It’s one of the UK’s most popular online retailers, but that doesn’t mean Missguided is going to bow down to any standardised definition of beauty.

Having previously awarded Amber Rose and Pamela Anderson the coveted Mega Babe of Missguided title, the clothing giant has revealed 88-year-old Internet sensation Baddie Winkle as the face of its latest campaign.

Despite having been born in 1928, Baddie is both an unlikely and ideal fit for the brand.

My campaign with Missguided launched today, check it out!!! @missguided #baddie4lyf

She has been described by the site as a “true icon” who inspires others to “wear and be whoever they want, ignore the basics and always, always stay wild”.

It’s already the go-to site for Saturday night style, but it seems Missguided has plans to take over another sector of online shopping.

The brand – which hit headlines last week for selling controversial Brangelina breakup tees – has released a new line of beauty products which includes, among other things, an eyeshadow palette, contour kit and nail polish set.

For nights in, there’s also glittering bubble bath, fizzy bath bombs and pamper-focused gift sets.

In true Missguided style, the range features holographic packaging, is affordably priced and involves plenty of unicorn references.

Time to start filling that virtual cart!

In the aftermath of Brangelina’s breakup, the Internet was quick to take sides with Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie and – for whatever reason – Brad’s ex Jennifer Aniston.

But while most people watched the web-based hysteria from a distance, online retailer Missguided decided to get right in on the action.

On the back of the drama, the popular site released a trio of coloured t-shirts, each of which is donned with a “Team Brad”, “Team Angelina” or “Team Jen” logo.

While Missguided is well known for its cheeky approach to marketing, the move did not go down well with the brand’s followers, with many taking to Twitter to denounce the controversial tees.

One social media user wrote: “Hey @Missguided How about t-shirts which say ‘Team Not Pitting Women Against Each Other.’”

While another said: “Why are @Missguided selling “Team Brad”, “Team Angelina” and “Team Jen” t-shirts?  Bit rude cashing in on someone’s divorce like that, nah?”

It seems Missguided has not been swayed by the backlash, as all three tops are still available for purchase on the site.

Black Friday is nearly upon us. Yes, the unashamedly American retail tradition has officially become a ‘thing’ worldwide.

As stores reopen after Thanksgiving in the US, here in Europe we just want an excuse to avail of a bargain.

It’s basically like another Stephen's Day except you are not falling into a food coma from too much turkey. Oh and you probably have to work too.

But whether you plan to scramble to the checkout from your desktop or slug it out with all the overenthusiastic Christmas shoppers, you need to know where you find the best deals.

Lea Michele has really come a long way from her Glee days (let's face it, pleated skirts and matching jumpers were never a good look).

But lately, we have to give her major brownie points for rocking drop-dead-gorgeous outfits and completely changing her style around – because wow, she looks smoking hot.

The actress is in the middle of promoting her new TV show Scream Queens and blew everyone away as she arrived to record an interview with Jimmy Fallon yesterday.

Wearing a tight, cleavage-displaying orange dress, she waved and smiled at well-wishers who had waited around the studio to see her.

The 29-year-old self-styled fashionista turned up her style game a notch from her usual dress-code and certainly looks a LOT different from her Glee days.

And we have a great look-a-like dress if you want to look like the Scream Queen herself. From Missguided and costing only €42, this dress is a major bargain.

Lea seemed in her element as she prepared to embark on yet another promotional appearance, and looked to be eating up all the attention – but that wasn't how her day started off.

Earlier yesterday morning, the actress visited The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where she almost got the living daylights scared out of her.

As she was speaking with Ellen, a man dressed up as a deranged killer psychopath popped out from the coffee table next to her.

Lea was laughing and screaming, and perhaps only half joking when she told Ellen: "I'm not coming on your show again. That was him! That was Michael Myers!"

Ok, so we have picked out a few things you need to purchase on your next pay day, and, yes you guessed it, they are all SHOES!

We know the good weather isn't always promised but June has been good so far so we definitely think it's safe to invest in a few sandals.

With mid-season sales beginning everywhere at the moment, we don't think you need much convincing either…

Wedges

First up, for those summer nights out, you need a good pair of wedges. These will see you through the long BBQ/evening pints that turn into a full blown night of dancing as they are SO comfortable!

River Island – €60

Zara – €50

Lace up

These are absolutely EVERYWHERE and they are gorgeous. You definitely need to get yourself a pair of lace up heels for a night out or the flats version for heading to a festival.

