Paddy McGuinness has shared a supportive message for his ex-wife Christine, revealing he is proud of her.
The tribute comes after Christine’s new BBC documentary Unmasking My Autism was aired last night. The show follows Christine’s life after she was diagnosed with autism as an adult, and sheds light on how autism affects women.
It is a follow-up programme after Paddy and Christine were filming a documentary based on raising their three children, nine-year-old twins Penelope and Leo, and six-year-old Felicity, who have autism too. At the end of that documentary Christine was also diagnosed.
“No one gets married and expects it to end. It’s been heartbreaking at times, but it’s been a while now…We’ve dealt with the hardest bits in private, which I’m glad about”.
“But unfortunately that’s over now and we’re just going to carry on and be the best parents we can be”.
Paddy wasn’t the only person sharing support for Christine online as after the documentary aired, she was inundated with messages of support from her fans.
Many fans of the 34-year-old headed to the comments on her recent post about the programme to share their support with her.
“Thank you so much for giving us autistic women and girls a voice”, wrote one fan.
A second fan penned, “Great documentary! Very much needed. We can only continue to try and educate people and push research. Christine, you're an amazing woman, keep being you!”.
“This was an incredible programme. You have helped so many more people understand themselves and perhaps their kids. Life changing work! Thank you”, added a third.

Tati Gabrielle has shared her thoughts on how she wants You’s Joe Goldberg to meet his demise!
The actress, who is best known for playing single mum Marienne in the hit Netflix series, spoke to Us Weekly earlier this week following the success of the show’s recent fourth season.
During their chat, Tati revealed her unusual theory on how she thinks the story of Penn Badgley’s Joe should end.

“I would love for Henry to somehow be a part of Joe’s demise,” the 27-year-old teased, referring to Joe’s young son.
“I think that that would just be really interesting in a full circle sort of way,” she continued. “Because what started Joe on his murderous sort of kick was the fact that he killed his father or killed his mother’s significant other. So that would be really interesting.”
Tati also admitted that she doesn’t want Joe to be killed off. “I would love to see him actually be prosecuted and be locked away in a cage for the rest of his life,” she detailed.

“Because I also think that everybody’s like, ‘He needs to die.’ And death is too easy of a punishment. Like if anything, that’s almost a gift. Especially for Joe,” she added, noting prison would be a “more fitting punishment” for the serial killer.
Those who have finished watching You’s fourth season will know that Tati’s character Marienne survived Joe’s wrath and made it back home to her daughter. However, does she think Marienne will seek revenge?
“I think [I] want revenge for Marienne, but I don’t think that Marienne is a vengeful person,” she exclaimed. “She would want to seek justice because I don’t think that it sits right in her spirit that he’s gotten it away with it again."

"That he’s out there and to know that his mind has broken completely at this point. [She would be] afraid of any other woman or any other person that could be out there that could be his next victim,” Tati theorised.
But will Marienne get her justice? Well, You has not been renewed for a fifth season as of yet, but hopefully we will have an answer soon!
Ferne McCann is going to have a new addition to the family very soon!
The former star of The Only Way Is Essex is already a mum to five-year-old daughter Sunday, and earlier this month, she revealed that she is expecting her second child with fiancé Lorri Haines.
Now, the 32-year-old has been opening up to The Mirror about how youngster Sunday reacted to the news of her new baby brother or sister.
"We had the cutest moment that we actually filmed for the show – so I don't want to give too much away because it was such a special moment,” Ferne teased, referring to the new series of First Time Mum.
The mum-of-one went on to explain how her years as a single mum has impacted on her second pregnancy. "I was really nervous and apprehensive because it's been me and Sunday for such a long time. With always being a single parent with her, we've got that very tight, special bond,” Ferne detailed.
She added that she was determined for Sunday to feel reassured. “I felt… not guilty, but I just felt I don't want her to feel like she's going to have to share mummy or she is going to feel pushed out, obviously she's always going to be my priority but I just wanted her to be okay,” Ferne detailed.
