Some glorious news, online shoppers.

It has been reported that 500 postmen and women will start delivering parcels to Irish homes and businesses on Saturdays.

An Post are breaking tradition with the hopes they can capture a bigger share of the online shopping market.

It is expected that about 20,000 parcels will be delivered every Saturday, which is pretty darn impressive – oh, and it's starting tomorrow.

According to The Irish Times, postal staff and their unions have agreed to these new and exciting working hours, that will involve them delivering parcels on Saturdays and weekday evenings.

This new arrangement is part of an aggressive drive by An Post to double its share of this market to "50 percent by 2021 and is backed up by an €8 million investment that includes an upgrade of its IT systems and a major advertising campaign".

An Post made an operating loss of €13.7 million last year and its chief executive, David McRedmond, has warned that its losses would rise if no action were taken to reshape the business.

Well, we feel old.

Congratulations are in order for Josh Peck – he's married!

A post shared by Josh Peck (@shuapeck) on

The Drake and Josh star married his longtime girlfriend Paige O'Brien in Malibu, California yesterday.

According to People, Josh was joined by friends and family, and had a few celebrity guests including John Stamos, who co-starred with Josh on the 2015 TV show, Grandfathered.

Unfortunately (for us), there's no word is Drake Bell attended the wedding.

Looking at photos on social media, Paige wore a cream, strapless dress with a sweet-heart neckline which had ivory-coloured embroidery over it.

The pair look absolutely gorgeous together.

We wish them all the best as a married couple!

A free tool to combat online homophobia and hate speech will be launched by Irish company, Connector, tomorrow, Monday (June 19) at 9.30am.

This online feature, called #LoveWins, will help block out any homophobic and transphobic content online.

Connector is a fast moving tech start-up which fearlessly approaches creativity in the world of social media.

To coincide with the launch of the tool, Connector will highlight statistics on the level of online bullying and harassment experienced by members of the LGBT+ community.

Commenting in advance of tomorrow’s launch, Ivan Adriel, Connector’s Head of Digital, said: “Connector is a proud supporter of the LGBT community and, this Pride, we wanted to do something to help make the Internet a better place for us all.

"So we created the tool we wished had existed when we were teenagers searching for our identity online.”

We think that this tool could be the start of immense change in Ireland.

At least 60 people have been killed in forest fires in Portugal.

It has been reported that some people lost their lives while being trapped in cars as the fire swept over the road. Others have died due to smoke inhalation.

The Irish Examiner claims that 60 other people have been injured, including four fire fighters, who have been trying to settle the blaze since yesterday.

Prime Minister Antonio Costa has described it as "the biggest tragedy of human life that we have known in years".

PM Costa said that the fire fighting crews are having difficulty approaching the area because the fires are "very intense."

However, there are around 700 fighters on scene.

The fatalities occurred in the Pedrogao Grande area, about 95 miles north-east of the capital Lisbon.

When it comes to going on holiday, there's a lot that can go wrong, and one of those things is shampoo exploding all over your suitcase.

Your clothes, make-up and basically everything is destroyed and smells like lavender and berries. Great.

So, to avoid this mishap the next time you're flying away, we found a tweet that has answered all of our prayers.

Jaiden Animations took to Twitter to show her fans a hack her mam showed her, and it's pretty handy.

She wrote, "idk if this is common knowledge but my mom showed me this hack to prevent leaking liquids for travelling/packing so im tweeting to save a bag."

It's simple. It's smart. It's brilliant.

We're definitely going to be using this hack the next time we're heading away.

Since it's Father's Day we wanted to give some of our favourite celebrity dads some love.

From David Beckham, to Tom Fletcher – the calibre of the famous father is pretty darn high, but Ryan Reynolds is by far the funniest.

The 40-year-old father has become somewhat renowned for his brutal honesty when it comes to parenting – and we have the hilarious tweets to prove it.

1. When he called his own daughter an asshole.

2. When he joked about loosening his parental reigns.

3. Travelling with kids is no joke, right?

4. When he got super real about how scary kids can be!

5.  That time he accepted that parenthood affected his social life.

6. When he focused on the decor in his daughter's room.

7. That time he was a total prankster.

8. Real talk (but only for a second!)

9.  When he admitted to something we have all secretly done.

Well, after weeks of waiting and many false reports, the moment has finally arrived – Beyoncé has reportedly given birth to her twins!

