Iconic Brit actor Hugh Grant is desperately appealing to burglars who broke into his car to return the stolen movie script, in a bizarre set of events.

On Sunday evening, the Love Actually star claimed the thieves ran away with the as-yet-untitled movie script, which was hidden inside a bag.

The 58-year-old is devastated, having lost weeks of notes and intense work on his next project.

The Hollywood actor wrote:

"In the unlikely chance that anyone knows who broke into my car tonight and stole my bag, please try and persuade them to at least return my script. ‘Many weeks worth of notes and ideas."

"And perhaps my children’s medical cards. Coach Films, Ealing St Mary’s Ealing Green W5 5EN," he concluded.

Grant has three kids, and presumably doesn't want their medical card information rotating around London.

Hugh is currently preparing work for the upcoming movie Toff Guys, directed by Guy Ritchie, which centres around the antics of a British drug lord.

HBO series The Undoing, starring Nicole Kidman, will also feature Hugh's acting skills.

We hope he gets his script back, is there NO DECENCY left in the world lads?

*If you don't want to know anything about the Gilmore Girls revival – look away NOW*

When the Gilmore Girls revival was announced, we all jumped for joy and raced to watch the series from start to finish all over again.

We have so many questions… Like, will Lorelei ever just marry Luke? And who will Rory choose? We know it's not Dean, so Logan? Or Jess? And how will they get around the tragedy of Edward Herrmann's (Richard Gilmore) death?

While we may have to wait a while for all of these questions to be answered (doesn't time feel like it's dragging?), a little ray of sunshine dropped on us this morning. And that little ray of sunshine is the first page of the script. GAH.

And even though it reveals nothing about what's going to happen, it brings us right home to Stars Hollow.

Get ready for the memories to come flooding in.

It’s great to be ambitious and creative and all those things, but we really think it’s about time Bono just stuck to the music. When will he just leave the politics to the politicians, and the films to the film makers?!

The U2 frontman is penning a script with none other than Liam Neeson. Apparently they’ve been working on it for the last six years, so we’re very interested to see what they’ve come up with in all that time.

The film will be set in Ireland in the 1970s and focuses on the showbands around that time – so we can see where Bono comes in, what with the music and all that.

We wonder if his big fat check of €100million from Apple will speed things along too?! Time will tell!

Justin Theroux and Jennifer Aniston are said to be writing a script together – and hope it’s going to be the next big comedy movie to hit our screens.

The Iron Man 2 writer has apparently convinced his fiancée to pen a comedy with him, despite the fact she doesn’t have much experience on the other side of the camera.

The couple are said to have worked out a story idea and a list of characters for the movie.

Jen and Justin- who have been engaged for almost two years – have yet to walk down the aisle, although Jennifer recently hinted it could happen in 2015.

She said,”There is a lot of work that is happening this year. I’m working and finishing tweaking little bits and pieces of my house [in Los Angeles].

“But then its going to stop, and we’re just going to live there. 2015 will be nesting, 100 per cent, I’ve got to take a break.”

There is nothing funnier than a child’s crazy imagination, and the dads of the clever kids who wrote this hilarious script were eager to lend a hand bringing it to life.