Thankfully, the TOWIE star confirmed that Sunday’s reaction was one of excitement. "She reacted really well and you'll see it on the show,” Ferne hinted.
In her interview, Ferne also shared how relieved she was to share her pregnancy announcement, after rumours had been spreading for weeks that she was expecting again. "I'm just really pleased that it's out there now and we can celebrate it because I feel like I've just been covering up for such a long time. It's really exciting,” she beamed.
"And, obviously, the difference this time round is that I'm doing it with someone and that feels really special,” she added, gushing over fiancé Lorri.
You can catch Sunday’s reaction to Ferne’s pregnancy news when the new series of First Time Mum begins tonight, March 15, on ITVBe at 9pm.
She captioned the post, “Happy birthday Jack. 24 years ago today I held you in my arms like this and you made me the happiest woman in the world. I’ve loved you every minute of every day since”.
Connolly sweetly added, “I’m so proud of you and ridiculously excited to a Granny”.
Many of the former TV chef’s followers headed to the comments to share birthday messages with Jack and to congratulate the family on their new addition.
One follower wrote, “Aw that's lovely! Happy birthday Jack, 1st as a daddy”.
“Ah Yvonne that photo Is so precious, your baby and your first grand baby. Happy birthday to New daddy Jack hope he enjoys his day”, penned a second social media user.
A third added, “Beautiful pic, precious moment! Enjoy your beautiful bundle of joy! Congratulations to u all”.
Jack’s dad Ronan Keating also shared a birthday message to him on social media.
Unfortunately Ronan is on tour in Indonesia at the moment so he won’t be home to celebrate with his son but he still wanted to wish him a happy birthday on his Instagram Stories.
The When You Say Nothing At All singer said, “I want to wish my son Jack a very happy birthday. He is turning 24 today. You are some man for one man. I love you”.
“I’m so proud of you son. Sorry I’m not there to celebrate with you today but Stormy and the kids are gonna spoil you and I will see you very soon for a dirty steak”.
Montana Brown has opened up about her pregnancy experience so far and has revealed the plan she has in place for the birth of her first child.
The Love Island star had a chat with OK! where she spoke about her birth plan but also revealed she is being ‘open-minded’ about her labour.
“I want a hypnobirth in the water if I can. But from watching One Born Every Minute, so many birth plans don’t happen so I’m trying to be open-minded”.
The former reality TV star hasn’t found out the gender of her little one and had decided to keep it as a surprise.
Montana also detailed her parenting style, revealing it will be similar to her own upbringing.
“As far as parenting goes, the gentle parenting thing baffles me”, she admitted. “I feel like I’m going to be quite strict because I think kids need boundaries and discipline”.
“When I was younger, you ate your dinner or went hungry and I don’t feel that’s damaged me or given me any trauma”.
The 27-year-old then chatted about her pregnancy symptoms so far, and explained that she is already halfway through her second trimester.
“I’m so emotional! I don’t cry often and never at films, but I was watching the new Lindsay Lohan movie Falling For Christmas, which is not that sad, and I was crying the whole way through”.
When it comes to having odd cravings, Montana shared her recent obsession. “And I’ve been craving Branston pickle, which is bizarre. I’m obsessed!”.
Montana announced she was pregnant with a sweet video posted to Instagram that featured her and her boyfriend Mark, whom she met at the end of 2020.
The clip shows the couple at the beach as they cradled her growing baby bump. It also had snippets of Montana holding up her positive pregnancy test and getting scans done at the doctor’s office.
“Baby O’Connor coming next summer”, she captioned the post that is set to James Arthur’s song Heartbeat.
Never one to turn down an opportunity to have fun with our friends, this review of Fujifilm’s new instax mini 12 was a welcome excuse for a girlie get-together! Armed with a selection of the gorgeous new pastel colour instant cameras and several cartridges of film, we got creative to put these brand new instax mini’s to the test.
