This video was only uploaded yesterday and already it's become our go-to video for when we need cheering up!

Daniel Breki McCollough from Reykjavik in Iceland is already a budding superstar at age two – his "cover" of Ed Sheeran's Thinking Out Loud is possibly the most adorable thing we've ever seen.

That little blue guitar… hold us!

Five have become four for One Direction with the news that band member Zayn Malik has reportedly quit their world tour.

The band are currently on the Asian leg of the tour with upcoming performances lined up in Manila and Jakarta.

According to The Sun, an official statement released by the band reads: "Zayn has signed off with stress and is flying back to the UK to recuperate. The band wish him well and will continue with their performances in Manila and Jakarta."

It's not known whether Zayn's choice to fly home to England is due to an ultimatum from his fiancée, Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards,

Earlier this week Zayn found himself in hot water when pictures were published of him with his arm around another woman as the band partied in Phuket, Thailand.

Zayn publicly apologised to Perrie on Twitter last night:

Now it looks like he's off to do it in person!

Eva Mendes might still be adjusting to life as the mum of a six-month-old baby, but she's not going to let her style standards drop.

Next time you slip into a pair of trackie bottoms after a hard day at work, prepare to feel a bit sorry for poor Eva who has never known such comforts!

The actress, who welcomed a little girl named Esmeralda with husband Ryan Gosling last September, revealed she still wants to look on form when she's at home and says she'd never even consider wearing sweatpants around the house for fear for causing marriage trouble.

"Sweatpants, no, no, no, no," the 41-year-old said in a recent interview with Extra. "No, no, you can't do sweatpants. Ladies, number one cause of divorce in America is sweatpants. No, you can't do that."

The actress revealed that she's slowly getting used to motherhood – despite the lack of sleep. "I'm actually starting to sleep so I'm at a good place," she admitted.

"But you never know, right, something random can happen and she’s just suddenly not sleeping through the night and you’re like, wait, I thought we were sleeping through the night, what’s up?! Why does it always happen at three or four in the morning?!”

Eva said that becoming a new mama has given her a newfound appreciation for her own mother, too. "My mother has never gotten more like 'I love you so much Mommy' texts," Mendes spilled. "I mean, randomly, I'm just, 'I love you so much, Mom. You're the best mom.' If you look at my text history it's like all how much I love her."

Well Eva, if you gave sweatpants a try we reckon you'd love them JUST as much!

If you've just come out of a relationship, you'll know that adjusting to the change can be extremely difficult.

Whether you're one of the lucky ones who ended things amicably, or whether it was messy and full of tears, it can take weeks or even months to start to feel like yourself again.

Our body and mind are proven to go through significant chemical and hormonal changes after a big life shift like a breakup, so it's completely normal to feel like everything has been turned upside down.

While unfortunately there's no magic fix – getting over a breakup takes time – there are some coping mechanisms you can use to make the whole process easier.

1. Cut off contact
Easier said than done, we know, but it's an important step even if it's just for the short term. After a break-up, your body and mind are essentially craving the comfort of your ex, and the best way to work through that is to give yourself time to heal and move on. Make a decision to cut off contact for a set length of time – somewhere between 30 and 90 days is a good place to start.

2. Take a social media hiatus
Even though you might have done the standard Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp blocking, social media is a dangerous place and it's likely you'll see your ex's face or comments still popping up in your feed. Try to avoid social media at times when it's really not necessary or when you're feeling particularly fragile. Go for face-to-face meetings with friends and family instead – you'll get so much more out of it.

3. Be mindful of your anxiety
It's natural to feel lost and anxious after a breakup, especially when toxic thoughts like "what am I going to do now?" and "I'm going to be alone forever" begin to creep in. Be aware that anxiety is a normal part of the process and try to come up with techniques to help yourself work through things – either mindfulness practices like yoga or medititation, or simply trying to combat each negative thought with a positive one.

4. Reconnect with who you were before the relationship
There are bound to be certain aspects of your life that changed when you began seeing someone seriously. Maybe you swapped your morning gym session for an extra cosy hour in bed or maybe you had less time to spend with friends. Make the effort now to reclaim those parts of your life and you'll soon begin to notice that being single definitely has its advantages.

5. Avoid the blame game
Whatever the reason for your breakup, try to avoid flinging blame around and bad-mouthing your ex where it's not necessary. Anger is natural, but blaming one another is pointless if the relationship has already ended. Try to focus your thoughts more constructively and aim to understand the reasons why you broke up rather than blaming your former other half or yourself.

