The Love Is Blind family is about to get a little bit bigger!

One of the show’s former stars, Shaina Hurley, has announced that she is pregnant with her first child.

Shaina, who appeared in the second season of the hit Netflix reality show, will be welcoming her first child with her husband Christos Lardakis.

In a post on Instagram last night, the 33-year-old treated fans to an adorable snap of herself and Christos beaming, with the dad-to-be’s hand resting on Shaina’s growing bump.

“We are proud to announce Baby Lardakis coming soon,” Shaina gushed in her caption.

In a following statement to People, the mum-to-be elaborated about her exciting news.

"We feel so thankful and grateful that we have been given such a blessing. Our hearts are full!" Shaina exclaimed, adding: "We cannot wait to start this next journey of parenthood together and to meet this little soul!"

The gender or due date of the couple’s incoming arrival has not yet been revealed.

Many of Shaina’s fellow Love Is Blind alum have since taken to her Instagram comments section to send their well-wishes.

“So happy for you guys!!! Sending lots and lots of love,” wrote Alexa Lemieux.

“Aw, congratulations. So happy for you both,” replied Nick Thompson.

“Congratulations,” added Shayne Jansen, who was involved in a love triangle with Shaina during the show’s second season.

Shaina first found fame on Love Is Blind when she got engaged to co-star Kyle Abrams. However, a few days after saying ‘yes’, Shaina called off their engagement and subsequently left the show.

Shaina and Christos’ romance first began in 2021. Around one year later, the couple got engaged in March 2022, and subsequently tied the knot four months later at a courthouse ceremony. 

The newlyweds then went on to celebrate their marriage for a second time, during a beautiful ceremony in Vouliagmeni, Greece.

The stand-up comedian has officially welcomed his first child into the world.

Jack and his girlfriend, model Roxy Horner, are now parents to a beautiful baby girl.

Jack could be seen holding his baby daughter’s car seat in one arm, while also holding onto partner Roxy’s hand.

New dad Jack looked protective over his little one as he sported a navy hoodie and shorts, as well as a grey baseball cap. Meanwhile, mum Roxy looked glowing as she donned a monochrome striped vest top and a pair of sunglasses. 

Jack and Roxy initially revealed their pregnancy news in May of this year. On their respective accounts, the pair sweetly posted several black-and-white photos of themselves beaming at sonograms.

“And I thought I wasn’t getting enough attention when the dog arrived…,” 32-year-old Jack joked in his caption.

Meanwhile, Roxy lovingly penned: “The best news to share…"

“I'm having a little girl. We've thought of some names, but I feel like none that are really sticking out. So if anyone's got any ideas?” the 32-year-old teased at the time, before adding: “I'm so excited, I can't wait.”

When asked if she was nervous to give birth, Roxy responded: “Weirdly no, maybe I should be. I'm just very excited. I've always wanted a baby and a family so it's something that's always been on the cards.”

As we await the launch of the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars in 2024, a professional dancer from the show has revealed they won’t be returning to the dance floor. 

After being a pro for the past six seasons, Emily Barker has announced her departure. 

When sharing the news online, Emily said she is now focusing on running her business and moving onto new things as she hangs up her dancing shoes for the 'foreseeable future'. 

Posting a collection of photos from her time on the hit show to her 31.6K Instagram followers, Barker wrote, “Unfortunately I won’t be returning to @dwtsirl this year. I’ve had 6 wonderful seasons on the show since starting at age 18”.

“I’ve given my absolute everything to the production for years and have loved every moment of helping my celebrities improve year on year”.

She continued “Thankyou to all of my celebrity partners for trusting me and always giving me 1000% effort in rehearsals”.

“It’s been an amazing ride!! 3 finals and a win later and I’m hanging up my dwts dance shoes for the foreseeable”.

Emily closed off by adding, “Thankyou to everyone who has supported me over the years.. I’m ready to move onto this next chapter in my life, running my business and doing NEW THINGS. Watch this space”.

A host of famous faces headed to the comments to wish Emily well in the future, including many of her colleagues. 

Dancing with the Stars presenter Jennifer Zamparelli wrote, “Oh god this is desperate news!! You will be so missed. Best of luck for the future you’re an absolute star”.

Emily made it into the finals of DWTS three times over the span of her six-season career and was crowned champion alongside 2FM presenter Carl Mullan earlier this year.

Fans of Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have been reacting to the news that the couple are officially getting a divorce.

Rumours surrounding the state of the singer and Game of Thrones actress’ marriage began to brew over the weekend. 

Initially, it was reported by outlet TMZ that the couple, who have two children together, had been heading towards separation for quite some time.

Now, it has been confirmed that Joe has filed for a divorce from Sophie, four years after they tied the knot.

According to papers obtained by US media publications, the Sucker hitmaker submitted an application for divorce at Miami Dade County Court yesterday (Tuesday, September 5).

Following a viewing of the divorce papers, NBC News reported that the 34-year-old’s reason behind the legal separation was that his marriage is "irretrievably broken".

Confirmation of the couple’s separation has come as a shock to many fans, especially after Joe had seemingly given reassurance that the parents-of-two were fine. 

After divorce rumours broke out on Sunday, the Camp Rock actor was spotted on Monday night wearing his wedding ring, as he performed in concert with his brothers Nick and Kevin.

