Alec also penned his own delight in Hilaria’s comments section, by simply writing: “Miracle”.

Ireland and RAC, whose real name is André Allen Anjos, initially announced on New Year’s Eve that they were expecting their first child together. The pair have been in a relationship since 2021.

Ireland and André sweetly revealed their baby news by posting an image of their ultrasound to social media, with the caption: “Happy New Year”.

Then, on January 31, during an appearance on the Girlboss Radio podcast, Ireland revealed that the pair had already chosen a name for their baby girl.

“We’re naming her Holland," she shared. "I’m Ireland, so another country name because we wanted to keep that consistent."

Ireland also explained an additional meaning behind her daughter’s name. “And then I love the actress Holland Taylor. I’ve always loved that name since I was young. I just thought that was such a classy, beautiful name, so we’re going with Holland,” she gushed.

Ryan Tubridy has revealed his mum will sadly be missing his final time hosting the Late Late Show.

Ryan explained that his mum, Catherine,  is currently in hospital after falling, meaning she will not be able to attend the final show which is taking place on Friday, May 26.

Speaking on The Ryan Tubridy Show on RTÉ Radio One, the presenter sent his mum well wishes while live on air, and gave a special mention to the hospital staff for their wonderful work.

Ryan began the show by saying, “I want to wish my mum well this morning particularly because she had a bit of a fall”.

“She’s going to miss my last Late Late Show which I’m pretty sad about to be honest with you but she’s in great hands”.

“She’s going to miss my little birthday gathering with my family, but that’s okay. We’ll bring the cake into her, no candles”.

The 49-year-old continued, “But I want to wish her well if you’re listening in this morning mum, which I know you are. I love you very much and I hope you’re doing okay because you’re more important than all these things”.

“Sorry about bringing my family into the show this morning, but happy recovery is what I’m trying to say”.

Tubridy finished off his message to his mum by adding, “She’s doing great and thank you to all the beautiful, wonderful people that are looking after her”.

Ryan announced he was stepping away from hosting the Late Late Show earlier this year and his successor is yet to be shared with the public.

In a statement shared via RTÉ, he explained, “It has been a privilege to host the national institution that is the Late Late Show for the last fourteen years. I want to thank the tremendous teams of producers, researchers, crew and executives who have done the hard work to keep the show on the road over the years. Many have become dear friends”.

“Also, to the viewers, I am so grateful for the loyalty you have shown to the Late Late Show, week in, week out. Not only did you raise 30 million euros for Irish charities including over 15 million euros for children's charities all over the island that are particularly close to my heart, but you showed incredible generosity of spirit for which I am profoundly grateful”.

“And finally, to my family who stood by me every day of every week, year in, year out. To my daughters especially, they put up with so much and I am as grateful to them as I am awestruck by them”, he concluded.

Speaking to MailOnline, the 32-year-old explained, “My vision for my wedding has definitely changed over the years. I would have previously said that I want a big wedding with everyone there, but my circle is very small now and I want something intimate and beautiful, definitely abroad, friends and family”.

“I know people say this all the time, but you want to look back and say everyone there are still in our lives”.

“Recently I have been saying to Lorri that I want to get married. The wedding plans… they didn't go on pause because we never started. We don't have a date”.

The reality TV star then discussed having FOMO after seeing multiple famous faces getting hitched in recent times.

“I want to have the baby but with Sofia Richie's wedding and Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo there was so much wedding spam, and I was getting serious FOMO, I want to get married, I really want to get married”.

“I am thinking, ‘What sort of bride am I going to be? What sort of wedding dress will I have?’. I was obsessed with Sofia Richie's wedding”.

“I'm thinking: no shoes because when I do wear heels, I'm taller than Lorri… no shoes, no bra, that sort of really laid-back, effortless look”.

Opening up about when the couple first met, McCann admitted, “When I first met Lorri, I wasn't looking for love”.

“I was like, this is me, this is where my life is at and it was almost like warts and all, here I am, take it or leave it. Now, I'm pregnant and engaged”.

