Kate Ferdinand has shared a bumpdate with her followers after recently announcing the gender of her newest addition.

Earlier this week, the former The Only Way is Essex star revealed she and her husband Rio are having a baby girl.

Now, Kate has shared a new glimpse of her growing baby bump and has said how grateful she is to be growing a healthy baby after previously worrying about the size of her bump when she was pregnant with her son Cree.

Ferdinand posted the video of herself standing in front of a mirror showcasing her blossoming baby bump on her Instagram Stories for her 1.4M followers. 

“Friday = no work, no makeup, Pilates & a day with Cree”.

“Bump growing nicely, I remember when I was pregnant with Cree I was so worried about how big my bump would get, now I'm just grateful to be growing a healthy baby!”.

Kate added, “This bump is growing fast but I love it”.

Kate and Rio announced they were expecting their baby girl in January of this year, with the former reality TV star saying, “We’ve been praying for you”.

The couple already share a son named Cree together whom they welcomed into the world in 2020.

Kate sadly suffered a miscarriage in July 2022. At the time she explained, “Our baby had no heartbeat in our 12 week scan and I had to have surgery".

"So much to say, but somehow I can’t find the words. Absolutely devastated & heartbroken”.

Rio also has three children from his previous relationship with his late wife Rebecca Ellison- 16-year-old Lorenz, 14-year-old Tate and 11-year-old Tia.

Kourtney Kardashian has been hitting back at rumours she is pregnant. 

Last night, The Kardashians star took to Instagram to share some gorgeous snaps of herself wearing some bright yellow latex trousers, a crop top cardigan and some cute strappy heels. The 43-year-old posted the images to promote the latest launch from her Lemme product range.

While the majority of replies in Kourtney’s comment section were complimentary, one fan decided to ask: “Is she pregnant?”

Kourtney took no time in clapping back to her follower with an incredibly honest response.

"The after effects of IVF (I only acknowledge this comment because I do think it's important to know how IVF affects women's bodies and it's not spoken about much)… also are we still asking women if they're pregnant?" she wrote.

Kourtney subsequently received a lot of supportive and encouraging responses from fans who noticed the interaction. However, the reality star has since deleted the Instagram post.

The comment exchange comes after Kourtney and her husband Travis Barker have remained extremely open about their journey with IVF. The couple currently have five children within their blended family, but they have not yet welcomed a child into the world together. 

In the most recent season of The Kardashians, which aired in May of last year, Kourtney and Travis shared their ongoing process with IVF with their viewers. During one episode, the pair revealed that they would be attempting an egg retrieval for the very first time – but it was not successful.

"The egg retrieval didn't go the way that we would've hoped,” Kourtney admitted to the camera. “[The doctor] was able to retrieve the egg but it didn't make it to the embryo stage.”

Then, in December 2022, Kourtney shared that she had stopped her IVF journey for 10 months. "Finally started getting my energy back 10 months after stopping IVF," she penned in an Instagram story at the time, as she showcased herself in the gym. "For anyone else going through it, it gets better!"

Kourtney continues to parent her three children – Mason (13), Penelope (10) and Reign (8) – as well as being a stepmum to Travis’ son Landon (19) and daughter Alabama (17).

A fatal road traffic incident has occurred in Co.Cork and Gardaí are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

Gardaí are investigating a fatal road traffic incident that took place on Thursday, March 2 on the N25 in Midleton, Co.Cork. 

The collision occurred at approximately 9.15pm on the N25 near the junction of the Old Youghal Road. 

A male pedestrian, a man in his 60s, has tragically passed away after receiving fatal injuries during the incident.

The road remains closed this morning between Lakeview Roundabout and the junction at the Old Youghal Road with local diversions in place.

Garda Forensic Investigators will carry out a technical examination of the scene this morning.

