Rob Lipsett has addressed claims that he was at the centre of an RTÉ Investigates episode last night.

The programme was all about the use of steroids in Ireland.

Video footage during the show featured what they described as a "well-known social media fitness blogger” buying the steroids.

Although the clip didn't identify the man as they changed his voice and disguised his face, the presenter did describe the individual as:  “Later, a well-known Social media fitness blogger enters the shop.”

“This man claims to be a natural athlete on his social media account, where he has thousands of followers. However, it soon emerged that his ripped physique is chemically induced,” the presenter added.

It was the description of a "well-known fitness influencer" that made viewers point the finger towards Rob.

Taking to Twitter, Rob addressed the controversy head on: "Apparently @RTEOne did some steroid documentary and everyone thinks I was in it and my face was blurred out haha."

"If I was on steroids do you think I’d be so stupid to go and talk about it on TV. They probably hired some knock off version of me."

In another tweet, he joked: "Also if I’m on steroids I need to get a refund cause they didn’t work, been basically the same size for years."

And then added: "Anyways cba watching the show, I’m sure it was interesting but I had nothing to do with it. Kinda want to meet the lad that everyone thinks is me though."

Hopefully Rob's denial of purchasing and using steroids will have a positive influence on his followers to avoid the drugs entirely.

Anabolic steroid misuse could lead to serious, even permanent, health problems such as: kidney problems or failure, liver damage and tumours.

It's officially, Baby by Justin Bieber has just lost it's top spot for being the most disliked video on YouTube.

What has stolen it's place I hear you cry?

Well it's kinda AWKS, but YouTube's Rewind 2018 has claimed the titled…

To be honest, we can't be entirely shocked, if you've seen the video you'll know it's cringe-tastic.

The video has amassed a staggering 9,911,797 dislikes (at time of publication) in just one week.

Justin's 2010 smash was surpassed as the video only racked-up 9,846,250 thumbs down.

It looks only to get worse for YouTube as their dislikes will probably increase since it's trending at number two.

The stars of this year's rewind included Elle Mills, the Dolan Twins, Gabbie Hanna, John Oliver, Liza Koshy, NikkieTutorials and Ninja.

And one of the only highlights of the entire video was James Charles' sister squad in space, but the rest of it fell relatively flat.

If you haven't seen this year's rewind, you're in for a treat with all the angry comments – so get the popcorn ready.

Twitter has been flooded with disgruntled viewers who think Youtube has disconnected from it's creators and audiences.

The rewind trend began on December 20, 2011 and it was iconic.

Popularity peaked for the videos in 2014-2015.

However, last year they were critiqued for how fast some of the scenes were, which meant creators weren't given their couple of seconds to shine.

It seems like they just haven't hit the mark with audiences, let's hope they learn from their mistakes in 2019.

Amy Winehouse gave the world some incredible hits.

Back to Black was a mix of lyrical genius, raw emotion and jazzy pop.

Sadly, the singer lost her life in 2011 to alcohol poisoning at just 27-years-old.

Overshadowing her tragic and untimely death were articles surrounding her ex-husband, Blake Fielder-Civil and their 'drug-filled' marriage.

At that time, many people criticised Blake for "cashing-in" on Amy's death by selling stories, but he soon faded from the public eye.

That's why we were surprised to see him on Good Morning Britain.

The 36-year-old defended himself about the stories he sold in 2011 and their drug-use.

Blake said that their dependency on the substances had been exaggerated by the press.

"The drug thing has been attributed to me for years. Me and Amy only used drugs together maybe six months of our marriage. I did heroin maybe four or five times."

He also added that he felt he was the only one who has owned up in contributing to the star's death.

“I feel I am the only person who has ever taken responsibility. I feel that there has been a certain sort of shift in the blame to other parties, but I feel that I always took responsibility before that. Amy didn’t do anything Amy didn’t want to do," he said.

Blake continued to defend his actions when Piers Morgan suggested that he had made money from Amy's death by selling the stories about their marriage.

“The story that I sold was more about me taking responsibility for Amy’s situation at the time," he explained.

“To call it cashing in is a bit misleading. I would have done it without any payment. The reasons that I ended up taking money was that I had been in a situation or through my own sort of doing, where I found it really hard to get a job for a long time. I couldn't really earn money any other way,” he added.

Blake has moved on and is in a relationship, and has two children.