“We met each other when we were both in our 30s, both have similar aged children. We have both had our fair share of failed relationships… It just felt right and we wanted the same things”.

Ferne is already mum to her five-year-old daughter, Sunday, while Lorri has a son named Noah, both from previous relationships.

Tommy Fury has given fans an update on when he will propose to Molly-Mae Hague!

The boxer has been in a relationship with Molly-Mae since the summer of 2019, when they met on the hit ITV series Love Island.

Ever since then, fans of the couple have been desperate to see them get engaged. Well, after almost four years of waiting, Tommy has shared a hint that it might happen soon!

Earlier today, the 24-year-old took part in a special episode of ITV’s Loose Women to mark Mental Health Awareness Week.

Rebranded as Loose Men for one day only, the panel consisted of Tommy and other male celebrities discussing everything from marriage and babies, to body hair and sexual intimacy.

During the special episode, fellow panelist Vernon Kay explained that a recent survey noted that 10% of women would ‘show their partner the door’ if they took too long to propose.

The presenter then went on to tease Tommy about the high anticipation for him to get down on one knee.

"I’ve had it in the ear for the past two years, I think,” Tommy responded with a smile, before going on to explain why he hasn’t proposed yet.

“My actual plan was to do it a lot sooner but obviously, being a boxer, when you’re in a training camp you’ve got to completely shut yourself off, you want to just focus on the fight, so I can’t be going here, there and everywhere proposing,” he detailed.

However, the reality star then went on to promise both Molly-Mae and their fanbase that an engagement ring would be coming soon. "I’m going to do it soon guys, honestly, I really am, but it takes a bit of time!” he exclaimed.

Elsewhere in the episode, Tommy opened up about what is has been like to become a dad for the first time, after he and Molly-Mae welcomed baby daughter Bambi in January.

"I feel as a fighter, having a baby just gives me more motivation, something to fight for when times get tough, she’s what I’m fighting for now so it’s definitely spurred me on," he gushed.

Self-sabotage sounds like intensely dramatic and obvious thing that we may be doing to ourselves, but we’re often surprised at how subtle it can be. It begins in the mind and then insidiously affects the rest of our lives if we let it take root, affecting relationships, our goals and our mental health among other things, before we ever trace the problem back to ourselves.

It’s important to be on the lookout for signs and signals that it may be time to check in with your mind and reassess some of your thinking and behaviour. Taking a step back now and again can help us to get out of our own way, even when we may not realise we are.

Pushing people away instead of communicating

Free stock photo of adult, alone, art

When you have a problem, whether it’s personal, professional, physical or mental – do you notice that you tend to hide it from the people around you?

If so, it could be a major sign of self sabotage. Not asking for help or trying to control the problem by keeping it secret helps no one and simply isolates you further from a solution. Instead of reaching out, you may internalize the problem until it becomes much bigger, either in reality or in your head, and by the time it comes out, you’ve catastrophised so much, you either can’t handle it any more or it’s gotten out of your control.

If you are struggling with self-sabotage, wingfinder personality test can help you identify the underlying causes of your behaviour and develop strategies for overcoming it.  This test can also help you identify your strengths and weaknesses, which can be helpful in setting goals and making career decisions. By taking the test, you can gain valuable insights into your own behaviour and identify potential barriers to seeking help. Understanding your personality type can help you recognize patterns of self-sabotage and encourage you to break free from the cycle of isolation and secrecy.

If this sounds familiar, you may want to interrogate that impulse to hide or control the problem further. Do you have people around you that you can trust with these problems and emotions? Do you trust them to help you and share the burden? The saying ‘a problem shared is a problem halved’ is a cliché for a reason. Unloading the issue onto someone else allows them to share a fresh perspective or even bring a little balance to your fear of the problem. Not reaching out does more harm to you than good when there’s people around who you can trust.

