At Christmas we generally buy presents for our gals based on what they’re into.

So if your fam or besties are fitness freaks, opting for some on-trend sportswear or accessories is NEVER going to be a bad idea.

So with that in mind, we set out to find the coolest gifts for sports mad ladies, whether they’re running fans, yoga queens or gym bunnies. And we’re pretty sure we succeeded with these gems:

Khloe Kardashian has lashed out at a fan who commented on Good American factory. 

The reality TV star took her Snapchat followers on a virtual tour of the LA-based facility, showing the various methods used in the production of her new denim line.

The star was accompanied by a full camera crew, despite filming for Keeping up with the Kardashians being postponed until after the new year. 

One fan took to Twtter after watching the videos to say: "By the looks of @khloekardashian Snapchat, she's got a sweat shop working on her jeans."

Khloe quickly clapped back, saying "watch your mouth" after the accusation was made.

"It means a lot to me to fight to make my denim in the US and to be employing good wages to all of my hardworking employees!" she said in another tweet. 

The fan has since been bombarded with tweets from other users accusing her of jealously. She later apologised to the star via social media. 

Others were also quick to defend the reality TV star, saying: "This doesn't look like a sweatshop. It looks like a textile factory. That's what it looks like when people make your clothing. Stop being ignorant."

The reality star launched her Good American denim line last month, and just like little sister Kylie's lip kits, they've been flying off the shelves.

Nothing – and we mean NOTHING – beats the wonderfulness of a tasty, crunchy crisp sandwich.

And this year, you can eat your sambo in peace – without feeling like you are abandoning your diet – BECAUSE you will be doing it for a good cause.

Yup, Tayto will donate €1 from every €3 sandwich sold in the Tayto Crispmas Workshop to LauraLynn Children’s Hospice from December 1 –  24.

Their announcement is part of LauraLynn being the first dedicated Arnotts Charity of the Year; the department store is committed to raising €25,000 for the charity and supporting their initiatives in various ways over the next year.

The Pop Up Crispmas Workshop is located in the iconic Arnotts Christmas windows on Henry Street and Arnotts Festive Flavours Market in the Lower Basement.

The window design has been inspired by Santa’s workshop in the North Pole and has been custom furnished and decorated to Mr. Tayto’s high standard.

OK, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are either engaged or are playing a huge joke on us, because… well, LOOK at the size of that ring!

The pair have been together since the beginning of the year and stepped out in New York together on Monday night.

Not only did Katy have a massive smile on her face, but she was rocking a huge diamond ring on her wedding finger.

And eyewitness told ET: "She walked with her left hand leading her, and bent her hand to show off the large sparkler to the cameras.

Whether it's a big joke on us, we don't know, but they do look happy together.

It seems like everyone is obsessed with lip fillers these days, and even the most seasoned of celebs aren't immune to the trend.

Nicole Sherzinger has come under online scrutiny over her allegedly inflated lips. 

The stunning 38-year-old singer has always had a full pout, but fans are speculating whether the star has gone too far with the filler needle.

The X Factor judge recently posed for a new Instagram selfie showcasing a very plump pout, and fans were quick to point out her new look. 

"Please say no to botox and upper lip stretching…you're perfect the way you are," said one.

"You're so pretty please slow down on the fillers," commented another.

Others were quick to defend Nicole, saying they liked her new look and lipstick colour and that the plumper pout was "pretty."

Another suggested that the ex-Pussycat Doll could just be experimenting with over-lining her lips like the Kardashian-Jenners.

Brooklyn announced on Instagram last night that he's releasing a book full of his photographs.

The talented teenager shared the front cover of his book What I See, and told his fans that he hopes they like it.

You'll have to wait a while to get your hands on it though, as it won't be released until May 2017.

The description on the pre-order site reads: “What I See, the first book by Brooklyn Beckham, is a series of snapshots of his life.

“Each chapter tells a different story through pictures by and of Brooklyn, accompanied by captions and passages of text in his own words.

Well ladies, Ryan Atwood Ben McKenzie is officially off the market.

Ben and his longtime love Morena Baccarin are officially getting ready to tie the knot.

A source told Us Weekly, "they are very happily engaged."

Morena showed off her sparkler on Monday night at the 2016 Gotham Independent Film Awards in New York… and it's gorgeous.

We have to say, Ben did well picking that one.

The couple met in 2014 while filming their TV show Gotham, and welcomed a daughter together, Frances, this past March.

Huge congratulations are in order today for Amanda Seyfried and Thomas Sadoski who are expecting their first child.

The actress didn’t so much announce the news but instead decided to show off her baby bump in a fitted dress at a press launch for Givenchy’s new fragrance.

The 30-year-old actress looked stunning in a black mini dress but it was by far her tiny bump that was the focus of everyone’s attention.

Amanda and Thomas met on the set of their off-Broadway show The Way We Get By last year and confirmed in September that they were engaged.

Congratulations to the pair on an amazing 2016 and hopefully we'll get to enjoy some more of what is sure to be amazing maternity style from the ever-fashionable, Amanda.

She's kept her fans guessing for months – but now, finally, pictures of 33-year-old Cheryl Cole have clearly displayed her pregnancy.

The former X Factor judge, who has been with her boyfriend Liam Payne for close-to a year, was out and about this evening in London.

The loved-up duo, who first met on the reality TV talent show when Liam was just 14, were today attending a Christmas fair in the centre of the English capital.

The pop-star, who recently divorced second husband Jean Bernard Versini Fernandez, wore a tight green wool dress with black boots for the occasion. 

However, and despite Cheryl's appearance, Mail Online reports that a spokesperson for the Newcastle native refused to confirm her pregnancy.

Liam, 23, and Cheryl began dating late last year – although it was the spring until their relationship was social media official.