6. Use your support networks
You don't need to suffer in silence – just like you'd be there to listen if a friend or family member was going through a hard time, they will want to do the same for you and to help you through all of this. So don't be afraid to call when you need to talk, no matter how long it's been since the breakup.

Cara Delevingne has been appearing on the catwalks less and less lately, with only one appearance at the recent Paris Fashion Week.

Now it's clear where she's been hiding though – as the first official trailer for her new film Paper Towns has just been released.

Based on the book by The Fault In Our Stars author John Green, Paper Towns stars Cara as the enigmatic and unavailable Margo, who has always been the object of her neighbour Quentin (Nat Wolff)'s affection.

Aside from a small part in Anna Karenina back in 2012, this is Cara's first time on the big screen, but with five other movies also in production at the moment, it looks like we'll be seeing more and more of Cara in our cinemas!

Former X Factor contestant Chris Maloney was left "battered and bruised" after a car accident yesterday afternoon.

The singer and his fiancé Gary were driving through Blackpool in England when a speeding car drove into the back of theirs before driving off.

An ambulance, fire crew and police all came to the scene, with Chris and Gary being hospitalised along with actor Kurtis Stacey who was also in the car at the time.

Luckily nobody was left seriously injured and Chris admitted he felt grateful for his good luck, taking to Twitter to write, "Hey guys I’ve been discharged, very battered and bruised but thankful to Lord above it wasn’t more serious. Thanks for your lovely tweets xx"

The singer had just finished a press call for his upcoming Easter pantomime appearance in Peter Pan when the incident occurred.

In a statement to the press, Chris expressed his anger at the needless crash, saying, "Well this is what you get when idiots speed and I would just like to say a big thank you to Blackpool’s emergency services for everything today regarding this situation.”

Chris brought viewers to tears during the 2012 series of The X Factor when he overcame his stage fright to perform in the live shows. He now runs his own stage school in Liverpool.

We're glad to hear everyone is doing okay after yesterday's shock!

Moving in with your other half is always going to take a bit of adjustment, especially when it comes to dividing up household chores.

Irish people have opened up about their domestic grievances as part of a new survey by Stork Margarine, and the results definitely make us feel a bit calmer about our own kitchen arguments!

The survey, commissioned as part of Stork’s Easter Baking Campaign, asked Irish men and women about their partners' annoying kitchen habits – from not tidying up to looking over their shoulder as they cook.

A whopping 40% of adults said that their partner's habit of "not cleaning up properly" after using the kitchen was their biggest gripe. We're taking note here!

23% of men admitted to getting irritated from "backseat cooking" by their partner, while 20% said that seeing their partner get stressed while cooking or baking was also a tad annoying.

As for women, one in four hated seeing a lack of gratefulness from their other halves after an evening spent cooking or baking.

Despite their pet hates, Irish men and women are generally confident in the kitchen, with 66% of ladies scoring their baking skills as a 7/10 or over, versus 44% of men. Not bad!

When it comes to our kitchen heartthrobs, Irish women rated Donal Skehan, Paul Hollywood and Michel Roux as their tastiest picks, while men were tempted by Nigella Lawson, Rachel Allen and Lorraine Pasquale.

The "how thin is too thin?" debate has been raging in the fashion industry for many years, but now it looks like one of the style capitals of the world is finally taking a move in the right direction.

A new law has been proposed in France to ban models from the catwalks if they are deemed to be unhealthily thin. The new legislation, proposed yesterday, would require modelling agencies to get medical certificates for each model proving their BMI is over 18.

Regular weight checks would also be required.

BMI, or Body Mass Index, gives an idea of a person's body fat based on their weight and height. A healthy BMI is deemed to be anywhere between 18.5 and 24.9, with anything under that considered underweight and anything over that considered overweight.

For a standard 5' 8" model, any weight below 119 lbs (8.5 stone) would be considered underweight and would be banned from modelling in France under the proposed rules.

The news comes just weeks after the Danish magazine Cover came under fire for using an extremely thin model in one of their photo shoots – something the magazine's publisher has since apologised for.

Dr. Olivier Veran, the French lawmaker who wants to introduce the new measures, says that there is a worrying trend of modelling agencies encouraging models to be as thin as possible. "We want to combat the idea that an agency could urge a model to stop eating; for example eating cotton balls to lose their appetite, to always lose more weight," he said.

