Ovie Soko has irrevocably changed our lives, that's a fact. The six foot seven basketball player has taken over the internet after bursting onto Love Island screens in the Casa Amor portion of the show.

He's basically the best thing to happen to the villa, and it appears that In The Style agree. The brand have dropped a range of t-shirts dedicated to the hilarious 28-year-old Islander.

While he's busy treating women with respect and giving long, deep, wise snippets of advice to the useless men in the house, he's also the king of fashion and emits chill vibes only.

The man has already been crowned the couture king of the villa, donning dapper menswear, tiny sunglasses, do-rags, tank tops and patterned shirts like it's nobody's business.

He's quite simply a breath of fresh air. Ovie is a fan of a good 1990s film throwback ("MESSAGE"), wears bucket hats in bed and wears fully-clothed lewks rather than swimwear all day.

His Hawaiian print co-ords, camp collar shirts, camouflage cargo pants and the legendary outback hat has won the hearts of the nation.

Ovie was the only one to school Michael on how badly he spoke to Amber, as well as crying on national TV when his Casa Amor pal George was dumped from the island.

It's impossible not to love the hunk, especially when he dances while he irons his clothes. Or makes eggs. He dances pretty much constantly, it's his thing.

He definitely knows how to make a woman feel good about herself, and is a constant gentleman when it comes to Amber's feelings. Their friendship lights up the world.

Fashion brand In The Style have moulded their love for the contestant into a range of t-shirts dedicated to him, and we've already pre-ordered them all.

The tops come in black or white and sport Ovie-inspired slogans on them, from "Current mood: Ovie" to "What would Ovie do?", there's something for everyone.

The t-shirts cost €13.33 (£12) each and are available in sizes six up to 16 on their website, from Friday, July 19.

Pre-order the tops online now, but hurry because Love Island fans have already been eyeing up the t-shirts on Instagram.

Ovie appears to get close to new girl India Reynolds, even managing to get a kiss in tonight's episode. The pair are both 28-years-old, but we're not sure what else they have in common.

Poor Chris has to watch India fall for Ovie, disappointedly proclaiming; Why’s this my life? It’s not funny. I think I’m getting Ovied”.

"I got a text…MESSAGE" and "I think I'm getting Ovie'd" both need to be slogan t-shirts, it's an abomination that they're not included.

We've seriously missed seeing Amy Hart on our screens since her heartbreak over Curtis Pritchard's betrayal led her to quit Love Island.

While she may have cut her time on the ITV2 reality show short, the star has already landed a permanent role on another show.

ITV has announced that Amy will join Loose Women as a guest panellist, following a successful first appearance on the daytime show this week.

The Loose Women Twitter page made the announcement, writing;

"We loved Love Island's Amy Hart so much that we’re having her as a guest panellist next Wednesday! We can’t wait to welcome Amy back to the Loose Women panel." Slay, bish. You don't need no man.

During Monday's show, Amy sat alongside fellow panellists Andrea McLean, Coleen Nolan, Jane Moore and Brenda Edwards, to discuss her time in the villa.

Amy made her time in the villa sound extremely positive, noting that it was time to put her mental health first;

"Taking myself out of the villa has made the bad stuff go away and now I only have fond memories of the show," Amy said at the time. "Curtis would not rub anything in my face. We spent 720 hours together, we spent all that amount of time together."

The former air hostess left the villa during dramatic scenes last week, saying to Curtis; "I’m leaving today but it’s a positive thing because I’m going to go and start the rest of my life today."

Amy has impressed ITV with her appearance on the show, it seems. She gushed to The Sun,

"I’m so excited, I’ve been a fan of Loose Women since I was 12. It’s my birthday tomorrow so this is the best present ever. I can’t wait to see the see the ladies next Wednesday."

She confirmed her new role on Twitter, writing; "I mean most people get flowers and chocolates for their birthday but… absolute dream come true! Thank you Loose Women I won’t let you down."

Amber Gill has had a pretty wild ride on Love Island, to say the least.

From Michael Griffiths' betrayal and then disgraceful behaviour towards her and now living in the friend zone, romance has evaded the beautician from Newcastle.

While many fans are adoring her friendship with singleton Ovie Soko, the 21-year-old is set to flirt up a storm on her date tonight with Limerick lad Greg O'Shea.

