Hugh Grant

Christmas shopping has left my bank account looking pretty tragic so I’ll be spending my Friday night at home.

Luckily, I’ll be pleasantly entertained with dozens of shows and movies airing on the TV across the weekend.

As usual, I will be tuning into The Graham Norton Show which never fails to make Friday nights that little bit better. The chat show is bound to cheer us up on this quiet Friday with another stellar line-up.

The Corkman will be joined by the legend that is Judi Dench, who will chat about her iconic career.

Hugh Grant also joins Graham on tonight’s show and we’re eager to see what the Notting Hill actor says about those election results. He will be promoting his new movie The Gentlemen.

And that’s not all.

Christmas crooner Michael Bublé is appearing on the show.

And there’s more.

Hollywood actor Matthew McConaughey, who stars alongside Grant, will join his co-star to discuss their movie The Gentlemen.

There will be music from Coldplay who will perform their new song Everyday Life.

The Graham Norton Show airs on BBC1 at 11.25pm.

The weekend is almost here and we’re very excited to have a couple of days away from the office. With Christmas just around the corner, we’re trying to limit our spending which means another quiet weekend for us.

Luckily, one of our all time favourite rom-coms is on TV tonight.

It’s Hugh Grant’s best movie (aside from Paddington 2) and we’re awfully excited to watch it for the twentieth time.

Notting Hill is on Virgin Media 1 at 9pm so get your popcorn ready.

The 90s rom-com is our go-to movie when we’re feeling a little low. It’s set in beautiful London, stars the iconic Julia Roberts and has one of the best soundtracks.

The love story between the awkward bookshop owner, William Thacker and glamorous film star, Anna Scott is one of the best on-screen romances.

The late Emma Chambers also stars as the goofy sister of William. Hugh Bonneville, Tim McInnerny and Sally Phillips also star.

There are so many iconic scenes in this movie, but nothing tops the moment when William is forced to interview Anna during a press junket for her latest movies.

The scene is charming and awkward and it never fails to make us laugh when William says he works for Horse and Hound magazine.

This Richard Curtis classic is bound to warm your heart on this dreary November night.

Notting Hill is on Virgin 1 at 9pm.

Iconic Brit actor Hugh Grant is desperately appealing to burglars who broke into his car to return the stolen movie script, in a bizarre set of events.

On Sunday evening, the Love Actually star claimed the thieves ran away with the as-yet-untitled movie script, which was hidden inside a bag.

The 58-year-old is devastated, having lost weeks of notes and intense work on his next project.

The Hollywood actor wrote:

"In the unlikely chance that anyone knows who broke into my car tonight and stole my bag, please try and persuade them to at least return my script. ‘Many weeks worth of notes and ideas."

"And perhaps my children’s medical cards. Coach Films, Ealing St Mary’s Ealing Green W5 5EN," he concluded.

Grant has three kids, and presumably doesn't want their medical card information rotating around London.

Hugh is currently preparing work for the upcoming movie Toff Guys, directed by Guy Ritchie, which centres around the antics of a British drug lord.

HBO series The Undoing, starring Nicole Kidman, will also feature Hugh's acting skills.

We hope he gets his script back, is there NO DECENCY left in the world lads?

It looks like the king of rom-coms is officially off the market. Hugh Grant has caught wedding fever as the actor is set to marry his long-term girlfriend this month, according to reports.

The actor captured our hearts in some of the most-loved romantic comedies, from Four Weddings and a Funeral to Bridget Jones’s Diary.

The charming 57-year-old will have to wave goodbye to his title as one of the United Kingdom’s best bachelors as friends have shared that he is ready to settle down.

Hugh and his long-term partner Anna Eberstein are supposedly tying the knot later this month after wedding banns for the pair were posted at Kensington and Chelsea register office.
“This is a day none of Hugh’s friends ever thought would come. He will soon be a pensioner and has finally become a family man,” said one source.