It was the team at Us Weekly who first broke the news, claiming that the Crazy In Love star gave birth earlier this week. People went on to quote a source who said: “Bey and Jay are thrilled and have started sharing the news with their family and closest friends.”

While there has been no word yet from the couple themselves, with no details regarding gender and names, different rumours abound on social media! Some fans believe the couple may have welcomed a boy and a girl, after spotting a woman visiting the hospital where Beyoncé reportedly gave birth, carrying a pink and a blue balloon tagged with a card for 'B+J'.

President Obama, meanwhile, led many to suggest that the family have welcomed twin girls, saying on Friday: "Jay and I are also fools for our daughters. Although, he's going to have me beat once those twins show up."

We guess we will just have to wait for their announcement, which is sure to be heartwarming – and break the internet!

Beyoncé and husband Jay-Z, real name Shawn Carter, are of course already parents to five-year-old daughter Blue Ivy.

The star announced her wonderful pregnancy news back in February, with one of the most talked-about and liked Instagram posts of 2017.

Posing in a veil against a wall of flowers, the 35-year-old wrote: “We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes – The Carters.”

Just last month, Beyoncé was surrounded by family and friends as she celebrated her baby shower, referred to as the ‘Carter Push Party’!

With guests including Kelly Rowland and Serena Williams on hand to celebrate, Beyoncé marked the impending arrival of her two bundles of joy with an African-themed affair.

The mum-to-be posed alongside her proud husband for a series of stunning black-and-white portraits, her burgeoning bump the star of the show.

The Run the World star previously opened up about how motherhood had changed her, particularly how she looks at her body.

In an interview with Vogue, she admitted: “I just feel my body means something completely different. I feel a lot more confident about it. Even being heavier, thinner – whatever. I feel a lot more like a woman. More feminine, more sensual. And no shame.”

We are so thrilled for Beyoncé and her family – we can’t wait to get sneak-peeks into the journey ahead with her little bundles of joy.

If your Instagram feed is to be believed, your circle of friends are one step away from opening their own pastry café.

We mean, who are we to question the origin of a plate of scones uploaded to one mate's Insta or the real person behind the brownies they have us drooling over?

So, it turns out we're actually a nation of big fat chancers.

According to recent research conducted by Dr. Oetker Baking, we might be a dab hand at the humble Rice Crispie bun, but that is where our talents seem to come to an end.

The research established that over half of respondents rated their own baking skills as just 'average' at best, with 95% wishing they could be a better baker.

If you fall into this camp, it might be worth stepping up to the The Dr. Oetker Faker to Baker challenge.

The five-week Facebook campaign was designed to help the Irish population hone their baking skills, create memories, and even earn prizes along the way, and by following weekly video tutorials on Dr. Oetker Baking’s Facebook page, participants can learn to bake like a pro in five weeks.

So what do you need to do?

Well, to enter the challenge, you need to follow the tutorial and post a photo of your tasty creation, using the hashtag #FakerToBaker on the Dr. Oetker Baking Facebook page.

Five weekly winners will receive a Dr. Oetker Baking Hamper filled to the brim with baking goods.

And it doesn't stop there!

The public will then vote on these photos to crown the Ultimate Faker to Baker, who will receive their very own KitchenAid.

People, it's go-time!

Most of us know at least one person with a particularly inflated sense of self, right?

But would you simply assume they just ooze confidence from every pore or do you find yourself questioning whether they're a total narcissist?

For those who aren't quite sure where the line lies, narcissism is where an individual constantly seeks adoration while high self-esteem is how the individual evaluates their own self-worth.

And if you ever want to put it to the test and figure out which type of person you're dealing with, there is apparently a very simple way to establish which category they fall under.

Recent research conducted by a group of psychologists established that criticism makes narcissists aggressive whereas those with high self-esteem aren't particularly perturbed by criticism.

With the participation of 540 students, researchers measured self-esteem, narcissism and aggressive behaviour, and concluded that narcissists will lash out verbally when they find themselves the subject of criticism.

"Narcissists mainly want to punish or defeat someone who has threatened their highly favourable views of themselves," researchers explained.

"People who are preoccupied with validating a grandiose self-image apparently find criticism highly upsetting and lash out against the source of it," they elaborated.

In comparison, students with high self-esteem did not become aggressive when faced with criticism in the course of the study.

And there you have it!