Michael had recoupled after Casa Amor with Joanna Chimonides, who has since been dumped from the island and walked away without Michael in tow.

Viewers have been extremely protective of Amber ever since this devastating blow was dealt, especially after the firefighter became the villa villain and seemingly takes out all of his frustrations on his ex-flame.

New boy Greg O'Shea awaits her in the Hideaway tonight, after Amber receives a text saying; "Don’t worry Amber. The boys aren’t having all the fun. Greg is waiting for you on the Hideaway terrace. #guarddown #openminded”

Based on tonight's teaser, Amber lets her guard down and enjoys the date with Limerick's newest Love Island star. Michael, who?

Greg also describes himself as a "one girl kind of guy", and seems serious about searching for wifey material;

“If I see a girl I tend to fall for her hard. Hopefully, that can happen again. After my last relationship I lost my faith in love so hopefully going into the villa can get my belief in love back," he added.

“I’ve only been single for the last year. I was with a girl for four years before that and in a relationship for five years before that. I’ve always been in relationships.”

Go get our girl Amber, and prove you're worthy Greg. Do your nation proud.

Tonight's Love Island looks set to be one of the most explosive episodes yet, with Limerick lad Greg O'Shea requesting a date with Amber, and Chris and Ovie heading on dates with the two new girls of the villa.

India Reynolds and Harley Brash are the newbies who have their sights set on Ovie and Chris, but will other eyes wander towards them?

The Hideaway also opens it's doors for Anna Vakili and Jordan Hames tonight for the steamiest visit yet (though there have only been three).

Jordan blindfolds Anna and performs a striptease for her, as things get heated in the hot tub and bedroom.

The pair are chosen after Molly-Mae receives a text reading;

“Islanders. The Hideaway is open tonight, please choose a lucky couple to spend the night alone. #getaroom #notsosilentnight”.

The contestants decide that it's time for Jordanna to get some time alone following their brief Casa Amor split.

“It was everything in one. It was romantic. It was funny. It was sexy. I wouldn’t mind having every night in the Hideaway!” Will they reveal more deets? Probably not, let's be honest.

The disbelief we felt last night after witnessing Michael treat our good sis Amber like a dog was shook-worthy.

We honestly wouldn't speak to an animal the way that he spoke to his ex-flame, who has done absolutely nothing wrong, and the public are in agreement that the firefighter has gone up in flames.

Last night's episode saw Joanna Chimonides being dumped from the island, Michael proclaiming that he'd; "found what I've been looking for" and then proceeding to STAY in the villa for no reason, and then his dire treatment of Amber.

 Michael gave 21-year-old Amber vicious statements about how her feelings for him weren't reciprocated, as if he blamed her for Joanna's exit.

Joanna branded the 27-year-old a "snake" as she walked out of the villa, and she's pretty spot on. If he really cared about her, he would have left. He then tried to get sympathy by acting upset about her dumping, and yet DIDN'T LEAVE THE VILLA?

The reaction from the public when Michael barked at Amber to "sit down" was pretty swift, calling for his removal from the Spanish villa.

Joanna also said that her relationship with Michael is "on pause" now that he's staying in the villa, after initially saying they have no future if he refused to leave with her.

One Twitter user, Fionnuala Jay, called for Michael to be sent to prison…we have to agree;

"One way ticket for Michael to Alcatraz for speaking to Amber like that, what an actual bridge troll."

Team Amber assembled faster than lightning, and are patiently waiting for her to explode at the man;

Viewers also pointed out that Michael appears to only be staying in the villa to make Amber's life miserable;

"Who's really the CHALDISH one?" fans asked of Michael. Fair point.

When Joanna was voted out by her fellow Islanders and was immediately angry at Michael, the firefighter excused her outburst as "normal" and yet continuously slammed Amber for being "childish" and "immature" whenever she was remotely angry.

One thing is for certain: Michael may just be the most hated man in the UK and Ireland right now, and only Ovie has the power to fix the villa zen.

Maybe the new Limerick rugby player Greg O'Shea can fix the vibes with some country slang and banter with Maura? We'd love to see it.

If we’ve learned anything from the last few years, it’s that representation matters.