Downplaying achievements

African American female with Afro hairstyle standing near green plant and hiding eyes behind hands

If someone compliments you, is your knee-jerk reaction to say ‘Oh, no it’s not’, or to turn the conversation around quickly to someone or something else?

By not taking on board the compliment, or worse, by rejecting it, your internalizing the idea that you don’t deserve that compliment. Thinking someone is saying it ‘just to be nice’ or not believing the compliment is actually affecting the way that you see yourself and your achievements. It is the kind of reaction that will steadily bleed into the rest of your life – it may start with someone complimenting your new haircut and slowly morph into not believing you deserve promotions at work or to be treated respectfully be others.

How you talk to yourself affects your world view and your sense of place in it. If you feel you don’t deserve these compliments for your achievements and hard work or just for being you, where does that negativity end?

Putting off big tasks until you can do it perfectly

Brown Wooden Blocks on White Table

We’ve all procrastinated before, and it can happen to the best of us – but it’s important to look at why you’re procrastinating, especially if it’s something that’s happening regularly or compromising your performance on certain projects and tasks.

What is the impulse behind the procrastination? Is there a deeper meaning than just lacking motivation? If you find you’re often at a loss of where to start or worrying about putting pen to paper because that first sentence/paragraph/draft needs to be perfect, you could be cutting yourself off from success before you ever even start the project.

Holding off because you want the perfect first sentence means you have less time to ‘perfect’ the project as you go on. Trusting in your ability to turn a first draft into a polished project is trusting in your own skills. If you seek perfection to the extent that you can’t bear to start until it’s too late to try anything else, you’re actually stopping yourself from producing your best possible work by not giving yourself enough time or trusting yourself enough to create a considered and re-drafted piece.

Not setting boundaries

2 Women in Gray Coat Standing

Do you often find yourself bending over backwards for others at the expense of your own needs? Do your goals and needs find themselves unmet because of the many professional, social and relationship obligations you feel you have to meet?

Personal boundaries are the limits we set in our relationships. They are the lines we won’t let others cross, the set of personal rules that should not be broken in order to protect ourselves and our mental health. Having personal boundaries is the ability to say no to something that others may ask or want from you and will depend on what you value. If your personal time is important to you, then you set limits between your work life and home life. If your privacy is important, you may keep your personal and work life separate.

These boundaries are there to protect our mental health, not to close us off from intimacy and close relationships. It’s all about what you are comfortable with and how your values align with others. It feels awkward and uncomfortable sometimes to assert our boundaries, but long-term, it is important to be able to say ‘no’ to things that you’re not comfortable with so that you can feel you’re living a full life for you – not just tending to others and taking on mental and emotional loads.

It has been announced that Rachel Stevens has pulled out of a solo gig, following the death of her bandmate Paul Cattermole.

The S Club 7 star was due to give two performances at the Mighty Hoopla festival at Brockwell Park in London.

Sadly, the 45-year-old has decided to cancel both of her appearances on June 3 and June 4, as a result of her grief following the passing of Paul.

Paul was suddenly found dead at his home on April 6 at the age of 46.

The organisers behind the Mighty Hoopla festival took to social media earlier today to confirm that Rachel would no longer be a part of their lineup.

“After the recent tragic passing of S Club’s Paul Cattermole, it is with deep sadness that Rachel Stevens has had to withdraw from performing at this year's Mighty Hoopla,” they wrote.

“We support Rachel and send our love to the entire S Club family, and hope to welcome Rachel back another year,” the team added.

The festival concluded by promising that they would be announcing Rachel’s replacement act “very soon”.

The news of the hit singer’s cancellation comes just a few hours after Paul’s cause of death was revealed to the public.

Following his sudden passing last month, Dorset Coroner's Service released a statement to share that their investigations had concluded.

“We confirm that Mr Cattermole died from natural causes and our investigations have concluded,” a spokesperson said, adding: "As his death was from natural causes there will be no inquest."

