Geordie Shore

Despite making her name in Newcastle as part of MTV’s Geordie Shore, Marnie Simpson is planning a move to TOWIE land so she can be close to new love Lewis Bloor.

In a recent interview with Star magazine, the 24-year-old reality star confessed that she’s hoping to buy a house in Essex where she says “it will be nice to be close to Lewis”, who she met while filming Celebrity Big Brother this summer.

The controversial star told the mag: “I'm meeting a mortgage adviser soon because I'm thinking of buying my first house…I've always wanted to move down south.  Essex is a good location.”

And while you might think Marnie would happily become neighbours with her former co-star Vicky Pattison, the outspoken brunette says she hopes to dodge the Loose Women panellist when she moves.

“I know Vicky lives there now,” she said.  “But it's a big place and I doubt that we'll cross paths.  We certainly won't be hanging out as friends.”

Earlier this year, Marnie confessed that Vicky is the only ex Geordie Shore housemate who she has no contact with.

In her Star magazine column, she wrote: “I still speak to all the ex Geordie Shore cast members apart from one – Vicky Pattison!”

“We do NOT like each other, so it was always clear we wouldn't stay in touch.”

With Laura Whitmore quitting the show and the impending ban on reality TV competitors, I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here seems to be undergoing a major makeover.

And since she’s already claimed the Queen of the Jungle title, Geordie Shore’s Vicky Pattison is heading back to Oz in search of her next gig.

Fresh from her stint on the Loose Women panel, the reality TV star will be joining comedian Chris Ramsey, EastEnders’ Joe Swash and X Factor’s Stacey Solomon to present the new I’m A Celeb… spin-off show, I’m A Celebrity: Extra Camp.

According to The Sun, the new show will replace Laura Whitmore’s I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here Now!.

A source told the paper that as last year’s winner Vicky was mad to return to the show, but “while she was always the front-runner [for Laura’s job], ITV took their time with the decision”.

I’m A Celeb… will return to screens this November.

She’s always been open about having gone under the knife, but Geordie Shore’s Holly Hagan has now revealed the negative side effects of undergoing cosmetic procedures.

At 24, Holly has already experienced two boob jobs, a boob lift, Botox injections and three rounds of lip fillers, but while she still claims she’s happy with the work she’s had done, she recently told Star magazine that undergoing such treatments can cause her to pass out.

The former call centre worker said: “When I have surgery I get a bit anaemic, and if I'm travelling around I get pale and can end up passing out.”

“I haven't got any down time to recover, though, and you need a good two weeks.”

When asked if she would consider having a breast reduction in the future, the Nuts model – who had her first boob job at 18 – said: “Possibly.  I wear a DD bra, but I’m an FF and want to be a D.”

Back in April she also told The Mirror that she would consider having a nose job after seeing “how amazing” Charlotte Crosby’s new nose is.

According to OK!, Holly told Star magazine that she believes the minimum age for plastic surgery should be increased from 18 to 21, as at 18 you’re “too young to make the right decisions”.

She confessed: “I needed my boobs reconstructed when I lost weight.  If I’d done my research I wouldn’t have had to do that.”

Last week we thought Gary Beadle had finally decided to grow up when he told his ex Lillie Lexie Gregg that it’s because of her he now knows there’s more to life than partying.

But unfortunately today that hope was dashed as – during the latest episode of Ex On The Beach – Gaz officially admitted to cheating on Lillie while they were together.

When the arrival of the Geordie’s Australian ex Chrysten prompts a string of questions from Lillie, Gaz is forced to reveal his indiscretion.

After Lillie asks the reality star if he saw Chryten while they were visiting Oz as a couple, Gaz awkwardly tells the camera: “Lillie starts questioning me, which makes me question myself.  Then I remember. I kind of slept with Chrysten when I was with Lillie.”

Despite this admission, the 28-year-old TV personality tells Lillie: “No I didn't get with her when you were there, I slept with her a couple of years ago.”  Seriously?

Clearly having a very good understanding of her famous ex, the Lily-Beau London founder pushes: “It shouldn't be a hard thing.  You either cheated on me or you didn't.  You should know, ‘No I definitely didn't’.”

Failing to wiggle his way out of a desperate situation, the Gazmoji creator eventually says: “I didn't cheat on you with her.”

To which Lillie replies: “With her?  But you did cheat on me with other people? I feel like you worded that very wrong.”

Will Gary ever learn?

As we finally coax Michelle Keegan back over to the dark side, two more striking brunettes have decided to take a trip on the lighter side of lock life.

But while Kylie Jenner still looks relatively like herself, Geordie Shore’s Chloe Ferry’s next to white ‘do and cosmetic surgery addiction has left her looking totally unrecognisable.

Yesterday the 21-year-old reality star revealed her new look on Instagram and already her long blonde hair has garnered some pretty harsh reactions.

Thankfully for those who aren’t fans of Chloe’s brighter style, her new ‘do is the result of a convincing looking wig so presumably her dark tresses remain intact beneath.

We’re glad Chloe’s used a temporary measure to test this look as it hopefully means she’ll be returning to her roots in the near future.