Big issues like the representation of different skin tones, body sizes and disabilities are fought for on the reg by various strong-ass women and require real change in the minds of the powers that be.

However, calling the media out on a lack of inclusion is only one way to change things. Love Island in particular have been receiving flack for their lack of inclusion on the show, predominantly with body sizing.

Image: ITV

Applauding small changes is another. Once these powers realise that we WANT to see ourselves and our peers represented, things will change.

Even this year, campaigns like Dove's stunning #ShowUs effort have been proving to the media industry that the public want to see every type of person in advertisements and on our screens.

From all gender binaries, sexual orientations, ethnicities, abilities and sizes to vitiligo to scarring; Why should only one type of person be represented on screen when perfection is a myth?

A post shared by  (@dove) on

When flawlessness and perfection no longer sell, when ‘one size fits all’ doesn’t appeal to the masses; that’s when media organisations, beauty companies and the entertainment industry begin to change their tune.

On the topic of applauding small steps, the last two episodes of Love Island have sparked praise in one particular area: skin.

Every single human being has experienced bad skin at one point in their lives. Some of us suffered through teenage acne and have the scars to prove it. Many have had to deal with life-altering skin related issues from complex conditions to unfortunate accidents. Skin is at the centre of beauty campaigns and we are bombarded with an image of what perfectly clear skin ‘should’ look like, err single day.

The cute and bubbly new contestant on the ITV reality show, Francesca Allen, has received some appreciative feedback for choosing to allow her skin to breathe free. She has visible spots and we are SO ready for them. This was also true for Lucie when she took her makeup off each night and revealed 'normal' skin. Maura is over there representing all pale Irish beauties whose faces don't match their necks after a night out.

Image: Twitter/@pepsicolapop

There should never be a strict definition of what constitutes 'normal' skin. 'Normal' to us is what we're shown the most, which is perfection.

However, in reality there are millions of skin disorders and types in the world that don't get shown on screens globally. Our skin is a vital organ, and it's unique to each person.

Image: Twitter/@imaginebane

One Love Island viewer tweeted she was; "nearly crying at the fact Francesca has acne scarring". Another got emotional stating it was "refreshing" for someone who struggles with their skin every day "to see an amazingly beautiful girl like Francesca show off her bare face and acne to the world without shame". These are real people, lets remember. Real people who are thankful to see something familiar on the small screen.

Image: Twitter/@micckjaggerr

Though each islander is stunningly beautiful in their own ways, imperfections show their humanity. Just because they're on a screen doesn't mean they aren't just like us. That the kids watching them – and yes there are kids as young as 12 waiting up for the series each night- can see that skin imperfections can be gorgeous and above all, normal.

Considering Francesca's skin is still by advertising and media standards damn near perfect, it says a lot that the response to even a few minor scars has been incredibly positive and emotional.

A teeny tiny step, y’all say, but if we don’t applaud the tiny steps; the larger ones will be further out of reach. Celebrate the minor achievements and aim higher.

Now… Crack on with some stretch marks, dermatological disorders and cellulite please, ITV. We want to feel seen.

Love Island's newest star Francesca Allen is finding herself in hot water after an old tweet resurfaced referencing Caroline Flack's former relationship with Harry Styles.

The show host was once called "a dirty paedophile" by the store owner when she was just 16-years-old, so we can't be judging her too harshly. Presumably she never thought she'd meet the host as well.

The tweet from 2012 was written by Francesca's friend Paige Banks, who took to the social media site to share the message;

"Highlight of the day seeing Caroline Flack and calling her a dirty pedo with Francesca Allen hahaha."

Image: Twitter/@paigeebanks

Representatives of Francesca shared a statement to the media, which reads; "This was a historic tweet that has not come from Francesca directly.

"Francesca can’t reply as she is in the villa but she would be mortified if she was judged based on the actions of a 16-year-old friend. She has a lot of respect for Caroline and is looking forward to meeting her."

Many of us remember when Caroline and Harry Styles were first pictured together as a couple in 2011, with eyebrows raised due to their 14-year age gap.

Back in 2015, Caroline revealed the massive level of abuse she received once their relationship went public;

"It began to go wrong when Harry was pictured coming out of my house one morning," Caroline wrote in her autobiography Storm In A C Cup. "And once that was out, it was open season. After that anyone could say anything. In the street people started shouting at me “paedophile” and “pervert”."