Last week, five of the remaining members of S Club – including Rachel, Tina Barrett, Jon Lee, Bradley McIntosh and Jo O'Meara – explained that their planned reunion tour would go ahead later this year.

While fellow bandmate Hannah Spearritt has chosen to drop out of the reunion plans, the concerts will still be performed as a dedication to Paul, with the band changing the reunion’s name to ‘The Good Times Tour’.

Prue Leith has opened up about how her first marriage began.

The Great British Bake Off judge first revealed in her memoir Relish: My Life on a Plate, which was published in 2012, that her first marriage to writer Rayne Kruger began as an affair.

Now, the 83-year-old has been spilling further details about her previous love life.

Speaking to host Kate Thornton on the White Wine Question Time podcast, Prue was asked why she decided to reveal the candid truth in her book at the time.

Credit: Prue Leith Instagram

“I thought, ‘You know, to skip it when Rayne was the most important person in my life… how could I not tell his whole story?’ So I did,” she responded.

Prue had worked with Rayne for years, and the pair became incredibly close. At the time, he was married to the late South African actress Nan Munro, who also happened to be Prue's mother's best friend.

“I never asked him to leave his wife because I was very happy,” Prue went on to explain.

“I had none of the duties of life and all of the pleasures of somebody who loved me. I wasn't pressing for marriage. We did have 13 secret years and nobody ever guessed because we were discreet,” she continued.

The TV star went on to note: “But it was easier in a way because he was a family friend, chairman of my company, and he'd helped me enormously and everyone knew we were great friends.”

Prue also detailed that the pair were cautious at the time. "I mean, we didn't go out for dinner or anything that would create any suspicion,” she recalled.

In the end, Rayne left his wife to start a life and a family with Prue. They went on to welcome two children together – son Danny and daughter Li-Da.

The couple tied the knot in 1974 and were married for 28 years, before Rayne died in 2002 at the age of 80.

Concluding the tale of her affair, Prue praised Rayne’s former wife for her forgiveness, and shared that Nan would regularly come to visit Prue and Rayne’s home. "She was amazingly forgiving and an extraordinary woman,” Prue beamed.

If you have hair that has been harmed by heat, chemicals, bleach, or both, you've undoubtedly done everything to fix it, including cutting off the affected areas. A new haircare system has been developed by Dr. Eric Pressly, who also created Olaplex. That Olaplex, indeed. The new generation of bond-building is known as Epres. There is simply one step and it promises to work on all colors, textures, and hair kinds. Right, that sounds like a dream. Here is the skinny.

Epres is a performance-first, scientifically led beauty company focused on disrupting and sustaining technologies in haircare. We develop cutting-edge solutions for all hair types, valorize our technology through salon professionals, and use balanced science to deliver the healthiest hair possible.

Founder Dr. Eric Pressly holds more than 100 patents in bond-repair technology, but he considers epres’ first formula to be his best invention yet: a unique bond-repair treatment that re-bonds the structure of the hair with maximum efficacy, working to repair chemical, thermal and mechanical damage—all in one simple, acid-free step.

CREDIBLE SCIENCE. INCREDIBLE RESULTS.™

Epres founder Eric Pressly first discovered his talent for innovation while pursuing his Ph.D. in materials science, working on everything from developing life-saving pharmaceuticals to inventing the bond-building category in haircare.

Now he’s taking hair science to the next level with epres’ first breakthrough, a one-step bonding treatment that was formulated to mix with all major professional services to deliver deep repair without affecting the pH of chemical service. For salon pros, epres’ cutting-edge technology is a game-changer: the ultimate tool to elevate their own artistry, achieve consistently superior results, and send clients out the door with softer, stronger, healthier hair.

epres Professional Bond Repair was developed for anyone with damaged hair. Whether you colour, bleach, straighten, blowout or perm, our technology repairs broken bonds to increase hair’s strength and softness, decrease breakage and frizz, and bring hair back to its healthiest state.