Gardaí are appealing to anyone with information to come forward. In particular, any drivers who were on the N25 between the Lakeview Roundabout and the junction at the Old Youghal Road between 9pm – 9.20pm, and who may have witnessed the incident or who may have video footage (including dashcam) is asked to contact Gardaí.

Martha Kalifatidis has shared a video of the moment she gave birth to her first child and met him for the first time. 

The former Married At First Sight star welcomed her baby boy into the world last month with her fiancé Michael Brunelli. 

Martha took to Instagram to share a black and white video to her 686K followers from the day she gave birth.

The emotional moment her son cried for the first time made his dad tear up and Martha look so lovingly towards him. 

Kalifatidis captioned the touching post, “The moment we became a family”. Many famous faces and fans of Martha’s rushed to the comments to congratulate her again on her new arrival and to share how special they thought this moment was to capture on camera. 

Australia’s Next Top Model star Brooke Hogan wrote, “Bawling”, while The Bachelor Australia’s Sophie Tieman penned, “I’m crying. A huge congratulations”.

A fan of the reality TV star said, “I watch this and I’m so overjoyed for you all that I have tears in my eyes”.

“Such a beautiful moment. That’s the best when you see your child for the first time”, added another.

Martha’s pregnancy started off quite difficult for her as she was diagnosed with Hyperemesis Gravidarum, resulting in severe chronic nausea and vomiting. 

She revealed, “It is 24-7. I literally didn't get out of bed for two months”.

Martha announced her son’s arrival into the world earlier this week by sharing a photo of him fast asleep in a hospital cot. 

She wrote, “Lucius Brunelli. He’s here, he’s perfect”, in the caption.

Martha and Michael took part in the sixth series of Married At First Sight Australia. The pair got married on the show in 2019, before getting engaged properly in December 2021.

Fans of the couple were surprised to learn that Molly-Mae had been sitting in her bedroom alone for the duration of her boyfriend’s match. 

After Tommy was declared the winner, Molly-Mae’s sister Zoe posted a video to social media of herself and pal Maura Higgins bursting into Molly-Mae’s room to shout, “He won!”.

“I knew in the build up that she would never be able to watch it because of how scared she gets,” he explained.

Tommy then went on to praise Molly-Mae for how she has handled the first month of motherhood with his frequent absences. The couple, who began their relationship on ITV dating show Love Island, welcomed a baby girl named Bambi into the world on January 23.

In the end, Tommy shared that although he is incredibly proud of his victory, his main priority now will always be his growing family. “I just want to support my family. I've got a little girl now and I just want to make sure she is happy,” he noted.

We finally have clarity on who might be dumped from the Love Island villa tonight!

At the end of last night’s episode, many fans were sent into a frenzy when newly-evicted couple Olivia and Maxwell were given the power to send another two Islanders home with them.

Following last night’s edition of the ITV reality series, fans were convinced that this meant that Olivia and Maxwell could choose to evict any two Islanders, and that the chosen contestants didn’t necessarily need to be ranked in the bottom four.

Viewers’ suspicions were seemingly confirmed further when the Love Island social media team posted images of all the remaining couples, with the caption: “Two more Islanders will be dumped from the Island, and their fate is in Olivia and Maxwell’s hands…”

However, presenter Maya Jama has now cleared up any confusion surrounding the rules of tonight’s dumping. 

In the first look preview for tonight’s edition of Love Island, Maya can be seen saying to Olivia and Maxwell: “You must now choose one girl and one boy from the remaining vulnerable couples to be dumped from the Island tonight.”

This means that Olivia and Maxwell can only choose between Rosie, Claudia and Tanya from the girls, and Shaq, Casey and Keenan from the boys.

Since the release of the teaser for tonight’s teaser, fans have been giving their opinions on the clarified rules for the latest eviction.

“[I don’t care] I’m just glad Will and Jessie are safe,” wrote one Instagram follower. 

“Ok I’m glad it’s only the vulnerable ones,” expressed another.

“I knew it was just the remaining couples and that IG post was just Love Island being messy,” one Twitter fan joked.