The former couple dated for a few months throughout 2011 and 2012, after a 17-year-old Harry's "captivating smile" won 32-year-old Caroline over.

"I already knew he had a crush on me, he’d made it pretty obvious," the Love Island presenter said. "It was flattering and I found it amusing. He was a kind of cheeky man/boy with a captivating smile who got what he wanted."

Francesca is seemingly unaware of the furore surrounding the ancient tweet, considering she only entered the villa three days ago. She's already caused a stir and Maura sees her as Public Enemy Number One after she chose Curtis Pritchard in the recoupling.

Shouldn't everyone dismiss the old tweet as teenage nonsense? Imagine if the things we wrote on Bebo when we were 16 were published, yeesh. We'd be finished.

Maura Higgins, Duchess of County Longford, shares her first kiss with Curtis Pritchard in tonight's episode of Love Island only hours after Amy Hart quit the show.

Curtis' 'half-girlfriend' Amy exited the villa of her own accord after an emotional farewell, still heartbroken at the end of her relationship with the professional dancer.

Maura has confessed her feelings to Curtis already, who told her he couldn't make any moves with Amy still feeling the pain of their break-up.

The Islanders are set a dance challenge tonight in order to get each others' hearts racing, and Maura makes sure she's got all the attention to see through her plan.

"I've got a bit of a plan up my sleeve. I just can't wait to get to Curtis," she admits in the Beach Hut. The contestants are each strapped up to heart monitors and are split into boys and girls.

The girls have to dance individually first, and Maura grabs Curtis for a kiss while the whole villa watches on. We LOVE the ridiculousness of this woman, but feel for Amy too.

Curtis is left without words after her confident display, and we'd say his heartrate skyrocketed. She's some woman, we'll give her that. The boys must then impress the girls with their sexy moves.

Seeing as Curtis is a professional dancer, he brings the heat to his routine and returns Maura's kiss after picking her up to sweep her off her feet.

We can FEEL how delighted those producers are. Earlier, Maura and Curtis were chosen by Chris and Francesca to go on a double date, but Maura was pretty distracted.

Maura flirts with Chris, but spends most of the date trying to see what Curtis and the new girl are up to.

"The poor lad is going to be talking to me and I'm just going to be earwigging. I want to hear the way Curtis is behaving!" she tells the Beach Hut camera about her date with Chris.

We can't see Curtis waiting to crack on with Maura, his respect for Amy wasn't exactly sky high when his head was turned by Jourdan after about 30 seconds. *Shade*

Love Island has now officially become a cultural phenomenon, and it seems that audiences in the States are gagging to get their USA version up and running.

The show is finally making its way across the Atlantic, with 11 sexy singletons heading to Fiji in the South Pacific to soak up the sun and maybe even find some romance.

While there are many similarities between the ITV2 show and the USA version (those on-screen graphics), but there are some big differences compared to the British version for American audiences.

A post shared by Love Island (@loveislandusa) on

ITV America's chief executive officer, David Eilenberg, spoke to The Hollywood Reporter about the core changes to the American version, such as censorship and 'toned down' swimwear.

The show launches on CBS at 8pm, prime time in the US, and viewers are already prepared to give up their social lives and give in to their new obsession.

The US version will feature less 'revealing' swimwear according to Eilenberg; "Of course, we're going to conform to broadcast standards. We're on at 8 o'clock on a major broadcaster."

He added; "That said, even the way that the UK show has evolved, it has shifted more towards a mainstream general entertainment audience."

If the dodgy language ('effing and jeffing') gets too extreme, censorship will ensue as a result.

Eilenberg said: "Probably the biggest difference of all is likely to be around language because we'll have some bleeping obligations that the UK simply doesn't.

"I don't think that's going to make a huge difference in terms of the experience of it. But for superfans of the show, that will probably be notable because the UK version doesn't require censoring in the same way."

Love Island USA will be hosted by hilarious actress, online personality and comedian Arielle Vandenberg.

Arielle will double-up the hosting with doing the voiceover as well, which is the job of Scottish comic Iain Stirling. Caroline Flack has become a household name in the UK since landing the host job,

Producers are still unsure whether the audience will take to to voiced over quips as the action unfolds in the US version.

