Congratulations are in order!

Model Georgia Penna (née Salpa) and her husband Joe are expecting their third child.

The expectant mum announced the exciting news with an Instagram post from her rose-filled baby shower.

And the 32-year-old even shared their baby's gender! It's a girl, according to the menu labelled 'Baby Girl Penna'.

A post shared by Georgia Penna (@georgiapenna) on

Um, that baby shower looks utterly GORGEOUS!

'Thank you so much @nicnaci for the most beautiful surprise #babyshower. Feeling so lucky to have such amazing and thoughtful friends,' she captioned the pic.

It's unclear if the Celebrity Big Brother contestant is having her daughter via surrogate like she did before with their twin sons.

Congrats to Georgia and Joe!

Georgia Penna has shared a very rare photo of her twin toddlers.

When her boys were first born, Georgia sent a message out to the press asking them to respect their privacy, and that she won't be putting any photos of her babies up on social media.

However, the Irish model took to Instagram this morning to share a picture of her chilling with her children.

The mum-of-two simply captioned the picture "Sunday chill."

In the snap, her beautiful blonde sons are seen sitting on her lap on as they watch a cartoon.

We love this little insight to Georgia's life as a parent!

Oh, and while we have you; don't forget to have your say in the inaugural SHEmazing Awards this May! It's time to vote, and you can do it right here!

You'd almost feel a great big whack of empathy for the celebrities of yesteryear: after all, they did NOT have all the advantages of nifty hair gadgets, advanced hair products, and – most significantly – hair extensions that famous faces today can rely on.

Case in point: L'Oreal ambassador and all-round totally gorgeous gal Cheryl Cole – who once sported cornrows (hello, 2002) in a bid to jazz up her tresses.

Nuff said.

However, and while extensions have certainly in more recent times been championed by a host of red-carpet connoisseurs, small and big screen stars, and catwalk queens, adding to your own strands is now increasingly commonplace for us normal folk too.

In fact, one recent survey in the UK revealed that an astonishing one in three women – from all walks of life – currently wears extensions.

A video posted by Gold Fever Italia (@goldfeveritalia) on

Yes, Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, and Katie Price once gave them a seriously bad name, but there's no doubt that the hair extensions available right now are a practically flawless addition to what nature already bestowed on you.

A whack of celebrities opt for Gold Fever – mainly because it's seemingly as close to your own real hair as extensions come. That and it's ethically-sourced and fans of the brand swear that it doesn't cause any damage to their own precious tresses.

The current crop of fans include the likes of models Georgia Salpa and Rosanna Davison; actress Michelle Keegan; Cocoa Brown's Marissa Carter, Made In Chelsea's Lucy Watson and Nicola Hughes; Celebrity Big Brother's Danielle Lloyd; and singers Una Healy, Tallia Storm, and Louisa Johnson.

But with prices for a set – which should last six months – ranging from a couple of hundred euro up to €1,000 for more complex transformations, is it money well spent?

Well, if the before-and-after snaps of Average Josephines in salon chairs up and down the country are anything to go by, the answer is a resounding 'yes!'.

Online reviews from bloggers and influencers are suitably gushing too.

"I have the flattest, straightest, most lank hair you can imagine, so I just love the volume and fullness the Gold Fever Hair Extensions give me," writes The Style Fairy, aka Naomi Clarke.

"Even though I have a serious amount of hair, styling is very easy. It takes me about 10 minutes to curl my hair and about 15 to dry it," highlights The Beautiful Truth – Sinead Kavanagh.

"The results as you can see are nothing short of beautiful," states Kellie B Beautiful, aka Kellie Billings, adding: "It has definitely given me a little confident boost."

Yup, clearly things have come a LONG way since Paris and Nicole first rocked super-long and lanky locks on The Simple Life – and there's no doubt that (unlike Cheryl's cornrows) hair extensions is one trend that's here to stay.

We never considered that there could be a celebrity hairdryer – but the arrival of the LaniaBLO has officially proved us all sorts of wrong.

Yup, just about every hairspiration queen, Snapchat superstar and model with flicktastic tresses has been spotted branishing a white, black, or pink model of the newly-launched brand.