Hugh and Anna have three children together, with the parents welcoming their youngest child in January this year.

The Love Actually star also shares two children with his ex-girlfriend Tinglan Hong.

The dad-of-five has admitted that becoming a parent changed him for the better. Speaking to Jess Cagle of People magazine the Paddington 2 star admitted that his children have changed his view of the world.

“It was the nicest thing that's ever happened to me, but it happens to be true. It's just lovely to have all that love around.”

He added that fatherhood makes you look past your own needs, it teaches you to be a more selfless individual, “Suddenly you love someone more than yourself. It's unheard of in my case and they love you and it's all enchanting."

Congratulations are in order! Hugh Grant and his girlfriend Anna Eberstein have recently welcomed a new addition to their family.

The 57-year-old and his TV producer girlfriend are already parents to five-year-old John Mungo and another child, born in December 2015.

As well, the Notting Hill star shares six-year-old Tabitha and four-year-old Felix with ex Tinglan Hong.

Elizabeth Hurley spilt the beans on his and Anna's youngest child.

Speaking on E!'s Daily Pop, Elizabeth said of the Paddington 2 actor, "I'm very lucky that 31 years into our friendship, he's still my best friend in the world. He's a really great guy.

"I see him a lot; I speak to him a lot. You know, he's now a father of five; he has five kids and he's a great dad. Yeah, he will remain my best friend for life."

The actress, also an ex of Hugh's, shared more about the newborn on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.

"He had another one last week. He has five," the 52-year-old said of the Love Actually actor.

"He was over 50 when he spawned them all! He's an enchanting dad – really, really sweet. Having these kids has transformed him from a very miserable person into a fairly miserable person. It's improved him. He's gone up the scale."

Congrats to Anna and Hugh on their growing family!

If there’s one group of people who’ve suffered the most at the hands of Twitter, it’s celebrities.

From memes of their faces rehashed to suit any occasion to GIFs preserving the moments they’d rather forget, it really must be tough at the top.

But as Hugh Grant, Kate Hudson, Melissa McCarthy, Ryan Gosling and others prove in this latest clip, sometimes it’s best to take the Internet with a pinch of salt.

Here’s the tenth episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live’s Mean Tweets:

It's been a massive 13 years since Love Actually was first released, and it's still one of our favourite Christmas/hangover day movies ever.

One of the sweetest plotlines from the Richard Curtis film has to be the love story between Downing St housekeeper Natalie, played by Martine McCutcheon and the Prime Minister, played by rom-com veteran Hugh Grant.

Okay, there was a relatively shaky attempt to combine UK-USA relations with a love triangle featuring the PM, the US President and Natalie, but leaving that aside, it's pretty darn sweet. The scenes where David trawls through all of Wandsworth ("the dodgy end") looking for Natalie's house? Adorable.

So we were delighted to see that Hugh and Martine are still pally 13 years on, and even more excited to see them actually attending the same event in London on Tuesday night.

A whole heap of stars gathered at the British Film Institute's Chairman's Dinner last night to see Hugh accept his Fellowship Prize for outstanding contribution to the industry, and the proudest among them had to be his former co-star Martine.

"Well done Hugh – I was so honoured to be there with you," she wrote on Instagram yesterday.

"It was a beautiful, intimate evening and Hugh so deserves the honour. He is a reluctant movie star – but a a rare gem all the same who makes the whole acting process look like the most natural thing in the world… The best kind of acting in my book…"

Also showing his support was Love Actually hero Bill Nighy, looking dapper as ever in a pair of black-rimmed specs:

Anyone else dying to go and watch Christmas movies right now?

As the song goes, everybody needs good neighbours.

But if you're an A-list star, you probably don't want mere mortals living beside you; so that might be why these celebs have chosen to all shack up beside each other.

So whether it's Elton John and Courteney Cox or Niall Horan and the Kardashians, we're wondering who lends each other a cup of sugar… because good neighbours become good friends:

Ellen DeGeneres and Hugh Hefner

Most people worry about noisy neighbours, but Ellen didn't seem to mind when she found her dream home right next to the Playboy Mansion.