For stylists, epres innovation helps you deliver your very best every day. For clients, we have created another reason to go back to the salon. And for customers everywhere, we also offer an at-home, spray-on treatment so everyone can enjoy—and extend—the benefits of stronger, healthier hair.

The patent-pending molecular technology repairs disulfide bonds, which form the internal structure of healthy hair. Rebuilding these bonds with epres technology during your professional service leads to softer, stronger hair with less breakage and frizz—and no change in development time or desired colour effect. Plus, we do it all in one simple, acid-free step.

  • Unlike acid-based bond builders, epres Professional Bond Repair does NOT affect the pH of the chemical service—resulting in less damage and better bond repair without unwanted side effects.
  • The formulation does not slow the chemistry of professional services.
  • The acid- and thiol-free technology does not deswell the hair, which can inhibit coloring and bleaching.
  • Unlike those that use solid molecules, our liquid-molecule Biodiffusion™ technology delivers continuous repair through each strand, even after hair is dry.

The breakthrough technology is also available to the at-home consumer with epres™

Bond Repair Treatment: a simple, one-step spray that actively rebonds hair’s structure, then continues to diffuse repair through each strand for hours. Just spray onto dry hair until fully saturated, leave on at least 10 minutes, then cleanse and style as usual to restore stronger, shinier, healthier hair.

How is epres different from other bond builders?

epres Bond Repair is an acid-free, single-step formula that delivers deep bond repair via patent-pending technology. Some of the advantages of our formula include:

  • As a vegan, acid-free, zero-quat technology, epres does not affect the pH of the chemical service—and delivers more diffusion since hair is more swollen at a pH of 8.
  • Unlike other bond builders that use solid actives, epres’ liquid actives and Biodiffusion™ technology continue to work even when hair is dry.
  • The formulation does not slow or inhibit the chemistry of professional services

When should you use epres?

Any time the hair is in need of deep repair! Not only can our formula be used on all hair types, it also can be used across all services. Whether it’s bleach, straightening, blowouts, perms, detangling, relaxers, or other in-salon treatments, their formula’s molecular construct lends itself to great flexibility and performance.

Launched in 2022, epres is going to a game changer in the bond building industry.

Epres at-home kit: €49.00 and Epres refill kit: €35.00 are available to purchase on www.epres.ie and www.zolobeauty.com and in selected salons nationwide. Salons will also be providing professional treatments.

Rachel Weisz has shared that she has previously suffered a baby loss.

The Mummy actress has been speaking out to promote her new miniseries Dead Ringers, a psychological thriller that focuses on twin gynecologists' operating an infertility clinic.

During an interview on The News Agents podcast, Rachel chose to open up about her own experiences with fertility.

Credit: Prime Video

Initially, Rachel expressed her reaction to some of Dead Ringers’ most prominent scenes, which include women experiencing miscarriages and footage of live births.

“I think I probably was surprised because I was just telling this story about the female experience, and it didn't seem to have been like heightened or overdramatized,” she told hosts Emily Maitlis and Jon Sopel.

The 53-year-old then decided to open up about her own previous baby loss, but did not divulge on when it occurred.

“Women have miscarriages, I've had a miscarriage, so you suddenly you see blood coming out of your body and these are just all part of a female experience of being alive,” she admitted.

“So, we're not used to it. I think we're not used to seeing any of those things being represented cinematically or fictionally. So maybe this is breaking some new ground, this show,” she added with hope.

Rachel currently shares four-year-old daughter Grace with her husband Daniel Craig, as well as 16-year-old son Henry with her former partner Darren Aronofsky.

Although The Favourite star usually tends to keep her personal life private, she did also reveal her thoughts on actor Daniel recently retiring from the James Bond franchise.

“It was very dangerous. I mean, he got injured a lot because he did all his own stunts. So, the danger quotient has definitely gone down… It is a much less stressful time for him,” she exclaimed.

“I'm really proud of his time as Bond and I think he was really, really brilliant. But yeah, it's much less stressful now, for sure,” Rachel gushed.