Eilenberg said: "We are utilising voiceover, which we were very happy that CBS was committed to, because we think that is an integral part of the UK show but not a device that gets used very frequently in the US.

A post shared by Love Island (@loveislandusa) on

He continued; "There will certainly be differences. Some of those differences won't just have to do with the type of platform it's on, but simply the cultural differences between American islanders and UK islanders."

Off-screen, Arielle is coupled up with boyfriend and fellow comedian/influencer Matt Cutshall. Flack is still looking for her perfect man to couple up with, maybe she'll meet him on the show this year?

Seeing as this is the first season of the American show, there are many unknowns. The series will only be about one-third of the length of the UK version until popularity grows.

A post shared by Love Island (@loveislandusa) on

Eilenberg said: "The UK show is pushing something like 60 hours of content over the course of the summer, and that's not counting ancillary. That's just every night. Will we ever get to that place in the US? I don't know.

"You look at other territories of the show and some of them are more similar to what we're doing, which is about 20-something hours of content," he concluded.

Currently there are no plans to bring Love Island USA to UK and Irish screens, but you can catch the action by subscribing to Hulu or searching for clips online. It looks worth the effort…

We woke up today with the news that no less than FIVE Love Island contestants have left the villa in just a few days (Amy has left voluntarily alongside two couples).

Danny and Jourdan have exited the show last night, and tonight the showdown will air between George and Lucy, and Amy and Curtis.

Seeing as Amy has mysteriously taken her flight straight out of Majorca, we're assuming that Lucie and George have been dumped.

News has just broken that 23-year-old Francesca Allen and 28-year-old Chris Taylor are the two newbies to shake up the villa in replacement of the five dumped contestants:

Essex beauty Fran has got her eyes set on Anton, which could spell bad news for Belle. Chris is taken with Longford lass Maura Higgins, who is now single but has feelings for Curtis. The DRAH-MA continues…

Francesca Allen is a store manager who knows a fair amount of the TOWIE cast from her shop- Georgia Kousoulou, Chloe Ross, Chloe Lewis.

She doesn't hold back about his relationship with Amy; "They were a bit awkward. It was a funny relationship. I wasn’t surprised when they broke up."

Chris Taylor is a business development manager from Leicester, who's set his sights on hilarious Irish girl Maura.

“Maura, she is very interesting. She’s an absolute fireball and I’ve got that same side to me as well. She has loads of banter and seems very easy to get on with. It will be interesting to see if we clash or not.”

His claim to fame is rather weak, but we'll take it; "My dad was engaged to Denise Welch when he was 19. They’re still good family friends. I’ve met her a few times, she’s lovely."

Chris is as confident as the rest of the boys in the villa, and is comfortably with his masculinity. He even admits to loving "girly things" like watching chick flicks;

"I am the full package I’d say. I’m not a bad looking guy. I would give myself a solid 7.2 out of 10. I can cook, I enjoy a bit of cleaning. I don’t really like football, and I don’t mind doing more girly things – I love a chick flick.

The Love Island villa is already fairly dramatic, but things are about to get next level chaotic.

After last night's insanely intense recoupling, the producers of the hit ITV show are continuing the madness by sending in two new boys to heat the place up.

Maura and Anna were left single after Tommy and Anton chose Molly and Elma instead, and the solo pair immediately got a text saying they're heading on dates already.

The two new additions will mean that there will be an equal number of girls and boys in the house, but are there even enough beds? Probably not…which means sharing is caring.

The first boy up is 24-year-old Jordan Hames, a model from Manchester who is catching Anna's eye and getting his flirt on;

I bring something different to the other Islanders. I’ve got good energy, I’m really bubbly. I’ve got younger siblings I’m always teasing, so I think I’ll be a bit of a joker of the pack

What does he think are his best features? We're guessing he's pretty into himself…

"My best are my jawline, my trainer collection and how laid back I am in life. I don’t take myself too seriously. My worst traits are that I’m quite clumsy.

"I was once on a first date, bought two cocktails, went to sit down and knocked them over. Sometimes I leave things until the last minute, so I’m often in a rush," he said. Sounds a bit cute, eh?

