Bruce Jenner

The Kardashian-Jenner clan have kept relatively quiet about Bruce Jenner's decision to transition to life as a woman, since his tell-all interview with Diane Swayer aired at the end of last month.

Former Olympian Bruce revealed his plans to completely transform into a woman, and said he is currently taking female hormones. He also told viewers that the next time he appeared in public it would be as a female.

Bruce admitted that stepdaughter Khloé took the news of his transition the hardest, but her latest gesture proves she is trying her utmost to offer her stepdad all the support he needs.

In a new clip from the Keeping Up With The Kardashians: About Bruce two-part special which will air soon on E!, Khloé is seen arriving at Bruce's Malibu home with a gift of female clothing for him.

"I don't know her taste yet so I'm trying to figure it out," Khloé says of the pile of wrapped boxes.

A visibly touched Bruce responds by saying, "Well, to be honest with you, I don't know her taste either… But do you know how nice this is? Without even opening them. Do you know how nice this is and how much I appreciate it?"

So sweet.

During his Diane Sawyer interview, Bruce said he believed that Khloé took his decision badly because of her tumultuous split from Lamar Odom. "She feels like there's this massive 'my whole life is falling apart. It's my dad.' And I try to explain — I'm not going anywhere. I'm still going to be there for you," he said.

After Bruce's initial interview, Khloé praised his bravery with this picture, sharing it to Instagram along with a loveheart emoji.

She has been called out by producers behind Bruce’s interview, and publicly slammed by Perez Hilton, but finally Kris Jenner has broken her silence on her former husband’s gender transition.

While the famous ‘momager’ referred to Bruce as her ‘hero’ in a tweet sent out after his 20/20 interview, she opened up to The New York Times after a fortnight of intense media pressure.

“At the end of the day, I just want him to be happy. He’s going to find his happiness, and he’s going to have his journey,” she told the publication.

Kris faced criticism after the airing of Bruce’s interview with Diane Sawyer, with celebrity blogger Perez Hilton turning the spotlight on her by accusing her of remaining silent so that she could negotiate “her very own tell-all interview…to the highest bidder”.

The reality star went on to blast Perez, insisting that she had not been contacted for comment; this, however, was disputed by the team at 20/20.

During her latest interview, Kris also spoke candidly about the Kardashian-Jenner empire, insisting that her family are not greedy.

“It doesn’t mean that we’re always looking for more or that we’re greedy. There’s a lot of people that have great ideas and dreams and whatnot, but unless you’re willing to work really, really hard, and work for what you want, it’s never going to happen,” she added.

A forthcoming Keeping Up With the Kardashians special will focus on the family’s reactions to Bruce's announcement and plans to transition into a woman.

We all know just how much Kris Jenner likes to be, ahem, involved, in her family’s life, so we’re pretty sure she won’t be best pleased about Bruce Jenner’s latest move.

While the former couple seem to be on great terms, it looks like Bruce is after some distance as he has reportedly sacked his ex-wife as a manager to go it alone.

According to The Sun, the former Olympian, who officially revealed he was to become a woman in an inspirational interview with Diane Sawyer, wants to film his journey in his own reality show.

A source told the paper: "Kris is as you see on the show – bossy, nosey and controlling. She didn't want to relinquish control because it makes it harder for her to sort out fees for Keeping Up With The Kardashians."

The couple, who were married for over 20 years before separating in 2013, always seemed to have a good relationship, with Kris showing her support for Bruce’ transition.

Bruce now needs to look for a new manager for his eight-part series to be aired in the summer.

Talking about Bruce, Jeff Olde, Executive Vice President, Programming and Development of E!, said: "Bruce is incredibly courageous and an inspiration, and we are proud to be entrusted with this deeply personal and important story. This series will present an unfiltered look as Bruce boldly steps into uncharted territory and is true to himself for the first time.”

We love Bruce here and we can't wait for his new show!

Just last week, his dad Bruce gave a candid and emotional insight into his gender transition, and it seems as though reality star Brody Jenner is not impressed with all of the responses so far.

