Melissa McCarthy is genuinely one of the funniest women on the planet, and we love her even more (how is that possible?) after last night.

The actress and her husband Ben Falcone opted to attend the Vanity Fair party after the ceremony in somewhat unconventional attire; Adidas tracksuits.

The comedic pair were matching in their black outfits with white stripes, choosing comfort for the red carpet; "It's not less glamorous to me guys, I've doubled my diamonds – I feel great," the actress joked to Entertainment Tonight.

McCarthy was nominated for the Best Actress category for her portrayal of Lee Israel in Can You Ever Forgive Me? but ultimately lost out to Olivia Colman, who gave a memorable speech when accepting for her performance as  Queen Anne.

McCarthy admitted that it was her decision to choose the tracksuit, rather than her husband of 14 years; "When I heard it, I was like 'Oh god, yes'" said Falcone

He starred alongside his wife in Can You Ever Forgive Me? as well as Bridesmaids, Identity Thief and Tammy. His unsurprising response to Melissa's suggestio was; "150% yes, let's do this." Absolute heroes.

Despite losing out on the award of Best Actress, she presented the Best Costume design award hilariously impersonating both Margot Robbie's Queen Elizabeth and Olivia Colman's Queen Anne.

The Favourite and Mary, Queen of Scots were a major part of her costume; she even had the numerous rabbits surrounding her, and ginger mess of hair. We're crying. Her and Ben are couple goals for life.

Ruth E. Carter was handed the award for Black Panther and became the first black person to win the coveted prize, deservedly. Those Wakanda costumes will forever be inspiring.

We love pizza here in Shemazing! HQ, and could pretty much eat it every day of the week (if our bodies allowed us).

But pizzas on our feet? Yep, we were sceptical.

To be honest, we still don't really know what to think of them:

Adidas pizza trainers

They're probably the most extra footwear we've seen in a while.

However, only one pair were made and have been sold in a one-off auction on the Adidas website.

The runners were designed along with 49 others to represent every state in America.

And better yet, "100 per cent of the funds raised [will be] donated to Women Win, an organisation that empowers girls to build leadership skills and address gender equity through sport."

We think it's time to pop down to Art & Hobby and get creative with our runners…

Well, this is shaaaade if we ever saw it.

Rumours starting swirling today that Blac Chyna was in line to receive a deal with Adidas, which would rival Kylie Jenner's Puma line.

Included in the rumours, we stories about how Chyna didn't want to settle and the deal had to come at the right price for her to sign on the dotted line.

However, it looks like Adidas don't want to go near the reality star as they said today that those rumours were total BS.

According to TMZ, the sports brand said: "This is 1 trillion false at level. She has never been on our radar."

And in response, Chyna's lawyer said: "I have absolutely no comment."

Eeek! Soz Chy, you ain't getting the big bucks yet.

Rihanna couldn’t help but have a little giggle when Kim Kardashian wore Adidas tracksuit bottoms in Paris this week, and took to Instagram to quietly call out the reality star.

Now, the trackies in question are none other than the ones we all went mental for in the early 2000s.

sorry for spamming. but sheesh.

Yep, they're the button down tracksuit bottoms.

Of course, Kim wore them nothing like we used to and dressed the outfit up by wearing a lace corset top and chunky heels.

very fenty about the situation. @kimkardashian

Rihanna wore a white pair just a few weeks before, so when a fan account called out Kim on Instagram saying, "Very fenty about the situation @kimkardashian," Riri couldn't help but throw a little shade by commenting a laughing face emoji on the snap.

I wonder would Rihanna call us out if we revived our ones from 2003.

The Kardashian-Jenners might be all aboard the drama train Kanye West launched at Taylor Swift earlier this year, but when it comes to business-based in-house disputes the family's united front seems to wane in a pretty obvious way.

And as the latest episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians has revealed, the one thing that Kanye does not want the family messing with are his fashion interests.

On Sunday night's show it was revealed that Kanye was totally pissed when his mother-in-law Kris Jenner landed a major sportswear campaign with Puma for her daughter Kylie a few months back.

Why?  Because Ye was afraid the deal could have affected his relationship with one of the sportswear giant's main rivals, Adidas.

In scenes filmed during a family dinner in Cuba, Kanye compared the deal to him heading off to film his own reality TV series without informing the famous fam.

He said: “So they offered me a deal and I like did it and didn’t tell none of y’all and brought all of my cool friends.  Like now it’ Jay-Z, Beyonce, all on the show.”

The controversial rapper's point was accepted by Khloé who said: “I don’t agree with going against the family in that way.  I think Kylie, whoever, should have presented it to Kanye first.”

