Miley Cyrus has opened up about the end of her marriage to Liam Hemsworth.

The Midnight Sky singer and The Hunger Games actor had an on-off relationship for a decade, but were only married for eight months before deciding to call it quits for good.

In promotion for her new single Used To Be Young, Miley has opened up about the day she knew her marriage to Liam was over.

Recalling the realisation, the 30-year-old confessed that the decision was made on the same day that she made her debut at Glastonbury Festival on June 30, 2019.

“So Glastonbury was in June, which was when the decision had been made that me and Liam’s commitment to be married just really came from – of course, a place of love first, because we’ve been together for 10 years – but also from a place of trauma and just trying to rebuild as quickly as we could,” Miley explained to the camera.

“The day of the show was the day that I had decided that it was no longer going to work in my life to be in that relationship,” the Hannah Montana child star admitted, adding that it was “another moment where the work, the performance, the character came first.”

Following on from the candid reveal, many of Miley’s fans have taken to social media to express their thoughts.

“I like how diplomatically she speaks about her relationship with Liam, like she’s done some incredible healing since then,” one TikTok follower praised.

“An amazing display of growth and maturity and healing,” another added.

Miley and Liam first met and fell in love on the set of The Last Song in 2008. The pair were engaged in 2012 but briefly ended their relationship the following year.

After their reunion in 2015, the former couple chose to tie the knot in December 2018. Their divorce was later finalised in January 2020.

Scarlett Moffatt has been enjoying her first holiday with her newborn son. 

The Gogglebox star is soaking up the sun in Spain with her boyfriend Scott Dobinson and their 10-week-old son Jude. 

The couple welcomed Jude, their first child together, into the world back in June after he made his way into the world early at 35 weeks.

After spending time abroad together, Scarlett has shared an insight into their first holiday as a family-of-three. 

The 32-year-old posted a collection of lovely photos of three three of them relaxing, enjoying days out and splashing around in the pool to her 2.4M Instagram followers. 

Scarlett described the holiday with her newborn as ‘magical’ in the candid caption of the post, where she opened up about their experience. 

She wrote, “So we made the decision to take Jude on holiday at ten weeks old. He had his 8 week vaccinations, got the go ahead from the GP & we thought let’s do it. This hands down is the best decision I’ve ever made”.

“This has been the greatest week of my life. Holidays are so different when looking after a baby but they’re so magical”.

“Yes we took everything but the kitchen sink & I did my maths wrong and took 2 litres of milk to Newcastle airport in my hand luggage & apparently he doesn’t need 100 nappies on top of 24 swim nappies but we live and learn lol”.

The former I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here winner closed off by adding, “Anyone debating whether to take their baby on holiday… do it. I promise it’s worth it”.

Many of Scarlett’s fans headed to the comments to share how much they love the adorable family photos.

One commenter penned, “Aw the pics are all so beautiful!! And you are absolutely glowing @scarlettmoffatt enjoy every minute”.

“Wow you look amazing and so happy. Motherhood definitely suits you. Little jude looks very chilled and happy”, wrote a second fan.

Another added, “Beautiful family, Jude is so gorgeous and his smile is precious, enjoy these special moments, they grow up too fast”. 

Moffatt also shared the pictures to her Instagram Stories and sweetly said, “The greatest feeling in the world is when my Jude smiles at me”.

Jack Whitehall and Roxy Horner have finally shared a first glimpse of their baby girl!

It was confirmed yesterday that the comedian and model had welcomed their first child together. Jack and Roxy were spotted by MailOnline on Tuesday, leaving the Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital with their newborn.

Now, a few days on from becoming parents, the pair have chosen to share a first glimpse into their baby daughter’s birth!

Taking to Instagram last night, the couple decided to post heartwarming snaps from hospital on their respective accounts.

New mum Roxy uploaded a sweet snap of herself cuddling her baby girl, as the little one wore an adorable white dress. The 32-year-old also revealed the family-of-three’s first photo together. 

“The love of my life,” Roxy simply gushed in her caption

Meanwhile, Bad Education star Jack accompanied his comedic message with a lovely image of himself cradling his daughter.

“In awe of my partner @roxyhorner who has been amazing throughout this journey and is going to be the greatest mum ever. So excited to have started a family of my own,” he continued. 

Jack then went on to joke: “Having vowed I’d never be that guy I am now 100% going to be the parent that shows everyone endless pictures of their kid. I also wore skechers to hospital, I think I must accept I am a full blown dad now.”

As the new parents have not announced their daughter’s name yet, Jack concluded by teasing: “Name wise after this weekend I think ‘rice, rice, baby’ has a nice ring to it.”