Although he admits that he still harbours feelings for the singer.

We don't really know how we feel about this one but we certainly do miss Amy.

It's the body positive movie we have been waiting a lifetime for.

If you've seen Netflix's adaptation to Julie Murphy’s novel, Dumplin', you'll know exactly what I'm talking about.

Starring Jennifer Aniston and Danielle Macdonald, it's a refreshing take on self-acceptance, beauty pageants and how the plus-size community are portrayed in the film industry.

Coming from a former fat girl, i.e. me, the movie didn't shy away from the very real stigma people face every day.

It's clear that the author and those who wrote the script had an insight into the real struggles plus-sized people face.

When the girls face this stigma, instead of running home and gorging on chocolate like most movies portray 'sad,' 'lonely' fat women, Danielle, who plays Willowdean Dickson, fights back.

In one scene, when a bully makes fun of another girl, Willowdean goes for the glory shot and punches him in the nuts, another clip shows her eye-rolling to slagging shouts of teens towards herself and co-star, Millie (played by Maddie Baillio).

Instead of playing the victim and the sad, fat girl, they portray young women leading a body revolution, and the film rightly shows those who bully the girls as total assholes.

Another perception they tackle in the movie is when an absolute ride of a fella asks Willowdean out.

Bo Larson is the hottie that works with our leading lady and is utterly taken by the teen.

After an ole snog on their first date, it was Willowdean, not Bo who needed some time to reflect.

Bo didn't go out with her for a bet, no fat jokes were made or any attempts of trying to make her turn from an "ugly duckling" into a swan – he liked her for her.

In fact, we saw a very real admission from Willowdean about how guys like him didn't go for girls like her – and he totally called horsesh*t on it.

He confessed that he thought she was beautiful and she is.

The film shows how despite society's best efforts to make us conform to a certain look to feel beautiful, that there are leaders out there who want you to embrace you for you and feel empowered as the sexy ladies we are.

No shame, no excuses, just love for the skin you're in.

The movie follows four teenage girls who take on a pageant competition – they're all very different in shape, size and style and they want to redefine the look of a beauty queen.

One of our fave part of Dumplin' is that it shows a number of different plus-sized women and drag queens totally owning their identity.

Instead of just one fat girl, there are plenty of plus-size role models – her aunt and friend, Millie.

The role models in the film extend their knowledge of self-acceptance and give the young women buckets of inspiration to go up on stage and take it over.

The women all go on very unique paths in the film, and it shows that plus-sized women are diverse and they have multiple voices on screen – they aren't cast as the 'fat friend'.

Dumplin' creates a positive body narrative through their journey and doesn't force the characters to lose weight in order to be confident.

They project the message that confidence is achieved through finding your inner-self and letting it shine – no diet plan or killer exercise regime required.

It shows that you can be fat and happy, which is the reality for millions of people around the world.

We applaud everyone involved in its creation and we hope this is the way forward for the portrayal of plus-sized women.

If you haven't seen the film, please do.

Another day, another totally ridiculous rental ad.

Taking full advantage of the housing crisis and people's desperation, you can now rent this beautiful mattress* for €350 a month.

Don't worry about a bed, you won't be having one of those.

Oh and cosy up – because you'll also be sharing this space.

You have the choice of two sleeping arrangements and the stained walls, lucky enough for you, are included in the price.

The advert reads that you'll need "350 euro in advance one month rent, plus 350 euro advance deposit, which is refundable in the future with minimum four weeks in advance notice period required by the either side to get returned of yours one month 350 euro advance deposit, if any party have any time any other plan in the future"  – is that confusing enough for you?

This bargain property will give you a month's electricity and Internet bills included in the 350 euro per month.

But hang on, it gets even better: if two people want to share the double bed, get ready to pay 500 euro per person…which includes those pesky bills.

You'll be living with two people who are in their 30s and enjoy cooking, cleaning (could have fooled me), cinema, movies and weekend nights out.

This is prime property in Clontarf and the kitchen comes with a "shakes machine" and an "electric cattle" – I'm sure there's a mistranslation here but come on.

And anyone who lists a hob and an oven as an amenity – seriously raises an eyebrow.

But I think in this case, their pictures of the house is case and point.

The government has a lot to answer for when people are subjected to rental conditions like this.

We can't judge the people who put up the ad though – since they are also subjected to the horrendous housing crisis we are all living in.

EDIT: This listing has since been removed.