So, where do we start? The cute design and colours are SHEmazing! There’s one for everyone from blossom pink to mint green, even a clay white for the hen party planners. The handy wrist strap is a welcome essential given how toppling over while trying to secure the best angle is not beyond the realms of possibility.
The standout new features of the instax Mini 12 sets it apart from previous versions, including its very own built-in selfie mirror. Perfectly located beside the lens you won’t need a second shot to get your best side. Now with close-up mode and an adjustable viewfinder, there’s nothing this neat little instant camera cannot do. The automatic exposure and flash sensor controls will adjust to both the bright day light and nights out on the town, meaning every single printed photo scores a 10/10 with no wastage.
We loved the new instax mini heart sketch film which added cute little hearts to the borders of our prints. The speed of printing was also impressive, just five seconds and your moment is brought into the physical world for all to see. The installation of each print cartridge is also effortless, pop open the back cover, align the two yellow tabs and hey presto you’re camera-ready! The film confirmation window will let you know that there’s film inside, so you don’t accidentally open it and spoil the remaining shots. While the film counter window lets us know how many shots are left in the film pack.
While we tucked our precious photos into our wallet for safekeeping, which was super easy given they are credit card size, there’s a whole new way to bank these memories and share them on social. Just download the new nifty little ‘instax UP’ app to scan, collect and share even more joy. Make a collage, tell a love story or send your photo creations via messaging apps.
Celebrations, parties, loving moments, and smiling friends can forever be accessed from the app and there’s some cool photo sharing tools and templates to make your instax pics pop! Just choose the Fun or Classic mode in the settings to set your themes. Any format of instax pic can be scanned on the app from mini, to square and wide. You can even make small corrections to the colour, brightness and remove glares or reflections from your photos with the app. Then simply add the time, date, location, and tag words for easy sorting later in your library.
Overall, we’re big fans of the instax mini 12, a cool camera with a nostalgic vibe. What is more you can be sure that every shot you take in the physical can be easily digitised for online sharing through the new instax UP app.
Bumble has identified the latest Gen-Z dating trends, from Seize The Date (making the first move) to Main Character Energy (not being afraid to go after what you want), to highlight how the younger generation are redefining what dating looks like in 2023.
With data from the popular dating app showing that almost half (43%) of Gen Z people on Bumble are more motivated to go after what they want when it comes to romance, maybe it’s time the rest of us looked to them for some inspiration.
To save you hours on scrolling, we’ve pulled together top Gen Z dating trends, with insights below from the Bumble community and commentary from Bumble’s Sex and Relationships Expert, Dr. Caroline West.
Short King Spring (1.2B+ views)
Short King Spring is now a year-round affair for Gen Z. More than 1 in 3 (37%) Gen Z singles on Bumble shared that they are now more open to dating someone shorter than them and no longer care about someone’s height as a requirement. This is higher than the global average, in which only 30% of those surveyed said the same thing.
Lucky Girl Season (598M+ views)
Generating ‘lucky girl’ energy in the dating world is all about manifesting your desired reality and putting your best self forward. There’s been a shift amongst Gen Z and beyond, with the majority (54%) of single people in the UK being more thoughtful and intentional about how they put themselves out there. Bumble’s Profile Badges can be used to make your intentions clear, whether that’s looking for something casual or serious, helping you manifest the dating experience you’re looking for.
#MainCharacterEnergy (395M+ views)
Living the protagonist lifestyle is the new norm, with 43% of Gen Z Bumble members feeling more motivated to go after what they want when it comes to romance after the past two years. ‘Hardballing’ (not messing around) has also taken a front seat, with more than half (52%) of Gen Z singles globally stating they are much clearer with partners from the start about what they want from a relationship, and 85% saying that being honest and upfront is the most important thing in a relationship.
With the return of office culture and busy social schedules, the overwhelming majority (87%) of Gen Z singles admitted that they were feeling overwhelmed and exhausted with their day to day. Back in 2021, lockdown led to the rise of ‘Slow Dating’ with people taking longer to get to know someone than they usually would. Today, over half (52%) of Gen Z on Bumble have established more boundaries over the last year, a trend Bumble calls ‘Guardrailing’, including being clearer about our emotional needs and boundaries (63%) and not overcommitting socially (55%).