Many fellow celebs have since congratulated Jack and Roxy on their new arrival.

“Rock, DJ, Dwayne or Dwanette… all amazing names! Congratulations brother to you and amazing mama!!” replied Jack's Jungle Cruise co-star Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.

Kourtney Kardashian has opened up about the reason behind her recent rush to hospital.

The Kardashians star is currently expecting her fourth child, her first with husband Travis Barker.

Fans were initially alerted to concern on Friday, when Travis’ band Blink-182 announced that they were postponing several of their upcoming tour shows, as the 47-year-old drummer had to fly home for an “urgent family matter”.

Now, a few days on from the emergency, Kourtney has finally broken her silence on the reason why Travis had to rush home to her bedside.

Taking to Instagram last night, the 44-year-old mum shared a black-and-white snap of her husband’s hand holding her own, as she lay in hospital.

“I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life,” Kourtney began her lengthy caption. “I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.”

The mum-of-three then went on to express the fear she felt during her health scare.

“As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery,” she admitted. “I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear. I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant.”

Kourtney concluded her update by writing : “Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing.”

Following her post, many of Kourtney’s fans have continued to send their well-wishes.

“So glad to hear that you are all okay,” one follower penned.

“So happy you are both okay. How scary,” another replied.

“Sending you light and love always,” a third fan added.

If you’re looking for a hearty and healthy dish which just oozes comfort, then this is the recipe for you!

Fish pie is the perfect way to incorporate more seafood into your diet, especially if you’re not too keen. Not only that, but it’s also a great source of omega three and that essential vitamin D.

We absolutely adore the variety of tasty fish flavours combined with the creamy sauce and mashed potato topping — it really is the ideal midweek meal, especially on a dreary day!

Serves: 5

Prep time: 30 mins

Cook time: 20 mins
Ingredients:

400ml low fat milk

900g potatoes

280g sweetcorn

58g frozen peas

4 sprigs fresh parsley

300g salmon, raw

300g cod, raw

1 tbsp cornflour

1 vegetable stock cube

1 small onion

25g butter

Method:

Preheat the oven to Gas 4/ 180°C.

Boil a large pot of water and cook potatoes until soft, for approx. 15 minutes.

Take the frozen vegetables out of the freezer. While the potatoes are cooking, simmer one cup of the milk in a large pot.

Add onion, season with pepper and add the stock cube.

Cut the fish into 6 pieces, add to the milk mixture and cook on the low heat for about 10 minutes until the fish flakes with a fork.

Remove the fish from the pot (retain this pot and liquid) and place in an 8 x 8 inch ovenproof dish.

Divide the fish into smaller chunks.

Sprinkle parsley over the fish and then add the raw or frozen vegetables.

Add the cornflour, butter and 1/2 cup of milk to the pan in which the fish was cooked. Stir frequently with a whisk and cook on the hob on a low-medium heat for approx. 2-3 minutes until thickened.

Pour the sauce over fish and vegetables.

Drain water from potatoes then add 1/2 cup of milk and butter and mash until smooth.

Spread the mashed potato on top of the fish and bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.

Carrie Hope Fletcher is going to be a mum!

Congratulations are in order for the West End star as she has announced she is expecting her first child with her husband Joel Montague.

Carrie Hope is known for her performances on stage in huge musicals such as Les Misérables, where she played the roles of both Éponine and Fantine, as well as playing Wednesday Addams in the stage version of The Addams Family, and performing in Heathers: The Musical.

Since revealing the wonderful news, many famous faces have reacted to the pregnancy announcement online.

Carrie unveiled her pregnancy to the world by posting a snap of a chalkboard propped up between seats at a theatre with details of her little one on the way to her 595K Instagram followers.

On the chalkboard is written, “On 29.03.24 The role of ‘Baby Montague’ is due to be played by…”, alongside another picture of Carrie’s baby scan.

She captioned the sweet post, “We are beside ourselves to meet the newest member of our family early next year! This little one is already so loved”.

Many famous faces flooded the comments to congratulate Carrie and Joel on their wonderful news. 

YouTuber Zoe Sugg wrote, “Ahh congratulations Carrie!”.

“Congratulations, wonderful news”, penned former Strictly Come Dancing star Oti Mabuse.

Carrie’s sister-in-law, and wife to McFly’s Tom Fletcher, Giovanna, added, “Cannot wait to meet you little one!!”.

Carrie Hope and Joel tied the knot back in February when they eloped to Scotland for a private ceremony after less than a year of dating. 

The parents-to-be held a big ceremony to celebrate their marriage with their loved ones last month, near Canterbury.

When reflecting on the large celebration, Carrie revealed, “The day was an absolute triumph! One Joel and I will be talking about for the rest of our lives”.

