Britney Spears is reportedly devastated after learning that an ex-boyfriend has been shot at and killed overseas.

The Radar singer began a relationship with John Sundahl in 2007 when they met at an Alcoholic Anonymous group eight years ago.

John, whose job was to fly dignitaries in and out of Afghanistan, was piloting a helicopter over Kabul when a missile hit the vehicle and the 44-year-old tragically died.

Britney has publicly credited John with helping her to fight her demons and he once acknowledged the importance of overcoming her problems, telling the press: "I told her 'If you fall off the wagon I don't think you'll live. If you don't want to get sober for yourself, do it for your kids.'"

Although 33-year-old Britney has yet to comment on the tragic incident, sources said: " She is devastated. Britney thought he was a lovely man."

Our thoughts are with all those affected by John's untimely passing.

We're not quite sure how we'd feel if our partners opened up on live television about our recent childbirth, but then again Kristen Bell is probably used to Dax Shepard by now!

Chatting to everyone's favourite chat show host, Ellen DeGeneres, Dax didn't hold back in front of millions of viewers when describing the arrival of his baby daughter, Delta, three weeks ago.

Describing the moment he met the new addition, who arrived via C-section, an -ever candid Dax said: "You peek around the sheet and they're lifting out the baby, but then you notice your wife is completely disassembled! I can see inside of her!"

Appearing to be more fascinated by the whole medical aspect than the arrival of his baby, Dax went on to say: "I was like, it's a girl! Your liver's out, I think. And then those are definitely your intestines. Oh God, put her back together correctly!"

We wonder if Kristen had anything to say to her funnyman husband on his return home!

It certainly is a dramatic year for the comings and goings of the Celebrity Big Brother contestants!

With Jeremy Jackson having recently been removed from the famous house, it has now just been announced that Alexander O' Neal has made an early exit through the famous doors as well!

The R&B singer was recently caught up in a vicious war-of-words with celeb blogger, Perez Hilton, after it appeared the controversial character was attempting to draw the 61-year-old singer into an argument by repeatedly blowing him kisses.

In an ill-advised move, Alexander used homophobic language towards Perez and was subsequently called to the diary room and warned about his 'unacceptable' language.

Whether Alexander's premature split from the house has anything to do with that emotional blow-out, we're not sure, but Channel 5 aren't doing much to clarify the situation, simply stating: "Alexander O' Neal has chosen to leave the Celebrity Big Brother house."

Well, that's that then!

Much-loved TV star and presenter of long-running quiz show QI tied the knot on Saturday and released two snaps of the very happy event for our viewing pleasure!

Stephen Fry looked overjoyed to have married Elliott Spencer having only announced their engagement two weeks ago.

Commenting on their upcoming marriage at the time, the actor and comedian tweeted: "Oh. It looks as though a certain cat is out of a certain bag. I'm very happy of course, but had hoped for a private wedding. Fat chance!"

Judging by the photos that 57-year-old Stephen posted of his wedding to 27-year-old Elliott, it looks like it was fairly private ceremony to us!

Sharing the happy news on Twitter, Stephen wrote: "Oh and @ElliottGSpencer and I had our vows witnessed by a mini Oscar Wilde. Because one should. #Greencarnations."

Unsurprisingly, the popular personality and his new husband were inundated with congratulations from a host of celeb friends, with Oscar-winner Russell Crowe tweeting: "@stephenfry @ElliottGSpencer Congratulations gentlemen. So happy for you both."

Glamour model, Chloe Goodman, has decided to speak up about the recent Celebrity Big Brother scandal which saw the removal of Jeremy Jackson from the famous reality TV house.

Jeremy, a former Baywatch star, pulled open 21-year-old Chloe's bathrobe in an -ill-advised move which left the young model in a very distressed state and saw Jeremy lose out on his chance of winning the long-running television show.

Anyone who thought Chloe's reaction was over-the-top or the response of Celebrity Big Brother officials was unnecessarily strict may be forced to revise their opinion following the young model's recent upsetting disclosure.

Opening up about a traumatic incident from her past, in which a photographer tried to force her to pose in 'disgusting' positions, the young model said: "Anyone who says I overreacted doesn't know what it's like to be powerless at the hands of a man. I was absolutely terrified and it brought all those powerful memories back."

Recalling the shocking event which took place when Chloe was 18-years-old, the model said: "I was absolutely stunned. I didn't know what to do."

Jeremy has since recognised the severity of his actions and has been seen pleading with Chloe's sister Lauryn for forgiveness.

Grammy-award nominated singer Jessie J wowed fellow guests on The Graham Norton Show and stunned viewers by treating us all to a rather unusual party trick this weekend.

Encouraged by mischievous host, Graham, the feisty singer revealed that her trick was singing with her mouth closed and it's certainly…something!

The Bang Bang singer didn't need much encouragement to show off her rather unique trick either.

Explaining that she had discovered it as a child, the 26-year-old singer, who came across as both charming and effortlessly funny, pursed her lips together, blew out her cheeks and treated us to a rather questionable performance of Bang Bang.

As party tricks go, we weren't sure how impressed we were, but then we gave it a go…

Never one to be a shrinking violet, Katie Price AKA Jordan, spilled her guts on her husband's extramarital affair with Katie's best friend, Jane Poutney, in last night's episode of Celebrity Big Brother.

And jeez, was it shocking!