Last week the Dail passed the bill to legalise abortion in Ireland up to 12 weeks.

Once the bill passes the Seanad and is signed into law, it will be the first time in history of the state that free access to abortion is legal.

Although that seems monumental, people are still waiting for "basic human rights" to abortion care says the Abortion Rights Campaign.

Their comments come as today marks International Human Right Day 2018.

The campaigners have called upon Governments, both North and South to "secure and vindicate basic human rights to abortion access."

Although the Republic of Ireland held a referendum earlier this year, and subsequently voted to repeal the 8th amendment, abortion is still criminalised in Northern Ireland.

This weekend, the Abortion Rights Campaign submitted a response to the Women and Equalities Committee Inquiry on Abortion Law in Northern Ireland.

Linda Kavanagh, a spokesperson for the group, said: “We call upon Westminster to take the necessary actions to provide free, safe, legal and local abortion access for women and pregnant people in the North."

"As several international monitoring bodies have made clear, reproductive rights should never be a devolved issue. The UK Government have an affirmative obligation to provide abortion access in Northern Ireland,” she added.

“We urge the UK Government to decriminalise abortion across the UK, in line with international norms and best practice. The 150-year old criminal laws are still being enforced in Northern Ireland. The Northern Irish government actively prosecutes people for accessing abortion medication outside of the law. These prosecutions are cruel, unjust and inhumane, and they need to stop."

The group called for local abortion provisions to be provided for people in Northern Ireland, adding that travelling to Liverpool, Manchester or in the near future, Dublin, is just "not good enough."

Linda explained that the public in the north are ready for change and highlighted that two-thirds say that Westminster has a duty to reform the country’s abortion law and enable people to access healthcare at home.

She continued: “As we mark this day, we acknowledge that people in the Republic too are waiting for their rights to be realised. Since the referendum in May, almost 2,000 people have travelled abroad to access abortion services which should be available at home. More than 500 have imported abortion pills despite the continued legal risks in doing so."

We are united with those in North Ireland fighting for the Government to decriminalise abortion and to give safe access to medical care.

The Governess has officially left the I'm A Celeb jungle and she is looking UNREAL.

Though she departs the jungle with some incredible memories, there is something she has left behind.

Anne has lost a staggering stone in just three weeks of living in the camp.

The weight loss comes as contestants would occasionally get treats or meals when they won stars, but mainly the celebrities had to survive off of rice and beans.

Anne opened up about her food in the jungle and it looks like she won't be tucking into portions of rice any time soon.

Talking to This Morning, the 60-year-old said via a video call: “The trouble is really there is no salt.

“About a week ago my digestive system just said to me ‘I’m sorry, I'm not having any more rice."

She continued to tell Phillip Schofield and Rochelle Humes that:  "I can have beans, I can have rice and beans but I am having no more rice because it is just going straight through."

“So since then I’ve not had rice by itself. It just went straight through me,” – delightful.

Fans were quick to spot her slimmer frame and took to social media to compliment the Chase star.

"Anne has lost so much weight since going in to the jungle she looks great," tweeted one.

Another user said: "I like her, she's done so well and lost loads of weight too. Well done Anne."

Anyone up for a stint in the jungle after Christmas? Wouldn't mind shedding that extra winter fluff.

But fair play to Anne, she was an amazing camp mate.

Our relationship with food is always evolving and we always look forward to locking our lips around something new.

The good people at Deliveroo have assembled to predict five food trends that will dominate our plates for 2019.

Based on their food expertise – the future of food looks vegan, low-waste and drool worthy.

1. Healthy Frozen Savouries

Clearly the lovely people of Ireland have ignored any advice of avoiding avocado in order to afford a house, as the food platform has seen a massive demand for the tasty fruit and of course, the food God that is hummus.

But for next year, it looks like we will be tucking into savoury and healthy ice creams, but it'll be vegan and veggie variations that we will be obsessing over.

2. Root to Tip Cooking

The sense of urgency to reduce our food waste is a prominent problem on our minds this year and the conscious eco-effort is being brought into the new year.

Root to Tip Cooking, involving the use of the full vegetable is a method of days gone by but will return and bring cooking back to basics.

Deliveroo predicts that restaurant partners on the platform will introduce innovative ways to reduce daily waste, by using the likes of root vegetable leaves to make tasty and flavoursome pestos to accompany dishes – big high five for this one.

