You might exercise, skip junk food and be reasonably fit and healthy, but did you know you could still be damaging your health.

If you can relate to any of these questions, you might need to take a look at your lifestyle and maybe make a few changes:

You are not having enough water
That headache that you seem to get every evening is probably down to the fact that you haven’t had enough water during the day. And no, tea does not count. Up your daily intake of some H2O and you will feel a whole lot better!

You’re not getting enough sleep
We know, we know life can be pretty full on and you often struggle by on just a couple of hours sleep, especially during exam time. However, sleeping is just as important as eating. Not enough kip will leave you feeling tired, moody, frustrated and unable to concentrate properly.

You don’t eat enough
Being busy is not an excuse to not eat. If you are ending your day with a rumbly tummy you need to up your food intake during the day. Not eating enough will leave you feeling irritable and fatigued. Ever hear of hangry? That could be you…

You don’t eat any fruit or veggies
Seriously, were you not taught this at primary school? Make sure you eat your five a day to ensure you are getting enough vitamins and minerals to keep you strong and healthy.

In Robert Sheehan’s latest film The Road Within he plays  a man with Tourettee’s Syndrome, and he’s been a big hit at an LA Film Festival because of his stellar performance.

One reviewer said: “He does an amazing job, not just with the American accent but with capturing the physical manifestations of the ailment.”

Sheehan definitely immersed himself in the role, having lived with a man with Tourette’s Syndrome for two weeks as part of his research. Sheehan explained:

“There was one guy in particular called Jackman Kramer who was a very, very sweet, lovely man who has Tourette’s Syndrome and we lived together in the Spring of 2013 for about two weeks in a house.  I had people to tell me what it is to have Tourettes Syndrome.”

Sheehan he stars alongside Lenny Kravitz’ daughter Zoe and Slumdog Millionaire’s Dev Patel. The trio tell the story of Vincent (Sheehan) who breaks out of a residential home with his friend who suffers from OCD (Patel) when his mother dies. They’re joined on their journey by an anorexia sufferer (Zoe) as they make it their mission to bring Vincent’s mum’s ashes to the ocean.

The Coronas must be absolutely thrilled, as they have signed a major record deal in London with Island Records. However, the lads aren’t getting ahead of themselves just yet:

“It’s a good moment for us. It doesn’t guarantee anything major will happen. But it is the reason we came over here.

“We wanted to try and take things to the next level. And fingers crossed, with the next album coming out before the end of the year we can do that.

“They have Mumford and Sons, Hozier, Florence and the Machine, U2, as well. They are a really great label. We’ve met them a few times and they really seem to be into the stuff.

“And they’re signing us off the back of the new album, which is good as well. They’re not looking to release the back catalogue, they’re treating us like a new band which is what we wanted. So fingers crossed.”

Well done guys!

We know the single life can be tiresome at times, but marrying a complete stranger for TV might be taking it too far.

But that’s what Jamie Otis did after she was struggling to find a boyfriend who would commit.

The show which is called Married at First Sight gets total of six strangers to agree to tie the knot to people they’ve never met before.

But it wasn’t love at first sight for Jamie and her new husband, Doug Hehner as she admitted initially she wasn’t really attracted to the guy.

“I couldn’t help but look at his family, because they were, like, beaming, huge smiles, looking at me, and I just happen to be not attracted to the guy.”

Eek that doesn’t good…but who knows it could work out in the long term.

The show is called an extreme social experiment and from Jamie’s reaction it certainly sounds it.