The former star of The Hills is understandably angry this weekend, after website X17online.com captured a photo of him carrying a dress for his girlfriend but claimed it was actually a gift for Bruce.

During Bruce’s 20/20 interview with Diane Sawyer, he admitted to dressing as a woman and even showed off some of his favourite dresses to the TV host.

Taking to his social media channels to set the record straight, a fuming Brody ordered the website to ‘have some f**king respect’, clarifying that he was actually collecting girlfriend Kaitlyn Carter’s dry cleaning.

“This sh*t is too funny. Kaitlyn Carter, look what happens when you make me pick up your dry cleaning!! Now please go grab the boys two 30 packs and a bottle of Jack for @dingomorrison XXL nominations after party,” he wrote, adding the hashtags ‘have some f**king respect X17’ and ‘you ain’t TMZ’.

Brody’s anger is absolutely justified here, and we hope he receives an apology over this embarrassing incident.

Kim Kardashian yesterday became the first family member to officially speak out about Bruce Jenner's transition to life as a woman since his tell-all interview aired on Sunday night.

The mum-of-one discussed Bruce's choice and what it means for the Kardashian-Jenner clan in a pre-recorded segment with the TODAY Show which aired yesterday in the US.

She admitted that it has been difficult for the family to get used to the news and that they have been undergoing counselling sessions as a group. "I think there is still an adjustment and there is family therapy," Kim said.

However Kim added that the family support Bruce all the way, despite the media speculating otherwise. "I see reports that say, this one doesn't support him, and this one's over here, and my mom feels this way, and it's all really so made up. We all really support him. Is it a hard adjustment? Yes," she said.

As is to be expected, Kim said they all had a lot of questions, and were understandably worried about being insensitive or ignorant of Bruce's situation. "What do we call him? Do we say him or her? How do we be respectful? There's so many different things that you just want to be supportive and you just want to be respectful, and I think that everything takes time," she admitted.

"Until that transition is done, we've learned that you do refer to him as him. He [Bruce] has been really, really good at explaining everything to us, even though it's really new. These have been newer feelings – not newer feelings for him, but for us to digest. He's done a really good job of walking us through it."

The reaction from the public has been overwhelmingly positive, but Kim says she believes Bruce is more than capable of coping with any negativity. "I think that he has waited almost 65 years to make this decision, whether it's kept it to himself or not; he's lived with it," she explained. "And I think that when you are finally ready to be your true self then you're prepared for anything."

All eyes were on the Kardashian-Jenner family this weekend, as Bruce Jenner openly discussed his gender transition in public for the first time.

The former Olympian appeared on a two-hour interview special with Diane Sawyer, during which he discussed a side of his life long hidden from the media, and from his family.

"For all intents and purposes, I am a woman,” he told Sawyer. “My brain is much more female than it is male. That’s what my soul is. Bruce lives a lie. ‘She’ is not a lie. I can’t do it anymore.”

Bruce's children and stepchildren, as well has his ex wife Kris Jenner, all spoke out in loving support for the reality star over the weekend, but one post in particular over the weekend really made us well up.

19-year-old Kendall Jenner shared this sweet image in Instagram, taken from a school worksheet she had filled out as a child. The fill-in-the-blank exercise includes the line, "If I could be anybody in the world, I would be ______" to which a young Kendall had responded, "My dad."

The Chanel model posted the picture with the message, "I wrote this in 5th grade… nothing has changed."

Although Kendall is clearly in support of her father, she was the victim of false reporting last month when Us Weekly alleged she had spoken openly about Bruce's transition to one of their reporters. "I will always love my dad, whether he's a man or a woman," she was quoted as saying.

Hours after the story was published, Kendall lashed out at the magazine on Twitter, saying she had never spoken to an Us Weekly reporter about Bruce. The magazine later apologised and acknowledged the quotes were false.

We're glad to see Kendall expressing her views on her father's transition in her own way and in her own time.