Penneys – €18

Missguided – €50

Fringe

We have seen a lot of this trend this spring/summer so far, and that's not about to change now. Our only rule with fringe is – choose ONE item of clothing. Wearing a fringe leather jacket and fringe suede jacket to go with your shoes is definitely a bit much.

Zara – €50

New look – €40

Sandals

This one goes without saying, we all need a few pairs of sandals for the summer months. Definitely worth investing in a good pair if you are heading on holliers.

River Island – €50

New look – €49

Keds

These are really comfortable and ideal for a day out which involves a good bit of walking around.

Oasis – €56

Oasis – €56

Espadrilles

These are the perfect in between if you don't want to wear casual flat or high heels either.

River Island – €36

ASOS – €68

Pastel colours are popping up everywhere at the moment and we NEED to get our hands on some for summer-time.

From occasionwear to homeware, pastel has become seriously popular on the High Street.

Here, we have chosen a host of girly pieces in soft shades to keep you looking elegant and up-to-date this season.

1. House of Fraser

This House of Fraser range of 'muted pastels' is sure to be very popular. It's very Kate Middleton-on-a-good-day.

This lilac dress would be perfect for a Summer wedding and is €85

We NEED this lemon skirt! It's €182 and could be worn with a crop top for any occasion.

You will be pretty in pink in this subtle shade which comes in at €129

2. ASOS

ASOS has a wide variety of pastel clothing for both men and women available on their website. And the great news is delivery on orders over €25 is free.

This pastel floral print would be perfect for a sunny day with a pair of wrap-up sandals, €117.

How adorable is the bow on this midi skirt? It's €68.50.

This pastel duster coat is on sale at €75 and is the perfect finish to any outfit for an Irish summer.

3. Missguided

Missguided has a huge range of pastels perfect for a night on the town.

This powder-blue skirt would be perfect with any white top and is great value at €25.50.

This pastel pink wrap skirt would give you a great shape for only €28.

We know winter is (thankfully!) long gone but we couldn't resist adding in this gorgeous lilac coat. You never know, with our unpredictable Irish summer, it might well come in very handy! It's on sale at €28.

4. Boohoo

Boohoo offers a very reasonable range of pastels, which means you can stay on-trend without breaking the bank.

Off-the-shoulder tops are popping up everywhere and we love this Seventies chic pastel blouse. €24.

This fab lilac dress is €41 and would be perfect for a summer months date night teamed with the right accessories.

This soft coloured plunge play suit would be perfect with a long chain and a nice tan for only €27.

Festival- and barbecue-soirees are just around the corner – which can only mean one thing: we're gonna need oodles of accessories to see us through to autumn.

Yes, from statement jewellery to floral headbands, 'tis the season for jazzing, snazzing, and updating old outfits.

This year in particular, there is lots of fringing, floppy hats, and statement necklaces. And although we're sadly not all on a celebrity budget, it doesn't mean we can't accessorise as well as they do.

Here are some of our favourite accessories that come in under €10 and STILL look great!

First up, earrings:

Silver fringe earrings are only €7 and are from Forever 21.  Fringe is popping up on pretty much everything item of clothing or accessory and is an absolute must for 2015.

Front and back earrings are beginning to appear in all high street stores and are set to be a big trend for Summer. These are €6 from River Island

Foot chains:

This perfect addition to any beach get-up, this first foot chain is €9 and is from Forever 21.

This layered foot chain is only €8.40 from Missguided and is the glam you need with your pool attire.

Hair accessories:

These are essential for any festival or concert and this floral is from Missguided and comes in at €8.40

If floral is not your thing, this chain headpiece will also give you that festival look in a more subtle way. It's €4 and from Forever 21.

Sunglasses:

Aztec is always a popular summer trend and these Missguided shades are only €8

A pair of aviator sunnies is a must have year-in-year-out. These sunglasses from New Look are a steal at just €7

Statement necklaces:

This statement necklace would go perfect with a white dress and is only €6 from Missguided

This metallic fringe necklace from Bershka is a must! It's a steal at only €9.99

The singer who never failed to impress us with her statement style on X Factor now has her own clothing line for brand Missguided.

The 30-piece set is priced between £15-£50 and has a wide-range of sassy black jumpsuits, bodycon dresses and electric blue cut-out midis.

It’s unsurprising that the range is called Nicole x Missguided, since some of the pieces reflect her own personal style.

“It’s inspired by the catwalk mixed with my personal style. I would describe it as clean, sexy, strong and graphic but also classy and feminine; it’s urban chic.”

Clearly her range is SHEmazing!