Over the course of their five years together on Geordie Shore, it was hard to keep up with the goings on between Gary Beadle and Charlotte Crosby.

But one thing was for certain – Charlotte was definitely more invested in the relationship than Gary ever was.

And now it looks like Gary is accepting both that and the fact that his on-screen actions ultimately brought their on again / off again romance to a complete end.

Opening up during an interview with This Morning yesterday, the 28-year-old Geordie lad accepted that his antics while filming Ex on the Beach was the straw that broke the camel's back.

"It was me who messed up, I won't lie about that," he began. "We were kind of seeing each other again before I went on EOTB. I was like, look it will be make or break."

"Me being me went in there the first night, got drunk and got with someone," he admitted. "I knew straight away I'd messed things up with Charlotte."

He added: "Being drunk is not an excuse at all. If I hadn't have done that, I would have come back and we'd probably have been fine."

The professional party-boy accepts that filming together put a strain on their potential future together and sounds relieved that the drama surrounding them appears to have come to somewhat of an end.

"We had a crazy five years and there was a lot of pressure on our relationship," he said. "It would have taken one of us to leave Geordie Shore before we could both move on with our lives."

Anyone else still holding out hope their paths might cross again though?

Working in reality TV is the type of career path which can either make or break a person, and luckily for Geordie Shore’s Gary Beadle it is definitely a case of the former.

But does swapping his days drawing the dole and playing Call of Duty for jet-setting around the world with MTV really make Gaz qualified to offer career advice to teenagers?

In his latest Daily Star column the controversial Geordie advised GCSE students “not to give a f*ck about where [they] end up” because school results are not really indicative of a person's future success.

To stress his point, Gaz used real examples from his own school days and in doing so dragged what is basically a valid argument right down into the gutter.

In the piece Gary claimed that he wasn’t “the thickest kid in the class” and so he instead awarded that coveted title to the boy who was supposedly so lacking in brains a picture of him “with a lollipop up his nostril and hands down his pants” could be found next to “thick” in the dictionary.

The reality star explained that said boy eventually went on to hire 20 staff at “one of the biggest building apprentice companies in Newcastle”.

Thanks to his own efforts, the “thickest kid” is now “sitting on a healthy couple of mil”.

Meanwhile “the thickest girl” in his year went from “smoking 20 fags a day [and] probably getting off her nut on white lightening every weekend” to owning her own beauty salon and driving a flash car.

Trying hard to stress his point and showing no regard for the fact that these are REAL people he’s chosen to make example of, the 28-year-old then explained what happened to the “most intelligent people in his year”.

Gaz wrote: “The lad was a f*cking boffin, up there with Dexters Lab, he was probably w**king over Pythagoras’ theorem on the weekend he was so clever.”

“Well, this brainbox served me my popcorn at Cineworld last week.”

He finished by bragging: “I have 65 staff…From the dole to providing jobs to all them people paying their mortgages putting food on their tables…Sh*t, when I put it like that it sounds mad as f*ck, I sound sophisticated.”

If this is modern day sophistication, have the kids of the future any hope?

When you're a reality TV star, stuff can get pretty damn confusing.

Is this actually happening? What show am I on? Is sex appropriate right now? Sure, the list of concerns is endless – just ask Marnie Simpson.

After appearing on This Morning earlier today, the Geordie girl admitted that at times during her stint in the Celebrity Big Brother house she struggled to remember where she was and who she was with.

No, seriously.

Explaining why her behaviour sometimes seemed a little outrageous, Marnie explained: "I went straight from Geordie into there and I was still in my Geordie ways and I forgot that group of people wasn't my Geordie group of people and there were boundaries and sometimes I crossed them."

From flashing Saira Khan to antics in the shower with Lewis, the 24-year-old insists it all came down to her Geordie Shore roots.

"Maybe I'd had a little bit too much to drink, but that type of stuff is really acceptable on Geordie Shore, so when I'm drunk, I just assumed it would be then, but it clearly wasn't."

And while Marnie, who came fourth in the series, was involved in some of the most controversial storylines in this series of CBB, she insists the public has the wrong impression of her.

"When I came out, I was really upset because I saw people saying I'm a bully and that's completely not true," she told This Morning hosts.

Referring to the moment she gave Saira Khan an eyeful, Marnie explained: "It was supposed to be a harmless joke to lighten the mood, because there was a lot of tension in there."

"If you were there, you could feel it. It wasn't a very nice place to be," she said.

Ah yeah, happens to the best of us.

To say the last few months of Gary Beadle and Charlotte Crosby’s lives have been tumultuous would be a major understatement, but it seems Gaz is ready to move on from the tragedy of Char’s ectopic pregnancy and find himself a new girlfriend.

The problem?  He simply cannot source a girl who’s as interested in him as they are in ex.

In the latest instalment of his controversial Daily Star column, the Geordie Shore star revealed that the first thing he is asked about on dates is his relationship with Ms Crosby.

He wrote: “I moved on to just meeting random people and getting their numbers.  First thing they asked me was: ‘What happened with you and Charlotte?’”