The fact that you can get your NAME printed on the side is frankly enough for us to start furiously writing ‘Dear Santa…’ but the specs are also spot-on: namely 2400W of power (read: you’ll dry your hair VERY fast) and a super-long lead so you can stretch half way across the room to your mirror.

And with the recently-launched Dyson SuperSonic costing a not-so jingle bells €400 (eh, does it come with free Blake Lively strands?!) we were also oh-so pleasantly surprised to see that the LanaiBLO is a far more festive-friendly €100.

Hurrah!

Long known for her Rapunzel-like blonde tresses, Rosanna Davison took everyone by surprise three weeks ago when unveiled her brand new look: significantly shorter hair sliced up to her shoulders.

"Chop chop!! Thanks to @ceiralambert for the new hairdo," she told her 107,000 Instagram fans late last month while also sharing a snap of her gorgeous gruaige.

"Still have my @goldfeverhair in for volume but nice to have a change."

Suffice to say that here at SHEmazing Towers, we are BIG fans of the former Miss World's revised hair-do. In fact, we dare say she's never looked better.

We're not the only ones either, for it now transpires that a host of big names are eagerly following in nutritionist Rosie's stylish footsteps.

First out of the traps was model Holly Carpenter. "Bit of a change for the weekend," she revealed less than a week after Ms Davison took the plunge.

"Got my @goldfeverhair out and a bit of a chop (my own hair has grown so much while my last set were in)."

Then late last week, Irish hairdresser to the stars, Maurice Flynn, shared a snap of Georgia Penna on his Instagram page.

Gave @georgiapenna a good chop. I love this length on her! What a babe

A photo posted by Maurice Flynn (@mauriceflynn) on

The model and recent mother-of-two looked seriously amazing with her formerly long locks cut up to just below her shoulders. "I love this length on her," Mr Flynn declared. "What a babe."

Meanwhile, over the weekend Michele McGrath, also a model, showed off her short and sexy style. "Thanks for my new bob @ceiralambert," she declared. "Love it."

It remains to be seen who the next starlet to embrace a shorter style will be – though we reckon that one-time Miss Universe Ireland Roz Purcell would look all sorts of fabulous with a bob.

And regardless of who goes for the chop next – it's definitely official: the 'Rosanna' is the hottest hair trend going right now.

Today marks the start of 2016, and while we wish we were ready to embrace the New Year, we probably need a few more hours to nurse our hangover first.

The same is most likely true for some big Irish names who rang in 2016 in style last night. Of course, not everyone hit the town – for some stars, it was a very low-key evening indeed.

Here's how a few of our faves celebrated the big night…

Ronan Keating  and Storm Uechtritz
The newlyweds headed to Verbier in Switzerland for a skiiing holiday with Ronan's children Ali, Jack and Missy, where they celebrated midnight with some aprés-ski action.

Rosanna Davison
Jealous face in place. Rosanna and her husband Wes Quirke took a post-Christmas holiday in Mauritius, where they've been soaking up the sun for the last few days. The model donned a stunning green dress from the H&M X BALMAIN collection for last night's celebrations *swoon*

Laura Whitmore
The MTV host rang in 2016 from New York, where she partied with her new rocker boyfriend Rory Williams and a gang of pals including her long-time friend Samantha Barry.

Georgia Salpa
New mum Georgia looked utterly stunning last night, but she told fans she had a low key evening, choosing to watch "the fireworks at home with my boys" – which not only includes her husband Joe Penna but the pair's new twin sons.

Vogue Williams
After admitting earlier this week that 2015 had been a "very tough year" for her, Vogue seemed to keep things calm last night, opting for a night in with these two:

Rozanna Purcell
Like many of us, Roz is starting 2016 with clean eating intentions, so it's fitting that she rounded off the year with a major treat. "Just before the new year starts getting an ultimate @moochfroyo00 kinder buenos sauce and smashed Oreo….. Over peanut butter soft serve froyo," she wrote on Instagram next to a snap of the decadent creation.

Just six months after their Portofino wedding, Georgia and Joe Penna are the proud parents to twin boys.

The news was revealed in the media over the weekend, although Irish model Georgia slammed reports her sons were adopted. Now, a source close to the couple has revealed that Georgia and Joe used a US surrogate to give birth to their babies.

