The PrettyLittleThing Creative Director treated her beau on his big day to a boxing-themed cake, a balloon and photo display that shows snaps of the couple from over their years together, as well as taking him to a golf driving range. 

After their golfing date, Fury jokingly admitted to his 5.1M Instagram followers that he should ‘stick to boxing’ after sharing a video of himself missing the golf ball on multiple attempts at putting it.

Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 14-year-old Ava Dowdall who is missing from her home in Glasnevin Co. Dublin since Saturday 6th May 2023.

Ava is described as approximately 5’ 7" in height, of slim build, with brown hair and blue eyes. When Ava was last seen she was last seen wearing blue leggings, a purple jumper, black converse, and a black hairband.

Gardaí and Ava's family are concerned for her well-being.

Today’s coronation of King Charles was a momentous occasion for the British royal family and Princess Charlotte and her mother, the Princess of Wales, made a statement with their matching silver flower crowns. The delicate and intricate headpieces, designed by Jess Collet and Alexander McQueen, were not just a fashion statement, but a nod to the symbolism of the coronation and King Charles's lifelong passion for nature, gardening, and the environment.

Princess Charlotte's flower crown featured rose, thistle, daffodil, and shamrock motifs, the four flowers of the United Kingdom. She wore a simple white sheath dress by McQueen with the embroidery to complement the statement piece of jewellery. Her mother also opted for a flower crown by the same designer instead of a traditional tiara. The young princess stood patiently alongside her mother, who was dressed in full royal regalia, as they made their way to the historic ceremony at Westminster Abbey.

The flower crown design was seemingly a nod to a motif used throughout Charles's coronation of the Green Man, an ancient figure from British folklore that symbolizes spring and rebirth. The Green Man wears a crown of oak, ivy, and hawthorn, and the emblematic flowers. By wearing a botanical motif, Princess Charlotte and her mother paid homage to the passion and causes of their new monarch. King Charles has always had a lifelong interest in nature, gardening, and the environment, and it is evident that his family supports him in these pursuits.

It is also notable that the Princess of Wales chose the flower crown over a traditional tiara. Given Britain's ongoing cost of living crisis, it would have been tone-deaf to choose a grand archival piece or jewels of complicated origins. Instead, the flower crown symbolized a new era for the monarchy and a path forward. The decision visually evokes the Princess of Wales's own path, as well as her support for King Charles's causes.

Princess Charlotte's jewellery choices have already demonstrated a touching familial tribute. For her grandmother's funeral, she wore a small horseshoe brooch, which was a nod to Queen Elizabeth's lifelong love of horses. The young princess's sartorial symbolism shows that she has already mastered the art of making a statement with her jewellery.

The matching flower crowns worn by Princess Charlotte and her mother at King Charles's coronation were not just a beautiful fashion statement, but a meaningful tribute to the new monarch's passions and causes. Darkness Into Light is an annual event organized by Pieta House, a charity dedicated to providing support for those affected by suicide and self-harm. The event aims to raise funds and awareness for mental health services and promote the message of hope and healing for those struggling with their mental health.

The event takes place across Ireland and in countries around the world. Participants gather at designated locations and walk 5 km routes as the sun rises, symbolizing the hope that comes with a new day and the journey towards healing. The walk is a powerful visual representation of the community coming together to support those affected by suicide and self-harm.

The event has grown significantly over the years, with over 200,000 people participating in 2023, both in person and virtually. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the event was adapted to ensure compliance with guidelines and to ensure the safety of participants. The virtual options allowed for those who could not attend in person to still participate and contribute to the cause.

The theme of this year's event was "Together Towards Tomorrow," highlighting the importance of coming together as a community to support each other and work towards a brighter future. The fundraising efforts of Darkness Into Light have been significant over the years, with over €4 million raised in 2023 alone. The funds raised go towards supporting the services provided by Pieta House, including counseling and therapy for those in need, as well as suicide prevention initiatives and community outreach programs.

Darkness Into Light has become a powerful symbol of hope and resilience in the face of mental health challenges. It has brought together communities and individuals from all walks of life to support each other and promote the message of hope and healing. The event is a reminder that no one is alone in their struggles, and that there is always help and support available.

Jennifer Lopez has admitted she thinks she has ‘become a better mother’ because of her latest movie role. 

The mum-of-two has been working on an action-packed Netflix movie called The Mother, which will hit the streaming platform on May 12.

The Mother follows the story of a deadly female assassin (Lopez) who is forced to come out of hiding in order to protect her daughter, while she is on the run from dangerous men.

When speaking at a screening of the movie in New York, Jennifer spoke about how her role in the film impacted her life as a mum outside of acting. 

The 53-year-old revealed, “I think that there are some beautiful themes in here about what it is to be a mother, what it is to want to protect something with your entire life, as we do with our children”.

When speaking out about the devastating event, Georgia revealed, “Our 12 week scan to be told our baby had not survived & I needed an op… 12 weeks of feeling every emotion, hoping & praying but in the end , nothing else we could of done”.

The 31-year-old also paid tribute to Brody in the statement, revealing he helped her and her fiancé Tommy Mallet get through the heartbreaking experience.

She explained, “We don’t really have the words to say right now except we are lucky to have amazing family & friends around us .. & most importantly we are blessed to have our beautiful brody who we couldn’t of got through this without him”.

It’s finally the weekend, and we couldn’t be happier about it!

Although this week was shorter due to the recent bank holiday, we’re still relieved to have a few days ahead to kick back and relax. 

We’re especially looking forward to snuggling up on the sofa with a great film. Thankfully, one of our all-time favourite period dramas is due to air on the telly this weekend, which is perfect timing!

Tomorrow afternoon, BBC Two will be showing the 2005 reimagining of the classic Jane Austen novel, Pride & Prejudice.

For those of you who have never seen it before, the story follows the Bennet family, whose mother is desperate for her daughters to find an eligible bachelor and settle down. 

Keira Knightley plays Elizabeth, the second eldest daughter of the Bennets, who couldn’t think of anything worse than being married off to someone she doesn’t love.

When the wealthy and enigmatic Mr. Darcy (played by Matthew Macfadyen) arrives in town, Elizabeth immediately finds herself disliking him for his sharp responses and rude personality.

However, as the pair continue to cross paths with one another, Elizabeth soon begins to discover that Mr. Darcy isn’t at all what she first thought, and that perhaps, first impressions might be deceiving. 

Will the two of them ever be able to find peace and harmony, or will they forever be destined to fight with one another?

Well, you will just have to watch and find out! Pride & Prejudice airs tomorrow, May 6, on BBC Two at 4:20pm. Make sure to grab some delicious snacks beforehand, and enjoy!