Miley Cyrus and The Wests

We wonder if Miley will be on-hand for baby sitting duties when Kim and Kanye go out?

Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian

After Khloe split from Lamar (but are reportedly getting back together now), she snapped up Justin Bieber's old house in Calabasas, California, right next to her sis, Kourtney.

Katie Holmes and Nick Jonas

Katie moved into the plush Chelsea Merchantile Building with her daughter after splitting from Tom Cruise in 2012. But earlier this year Nick Jonas decided to rent the flat next to Katie (for a steep €19,000 per month).

Meryl Streep and Gwyneth Paltrow

Gwyneth is officially the best neighbour ever. After Meryl's oven broke last Christmas, Gwyneth let her use her apartment to host a family feast, even though she wasn't there at the time. #NeighbourGoals

Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly

Not only do Ant and Dec work together, the live across the road from each other. And not only that, they also bought two villas beside each other in Portugal so they can holiday together too.

Elton John, Brody Jenner, Courteney Cox and Lily Collins

Sierra Towers is clearly the place to live in West Hollywood. Imagine bumping into these celebs on your way to work! Past residents include Frank Sinatra and Joan Collins.

Niall Horan and the Kardashians

Could Keeping Up With One Direction be hitting our screens soon? Probably not, but Niall might just pop up in the background of KUWTK after buying a house beside the famous reality family.

Liz Hurley and Hugh Grant

Most people can't get far enough away from their former flames but this ex-couple are so keen to remain friends that they live beside each other. "We were together for 13 years and then we've been best friends for 15," said Liz.

The journey to fatherhood might have started off late for Hugh Grant, but he is making up for lost time now.

Last night it was confirmed that the 55-year-old actor is expecting his second child with rumoured girlfriend Anna Eberstein, making him a dad for the fourth time.

The English star is already father to two children with his ex Tinglan Hong, Tabitha Jing Xi, aged four, and son Felix, aged two.

Hugh's newest arrival will be a little brother or sister for three-year-old John Mungo, the actor's first child with Swedish TV producer Anna.

Both Anna and Tinglan were reportedly pregnant at the same time back in 2013, meaning Hugh became father to three children in 15 months.

The two mothers live within walking distance of Hugh's West London home, Tinglan in a €1.6m terrace house and Anna in a €3.6m mansion apartment.

Hugh and Anna did not confirm they were back together of late but their appearance together at Wimbledon in July prompted rumours they might be more than just good friends.

Although becoming a dad came as a bit of a shock to Hugh – indeed, Tabitha's full name means 'happy surprise' – the actor said he took to it all very fast.

"I thought, well, I’ll bluff through — but very little bluffing has been required,” he said in an interview back in 2012.

"Now that I have a child, it is life-changing. I recommend it. Get some."

It's here! At last we've been given a fresh glimpse of Bridget Jones… for the first time in more than a decade (incredibly, The Edge Of Reason, was released back in 2004).

With the third instalment, Bridget Jones's Baby, landing in less than a year – September 16 to be exact – the movie's producers have finally shared brand-new and updated snap of the franchise's lovable protagonist.

And – shock! – gone is her iconic red diary, replaced instead with an iPad (though it too has been clad in a red cover).

Filming is now under way, with Renée Zellweger and Colin Firth both back on set in London.

Sadly, Daniel Cleaver won’t be putting in an appearance (actor Hugh Grant declined to take part) but Grey’s Anatomy hottie Patrick Dempsey has instead stepped up to the plate – playing an as of yet undisclosed new character.

The new film is said to be based on author Helen Fielding’s newspaper columns, rather than the third book, Mad About The Boy, which was released in 2013.

Of course, as reported by SHEmazing! at the time, the movie's very first scenes were filmed at Ed Sheeran's Croke Park concert back in August.