"Georgia’s twins were born with the help of a surrogate," a friend tells the Irish Mirror. And indeed, a look through the model's Instagram feed shows she did visit the US around eight weeks ago.

"The surrogate was arranged in the US and she [Georgia] is over the moon to have two healthy, happy baby boys."

After news of her sons' arrivals went public over the weekend, newlywed Georgia took to social media to confirm it.

"Delighted with the arrival of twin boys, the most special, perfect little babies and we are so in love," she wrote.

"They are NOT adopted… I won’t be posting any photos of them on social media as I’d like to keep them private."

Georgia has made no secret of her desire to start a family, admitting last year that it was certainly on the horizon for herself and Joe.

"In the future, I really want to have children. Of course it’s something I think about. I think most girls think about babies.

"Kids are something I definitely want."

In the weeks following the birth of her new sons, Georgia was noticeably quieter on social media  – leading fans to speculate if she might be keeping something under wraps.

In probably the most surprising pregnancy of the year (or century), Georgia Salpa has welcomed two gorgeous baby boys into the world.

Only six months after her Italian wedding, Georgia released a statement on Twitter today:

“Delighted with the arrival of twin boys, the most special, perfect little babies and we are so in love,” she posted on the social networking site.

Mrs Penna, the name she took after her marriage, was spotted out in London last week, wheeling around a baby buggy.

It is said that her mother and sister have travelled to the UK in order to be with the new mum and her babies before Christmas.

Reports in a national newspaper this morning wrongly claimed that her newborn sons had been adopted in recent weeks, but Georgia immediately shut down those rumours.

“They are not adopted. I won’t be posting any photos of them on social media as I’d like to keep them private."

But WHO saw that coming, because her most recent Instagram photos she the model as slim as ever!

Although we did notice her shying away from social media in the past few months.

Her wedding to Joe Penna was one of the most anticipated society weddings of the year, but Irish model Georgia Salpa has dropped off the radar somewhat since tying the knot.

Usually a social media addict, Georgia has barely posted to Instagram or Twitter over the last couple of months – and certainly she has shied away from sharing any personal snaps.

With 370,000 followers on Instagram and 275,000 on Twitter, the Irish it-girl would have posted daily at her peak, updating fans with pictures of her bikini-clad curves, or snaps of her maltipoo and maltese, Bernie and Coco.

Gone are the days when we'd open the paper to be greeted by a snap of Georgia standing in a bikini on Grafton St, and recently we've come to miss her in our social media feeds too.

Doing the maths, it's been five weeks since Georgia posted anything new to Instagram – though she did share a throwback photo two weeks ago and repost a friend's picture today.

As for Twitter, aside from a promotional tweet last week for her friend's company last week, the curvaceous model has been silent online since mid-October.

The newlywed model kept fans updated throughout her honeymoon in May and June, which saw herself and Joe visiting San Diego and Bora Bora, but has wound down on social media over the last couple of months.

Perhaps it's an effort to keep her life as the new Mrs. Penna under wraps – certainly, the couple shunned any magazine deals for their Portofino wedding in May, preferring instead to keep all photos private between themselves and their guests.

And while she has not spoken much about married life in recent months, Georgia did reveal last year that starting a family was definitely part of her plan.

"In the future, I really want to have children. Of course it’s something I think about. I think most girls think about babies," she admitted last year.

"Kids are something I definitely want."

Whatever the reason for Georgia's absence, we hope she returns to social media soon – we're missing our daily dose of body envy.

Held in the picturesque Italian costal town of Portofino last month, Georgia Salpa married businessman Joe Penna in a stunning ceremony

The 30-year-old Dublin model, who wore two gowns on her Big Day, took to Instagram following the ceremony to thank the couple's family and friends for what was evidently a truly magical day.

The bride and groom the morning after their Big Day

The bride and groom had opted to keep the ceremony and celebrations largely private, save for a sneak-peak of her second, evening-time dress which was published by SHEmazing! Guests also posted some beautiful shots of the venue and table arrangements.

However, thankfully for her many fans, Georgia's been a lot more open about her incredible honeymoon – an amazing-looking trip which brought the love-birds to San Diego for a few days and then on to Bora Bora for a ten-night break.

