Whether you’re in college or working nine-to-five in an office, a healthy lunch can sometimes be an impossible task.

There just isn’t enough time during the day, as you deal with an ever-growing to do list, and when you finally get home that night, you can barely take your shoes off, never mind begin preparing a tasty lunch for the next day!

Thankfully we have an excellent solution to your lunchtime problem: John West Steam Pots.

A combination of omega-packed tuna and whole-grain couscous, these steam pots are so packed with flavour it won’t feel like you’re eating something healthy – and all you need is a kettle.

When we want a quick lunch, we tend to go for carb-packed sandwiches or pasta that can make us feel sluggish and normally results in a 3pm slump. These John West Steam Pots are protein-based, making you feel full and energetic instead of lethargic.

John West Steam Pots are a great choice of flavour-packed meals that you can make in minutes by simply adding boiling water. Once the couscous has cooked in the water, you simply stir in the Infusions Tuna for a fast and filling lunch that’s also warm and flavoursome.

These handy pots are simple and quick enough to prepare in the office kitchen and enjoy at your desk, or easy enough to make at home and enjoy in front of the TV.

Flavours include Chilli & Garlic Tuna with Red Pepper Couscous, Soy & Ginger Tuna with Mushroom Couscous, and Basil Tuna with Sun-Dried Tomato Couscous. An easy lunch doesn’t have to mean a boring lunch!

John West Steam Pots are great value at just €2.99 and are available nationwide now.

How many times a day do we belittle our bodies? It's more than we would care to admit, more often than not.

From 'too fat' to 'too skinny' and all 10,000 problems inbetween, it's incredible just how mean we can be about ourselves and how we look.

Now, Dove have created a video that shows us just what it looks like when we say these things about ourselves – by getting an actress to say them to someone in public.

This is a very powerful and important message and we hope we remember it the next time a negative thought enter our mind.

Oh, Jamie – maybe you should have kept this admission to yourself…

The Fifty Shades of Grey actor was speaking about preparing for his role in the critically acclaimed TV show The Fall when he made a very creepy revelation.

In preparation for the role of serial killer Paul Spector, Jamie revealed to The LA Times that he actually stalked a woman on the London Tube – albeit ‘half-heartedly’:

“I like, followed a woman off the train one day to see what it felt to pursue someone like that … I really kept my distance and was aware that it was kind of half-hearted.”

Thankfully, Jamie soon realised that his method acting was maybe just a little creepy:

“She got off a few stops earlier than I was planning. I followed her around a couple of streets and then was like, ‘what are you doing?’ It felt kind of exciting in a really dirty way and I’m not proud of myself but I do think I learned something from it.”

Yikes, we’re glad some good came out of it then, Jamie.

Boys eh? Can’t live with em, they can’t survive on their own!

As if having a near wardrobe malfunction isn't embarrassing enough, then your husband goes and makes it public on their social media account…

We’re not so sure Millie Mackintosh will be too impressed with her husband Professor Green’s latest Instagram snap where he posted a photo of his wife wearing a silver dress and writing:

“The wife had another NVE (near vag exposure) @camillamackintosh.”

A photo posted by Stephen Manderson (@professorgreen) on

The photo was taken from an event Millie had attended the night previous where the wind almost made her dress blow open – eek.

Pro Green clearly just doesn’t understand the wrath of the wind on an otherwise modest dress on many the nights out.

We're with you on this one, Milly.

Katy Perry has taken to Twitter to speak about rumours that she is expecting a baby.

At the beginning of the month, the US magazine OK! stated that she was not only pregnant, but planning a wedding too.

It looks as if Katy didn’t take too kindly to the rumours as the magazine was later forced to retract their story in a series of tweets on their official Twitter page.

They also apologised to Katy for printing photos taken with a long lens during a private party at her home.

Not only did the pop star retweet each of the magazine’s tweets, she also reminded her fans only to believe things that she announced herself: “REMEMEBER these magazine are fiction designed for entertainment. NO ONE speaks for me. Instead let the previous tweets speak for themselves.”

We're glad Katy got the apology she deserves.

SHEmazing! caught up with beauty blogger Emma Sheehan from the gorgeous Mastering Your Makeup blog to get the lowdown on all things beauty-related.

From her best budget beauty buy to favorite perfume – we have all the answers right here.

1. What's your best budget beauty buy?
My current love that is a total bargain and helps me every morning for work is my Blank Canvas Cosmetics Oval Beauty Blender. This just makes getting ready for work so much easier, I dampen my beauty blender with warm water, drain all the water out and dab on my foundation. It leaves my skin looking flawless and it takes seconds.

2. What's your top make-up tip?
For me it has to be, fill in your brows. Whether you want a full brow for a night out or just a little gap filler, adding shape and colour to your brows completely frames your face. I find for me any makeup look appears much tidier with a shaped brow. I get the HD Brows every 4-8 weeks so sometimes with the regrowth adding a little colour and concealing the strays works really well for me.

3. Do you have a favourite all-round beauty product?
I think this would be a highlighter. My current fave is by The Balm, the Mary-Lou Manizer. I like it because it can be used on the cheekbones, and the cupids bow to bring light and life to the face but sometimes I’ll add it to my eyeshadow looks to really brighten my blue eyes.

4. What's your earliest beauty memory?
Early and possibly most embarrassing, I remember on my 12th birthday my mum took me to our local pharmacy and was letting me buy some makeup with my birthday money. I was straight over to the Rimmel stand and in my logic at 12 years of age, I decided having blue eyes meant I needed to match everything to blue so my first purchase was Rimmel blue eyeshadow, blue mascara and thankfully only a clear lipgloss. I still can’t believe my mum let me buy them but he assures me there was no talking to me!

5. Most girls have a signature scent – what's yours?
Oh this one is really tough, I do have a scent I’ll wear for a few years and at the moment it has to be Lancome La Vie Est Belle, I just love how fresh and pretty it smells.

6. What's in your make-up bag right now?
These are my ‘go to’ products for my daily work wear at the moment; always want a quick and easy look during the week in the office. I like to fill in my brows, make sure my cheeks have some colour and a subtle lip. A primer for me is essential to start my makeup and a powder to take away any shine I may get throughout the day.

Vanessa Hudgens has admitted that she became ‘mean’ during her relationship with her High School Musical co-star, Zac Efron.

Zac and Vanessa dated for five years from 2005 until 2010 but has been dating Austin Butler since 2011.

The actress, who currently holds the star role in the Broadway production of Gigi has admitted that the female attention given to Zac during their relationship made things very difficult for the couple: “I went through a phase when I was really mean because I was so fed up. Girls were running after him, and I was giving them death stares.”

Thankfully, Vanessa soon saw her behaviour wouldn’t get her anywhere with Zac’s fans and soon changed her ways: “Then I realised that not what that’s about. Spread the love, be a good person, they support you, be nice.”

It sounds like it's hard dating a Hollywood actor – even if you're an actress yourself.

James Franco is well-known for his strange Instagram snaps but this one goes beyond weird.

Sharing a photo of Selena Gomez holding a baby, the Pineapple Express actor wrote: “Selene [sic] and I had a baby. It was born during Sprang Break.”

Unless we fell asleep for nine months and completely forgot Selena Gomez ever being pregnant, we’re going to assume that James is just trying to freak all of her fans out.

James and Selena starred in the movie Spring Breakers together so this is more than likely what the actor is referring to.

Selena is currently starring in James' movie In Dubious Battle and the photo of Selena and the baby was taken from the set in Georgia.

Or maybe there is something going on that we know nothing about, eh Selena?