Seize The Date
Gen Z are particularly optimistic about dating in 2023, with 73% of global Gen Z singles on Bumble, ‘Seizing the Date’ and saying they feel positive about the romance that lies ahead. Younger generations are casting aside outdated romantic norms, joining the 89% of women in the UK comfortable with making the first move and asking someone on a first date.
Bumble’s Sex and Relationships Expert, Dr Caroline West says about Gen Z dating: “Gen Z is the first generation to enter the dating scene with apps as a key way to meet people. Given the greater control that online dating can offer with how you choose to date, from filtering matches by distance or Interest Badges which help you find things in common, it’s no surprise this generation feels more empowered to date on their own terms.
Gen Z is making dating work for them in their own way, whether that’s ignoring social norms on height, or doubling down on others – such as being forward. With more than two fifths of Gen Z now feeling more motivated to go after what they want romantically than before the pandemic, it’s clear that, dating with purpose, confidence and integrity is the new standard of dating.”
Findings from a recent survey found that one in five (22%) adults have broken or fractured a bone since they turned 40 years of age. Over a third (35%) of these patients reported to have had a fragility fracture. Osteoporosis is a condition that causes bones to become weakened which can lead to fragility fractures. A fragility fracture is a broken bone that occurs due to minimal trauma, such as from a fall from standing height or less. Surprisingly, the rate of fragility fractures was high amongst 40-54 year olds with almost one in five (18%) surveyed having sustained a fragility fracture. This level of fractures would generally be expected amongst older age groups.
The research commissioned by Athena Pharmaceuticals surveyed 600 Irish men and women aged 40-90 to understand the occurrence of fragility fractures and awareness of appropriate nutritional supplementation for optimal bone health as people advance in age. The findings revealed a significant lack of awareness and confusion regarding the recommended daily allowances (RDA) of both Calcium and Vitamin D. 85% of adults are unaware of the correct amount of Calcium they require daily and 90% are unclear on the correct amount of Vitamin D required for optimal bone health.
The recommended allowances, as defined by the Institute of Medicine, are outlined in the table below:
Table 1. Calcium and Vitamin D dietary reference intakes by life stage
Diet is a major contributor to optimal bone health. The recommended daily allowance of calcium and Vitamin D as defined by the Institute of Medicine and Food Safety Authority of Ireland is outlined in Table 1 above. Calcium intake may be achieved by consuming three portions of any of the following: 1 glass (200ml) of milk, 1 carton (125g) yoghurt, 1 bottle (200ml) yoghurt drink, 2 thumbs (25g) of hard or semi‑hard cheese such as cheddar or edam or 2 thumbs (25g) soft cheese such as brie or camembert. Of those surveyed, over three-quarters (76%) of men and women above 40 years old are not getting the appropriate amounts of calcium in their diet, only consuming <50% of the RDA. Worryingly, 80% of adults who have a history of a fragility fracture are not consuming adequate calcium and alarmingly, 7% report they are consuming none. Vitamin D5 is available from two sources, sunlight exposure during the summer months and diet. Sources include natural foods such as egg yolks and oily fish, and fortified foods such as cheese and milk drinks. Supplements are usually necessary to get the recommended amount. But this survey found that 90% of people are unsure of the daily vitamin D requirements.
Dr Miriam Delaney, Specialist in Osteoporosis, Metabolic Bone Disorders and Calcium Metabolism at the Galway Clinic and Athena Pharmaceuticals Spokesperson, said:
“It is important that people build and maintain their ‘bone bank’ throughout their lives. Anyone who has had a fragility fracture over the age of 40, is considered at high risk of osteoporosis and should discuss evaluation and treatment with their doctor. Achieving bone health may include behavioural changes, such as improving diet, engaging in weight-bearing exercise and taking oral supplements of calcium and vitamin D, if required.