Indeed, we reckon the glorious snaps are the perfect pick-me-up to brighten up a Monday evening.

So without further ado, we bring you Georgia Salpa's incredible honeymoon diary – as told in her own pictures…

The duo evidently had lots of fun in the Californian city of San Diego. On their arrival they visited the world-famous zoo there, and also took a tour around the harbour area on Segways. Georgia, naturally, looked incredibly pretty in a navy playsuit.

Still, being on honeymoon is no excuse for missing your regular work-out sessions – for which Georgia is well-known. She went running while in San Diego, taking advantage of the gorgeous weather by going out in a brightly-coloured crop top and leggings.

At least working out means you can tuck into some serious treats, including cake. Ms Salpa made sure to buy a baked delight from a quirky cupcake ATM.

Her first snap from Bora Bora – a tropical Pacific Ocean island paradise which is part of French Polynesia – showed her sitting cross-legged on a wicker chair. She wore a casual straw hat and aviator sunglasses too.

Mr and Mrs Penna are certainly a health-conscious couple – and they made sure to get in the likes of bicycle rides while at their resort.

On other occasions, they mixed-up their keep-fit activities by going for a hike

To pass the time, they also played cards – though in Bora Bora the means propping up a table in the sea and playing while waist-deep in warm water.

Proving she's not a one-trick pony, Ms Salpa also showed off her incredible body in an amazing one-piece swimsuit, which she bought a vintage shop in San Diego.

Another shot also showed her walking up the beach in a beautiful, wide-brimmed sun hat and a neutral-colour swimsuit.

Home-time: all good things must come to an end, and Georgia – the new Mrs Penna – has now returned to Spain, where the couple is based. Congratulations, Georgia and Joe!

She married her fiance Joe Penna in a beautiful ceremony in the Italian costal town of Portofino on Saturday.

And although the bride and groom are thought to have issued a strict 'no photos, no social media' order for the Big Day itself, sneak-peak snaps have begun to emerge.

Indeed, Georgia's wedding reception dress has now been disclosed: SHEmazing! can exclusively reveal that she looking breathtaking in an off-white gown complete with a tulle fish-tail and train. It was furthermore adorned with floral beading.

Georgia, seen posing up with guest Chris Iwelumo, looked stunning

She wore her hair down in a simple style, and accessorised with diamond drop earrings.

It represented a second gown for the Greek-Irish beauty: earlier in the day, the 30-year-old had worn a more formal princess-style, A-line dress complete with full-length veil while exchanging vows with her partner of three-years. The white strapless number also sported a classic sweetheart neckline.

Another image, shared online by bridesmaid Louise Kavanagh's fiance Chris Iwelumo, offers a further glimpse into the lavish-looking reception, which was held at the five-star Belmond Hotel Splendido – reportedly the same spot where Richard Burton proposed to Elizabeth Taylor.

It shows tables of ten guests sitting at round tables which have been clad in a soft blue tablecloth. Elegant cream chair-covers are also visible, as are the centre-pieces: beautiful cream roses interspersed with lily of the valley.

Louise Kavanagh can be seen in the same shot in her bridesmaid's get-up: a Eliza and Ethan wrap dress, also in soft blue.

The item, which can be worn in dozens of different ways, was chosen by Rosanna Davison for her five bridesmaids – albeit in a rose pink colour – when she married in Ibiza a year ago.

Ms Kavanagh, who knows Georgia from their modelling and photocall days in Dublin, was one of the former Celebrity Big Brother contestant's seven bridesmaids.

Also captured in Mr Iwelumo's photo are fellow models Karena Graham, and Daniella Moyles, as well as Leah O'Reilly – who was among those who gave a reading during the 30-minute long ceremony.

Daniella herself had earlier shared a similar image, along with the playful caption: "The rowdy table."

The model and presenter can be seen holding a fan – a touching memento given to guests before the ceremony to help them stay cool in the Italian warmth. Engraved on the arm is the message: "Georgia & Joe 30th May 2015".

As the night wore on, invitees also made use of the ice cream station and the photo-booth and novelty props on offer, while after-hours the party retired to the hotel's cave-like nightclub where dancing to a live DJ continued until the early morning.