“C’mon girls,” he continued, “We are on a date, and you are talking about my ex or digging for Geordie Shore secrets, it’s literally like being on a PA sometimes.”

As well as the Charlotte issue, Gary eloquently discussed the woes of meeting girls online.

While his Instagram feed is “just banging with girls who look like Beyoncé or Gigi Hadid”, the 28-year-old reality star compared meeting these celebrity lookalikes to an episode of Catfish because in real life the girls did not live up to his expectations.

Tinder is similarly problematic because it is “full of female versions” of Gaz, and when he does get a match he’s happy with – just like Zac Effron – the girls don’t believe his profile is legit.

As for the “unreal” girls he has met through more organic means – in nightclubs – Gaz says if they wanted to be “Mrs Gary Beadle” they should have waited longer before sleeping with him.

We could have sworn that Geordie Shore's Gary Beadle had already been inked at some stage, but it turns out we – and thousands others – were wrong.

Unlike his co-star Aaron Chalmers, Gary was totally tat-free… until now, that is.

Taking to Twitter to share the moment with his fans, the reality TV star gave an insight into his pre-tat process before eventually unveiling the finished creation to millions.

Eager to find out how large the tat was likely to be, one of Gary's followers asked: "You not getting the tiniest tattoo are ya?! Hope you doing it proper for your first."

Reassuring her that his 'go big or go home' attitude extended to the tattoo parlour, Gary insisted: "No, believe me, I've gone for it."

And he wasn't lying.

After three hours in the chair, the 28-year-old Geordie shared a snap of the inking, and it's not at all what we expected.

Explaining that it's a tribute to his mother, Gaz wrote: "Ok so today this happened. Thank you @Mattwebbtattoo mams favourite flower, some amazing colour, hand piece!"

But, unfortunately for Gary, not everyone was impressed by the inking, with one remarking: "Jesus, why wouldn't you go where @AaronCGShore goes that's not great at all!"

Leaping to his co-star's defence, Aaron replied to the comment, "Are you mad? That's a f*cking sick tat."

Gary's followers were having none of Aaron though, with another Twitter user adding: "It looks terrible m8. On ur hand no coverin it, and a flower wat man likes flowers on their hand lol."

Jeez guys, how do you really feel?!

Anyone with even a passing knowledge of Geordie Shore will know that Gary and Charlotte's on again / off again relationship did much to raise the ratings of the MTV reality show.

As a result, it's no surprise that many thought Charlotte might have had a hand in Gary's decision to call time on his two-year relationship with Lillie Lexie Gregg whom he met while filming Ex on the Beach.

But, according to Lillie, Charlotte had nothing to do with Gary's choice to end their romance.

Speaking to the Mirror Online, Lillie admitted that her boyfriend's commitment to the reality TV show was the reason they decided to part ways.

"Charlotte has nothing to do with it. Basically, he [Gary] was put in a situation where he was given the option to choose between me and Geordie Shore."

Reflecting on the ultimatum which was issued to her ex, Lillie explained: "He was told he would have to leave the show that day if he picked me. It was a daunting decision for him because that’s his bread and butter."

Sounding remarkably understanding, Lillie, who has recently been publicly humiliated by boyfriend Stephen Bear, acknowledged: "The show is all he’s ever known."

"It was the hardest decision of his life but ultimately he picked Geordie Shore," she said.

Between Gary and Bear, Lillie's definitely due some good fortune in the love department.

Since Geordie Shore drunkenly stumbled onto our television screens in 2011, viewers have been fixated by the on again/ off again dynamic between Gaz and Charlotte.

And while there came numerous points throughout the show's run that we thought Gaz and Charlotte might actually make a go of things, that came to an end when Gary revealed he was in a serious relationship with someone else.

For two whole years, Gary seemed like a changed man as he turned his back on his usual womanising antics on the hit MTV show and grew ever closer to girlfriend Lillie Lexie Gregg… until he called time on their relationship in November of last year in order to focus on his small-screen career, that is.

And whether Lillie resents the fact Gary chose Geordie Shore over her, she hasn't been backwards in coming forwards about her ex- boyfriend's on-screen love interest.

Referring to Charlotte's recent revelation that she had endured an ectopic pregnancy while carrying Gary's child, Lillie slammed the star for publicising the matter.

"I think it's disgraceful that she'd talk about her ectopic pregnancy for publicity. It's private," Lillie raged.

With word having gotten back to Charlotte that Lillie had some very strong opinions on her decision to disclose the information, Charlotte took to Twitter this afternoon to make a dig at Lillie.

"Not the best of days when a painful time in your life gets brought back up for someone else's gain," Charlotte wrote before following the mesage with a sad-face emoji.

Showing their support for Char, fans of the reality star responded, with one writing: "She has a cheek saying your a disgrace when she's using you and your story for publicity so she's lower than a disgrace." (sic)

"Don't let yourself be hurt over someone who is completely irrelevant's opinion. She's only known cos of who she's dated," added another.

"Shameless, heartless and vile, just for press," tweeted another. "Showing her true colours…needs to go back to the hole she crawled out of."

We can't see this one dying down any time soon.
