He is head over heels! Blake can’t stop gushing about Gwen Stefani

If anyone is in love, it's Blake Shelton. The Voice judge couldn't help but gush about his new flame on live TV.

Last night marked the The Voice's first live show since Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton announced they are dating, which gave viewers front row seats to witness the chemistry between the pair.

In the TMZ video below, Blake can't help but support his new girlfriend as her team battled Adam Levine's.

"Team Gwen is whippin' the crap out of Team Adam tonight," Blake said. "It's fun to see Gwen whip the crap out of Adam tonight. It makes me so happy."

The host of the show, Carson Daly, kept things very professional (i.e. boring) and didn't address the news of the new hot couple – but it was clear they are head over heels for each other.

Even though there was no PDA, Blake continued to support Gwen all night as she giggled her way through the show.

Nadia Forde gushes about her rugby boyfriend in latest interview

They may have only been dating a few months but it seems that Nadia Forde's new romance looks set to go the distance.

The stunning Irish model opened up about her new beau in her latest interview in OK! Magazine.

Nadia, 26, didn't hold back as she told the magazine about her relationship with rugby player, Dominic Day.

The reality star looked stunning as she lounged on her bed in a boho-style jumpsuit.

Sitting behind her, the Wales player looked smart in a red polo shirt, holding a protective hand around Nadia's trim waist.

Nadia couldn't help but gush about her new relationship.

"It was just me and the cats for three years before Dom! He makes me feel like I’m part of a team."

"This is definitely the happiest I’ve ever been in a relationship."

Aside from their blissful relationship, the former I'm A Celeb… star opened up about how Dominic was there through the toughest time of her life.

Nadia's mother passed away in June, following a five-year battle with lymphoma.

"Dom was away at the time but sent a big, beautiful bunch of flowers, apologising that he couldn’t be there with me, at that moment, on that day."

"I completely wasn’t expecting it but was so touched. I still have the card in my purse."

When asked about her plans for the future, Nadia revealed: "I've taken the last couple of months off. I'm back auditioning and I was going to release a single but I stopped because of the family stuff, so it's all going to start again."

It seems the brunette beauty has everything back on track!

While we can’t imagine life without our girls, many of our friends can get a little overexcited upon discovering that you’ve finally got a new man in your life. Here are some of the things that we probably don’t need to hear, but do anyway:

Oh My God! That’s great! Good for you!
A common reaction and while it’s a good sign that your friends are happy for you, they probably don’t need to shout their reaction from the roof tops either.

Is it serious?!
Your friends suddenly need to know everything – from where you are right now in the relationship to your future plans. Even if you say you’re just seeing how things go for now, they still need to know something about your current relationship status.

Will it get serious?
Again its early days and you don’t need to start planning for the future just yet.

You looked up his ex?
We all do a bit of Facebook creeping, but it’s never good idea to over think every his past relationships with your friends. Some things are best left in the past or just as a conversation between you and your boyfriend.

Why haven’t I met him yet?
The question all girls will ask and often the most difficult to answer. Meeting each other’s friends is a big deal and while your friends may want to meet him as soon as possible – this is probably something that should be only done, when both you and your boyfriend are ready.

When starting a new relationship, it’s always a good idea to start off slowly. No matter how much you want to rush into things, just take each day at a time.

Remember, you have all the time in the world and the slower the pace, the longer you’ll last.

Step 1: Stay rational
In the early stages of a new relationship, we have unrealistic expectations. We think we know everything about our lover and we imagine qualities in them that mightn’t even exist.

Tip: Think with your head as well as your heart.

Step 2: Set the standards
Sometimes we tend to turn a blind eye to the behaviors we don’t like in a man because we are scared to speak up.

Tip: If you don’t like something, let him know from the get go.

Step 3: Build a friendship
The foundation of a healthy relationship is built on friendship. So it’s important to spend time outside the bedroom so you can get to know each other.

Tip: Go for walks, cook together, hang out – it’s endless really.