The evening before the wedding bash, a chic low-key cocktail party was held on site, with the bride opting for an aqua-coloured floral dress.

The Belmond Hotel Splendido has 64 rooms and charges an eye-watering €1,100 a night for a standard room, with junior suites coming in at €2,800 a night (understandably, some guests therefore opted to stay in the nearby town of Santa Margherita Ligure).

The five-star venue, which is perched above the Portofino harbour, occupies a former 16th-century monastery and also boasts an infinity pool, four acres of olive-lined tropical gardens and a luxurious spa offing the likes of massages, facials, and beauty treatments.

Former guests include Edward the Duke of Windsor, Winston Churchill, Clark Gable, Humphrey Bogart, Lauren Bacall, Ava Gardner, and, of course, Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton.

A typical five-course wedding reception meal at the hotel, including lobster and prawn salad, risotto with asparagus tips, home-made ravioli, and oven-baked local sea bream, costs €175 per person.

She's married! Yes 30-year-old Georgia Salpa is officially off the market: she wed her fiance Joe Penna in the Italian costal town of Portofino yesterday afternoon.

The couple, who have been together for three years, said their vows in front of 100 guests – most of which had flown in from Dublin and London over the preceding days.

Earlier today, she took to Instagram to share the first snap of 'Mr and Mrs Penna' – who were both looking remarkably fresh-faced despite the night's festivities.

"Truly the most magical, romantic perfect weekend," the bride said in the accompanying caption. "We couldn't have wished for a more amazing wedding.

"It was a fairytale, and in every way a dream come true!" she added. "Thank you so much to all our family and friends for making it so special for us. Incredible few days, so much love."

Significantly, however, they both kept their ring fingers on their left hands covered so as not to reveal their wedding bands.

As well as their immediate families, Michele McGrath, Louise Johnston, Emily Mackeogh, Karena Graham, and Maurice Flynn were all also in attendance.

One report suggested the bride opted to wear a full-length veil and that her figure-hugging, ivory-coloured gown, which she sourced in London, was embellished with subtle beading and crystals.

Sadly, however, only invitees know for sure as the former Celebrity Big Brother contestant has yet to release an image of her wedding day attire.

The couple booked two other spectacular venues in southern Europe before changing their minds and swapping to Portofino – a location known for its opulence and luxury.

Guests were treated to a sunshine-drenched champagne and cocktail reception at a five-star venue overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, before sitting down for a top-class meal and expertly-matched wines.

The food was inspired by the local Lingurian region, with fresh pesto, focaccia, and fish all featuring.

Georgia wore this creation back in 2012 for Republic Of Telly

Georgia and Joe were engaged in India in the autumn of 2013, where they were holidaying at the time.

The model later revealed that her beau had gone all out for the occasion – arranging a candle-lit dinner on the beach and fireworks to make sure it was an evening she never forgot.

They were first seen canoodling three years ago in Marbella, with the Dubliner's publicist shortly afterwards confirming that she and Joe were indeed dating. The businessman already has one child from a previous relationship.

Earlier this year, Georgia was in Barcelona for a three-night hen party with her closest friends. In a series of snaps posted online, she was seen donning party attire complete with a novelty veil.

She also spoke to The Herald in advance of her nuptials, explaining: "It's not going to be a big thing, it'll be quite low key.

"We would just rather have it for ourselves and a have a nice day. It's going to be really chilled with just close friends and family."

The newlyweds are well-known for their love of travel, and regularly jet off to exclusive locations in the Middle East, Indian Ocean, south-east Asia, and the Caribbean.

It is not yet know where their honeymoon will take them, however, it is believed that they plan on staying in situ for a number of days as most of their guests are still in the locality.

Georgia and Joe enforced a strict 'no photos, no social media' rule for the ceremony and reception, and – incredibly – not one image has so far emerged.

The pair shunned lucrative magazine deals in order to keep their day totally private. The move was hardly surprising, given that Georgia has previously said in her Star newspaper column: "Personally I would never go for an exclusive picture deal.

"Your guests sometimes have to sign contracts and they’re not allowed to take pictures. I don’t think your wedding is your own."