“One hundred percent,” said Kim.

But not everyone was in agreement that Kanye should have been given the heads up by family momager Kris Jenner who had not only sealed the Puma deal for Kylie, but had previously tried to get her daughter a deal with Adidas in a move which could have had a major knock-on effect on Kanye's deal with the brand.

In a later scene Kris tells Kim that it “goes with the territory of wearing all these different hats and being mom and manager” and that “sometimes it’s about a business decision which is completely not personal”.  Ouch!

However Kris does eventually back down by recognising she may have taken her momager role a step too far by saying: “Well…sometimes I get ahead of myself too.  And sometimes I forget to communicate the way I maybe should.  So I feel bad – but it wasn’t intentional.”

And so all's well that ends well in the world of the Kardashians.

Like blue hair mascara, platform Skechers and bleached denim flares, rip-off tracksuit bottoms are one thing we had relegated to the NEVER AGAIN category.

Rip-offs – basically tracksuit bottoms that opened with buttons the whole way up each leg – were intensely coveted by every teen/tween in the Nineties, but thankfully they fell off the radar after a year or two.

Well, until now. Stylist Courtney Smith took to Instagram recently with a photo that sent chills down our spine while also giving us a *bit* of a thrill…

Elverys Sports have confirmed that the humble rip-off tracksuits are indeed "coming back" to stores, though we have no details as to exactly when they'll be stocked.

Fun fact: The official name of these nostalgia-inducing trackies is in fact the Adidas Command Button Tracksuit Pant. Who knew?!

No word yet if the Kappa version is getting a revival, but we're holding out hope.

During the week Kanye West debuted his new Yeezy clothing line at New York Fashion Week. The controversial show attracted lots of attention. Firstly because of the star studded FROW, at which North West completely stole everyone’s attention.

Then there was also the fact that his designs have become the topic of much debate. While his family, the Kardashians including, have yet to stop raving about his designs other celebs are not so taken with his vision.

Rapper Ice-T, well known for his role on Law & Order: SVU as well as his hip-hop fame, took to social media to let the public know exactly how he felt about the new designs.

He definitely didn’t hold back:

He posted a photo of several of the models dressed in a range of black and green outfits from the rapper’s debut collection, Yeezy Season 1. He then added that because he’s “not POP” he can speak freely about his opinions on the designs.

While Kanye’s latest collection featured mostly nude shades perhaps Ice was doing something of a ‘throwback Thursday’?

Kanye has not commented on the tweet as of yet, but Ice isn’t the first person to take issue with the Yeezy line.

When Kanye announced that his show would take place this week, it came quite some time after other, non-celeb designers had done their promotional rounds for their shows.

Specifically, designer Anne Bowen was pretty miffed about the whole thing and told Women’s Wear Daily:

“Our show date has been scheduled for months and has been on the Fashion Calendar for weeks…  Yesterday we learned that Kanye West is having a show at the same time on the same date as ours.

Kanye knows he is a media sensation and it is just not ethical to do this. It's like we are David and he is Goliath. We have put our heart and soul into our show, and should not be stepped on like this."

Never one to miss the chance of donning the finest pieces her wardrobe has to offer, Kim Kardashian stepped out at New York Fashion Week with husband Kanye West.

The reality star took some of the constant attention away from her growing baby bum as she wore a beige high-waisted peplum top with a skirt by Givenchy. The beige outfit left plenty of Kim’s leg on show, and also, her toes.

Interestingly it seems that it was her footwear that Kim seemed most concerned about. The reality TV star took to social media to share some details of her outfit and Kanye fans got excited.

SNEAK PEEK- YEEZY SEASON2

A photo posted by Kim Kardashian West (@kimkardashian) on

The peep toe thigh high boots appeared on her Instagram just hours later with the caption: “SNEAK PEEK – YEEZY SEASON 2”.

Kim does seem to have a thing about peep toes recently. Earlier this week while out about with daughter North she paired a brown pair with a body con mustard dress. North wore some badass looking biker boots, FYI.

While her ensemble certainly looks Kanye inspired, there has been no actual confirmation that he’s going to be branching out from high-end trainers just yet.

What has been announced recently however was the full price list for Kanye’s Yeezy line with Adidas. Complex referred to them as “mind-bogglingly large” and we are inclined to agree.

Apparently he has tried with season 1 to make his prices more accessible, and maybe some fans will be content, but we’re struggling to justify almost €400 for a long-sleeved t-shirt.

While none of us can deny the importance of a good winter coat, shelling out €2700 for one with Kanye’s name on the label might be pushing it.