Recalling a holiday in which the pregnant Katie caught the pair kissing, the glamour model told her fellow housemates: "I got her f*cking head, f*cking pulled her off the the sunbed, f*cking whacking her going, 'I f*cking knew it, you f*cking wh*re!"

Despite having reconciled with husband, Kieron Hayler, whom she married in the Bahamas in January 2013, the mum-of-five, appeared keen to discuss the events which presumably caused her untold heartache.

Looking surprisingly calm when opening up about the affair, which she learned of in May of last year, Katie filled the other celebs in on even more scandalous deets.

Telling shocked housemates that elements of Kieron and Jane's relationship actually took place under her own roof, the star admitted: "What makes it worse is that she'd come to my house every week and I'd be upstairs bathing my kids and they'd be downstairs sh*gging."

Despite their past, Katie, who has two children with the part-time stripper and builder, longs to add to her brood, having once said that she hopes for "at least seven."

We can only imagine what Katie;s going to reveal next!

Things took a turn for the awkward this weekend when Pirates of the Carribean star, Keira Knightley, spent much of Saturday afternoon trying to avoid ex-boyfriend, and star of Fifty Shades of Grey, Jamie Dornan.

The pair dated in a high-profile romance for two years between 2003 and 2005, but have since married other people. This, however, doesn't mean they don't get sketchy when faced with each other at glitzy celeb events!

Keira, who sported a blossoming baby bump, attended the BAFTA Tea Party 2015 Awards Gala in Los Angeles yesterday and apparently did everything she could to avoid having to chat to dad-of-one, Jamie.

Keira was in attendance with husband James Righton of the band The Klaxons, whom she married in 2013 ,while Jamie Dornan flew solo at this particular event.

The pair mingled and shot the breeze with guests, but went out of their way to avoid being photographed together.

The event which took place in the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills was just one of the star-studded bashes which make up award season!

You really know you've made it when you get to guest star on The Simpsons, right?

Well, in that case, creator and star of hit show Girls, Lena Dunham, has well and truly hit the big time!

Yes, the fabulous Lena has been offered a guest appearance on the long-running show and has, unsurprisingly, jumped at the chance.

28-year-old Lena will play Candace, a pharmacist treating Homer for narcolepsy, who suddenly finds herself the object of his affections.

The show's executive producer, Al Jean, chatted about the exciting collaboration and revealed that while Lena won't be playing herself or Hanna, her character in Girls, we may be familiar with the type of character she will be voicing. 

He gave us an idea of what to expect, saying: "That funny, intellectual, slightly awkward, endearing tone that everybody's familiar with."

The unbelievably talented Lena will be starring in the premiere of the show's 27th season, in an episode called Every Man's Dream.

We can't wait!

Iggy Azalea is no stranger to online trolling and controversy, but it looks like the singer has really had enough of the constant backlash.

Taking to Twitter this week to air her views and slam her haters, the Australian rapper said: "God is the only being I've never met whose opinion I'd consider strongly and he shows me daily he approves by blessing me. There's no need for you to try to do his job for him."

The tweets followed praise Iggy received from American rapper Kendrick Lamar, who told her critics: "She's doing her thing. Let her." and then went on to encourage the Black Widow singer, saying: "Do your thing, continue to rock it, because obviously God wants you here."

Using the rapper's remarks to comment on the constant negativity she's faced with, the Aussie star said: "Half of the internet out here doing the devil's work and don't even realise. They'd rather agree with the opinion of someone I've never even been within 4000 ft of than ponder whether the opinion of someone I've had plenty of conversations with could be valid."

We can only imagine how much Iggy must need to vent sometimes, but we really hope it hasn't all gotten too much for the star.

We've always known that Hollywood star, Aaron Paul, was a fairly sound guy, but now that we've heard he was on a bit of a pub crawl in our fair city last night, our admiration has gone through the roof!

35-year-old Aaron, best known for his portrayal of Jesse Pinkman in acclaimed TV show Breaking Bad, hit the tiles last night and made an appearance at more than one of Dublin's fine establishments!

The talented star popped into The Globe on George's St. for a refreshment, did a bit of mingling in Dicey's on Harcourt St and chilled out for a while at 37 Dawson St. With all his hoppin' and trottin', we can't believe we didn't cross paths! But, thankfully, some lucky peeps did, and got to spend time with the actor!

A few eagle-eyed fans, after spotting the well-known star living it up, managed to grab a couple of selfies with him which they immediately splashed on social media, and who can blame them?!

Waking up to a photo of you and some mates shooting the breeze with an Emmy award winner definitely helps fight The Sunday Fear!

There's no doubt that Kylie and older sister Khloe are close, but for Kylie to call her sister 'a mother figure' must have cut actual mum, Kris Jenner, quite deep.

Recent reports and rumours have suggested that Kylie's relationship with professional momager Kris is a little strained and the famous TV family face constant speculation that Bruce's ex-wife favours certain children while all but ignoring others, so perhaps 17-year-old Kylie's latest remarks aren't too shocking.

The blue-haired, luscious-lipped teen opened up abut her relationship with older sister Khloe, saying: "She's a huge mother figure in my life. She has always been the strictest on me- taking away my cellphone, having my passwords to everything."

Revealing how it felt to have someone so concerned about her well being and safety, Kendall's younger sister said: "It made me love and respect her so much because it showed she cared."

It looks like Khloe feels just as strongly about Kylie, calling the youngest Kardashian/Jenner sister "her heart".

Perhaps Kris will be pleased that Kylie feels like she has two mums in her life or maybe it will only add fuel to the fire.
