD it works and I'm sticking to it not long now."

Last month, Lauren also posted a super-fit throwback snap of her at a svelte 9st.

The star, who once weighed-in at 13st, wrote alongside the snap: "My eye is on that goal – here I go again."

Her weight-loss journey has been well-documented – dropping an incredible 4st and going from a size 16 to a size 6 after overhauling her diet and exercise habits.

Yes, since emerging as queen of the I'm A Celebrity jungle last year, Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison has gone from strength-to-strength.

It's a transformation that Vicky herself attributes more specifically to ditching junk food and alcohol and switching to a healthy diet of three meals a day.

She furthermore has a best-selling fitness DVD and a V-Nutrtion range of nutritional bars.

However, the 28-year old has taken even her loyal fans by surprise with her latest Instagram post. Showing a before-and-after snap, Ms Pattison's incredible transformation can be seen to full effect.

Just this week is was announced that Ms Pattinson had been given an ITV presenting gig for an I'm A Celeb spin-off show.

From swimming in the buff to having insects for dinner, it’s pretty obvious that hanging out with Bear Grylls is nothing short of intense.

But have you ever considered what kind of effect such an experience could have on your body?

Appearing on Lorraine this morning, Made in Chelsea’s Ollie Locke revealed that while filming Celebrity Island With Bear Grylls his weight dropped to just under nine stone.

Ollie was one of ten celebrities who were sent to a remote island for the Channel 4 show and – according to the Mail Online – a combination of extreme hunger, intense physical challenges and dehydration allowed the group to leave the island 20 stone lighter than when they arrived.

Reflecting on a picture of his bony upper body, the 28-year-old reality star explained: “It soon creeps up on you that you don't have any food.  The dehydration is so severe.”

“When I left the island I was under nine stone, I was 11.5 when we started,” he revealed.

TOWIE’s Lydia Bright and JLS member Aston Merrygold also took part in the show.

Thankfully the experience was worthwhile as all the celebrities involved donated their fees to Stand Up To Cancer.