3. Fermented Food and Drink

They're good for your gut and they've been popping up all over the place in the last 12 months.

Their popularity has been seen by the food delivery service with the rise of pickles and sauerkraut.

Breaking through the fermentation process for 2019 will be more orders and variety of kombucha – AKA the holy drink for the ole gut.

4. Flexitarianism

The vegans are coming and nothing is stopping their rise. Vegan-friendly options have exploded on Deliveroo, increasing by 100 percent.

73 percent more vegan orders were placed on the platform in 2018.

And it looks like it isn't slowing down any time soon, as Deliveroo predicts an increase in Flexitarianism, where customers will dip in and out of meat dishes in favour of #MeatlessMonday and #GreenSunday.

5. Sea Snacks

According to global trend forecasters, sea vegetables and greens will become a regular addition to diets next year.

Get ready to tuck into kelp noodles to puffed savoury snacks made with algae.

And it doesn't come as a huge surprise as they've already seen an increase of 59 percent in seafood orders.

We've always wanted to get on the property ladder – but owning a private Island just sounds so much better.

And if you have a cool €2 million lying around, this Mermaid Isle in Ireland could be your new home.

Now if that doesn't sound very realistic, don't worry.

You could always grab your mates, band your money together as there is PLENTY of room on this Isle.

Located in this Kenmare Bay, the main residences on the 25 acres boasts a kitchen / dining area pitch-pine kitchen island, library, fitness room, laundry, studio, offices, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

But that's not all, you'll also have a one-bedroom cottage.

The residence also includes a kitchen custom counters, conservatory sun room with dining and sitting areas, bathroom electric shower, washer and dryer – not too shabby at all.

Of course, every good isle comes with a place to moor our large yacht that we have laying around the place.

But it just keeps getting better, the mermaid paradise comes with seal rookery and crystal clear protected ocean water for swimming, snorkelling and scuba diving – you know, just in case the parents come to visit.

It has a garden / waterfront sitting areas, a mature garden, extensive tide pools and ancient ruins on both mainland and island, two boat launching areas and moorings and three acres of turbary rights.

Now I've just looked at my bank account and have 49c to my name, so it's probably time to start looking for a sugar daddy.

This place is just too good to pass up.

Last night, we saw some of the most famous faces in the model community strut their stuff down the Victoria Secret runway.

The annual angels cause a bucket of controversy and cam make the average human feel very inadequate about their own body and looks.

After the Victoria Secret's creative director, Ed Razek said they weren't willing to cast plus-size or transgender models in this year's show – people began to clap back.

Viewers were asked to boycott the show and the event was slammed for the lack of diversity within their model selection.

However, we aren't here to sh*t all over the show, but to point out that you should enjoy it for what it is – pure entertainment.

Do grab your tub of ice cream and goodies to watch the glitter and glam – but DON'T feel guilty.

Why I hear you cry? Well those long-legged, stunning women only represent five percent of the entire human population.

According to the book, The Body Project by Eric Stice, Katherine Presnell, who stated that: "Only 5% of women have the body type (tall, genetically thin, broad-shoulders, narrow hips, long-legged and usually small-breasted) seen in almost all advertising. (When the models have large breasts, they’ve almost always had breast implants.)"

So if they represent your body type and you find them inspirational – fantastic.

But for the rest of the 95 percent of us, stop comparing yourself to the models on the runway, because no matter how much you shame and hate on your body – it won't make it look like theirs.

It's genetically impossible – you won't grow another foot taller or suddenly have abs for days.

If you find them aspirational for your own workouts and it gives you a little kick to eat healthier, then that's wonderful.

But remember to keep in mind that your body shape is yours, and you should own it – AND you don't have their personal trainers or chefs either.

This standard shown on the runway is completely unattainable for the majority of us, similar to becoming the action heroes in movies or an Olympian.

The average person doesn't have eight hours in the day to dedicate solely to training – their JOB is to keep their bodies in this sort of shape.

The Victoria Secret spectacle should be seen as frivolous fashion and not something that should define YOUR body or beauty standards.

Of course we wait with baited breath for the day that a transgender or plus size model rocks the runway and totally owns the show.

But we have no idea of when that glorious time of inclusion and representation will be upon us.

For now, just enjoy the pretty wings and luxurious lingerie for what they are – all while keeping in mind that these women do not have to define how you feel about your body.