Dan Edgar has opened up about his break-up from Amber Turner.

While chatting to OK!, Dan admitted, “There have been things that haven’t been right for a long time. We tried it and at the end of the day it didn’t work”.

“There were a lot of changes I tried to make – stuff I was making an effort with. It’s easy on the surface to look at things and think, ‘Everything looks fine’, but there was a lot going on behind the scenes”.

“There was no way forward for us. I’m 33 now, it’s not an age where you just see how it goes. Me and Amber have been together and we’ve been on and off”.

Explaining how things have been between him and Amber, the 33-year-old said, “We’ve been amicable so far. I’ve moved out of the house. It’s never easy going through a break-up, especially after five years”.

“We’re at the stage now where we’re talking normally as adults about what we’re doing about it. We have the dog and we were living together – but at the end of day we haven’t got kids. We’re not married. It’s not as messy as it could be”.

“It was not always rosy behind the scenes. There was a lot of trying to make things work. It’s just not meant to be. I’m in a really good place and I’m happy. I assume she is as well. I have my swimwear range launching. I’m looking forward to moving on”.

Addressing cheating allegations, the reality star revealed, “There are always rumours. There have been rumours about me in the past. At the moment Amber has denied [it]. So, what can you say? Amber first announced that she and Dan’s relationship was over by posting an Instagram Story to her 851K followers that read, “I wasn't going to post anything but due to speculation and questions, I feel like I need to”.

“Yes, me and Dan have split. I honestly wish him the best for the future. Please respect our privacy at this time. Thank you”.

Maura Higgins and Faye Winter have proven that there is no bad blood between them!

The former Love Island stars attended the National Television Awards last night. Faye looked dazzling in a mesh silver dress, while Maura opted for a see-through gown with a beaded strap.

According to The Sun, the two women were videoed backstage during the celebrations, and they ended up having an alleged “bust-up” row. Rumours began to circulate that the argument was caused by Faye throwing her shoes at Maura.

The publication also alleged that Faye and Maura “had to be separated” from one another, and claimed that the stars appeared to have an “ongoing feud.”

Following the reports of their supposed argument, both reality stars have now taken to social media to set the record straight on the incident.

Firstly, Maura, who was a Love Island finalist in 2019 and has recently been working with Love Island USA, chose to re-share the article on her Instagram stories, alongside her thoughts on the matter.

“Borrrringgg!!!! Can’t have a passionate conversation without people videoing and press trying to turn women against one another… ILY @faye__winter no drama here love,” the 32-year-old promised.

A few minutes after Maura’s post, Faye then opted to re-share it and added in her own message.

Davide Sanclimenti and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu have opened up about their relationship for the first time!

The former Love Island champions, who won the ITV dating show in 2022, shocked fans in June when they announced their split.

However, just two months later, the reality stars teased that they had rekindled their romance, after they embarked on a holiday to Turkey together for Ekin-Su’s birthday.

Following on from a few weeks of speculation, Ekin-Su and Davide have finally broken their silence on what the nature of their relationship is.

Last night, the pair took to the red carpet of the National Television Awards, during which they were asked if they are back together.

“We’re just enjoying each other’s company,” Davide responded teasingly, adding: “We leave the mysteries.” 

When asked if they are just platonic, Ekin-Su replied: “Leave it to the imagination. You can label it whatever you want to label it. But we are enjoying each other’s company and we’re very happy.”

28-year-old Davide then said: “We say in Italy, ‘If there are roses, they will bloom.'”

Wrapping up the discussion, the Turkish actress explained: “The thing is – a relationship is like a roller coaster, right? A real relationship has ups and downs.”

In his final remarks, Davide noted coyly: “We’re enjoying the roller coaster.”

On June 30, Davide took to social media and shared a statement, announcing that he and Ekin-Su were no longer together.

“I am grateful for the memories and opportunities we shared together and I wish her nothing but the best. I would like for everybody to respect this decision during this difficult time, I will continue to support Ekin in anyway possible,” the Italian model wrote at the time.

The Love Island winners have since enjoyed a lavish holiday together, with both of them choosing to post adorable snaps of themselves together in Turkey.

Brendan Courtney and Focus Ireland ambassadors Kelly Ann Byrne and Stephanie Clarke today launched this year’s Shine A Light sleep out in aid of Focus Ireland.

Taking place on Friday, 13 October, Shine A Light is proudly supported by Bord Gáis Energy and calls on people across the country to host a sleep out in their homes, communities or workplaces to help end family homelessness. This year the goal is to raise €1.2m to support the essential work of Focus Ireland.