“Well I’m glad it’s clarified it’s the one of each of the vulnerable couples. Otherwise [Olivia] would definitely go for Kai!”, commented another.

The question is though – who will Olivia and Maxwell choose to send home tonight? We’ll just have to tune in to Love Island to find out!

Melanie Murphy has opened up about how her and her husband’s relationship has been since welcoming their second child into the world while he is working long-haul flights, and has shared advice for newly engaged couples. 

The Glass Houses author gave birth to her second child, a daughter, in January and has been open about juggling life with a toddler and a newborn while her husband works as a pilot.

Melanie took to her Instagram Stories to answer any burning questions her followers had for her, with one of them being, ‘How’s your relationship with your husband now after baby no.2 and him working?’.

The Irish YouTuber explained, “We are in teamwork mode big time! Just getting through our to-do lists and life in general means we have to work really hard together to keep everything going”.

“We really really miss each other even though we live together”.

“He's finished long haul in ONE MONTH so that's going to change our lives so, so much I will be SOBBING of joy”, she lovingly added. 

“Long haul with kids is brutal. Having him home everyday will be so wonderful for the whole family”.

Murphy was then asked for advice for newly engaged couples as she recently tied the knot to her husband Thomas. 

Melanie shared some wonderful tips that would be useful for any couple to follow. 

“Ask the other ‘how are you?’ at least once a day, every day. It's really easy after a few years together to presume the other person will simply tell you how they feel or what they are thinking about”.

She continued, “But life can get in the way and it's important that you BOTH feel/ know what's going on with you and is willing and excited to listen, to comfort”.

The If Only author and her husband Thomas have been together since 2017 and got married in a small ceremony in March 2020 due to Covid restrictions. They went on to welcome their first child, a son, in September of that year before having their baby girl this year.

Louise Thompson has admitted to having the ‘worst flight ever’ with her son Leo as she returned home from a family trip to Switzerland. 

The former Made in Chelsea star has opened up about her ‘disastrous’ flight to her 1.4M Instagram followers. 

While sharing a video of herself carrying her one-year-old Leo in a baby carrier as she walked off the plane, Louise wrote, “The end of a long travel day… brings a whole new meaning to the phrase ‘walk of shame’”.

The mum-of-one explained, “Just had to do the walk of shame, meaning walking past all the people on the plane that we kept awake for the last hour and a half”.

“I'm so glad that's just a short flight but Leo you were a disaster…that was the worst flight ever”.

As she shows her partner Ryan pushing a trolley with their suitcases on it, Thompson continued to reveal what her son was doing to disrupt their flight. 

“He was slapping me, he head-butted me, he hit my face with a water bottle, he made a massive mess…basically everything but sleep”.

Louise added, “He kicked the seat in front”, and wrote a message to other passengers on the flight in the corner of the video that reads, “I am so sorry to everyone involved”.

The family-of-three’s skiing holiday comes weeks after Louise was readmitted to hospital after haemorrhaging while at home, resulting in her needing a blood transfusion. 

The family were meant to be heading to St.Lucia on the day Louise ended up back in hospital but had to cancel their trip. 

Since welcoming her son into the world, the former reality TV star has been in and out of hospital with many health concerns. 

Louise had to stay in intensive care for a month after Leo’s birth and was also diagnosed with anxiety, postnatal depression and complex PTSD. More recently, she has been diagnosed with drug-induced lupus.

An investigation has begun into the cause of a fire in Wexford General Hospital yesterday afternoon, which resulted in over 200 patients being evacuated. 

At around 4pm on March 1, a fire broke out in the hospital’s machinery room. Two hours later, a major incident was declared at the hospital as up to 45 firefighters tackled the blaze.

Thankfully, no injuries were reported amongst the hospital’s patients and staff, but over 200 patients had to leave the hospital because of a risk to their safety. 