“Eating behaviours have changed drastically over the past three decades with our families and children eating very differently to how we, or our parents, would have eaten in the past. We develop our bone bank during our early decades of life and after achieving peak bone mass, we naturally lose bone mass with ageing. Hence it is essential that our diet provides us with sufficient calcium and vitamin D, to minimise bone loss as we age. People with little or no calcium in their diet are at elevated risk of osteoporosis and fractures in later years. Falling and fracturing the hip or spine, is a major cause of long-term pain, decreased mobility, loss of independence, hospitalisation and death in the elderly.
Individuals at a higher risk of Osteoporosis include those with many underlying illnesses, or taking certain medications such as oral steroids (for asthma or COPD), patients being treated for cancer, those with limited mobility, those in care homes or hospitals, etc and should be recognised as being at risk of weakened bones as a result of their underlying illness and treatment.
When supplementation is deemed necessary, it is important that people get expert advice from their pharmacist or healthcare provider.”
The survey revealed a need for education surrounding calcium and vitamin D intake in those over 40. Consultation with their pharmacist or GP regarding appropriate Vitamins and Mineral supplementation, especially Vitamin D and Calcium. 62% of adults over 40 surveyed buy over-the-counter vitamin supplements, but 45% of them don't seek expert advice, and since 85% are unsure of the correct amount, this often results in incorrect dosing.

Peltz also shared where they could see themselves raising children as they were living in Los Angeles together but Nicola is from New York and Brooklyn was born in London.
“Honestly, we’ve talked about [raising children in L.A] so much. And I think that we would want to definitely have a house here just because so much of our work is here”.
“We did have a house in L.A. at one point, but we sold it because we were like, oh, we’re going to go to Florida for a while. And then we’re like, no, just kidding, we have to be in L.A. for work. It was so silly of us”.
She continued, “And now we’re saving up money to get our dream house. But we both honestly love New York so much. If our work were there, we’d be there in five seconds. We were looking at apartments”.
24-year-old Brooklyn previously opened up about wanting to start a family very soon. “I could have had kids yesterday”.
“Obviously it's my wife's body, but I've always wanted to have a bunch of kids around. That's something I really want to do”.
Nicola and Brooklyn first met in 2019 and were dating for eight months before Beckham popped the big question. The pair went on to tie the knot in April of last year in a stunning ceremony on Nicola’s family estate in Florida.
Georgia Harrison has opened up about how her health took a turn for the worse following her experience with revenge porn.
The former Love Island star’s ex-boyfriend, Stephen Bear, was recently sentenced to 21 months in prison after leaking a sex tape of the pair without Georgia’s consent.
Stephen was initially arrested in January 2021 with one count of voyeurism and two counts of disclosing private, sexual photographs or films.
Ahead of the release of her new documentary, Revenge Porn: Georgia vs Bear, Georgia has been speaking out about how the awful experience affected her.
In an interview with The Sun, the 28-year-old admitted that she “almost died” after the intimate footage was shared with the world.
“When it first happened, the physical effects on me were just horrific,” Georgia recalled.
"I had acne come up all over my face. I ended up getting a cyst infection — the cyst eventually burst — and I was in hospital from stress,” the former star of The Only Way Is Essex continued.
Georgia also listed how much extensive damage had occurred to her body. “They said my kidneys, my pelvis, and multiple organs were infected, and I was going into septic shock,” she said.
The reality star then went on to describe how the footage changed her life. “I did say to him if anyone ever saw it, it would ruin my life. It would change my life unequivocally – and it did,” she shared candidly.
“For months, my state of mind was really not good. From the moment I heard he was showing people I felt completely out of control. I felt used and violated,” Georgia continued.
Thankfully, since Stephen’s arrest and imprisonment, Georgia’s physical and mental health has improved. “As much as this situation really did crush me two years ago, I can stand here strong now. There’s only good times to come from here,” she beamed.
You can watch Georgia’s documentary, Revenge Porn: Georgia vs Bear, this Monday, March 20, on ITV2 at 10pm.