Bord Gáis Energy’s support of Shine A Light forms part of an ongoing partnership with Focus Ireland which began in 2015. To date it has supported over 7,000 families and directly prevented 458 vulnerable families from becoming homeless. Last year the partnership was extended until 2025 and Bord Gáis Energy has pledged a further €2 million to help tackle family homelessness, bringing its total commitment in funds to €4.4 million.

Demand for Focus Ireland’s services is at an all-time high. There are currently 1,839 families including children in emergency accommodation as of July 2023, an increase of 29% in the last year. The work that Focus Ireland is doing to support families experiencing homeless or as risk of homelessness is vital, but they can’t do it alone and the support of people across the country is essential to create real change.

On the night Brendan will sleep out at his home and will document the experience on his social channels. Other well-known personalities taking part in Shine A Light include broadcaster and writer Louise McSharry, former Tipperary hurler Brendan Maher, farming influencer Katie Gleeson and lifestyle influencer Caroline Mooney.

There are thousands of families across Ireland, including children who are homeless or at risk of losing their homes and we need to come together and help combat this issue. By hosting your own sleepout at home, at your workplace, local sports club or community hall, we can raise vital funds for Focus Ireland and prevent more families from becoming homeless. The goal this year is to raise €1.2m and I am urging everyone to sign up and donate to this important cause.”

Speaking on behalf of Focus Ireland, Kelly Ann Byrne said:

“Every night thousands of people are facing the uncertainty and fear of having nowhere to call home. Having experienced firsthand the work of Focus Ireland in supporting families to rebuild their lives, I urge you to gather your friends, family or colleagues and host your own sleep out to raise vital funds for Focus Ireland. With your support, together we can end homelessness.”

The Love Is Blind family is about to get a little bit bigger!

One of the show’s former stars, Shaina Hurley, has announced that she is pregnant with her first child.

Shaina, who appeared in the second season of the hit Netflix reality show, will be welcoming her first child with her husband Christos Lardakis.

In a post on Instagram last night, the 33-year-old treated fans to an adorable snap of herself and Christos beaming, with the dad-to-be’s hand resting on Shaina’s growing bump.

“We are proud to announce Baby Lardakis coming soon,” Shaina gushed in her caption.

In a following statement to People, the mum-to-be elaborated about her exciting news.

"We feel so thankful and grateful that we have been given such a blessing. Our hearts are full!" Shaina exclaimed, adding: "We cannot wait to start this next journey of parenthood together and to meet this little soul!"

The gender or due date of the couple’s incoming arrival has not yet been revealed.

Many of Shaina’s fellow Love Is Blind alum have since taken to her Instagram comments section to send their well-wishes.

“So happy for you guys!!! Sending lots and lots of love,” wrote Alexa Lemieux.

“Aw, congratulations. So happy for you both,” replied Nick Thompson.

“Congratulations,” added Shayne Jansen, who was involved in a love triangle with Shaina during the show’s second season.

Shaina first found fame on Love Is Blind when she got engaged to co-star Kyle Abrams. However, a few days after saying ‘yes’, Shaina called off their engagement and subsequently left the show.

Shaina and Christos’ romance first began in 2021. Around one year later, the couple got engaged in March 2022, and subsequently tied the knot four months later at a courthouse ceremony. 

The newlyweds then went on to celebrate their marriage for a second time, during a beautiful ceremony in Vouliagmeni, Greece.

Congratulations are in order for Jack Whitehall!

The stand-up comedian has officially welcomed his first child into the world.

Jack and his girlfriend, model Roxy Horner, are now parents to a beautiful baby girl.

In images obtained by MailOnline, the Bad Education star was spotted exiting the Lindo Wing at St Mary's in London. 

Jack could be seen holding his baby daughter’s car seat in one arm, while also holding onto partner Roxy’s hand.

New dad Jack looked protective over his little one as he sported a navy hoodie and shorts, as well as a grey baseball cap. Meanwhile, mum Roxy looked glowing as she donned a monochrome striped vest top and a pair of sunglasses. 

Jack and Roxy initially revealed their pregnancy news in May of this year. On their respective accounts, the pair sweetly posted several black-and-white photos of themselves beaming at sonograms.

“And I thought I wasn’t getting enough attention when the dog arrived…,” 32-year-old Jack joked in his caption.

Meanwhile, Roxy lovingly penned: “The best news to share…"

“I'm having a little girl. We've thought of some names, but I feel like none that are really sticking out. So if anyone's got any ideas?” the 32-year-old teased at the time, before adding: “I'm so excited, I can't wait.”

When asked if she was nervous to give birth, Roxy responded: “Weirdly no, maybe I should be. I'm just very excited. I've always wanted a baby and a family so it's something that's always been on the cards.”