He rates himself as a "solid 9.8 out of 10. Not quite a 10, no one is perfect. My best feature is my hair."

He's already admitted to loving all the girls in the villa; "I’m greedy in that sense. I like blondes, brunettes, red heads. I would say Anna, Amber, Molly-Mae and Elma are on my radar.

Who is he looking for? "Someone who has got nice eyes, good energy and good banter, someone who doesn’t take themselves too seriously but is career driven. I like them to be fiery," he said. We reckon Anna's pretty fiery.

"If I’m in a relationship with someone who says ‘yes’ all the time, I’ll just be seeing what I can get away with. I like someone spontaneous, I love travelling. I’m the sort of guy who will book to go on a city break on a Friday and then go on the Saturday."

He calls himself a "smooth operator" when it comes to women, and he prefers to meet girls in real life over online; "I saw a girl who was wearing a nice pair of trainers at a concert once, so I went over and complimented her on them and that’s how we started talking. Otherwise I slide into the DMs."

Jennifer Lopez is his celebrity crush, and his main turn off in a girl 'with a really loud, annoying laugh':

"Over the top. I don’t like really overly dramatic girls. I like girls who are more laid back and chilled, like me. I don’t like drama or people who are high maintenance."

He says he's heading into the villa for himself, so he's going to go all the way to get the girl of his dreams:

"I’m going in on my own, although I want to get along with the lads because I’m a lads’ lad, I’m there for myself so if I see a girl I want, I’m going to go for it."

His claim to fame is meeting David Beckham on a modelling shoot, which we're sure he mentions fairly often…

"For me it takes a lot for me to commit to a girl so when I am single I will dabble here and then. But when I’m committed I am 100% loyal. But only if I meet the right girl," he added.

How loyal will he stay to the boys, though? "I think there’s a gentleman way to go about things. I’m not one to do mates over like that. If I go for it, I’ll do it in the right way."

Fair enough, we're eager to see how things go between Jordan and Anna. Who's heading on a date with Maura? 29-year-old Tom Walker, from Leeds.

 He describes himself as 'fun' and 'energetic': "I tend to get on with boys and girls. I’m a people person. I enjoy finding out about people. I’m also opinionated and enjoy good discussions." He sees himself as a bit of a Curtis, able to get on with everyone:

"I’m nosy, I enjoy asking questions and getting to know people. I’m fun and always up for doing things. I’m a yes man, I don’t turn many things down. The downside is that I sometimes find it hard to switch off. I can be quite annoying. I’m always on the go."

He's a model, so he rates his appearance highly enough, but not a 10: "I think I’m a solid eight. I appreciate I’ve been blessed, I wouldn’t be modelling if I wasn’t. People compliment me on my jawline."

Who is he looking to couple up with?

"I like the new girls – Maura is a cannon. She’s gone in there and torn it up. She might be a bit too hot to handle. I really like Elma. She’s got a look I tend to go for. From day one I liked the look of Lucie, although she seems pretty happy and settled with Joe. I’ll find out whether she is when I get in."

We don't reckon Lucie and Joe are that stable, so maybe Tom will cause a split between the pair.

His perfect girl is "Someone that I can be myself around. I don’t have to play anything up or play anything down. Someone who has got an energy for life, enjoys travelling and socialising."

His celebrity crush is Michelle Keegan, and he meets girls in bars or through friends. He's never used dating apps, and all of his dates have been 'plain sailing'.

Bad teeth are his immediate turn-off, and he claims to be a 'man's man', whatever that is. " I get on well with guys, I’ve grown up playing football. But I’ve got to do what I’ve got to do. We’re all in there for the same reason. In terms of loyalty, he admits to having a wandering eye. (Anton, is that you?!):

"I’m a loyal person. Never say never to the wandering eye because it’s the way of the show. "You feel like you’re really into one person but then who knows? I will make calculated decisions and I’m not going to go rushing in. But I’m loyal so I don’t think I’ll be messing people around too much."

He describes 'Bro Code' as; "Just be honest. I don’t really want to deal with people that want to play games."

Would anyone know who the hell he is? "Through my work as a model, I’ve appeared in TV adverts and on billboards. People might recognise me from that," Tom says.

Who do we think the boys will suit in the villa? We can't WAIT for tonight's episode, see you at 9pm lads.