"We have had chief editors of prestigious magazines tell us that more and more often, they are obliged to use Photoshop, not to make the models look slimmer," he said, "but to erase the tracks of bones under the skin, to make them look bigger."

France is not the first country to consider bringing in such measures – Spain, Italy and Israel already have similar laws in place.

Just two months ago, Sam Smith took to Twitter to tell the world he was choosing to ignore the cruel comments made about him by radio host Howard Stern.

Howard sent Sam and his fans into outrage when he called the Stay With Me singer "fat" and an "ugly motherf***er" live on air back in January.

Despite rising above Howard's comments at the time, it seems Sam has indeed decided to make some big lifestyle changes. The singer revealed on Instagram this week that he's dropped a whopping 14 pounds in just two weeks.

Taking to Instagram to share the news, Sam posted a picture of himself holding a book by celebrity nutritionist Amelia Freer. "Three weeks ago I met a woman who has completely changed my life. Amelia Freer has helped me lose over a stone in 2 weeks and has completely transformed my relationship with food," Sam wrote.

"Everyone go check out her incredible book, and start to live healthy. It's not even about weight loss it's about feeling happy in yourself. Love you Amelia & thank you for making me feel so happy inside and out @ameliafreer #eatnourishglow."

As well as changing up his diet, Sam's also been going hard at the gym – just yesterday he shared a picture of him looking exhausted after some weight training with the caption, "gym is kicking my ass today."

We're delighted to see Sam embarking on a healthier lifestyle, but we hope he knows to take things slowly and with care, too.

If, like us, you're looking for a relaxing weekend after the madness of Patrick's Day, a Saturday night in could definitely be on the cards.

Couch, duvet, a great movie, good company… all that's missing is the food!

We'll be forgoing the takeaway this weekend in place of a far cheaper and more convenient option, now that Iceland's award-winning frozen pizza range has finally hit Irish stores.

Iceland's nine-inch pizza range uses unique ingredients to create some seriously mouth-watering flavour combinations including the Chilli Hot Dog Stuffed pizza and the Pulled Pork Ultra Thin. The range also features Buffalo Chicken, Chicken Fajita, Meat Feast Ultra Thin and the Piri Piri Ultra Thin.

Pizza traditionalists can choose from favourites like the Four Cheese Deep Pan and the Double Pepperoni Deep Pan – or liven things up with more varied toppings like Spicy Chicken and Hoisin Duck.

We're getting hungry just thinking about it…

If you're looking for something a little lighter, check out the Italian Wood Fired Ultra Thin pizzas. Made in Italy, in the foothills of the Dolomites, these pizzas are baked in a woodfired oven ensuring an ultra-thin and crispy base.

Prices range from just €1.25 to €3.00, meaning we're tempted to try out more than one… em, did we just say that out loud?!

Iceland now has eight branches across the country in Ballyfermot, Carlow, Coolock, Finglas, Longford, Midleton, Navan Road and Waterford. If you're planning on buying more than just a pizza, you can also avail of a free Home Delivery Option on any purchases totalling €30 or more – giving you more time to get cosy on the couch!

One Direction's Zayn must have gotten a seriously angry phone call from his fiancée Perrie Edwards yesterday – and he's trying to make it up to her now!

Zayn, who is currently in Thailand, was left red-faced when a fan posted a picture to Twitter early yesterday morning of him holding hands with another woman.

Although his face was not visible, the tattoo on the back of his neck was, which seemed to be enough evidence for most. The speculation was soon confirmed when the mystery woman herself – a blonde named Lauren Rich – posted another photo of herself and Zayn to her own Instagram page:

Awkward. Lauren's Instagram profile has since been made private, but unfortunately not before the world's media picked up on the photo.

Zayn took to Twitter last night to publicly apologise to Perrie, writing "I'm 22 years old… I love a girl named Perrie Edwards. And there's a lot of jealous fucks in this world I'm sorry for what it looks like x"

The scandal comes just one week after Perrie was pictured out and about in London without her engagement ring, for the first time since Zayn proposed in August 2013.

We really hope the two can work things out!

Martin's Life first caught our attention last year with a hilarious video about the horrific awkwardness of watching TV with your parents in the room.

Now the cartoon series has hit the nail on the head again with a brilliant video about the joys of trying to explain online dating to your mam and dad. As for trying to justify why skinny jeans are MEANT to look "too small," don't even get us started.

This will definitely brighten up your morning!