Having to deal with spiteful tweets from former family members and pointed jibes from celebrity bloggers can't be easy for Bruce Jenner in light of his recent news, but when he knows he has the backing of one of the newest member of the Kardashian clan we're sure it makes the negative publicity a little easier to handle.

According to the former Olympian, his stepdaughter Kim's new husband, Kanye, managed to put the entire things in perspective for him and Kim, something for which he'll be forever grateful.

Revealing the part Kanye West played in Bruce's transitioning, the 65-year-old father explained that Kim came to him with an insight offered by the father of her daughter, North saying: "Kim told me a story. She goes, ‘You know what really turned me around on thinking about this?’ I said, ‘What?’ She goes, ‘Kanye.’ I went, ‘Oh, OK’"

Admitting that her husband helped her see things in a different light, Bruce related the story Kim told him, saying: "He says to Kim, ‘Look, I can be married to the most beautiful woman in the world, and I am. I can have the most beautiful little daughter in the world, and I have that. But I’m nothing if I can’t be me. If I can’t be true to myself, they don’t mean anything."

Since the heartfelt exchange between the pair took place, Bruce revealed that Kim has been the most accepting and the easiest to talk to when he needs help dealing with the changes he's going through and the publicity he's receiving.

We have to admit it, from time to time, Kanye West truly does know better than anyone.

Fair play, Yeezy!

It was a huge moment for Bruce Jenner last night, as he opened up about his gender transition during an interview with Diane Sawyer.

While his family, a host of celebrities, and members of the public took to social media in their droves to send their support to the former Olympic medallist, there was one person who could not do the same – Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband, Kris Humphries.

The basketball player, who was married to Kim for 72 days back in 2011, made his feelings known as he tweeted: “Man, I’m glad I got out when I did.”

Social media has largely reacted with shock and disgust at Humphries’ words, taking to their Twitter accounts to criticise the sports star for his apparent insensitivity.

“Yep you are the a**hole of the day and I can’t stand the Kardashians,” wrote one Twitter user. Meanwhile, another commented: “You’re pathetic to say that.”

On a more positive note however, Bruce will no doubt be bowled over by the support he received from stars such as Lady Gaga, Ellen DeGeneres and Jennifer Lopez.

“Bruce Jenner is a beautiful, brave human being. Sending him lots of love. He’s saving lives and opening minds tonight,” wrote Ellen.

Perhaps Kris might want to rethink leaving that tweet up on his account.

It was the moment that we had waited for, and last night Bruce Jenner finally confirmed his gender transition to the world during an emotional 20/20 interview with Diane Sawyer.

The 65-year-old Olympic gold medallist and reality star revealed all during the highly-anticipated special, and gave an emotional insight into his decision.

“For all intents and purposes, I am a woman,” he told Sawyer. “My brain is much more female than it is male. That’s what my soul is. Bruce lives a lie. ‘She’ is not a lie. I can’t do it anymore.”

Bruce told Sawyer that ‘she’ has been a part of his life from an early age, and revealed that as a child he would try on his mother’s dresses to make himself ‘feel good’, but put them back before anyone would notice.

He also admitted that he has been dressing in women’s clothing privately for quite some time now, and while he wasn’t ready to introduce ‘her’ to the world yet, he did bring Diane into his closet to show her some of his dresses.

Bruce revealed that he plans to completely transform into a woman, and he is currently taking female hormones. He insisted, however, that – as far as he knows – he is heterosexual.

The star expressed his concern for his family in anticipation of the interview broadcasting worldwide, but also admitted that he is excited about the future.

When asked by Diane if he was going to be okay, Bruce replied: “Yeah. I hope I’m going to be okay. I feel like I’m going to be okay. 2015 is going to be quite a ride.”

“I’ve got my health; I’ve got my children; I’ve got my family; I’ve got seven grandkids now – I’m actually really excited about the future; about what I could be able to do, to do some real good in the world,” he added.

