Rihanna has shared an update on her baby boy ahead of her performance at the Oscars, which is taking place at end of the week.

The 35-year-old took to Instagram to delight fans with new photos and a video of her son, and has joked about him not being very happy with his unborn sibling.

The Fenty CEO penned, “my son when he found out his sibling is going to the Oscars and not him. @theacademy #oscarnominee #oscarperformancein1week”.

Rihanna also wrote, “swipe for tb of my fat man”, where she also posted a video and a picture of her showing him her song Lift Me Up from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, which has been nominated for an Oscar.

The comment section was flooded with messages from celebrities and fans alike, all agreeing that Rihanna’s son is as cute as a button.

“What a blessing!”, said Abbott Elementary star Sheryl Lee Ralph. Queer Eye’s Jonathan Van Ness added, “So cuteee”, along with laughing and cute emojis.

The Oscars isn’t the only memorable performance her unborn child has attended with her as the Umbrella singer announced she was expecting her second child while performing at the Super Bowl halftime show, to many fans’ surprise. 

Rihanna’s son hasn’t been missing out on the limelight either though as the tot has appeared on the cover of Vogue twice- once while Rihanna was still pregnant with him, the second time in February of this year, along with both of his parents. 

Rihanna welcomed her baby boy into the world with her partner ASAP Rocky in May of last year. The couple have yet to announce his name to the world.

Charlotte Dawson has finally shared her gender reveal!

The reality star is currently expecting another baby with her fiancé Matt Sarsfield, after experiencing a devastating miscarriage in April of last year. The couple are already parents to a two-year-old boy named Noah.

Last week during an Instagram Q&A, Charlotte teased that she and Matt already knew the gender of their little one, and that she would be sharing “a little gender reveal” soon – and now she finally has!

Taking to Instagram last night, the 30-year-old posted a heartwarming black-and-white video of Matt helping Noah to pop a huge balloon with “Prince or Princess?” inscribed on it.

As the balloon pops, the video quickly turns to colour to reveal blue confetti, which confirms that the family are expecting a baby boy. Matt then throws the blue confetti around, to the delight of Noah.

At the end of her video, Charlotte shows two personalised pairs of pyjamas that Noah now owns, with the words “I’m going to be a big brother” and “I’m getting a little brother” written on them respectively. How adorable!

“ITS A…..”, Charlotte penned in the caption of her video, alongside blue heart and pink heart emojis.

“I’m so excited to finally share with you all what baba we are having, obvs we already know.. but here’s a little gender reveal for you all,” she continued. “Noah is going to be the best big brother."

Many have since taken to the comments section of Charlotte’s post to congratulate her on her baby boy.

“Baby boy crew,” wrote Geordie Shore star Holly Hagan, who recently announced that she is also expecting a baby boy. “so happy for use!!!!”

“Aww congratulations Charlotte and Matt! Exciting times,” another follower replied.

The couple initially shared their baby news with OK! on February 20. Charlotte highlighted her miscarriage alongside her pregnancy announcement. “I know how supportive you all have been with my miscarriage last year.. & you’ve all wanted me to have another baba!!”, she explained to her 1.3M Instagram followers.

“It’s been tough since we lost our little cherub, but this has been perfect timing for our rainbow babay,” she penned. “can’t wait for Noah to be a big brother.”

Ferne McCann has finally confirmed some big news!

The former star of The Only Way Is Essex has announced that she is expecting her second child alongside her fiancé Lorri Haines. Ferne is already a mum to five-year-old daughter Sunday from a previous relationship.

The TOWIE star exclusively revealed her exciting news with OK! earlier today, and subsequently shared it to Instagram to the delight of her 2.9M followers.

"We are having a baby," the 32-year-old gushed in the caption of her post. "We have been bursting at the seams with happiness & so excited to officially share our lovely news with you."

Speaking to OK! about their news, Ferne revealed that she took a pregnancy test following a trip to India. “It wasn’t planned, but it wasn’t not planned. For us both being parents, they’re little miracles and it was such a positive moment and something to look forward to for us,” she beamed.

The reality star also confirmed that she is due this summer, and is hopeful for another daughter. “I would love a girl, just because I’ve got my girl’s name and I feel like a girl mum because I’ve got Sunday. I can only see myself with girls,” she joked.

You'll need…

7 strips apple-wood-smoked bacon

6 bone-in chicken thighs

1 bay leaf

100g button mushrooms

2 chopped carrots

3 garlic cloves

3 shallots

1/2tsp dried thyme

100ml chicken broth

2tbsp tomato paste

2tbsp cornstarch

1tsp salt

3 1/2tsp butter

40ml Cognac

60ml red wine

2tbsp water

From above of chopped mushrooms scattered on table near plates with fresh onions and sweet potatoes

Turn on your oven to 200C.

In a wide, deep Le Creuset pan, begin to melt your butter over a medium heat.

Chop your bacon into smaller pieces before adding them into the pan and allow them to crisp up before removing them from the pan with a spoon, leaving the grease behind.

Season your chicken thighs with salt and pepper before adding them into the pan. Turn occasionally to ensure both sides are crisped and cooked. Remove them from the pan and set aside.