Following the latest developments, fans of both Sophie and Joe have taken to social media to express their sadness at the couple’s separation.

“I cannot process this information,” one fan penned on Twitter.

“Damn. I really enjoyed them as a couple,” another wrote.

Joe and Sophie first crossed paths in October 2016 via Instagram. One year later, the pair were engaged, and they subsequently eloped in Las Vegas in May 2019.

In June 2019, Joe and Sophie chose to celebrate their marriage again, this time with family and friends at a stunning ceremony in France. 

In July 2020, 27-year-old Sophie gave birth to the couple’s first child together, a baby girl. The pair became parents again in July of last year, when their second daughter was born.

Holly Willoughby has spoken out about the ‘difficult’ 12 months that she has had in her career.

The This Morning presenter has faced a number of controversies in recent months, including accusations of ‘queue-jumping’ as the late Queen lay in state last September, and the scandal surrounding the exit of her former co-host Phillip Schofield.

In May of this year, This Morning made headlines as Phillip stepped down from his role, and later admitted to previously having an "unwise but not illegal" affair with a much younger colleague.

Now, a few months after she directly addressed Phillip’s departure to This Morning viewers, the 42-year-old has now opened up about how she has dealt with the past year.

As she attended the National Television Awards in London last night, Holly spoke to OK! on the red carpet, where she took the time to address the recent controversies.

"I know there's been lots of reports about things and for me personally, you know, I don't want to speak on behalf of other people, but it's a world I honestly don't recognise,” she admitted.

The Dancing On Ice presenter continued: "I think that we all look after each other is the honest truth".

Holly concluded her thoughts by addressing the support she had around her, in the aftermath of Phillip’s actions.

“This last year has been quite difficult at times. You know, if I'm really honest, it's been up and down. I think it's been a really difficult year for everybody but what's lovely is you find that people rally around you and, you know, the goodwill is there,” she detailed.

Last night’s NTAs was the first time that Holly attended the ceremony without Phillip by her side. The former co-stars and best friends were usually assured award-winners each year, with This Morning winning the Best Daytime TV gong since Holly joined the show in 2009. 

Last night, This Morning’s 18 year winning streak was ended by The Repair Shop, whose team took home the award this year.

Calling all Married At First Sight fans!

The hit reality show will soon be returning to our screens with a whole host of new brides and grooms looking for their happy ever after.

Nermina Pieters-Mekic has revealed that she has been diagnosed with ‘aggressive’ breast cancer.

The reality star, who is best known for her appearances in The Real Housewives of Cheshire, took to Instagram earlier today to share the devastating news. 

Nermina, who is a mum to two-year-old daughter Alaya-Rose, had remained quiet on social media for the past two months.

At the beginning of her lengthy caption, the 33-year-old recalled how she found a lump in her left breast, but her GP initially wasn’t concerned.

“After some convincing from my Mom, I decided to investigate it further as the lump was getting sore and growing. I'm so grateful that I did because on the 10th of July I got diagnosed with an early stage aggressive breast cancer,” Nermina admitted.

The reality star continued by expressing how her ‘heart was broken’ with the news. 

“I had so many questions. I'm healthy and fit so how is this possible for someone of my age?! But one question scared me the most and it makes me upset even writing it down – ‘will I see my little princess grow up,’” she penned.

After sharing that she has had to make the “hardest decisions” of her life, Nermina went on to confess how she has been coping.

“There will be a long road of healing to do for me emotionally and physically as my body has been through and continues to go through such a lot. But I'm in very good hands,” she promised.

Nermina concluded her caption by noting: “Whenever I look into my little girl's eyes I know I have to be strong and that I will do anything and everything to get through this.”

Many famous faces have since expressed their well-wishes to Nermina.

“I’ve heard this before from Ryan, I wish him well. If there are opportunities there I wish him well,” he stated.

“It’s a tough market over there. It’s not going to be straightforward but good luck to him if that's what he wants to do,” he added at the time.

However, before the arrival of her son, Jorgie experienced a tragic miscarriage with quadruplets in 2021, just 14 weeks into her pregnancy.

In an interview with Giovanna Fletcher on the Happy Mum, Happy Baby podcast, the actress has now chosen to open up about the heartbreaking ordeal.

Jorgie began by recalling how she and her partner, now-fiancé Oliver Piotrowski, were in “shock” upon finding out they were expecting quadruplets.

“We had to Google everything. By this point, I am so huge – you could see my boobs from the back. My belly was massive already, and I thought, ‘I will just be a vessel,’” she detailed.

The soap star then went on to explain how she was sent for weekly scans because she was at a high risk. Three and a half months into her pregnancy, Jorgie was then told that she would have to undergo surgery for a miscarriage.

“I think [the quadruplets] were sort of developing but then not developing, so it was becoming to the point where later on in the scans, [the doctors] were like, ‘They’ve not gone any further,’” she stated to host Giovanna.

The former I’m A Celeb star went on to recall the couple’s “upsetting” reactions to the news, explaining that their relationship was “tested massively”.

“I was a bit more hard-faced. For Ollie, it was harder,” she admitted.

“He doesn’t like giving up, and that’s in his nature. You know, there was a chance of four, he thought possibly one out of the four [would survive]. Whereas me personally, I was like, ‘It’s all or nothing.’ They’re there together, and they’ll be together,” she concluded.