Needless to say, Bruce’s family came out in full support on their social media accounts, with 17-year-old daughter Kylie paying tribute to her dad.

“Understandingly, this has been very hard for me. You will hear what I have to say when I’m ready to but…this isn’t about me. I’m so proud of you, Dad. You are so brave. My beautiful Hero,” she tweeted.

Ex-wife Kris also hailed Bruce as her ‘hero’, writing: “Not only was I able to call him my husband for 25 years and father of my children, I am now able to call him my hero.”

We can’t imagine how nerve-wracking that moment must have been for Bruce. We wish him every happiness for the future.

Proud son.

Bruce Jenner's hotly anticipated interview with Diane Sawyer airs later tonight, and it turns out we're not the only ones who'll be tuning in.

Bruce's stepdaughter Kim opened up to reporters about the family's plans for this evening, and said they'd be gathering with Bruce to watch the two-hour special.

"We're going to watch the special together as a family," the reality star told Us Weekly. She refused to divulge any more details, adding, "And that's pretty much all I'll say about that today. I'll let the special come out and speak for itself."

Former Olympian Bruce is expected to discuss his decision to transition to life as a woman, as well as offering details on how his family has coped and opening up about his plans for the future.

TMZ revealed that Bruce plans to watch the interview twice this evening, once with the Kardashian kids and once with the Jenner clan, including his kids Brody, Brandon, Burt and Casey. There are two feeds of the special, one for each timezone in the US, so Bruce will have time to watch both feeds live.

Us Irish folks may have to wait, as it will be 3am here by the time the interview airs.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians cameras will not be rolling while the documentary airs, according to TMZ, to give the families some much-needed privacy.

The final promo for the interview was released earlier this week, with Bruce seeming optimistic about what the future holds for him. "I hope I'm gonna be okay. I feel like I'm going to be okay," he is seen saying to Diane. "2015 is going to be quite a ride. Quite a ride."

Wishing Bruce all the best.

It looks like Bruce Jenner’s highly anticipated interview with Diane Sawyer is making Kris Jenner very worried.

She is so concerned that Bruce will reveal something about their family as he opens up about his transition that she has actually threatened him with a defamation lawsuit.

A source has told Radar Online: "Kris told Bruce that if he defames her in any way, or their brand, she is going to sue him for everything that he is worth."

She is also demanding to see what has been filmed so far of the documentary.

The realisation of what was actually going on seemed to hit Kris when she saw Bruce with breast implants.

Kourtney Kardashian had recently tried to act as peacemaker between the two, but clearly, this didn't last very long.

However, it appears that Kris doesn’t need to be too worried as a source has claimed: “Bruce would never badmouth Kris because she is the mother of his children and he is appalled that she would ever accuse him of such a thing.”

Phew!

Kendall Jenner's GQ cover was released on Wednesday and as stunning as she is it was the accompanying interview that caught our attention.

The 19-year-old model has opened up about growing up in the spotlight and the way the media portrays her father Bruce Jenner.

Kendall is not impressed about all the rumours the media are adding to accompany reports that her father is undergoing a gender transition.

She recently spoke out against American magazine Us Weekly, after the magazine published false quotes about Bruce's transition, supposedly from Kendall. The reality star later claimed the quotes were fabricated and said she had never even spoken to the reporter.

Another Us Weekly headline also read "Bruce's journey: How He Told His Kids, Kendall and Kylie finally hear it from him as cameras roll!"

Kendall reacted to this headline when asked about it by stating to GQ: "All that is bulls**t." She then added, "I don't even know what they're talking about, so I have no idea."

When asked to comment on the rumours about her Olympic athlete father, Kendall said: "That's why this life is different. That's why this life isn't normal, you know what I mean?"

During the interview Kendall went on to talk about facing the cameras at home from a young age and added how she and Kylie never had a choice about whether or not they wanted to be famous. "How could we have a say?" she argued. "It was in our home. There was no way we couldn't be on it."

This is a more personal side of Kendall we have never seen before.

We hope the drama dies down for Bruce soon.