Next, toss in your chopped carrots and shallots and season with thyme. Cook for 5-7 minutes before pouring in your broth and red wine.

Then add in your minced garlic, tomato paste and bay leaf.  Muddle cornstarch and a little water and pour into the mixture to thicken it, stirring all the while.

Add back in your chicken and bacon – ensuring they’re covered in the sauce – and then pop the lid on and place the pot in the oven for 20 minutes.

In a clean pan, cook your sliced mushrooms, season with thyme, pepper and salt and add them into the dish in the oven. Serve with a side of your choice.

It’s Friday, so you know what that means – it's Fakeaway time!

We get to the end of the week, and we always end up craving some sort of reward for slogging through another week of work. Usually, our idea treat is a takeaway!

However, a takeaway a week is simply not sustainable, so we're trying out ‘fakeaway’ recipes instead, meaning they’re a) not as bad for you and b) don’t cost as much. And this week’s recipe, sweet and sour chicken, is definitely worth trying out!

Bowl of Meat

Ingredients

3-4 chicken breasts (or 1.5 chicken breast per person)

3 cloves garlic

2 green onions

50g Ketchup

2tbsp soy sauce

1tbsp brown sugar

4tbsp cornstarch

250g granulated sugar

Salt and pepper

1tbsp sesame seeds

200ml apple cider vinegar

3tbsp olive oil

1tbsp sesame oil

2tbsp water

Rice

Set a large pot over medium heat and add in your sugar and apple cider vinegar. This forms the base for your sauce.

Add in ketchup and soy sauce, along with a dash of sesame oil.

Stir in the chopped garlic cloves, along with the brown sugar until combined.

Combine 2tbsp of cornstarch and water and stir it into the sauce, allowing it to simmer and thicken and set aside.

Chop your chicken breasts and dust them with the remaining cornstarch and season with salt and pepper, coating them thoroughly.

In a separate pan, heat olive oil over a medium heat and add your chicken. The oil and flour should make them nice and crispy once they’re cooked.

When they’re cooked through, pour your sauce into the pan with the chicken and allow it to coat the meat.

Serve with boiled rice and top with fresh chopped spring onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Enjoy your fakeaway!

Great news for fans of The Young Offenders – the lads are coming back!

Almost three years after the third series finale, the show’s creator has confirmed that The Young Offenders will be returning for a long-awaited fourth series.

The show’s two lead characters, Conor MacSweeney (Alex Murphy) and Jock O'Keeffe (Chris Walley), are set to return, which we’re sure fans will be delighted to hear.

“We’re over the moon to have been commissioned for Series 4 of the show on BBC One, and of course always grateful for the ongoing support of RTÉ," the show's creator Peter Foott said in a statement, which was released earlier today.

"Audiences have been asking for more of the journeys of these characters and we’re very excited to take the show in new directions for Series 4 and can’t wait to bring it back to TV screens,” he added.

The Head of Comedy at RTÉ, Justin Healy, also could not hide his delight at the re-commissioning news. “The Young Offenders is a firm favourite with RTÉ audiences and we are delighted to be bringing it back to the screen,” he stated. “It’s exciting to be working with the BBC once again to bring Irish talent to an international audience."

As well as the confirmation of a fourth series, the show’s producers have also released even more exciting news – they have launched an open casting call!

Anyone who wishes to take part in the next series of The Young Offenders can submit an application here, where you will be asked to include elements such as an introductory video and a demo of yourself performing a short scene. How exciting!

Unfortunately, you don’t have long to get your name in the running for the casting process, as applications will be closing in just one week’s time, on March 10.

Sadly, as shooting has yet to begin, we do not have an official air date for The Young Offenders. However, we have no doubt that we will be seeing the boys on our screens again very soon – and we can’t wait!

Spencer Matthews has admitted that he didn’t get to spend much quality time with newborn son Otto following his birth.

The former Made In Chelsea star has been promoting his new documentary for Disney+, titled Finding Michael.

In 1999, Spencer’s elder brother Michael became the youngest person from Britain to reach the summit of Mount Everest. However, at the age of 22, Michael failed to return to the bottom of the mountain and was subsequently declared dead. Spencer was 10 years old at the time of his brother’s disappearance.

Finding Michael, which has been released today, showcases Spencer’s mission to Mount Everest in the hopes of retrieving his late brother’s body and to bring him home.

Speaking on ITV chat show This Morning earlier today, the 34-year-old opened up about how his trip to the Himalayas unfortunately fell shortly after the birth of his third child.

Spencer is a father to three children –  Theodore (4), Gigi (2) and Otto (11 months) – alongside his wife Vogue Williams. The couple welcomed their baby son Otto into the world in April 2022, and in his interview, the reality star praised Vogue for how she handled his absence.

“I had to leave Otto pretty soon after he was born, and I wouldn't be able to do if she wasn't so supportive,” Spencer admitted.

He then went on to share that Vogue fully supported his search for his late brother’s remains. “She is so family oriented that she would have done the same thing,” he said. “She knew that taking this on was important to us as a family – she didn't even come close to stepping in the way.”

