Julia avoids break-in thanks to interesting security system

It seems Julia Roberts really has some of the best security teams out there, especially when it comes to her house.

Julia’s next door neighbours have revealed that a man tried to break into her $9.5million Malibu mansion, last January.

But apparently it wasn’t long till the intruder was met by Robert’s ex-Us military security guards and was “slam dunked” into cactus bushes surrounding her house, as a result.

Julia’s neighbour went onto to describe that a lot of police cars soon came rushing down to star’s house.

“By the time I got there, the man was just crawling out of the cactus bush outside her property and the security guards were talking to the police. One of them was boasting saying: ‘I’m an ex-Marine and I just picked him up and threw him head first in the cactus.’”

Security revealed to the same neighbour that he was a crazed stalker guy and was brave for even trying to break into the 46-year-old’s actress mansion, considering all the security detail she has.

But it seems despite the security guards best efforts, the intruder managed to get away. Although you would think, he’d be hard to miss, considering all the cactus thorns that would be sticking out of him.

Airports can be annoying, really annoying, especially if you are waiting on a delayed flight. There is nothing worse than being stuck for hours with nothing to occupy you but your phone and dodgy wifi.

The most annoying things about airports include:

Too few seats
You’d think by now there would be enough seats to accommodate more than a handful of people.

Uncomfortable seats
When you do manage to grab one you spend most of your time arranging bags and coats to make it at least somewhat comfy.

A lack of power sockets
Phone battery is flat, your flight is delayed two hours and you have nowhere to charge your phone. Not such fun times.

Paying for wifi
Seriously, this is just wrong. Then there is the added expensive of buying magazines when it doesn’t work to keep us amused while we wait. And to top it off you have to show your boarding card for every single purchase.

The boarding call
Telling you it’s time to board and leaving you in the queue for ten minutes. You’re going to get a seat so just wait until the queue starts moving.

Miley Cyrus finds comfort after Flyod’s death

Miley is still understandably devastated after the death of her pet dog, Floyd.

But the 21-year-old singer seems to be doing ok, thanks to her other pup, Mary Jane.

Cyrus took to Twitter to share snaps of her cuddling Mary Jane in bed, who seems to be consoling Miley during this tough time.

The We Can’t Stop singer captioned the first photo: “Crackin a smile thanks to Mary Jane.”

The second snap of Cyrus and her dog just had a love heart emoji on it and the caption: “getting choked out by Mary Jane has never felt soooo good.”

Miley adopted Mary Jane from a rescue shelter with former fiancé, Liam Hemsworth.

Miley shared the news about her Flyod’s death with fans on Tuesday but despite being upset she still continued to perform for her Bangerz tour concert on Wednesday.

Miley got emotional during the concert, as she sang a tribute to her dog but still managed to carry on with her rendition.

Andrew Garfield, Jamie Foxx and Emma Stone were all on Ellen to promote their latest flick, The Amazing Spiderman 2.

Of course, Ellen DeGenres came up with the genius idea of getting the three stars to play a game of Never Have I Ever, with some surprising results.

Thanks to the game we discovered that Andrew and Jamie have both had one night stands, while Emma has had none. The stars seemed a little confused when it came to sexting though.

Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore star in the new romantic comedy, Blended, which sees them both as single parents who inevitably end up together.

Sandler hasn’t had too much luck with the box office in recent years so let’s hope his collaboration with the lovely Drew might change his fate!

OK so, it won’t be as good as The Wedding Singer or 50 First Dates, but how could anything be?

Jennifer Aniston seems to be the latest star to undergo a make under and look unrecognisable as a result.

However, the reason the actress has gone so barefaced was for her new role in the film, Cake.

The 45-year-old actress definitely doesn’t look like her usual glamorous self in the film, as the actress is seen wearing baggy beige pants, long jumper and a t-shirt.

Aniston plays Claire, a woman who becomes fascinated by the suicide of a woman in her chronic pain support group.

Great news for telly lovers out there, as Graham Norton is finally returning to our screens tonight.

Graham sure knows how to make a comeback as well, as he has a all-star line up for the show.

Russell Crowe will be on the show to talk about his latest film, Noah.

Cameron Diaz will be there also to promote her own film, The Other Woman and Richard Ayoade who your probably know from The I.T. Crowd will be joining the couch to promote his film, The Double.

And if that wasn’t enough, to finish off the show The Voice judge, Kylie Minogue will be performing her latest track.

The Graham Norton Show returns tonight at 22.35 on BBC One.

James Franco admits to trying to ask out 17-year-old girl

James Franco has admitted to trying to pick up a 17-year-old girl on Instagram.

This is a different response to the one he tweeted yesterday, where the actor stated that he wanted nothing to do with teens and told parents to keep them away from him.

But it seems what occurred between schoolgirl, Lucy Clode and the 35-year-old actor is true.

James said in an interview this morning that the texts he sent to Lucy were “embarrassing” and the he had used “bad judgement”.

James met Lucy when she was waiting outside Franco’s Broadway show, Of Mice and Men.

She then posted images and a video(which has since been removed) of James on Instagram.

After she tagged Franco in the video, the actor began messaging her. He asked Lucy her age, if she was single, where she was staying and should he rent out a hotel room for them both.

The screen shots of James’ and Lucy’s conversations have now gone viral, with Franco claiming he’s become a victim of social media bullying as a result.

Homemade strawberry frozen yoghurt

This frozen yoghurt makes the perfect weekend treat -it’s sweet, light and healthy too.

It’s really easy to make too, only four ingredients!

What you’ll need:

120g of strawberries
Tub of greek yoghurt
3 tbsp honey
2 tsp lemon juice

What you’ll need to do:

Using a hand blender of food processor, pulse the strawberries with the honey until they are broken up. A few big pieces is always nice too!
Combine the yoghurt with the strawberry mixture and stir in lemon juice.
Place the mixture in a freezer safe container and leave in the freezer overnight. Remove it after about 2 hours and mix it around to avoid it getting icy on top.
