Phillip added: "Just like Holly, I'm a Downton Abbey superfan so I can't wait to give This Morning viewers a proper nosey around Highclere Castle in all it's stunning glory.

"Surely Carson won't mind!"

Original stars Hugh Bonneville, Michelle Dockery and Dame Maggie Smith are all returning.

This Morning editor Martin Frizell said: "The Downton Abbey film is one of the biggest British cinematic releases of the year and so it's only fitting that one of Britain's biggest daytime shows is to broadcast live from the set this September.

"Join us both upstairs and downstairs for a truly memorable This Morning special. We can't wait."

X Factor hopefuls Bratavio have been hit with death threats and homophobic abuse as they progress to the talent competition’s live shows.

Bradley Hunt and Ottavio Columbro enraged fans of the long-running programme when they were named among Louis Walsh’s final three acts for The X Factor’s group category.

According to The Mirror, viewers believe the singers’ ability to progress to the live shows demonstrates how The X Factor has lost credibility in recent years.

The lads – who have received much recognition for their colourful costumes and love/hate relationship – have been attacked online by angry trolls from both the gay and straight communities.

Sharing a picture of Bratavio, one Twitter user wrote: “What the fook is this all about…and we ask our self…why do gay people get beat up…theses 2 make me look straight and I am a drag queen…get them off my TV (sic).”

While others have encouraged the band to “kill themselves”.

As well as fans of the duo jumping to their defence, Bradley and Ottavio have replied to some of their haters.

Acknowledging Louis Walsh’s role in the controversy, Ottavio tweeted: “Calm down, we don’t make the decisions and we have dreams too.”

The final twelve X Factor contestants have been put through months of gruelling auditions, trials and competitions, but now it seems the lucky dozen can live in luxury for the rest of their time on the show.

The Mail Online exclusively revealed that this year's X Factor house is in Barnet's Beech Hill, North London and costs a cool £7m (€9m) to buy or £20,000 (€27,000) to rent each month.

It comes complete with a cinema room, an indoor swimming pool and a steam room as well as a state-of-the-art car lift (OK, then?).

The seven-bedroom detached property is in one of London's most prestigious streets and described by estate agents as a 'premier road', where homes are entered via high electric gates.

The gates open up into a large driveway where cars can collect contestants and take them to the show's nearby studio.

The unveiling of the property comes after X Factor judges Simon, Cherly, Rita and Nick chose their final three acts for the live rounds of the show.

Judge Nick Grimshaw selected Mason Noise, Che Chesterman and Seann Miley Moore as his final three Boys, while Rita Ora announced Louisa Johnson, Lauren Murray and Keira Weathers as her Girls.

Cheryl Fernandez Versini has 4th Impact, Alien Uncovered, and Reggie n Bollie as her Groups.

Simon Cowell has Max Stone, Bupsi and Anton Stephans in his Overs category.