Some of the patients were seriously ill and had been in the intensive care ward. They have since been transferred to other hospitals in Kilkenny, Waterford, Cork and Dublin.

The evacuation has since been called “the biggest evacuation in the history of the health service.” Around 30 patients now remain in Wexford Hospital following the breakout of the fire, as they wait to be removed from the premises. 

Speaking on RTÉ’s Morning Ireland about the incident, the Assistant Chief Fire Officer with Wexford Fire Service, Ray Murphy, detailed that he and his crew are currently trying to determine how the fire began.

“The plant [room] would be very, very safe when it’s operating under normal conditions and particularly when it's on the roof, you wouldn't be expecting any particular issues with the plant itself,” he explained.

“Obviously something caused the fire… I expect it was a piece of equipment, though I’m not sure which piece would have started it,” he shared.

Mr Murphy also confirmed that there hasn’t been “any large damage whatsoever” to the hospital, as the fire was confined to a particular area. He added his hope that it won’t be long before patients will be able to move back into Wexford Hospital.

“They can certainly start getting back up and running in the coming days but obviously to get the 207 patients back in, it’s going to take probably weeks and months but I can see the hospital turning this around certainly in the next couple of days,” he explained.

Irish women’s soccer team member Amber Barrett, known for scoring during the Scottish game last October and helping the team get the chance to play in this year’s World Cup, will be on the show to explain why that goal and her community in Donegal will be forever intertwined. She will also be chatting about how she feels ahead of the national team's historic debut at the World Cup this summer.

The Great British Bake-Off judge Prue Leith will talk to Ryan about her incredibly successful career as a restaurateur, novelist, businesswoman and TV star. She’ll also discuss her recent documentary which explored the subject of assisted dying and what it’s like to go on tour with a new live stage show about her life.

Comedian Emma Doran will be making her Late Late Show debut to talk about a life-changing decision she made in lockdown, why she will never forget Courtown, and what her beef with the Young Scientists is. 

Straight from the stage of the annual Press Photographers Association of Ireland (PPAI) Awards Ceremony, PPAI president David Branigan will present some of the award-winning press photos of 2022. The Press Photographer of the Year will also join Ryan and David directly from the award ceremony tomorrow night.

Plus, there will be great, live, Irish music from Pillow Queens who will perform Hearts and Minds, as well as country star Nathan Carter who will sing The Morning After.

All this and much more on the Late Late Show on RTÉ One, Friday, March 3 at 9.35 pm

The Tracy Beaker family is growing!

One of the show’s biggest stars, Chelsie Padley, has announced that she is expecting her first child. 

The actress, who is best known for playing Louise Govern in the beloved CBBC series, will soon become a mum alongside her boyfriend Iain George.

Chelsie decided to take to Instagram last night to share the wonderful news. The 31-year-old posted an adorable video of herself discovering she is pregnant, before putting a montage together of the moments she told partner Iain and their loved ones the amazing news.

“Baby George, you are SO loved already,” the expectant mum gushed in her caption.

Many have since taken to Chelsie’s comments section to congratulate her on her pregnancy, including several of her Tracy Beaker co-stars.

“oh I’m so so so happy for you both,” gushed lead actress Dani Harmer, alongside numerous crying emojis.

“Love this and you!! I am beyond happy for you both,” commented Ben Hanson, who portrayed Bouncer Plakova in the children’s TV series.

“Oh Chels you will be the most wonderful mum!!! (And Julie the BEST nanny!) I bet you are all overjoyed. Congratulations xxx,” added Alicia Hooper, who played the role of Amber Hearst.

Chelsie subsequently took to her Instagram stories to thank her fans and loved ones for the well-wishes. "Can’t quite cope with the love tbh. Have barely posted the last two months (now you know why)”, she joked, with the addition of a throwing up emoji.

“I have SO much to fill you in on and I'm so glad I can now, so I will respond to the love and tell you errrrthing tomorrow,” she promised before adding, "As if I'm gonna be a mum".