Spencer also explained that the trip for the documentary had already been pushed back because of the effects of the Covid pandemic, which resulted in the filming dates unexpectedly clashing with baby Otto’s arrival.

The documentary hits an emotional beat as it shows the moment that Spencer left home to embark on his trip. Viewers can see him kissing Vogue and saying goodbye to their newborn son as Vogue wishes him good luck. “God, I hope you find him,” she says.

Finding Michael is available to stream now on Disney+, and we have no doubt that it will be a heartfelt watch.

Stephen Bear has been sentenced to 21 months in prison after sharing a sex tape of him and his ex-girlfriend Georgia Harrison. 

Stephen, who rose to fame on Ex on the Beach, was charged with one count of voyeurism and two counts of disclosing private, sexual photographs or films back in December, and has now been sentenced to one year and nine months in prison.

Bear shared CCTV footage of him having sex with former The Only Way is Essex star Georgia in his garden to a WhatsApp group, before uploading the video to his OnlyFans account for financial gain in 2020 without her consent.

As Bear walked into court today he said he wanted to share "his side of the story" to "give a different opinion of me and hopefully we can spin the narrative".

When asked if he wanted to say sorry to Georgia for what he had done, the former reality TV star refused to apologise, and instead, started singing Lady in Red to a reporter wearing a red jacket.

While sentencing Stephen in court today, Judge Morgan stated, “In my judgement having considered the matters set out in the pre-sentence report, the report from the court mental health liaison officer and the psychiatric report I conclude the appropriate punishment can only be achieved in your case by immediate custody. Your ADHD and anxiety do not remotely excuse your offences”.

After Stephen’s sentencing at Chelmsford Crown Court, Georgia released a statement outside the courthouse.

She said, “I’m happy and relieved that this matter is finally over. Today's sentence is a vindication of what I've been put through and sends a clear message that the police and the court take this matter very seriously".

“I want to let all of the victims of this crime know so that I stand in solidarity with them and I have absolutely no regrets of waving my anonymity”.

Harrison added, “I hope this puts anyone off committing this sort of crime and I hope for anyone else who's been a victim of this, it gives them some sort of justice. Thank you so much for all of your support”.

The former Celebrity Big Brother winner was originally arrested at Heathrow airport after arriving home from a trip to Dubai in January 2021.

Binky Felstead has shared a pregnancy update after having a baby scan done today. 

The former Made in Chelsea star was diagnosed with two separate health conditions last month, so the 32-year-old is ‘relieved’ after her latest doctor’s visit. 

Binky shared a video having the baby scan carried out and zoomed into the face of her little boy on the screen.

Binky wrote, “All is looking great! no placenta in the way & lovely size so far".

“Feeling very relieved & grateful. Can't stop smiling… he's clearly a bit of a poser too”, she joked.

Felstead added, “Of course won't stop worrying until he’s safely in my arms but today has made me feel a lot less anxious”.

Last month, Binky revealed she had been diagnosed with gestational diabetes, which she wasn’t expecting as she explained, “Seeing I’ve had two pretty straightforward, healthy pregnancies already- it just goes to show how different each one is & how important it is to check these things, as I haven’t felt anything really other than pure exhaustion”.

A few weeks later, the former reality TV star told OK! That doctors also diagnosed her with a low-lying placenta, which is more worrying for her as it means there’s a chance she’ll bleed at the later stages of her pregnancy. 

“If I start bleeding at all I have to go straight to the hospital to get a Caesarean”, she told the publication. 

In 2020, Binky unfortunately suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage at 12 weeks. At the time she told her Instagram followers, “I hadn’t realised until then how blessed I was with having such a relatively straight forward pregnancy with India”.

“I’ll admit I was naive enough to assume the next one would be as straightforward, but I had two early scans as I was concerned I was bleeding".

"They found a ‘very strong’ heartbeat. However, on the third scan I was told ‘I’m afraid there’s no heartbeat", she sadly explained.

Binky and her husband Max went on to welcome their one-year-old son Wolfie into the world in June 2021.

Felstead is also already mum to a five-year-old daughter named India, whom she had during a previous relationship.

Dublin Airport has been receiving a new wave of criticism following more interruptions to its flight schedule.

Departures and arrivals around the airport were briefly suspended at around 6:30pm yesterday evening when a drone was spotted in the airport’s airspace. This is the sixth time in six weeks that Dublin Airport has had to pause flight operations as a result of a drone.

Flights were not able to resume until 6:59pm, and the delays resulted in three planes being diverted to Shannon and Belfast airports. 

Speaking on RTÉ’s Morning Ireland earlier today, the Minister for Finance Michael McGrath insisted that the Government is trying to solve the issue, but admitted that “more needs to be done.”

“While we have drone detection technology in operation at Dublin Airport, what we don’t have currently is anti-drone technology that will, in effect, bring them down,” he explained.

However, the owner of airline Ryanair Michael O’Leary counter argued the Government’s defence, and claimed that the solution to the drone problem is “reasonably easy”. The CEO stated to Morning Ireland that anti-drone technology would only cost the Government around €100,000 to purchase.

“500 passengers were taken to an airport they didn’t want to go to, and 20,000 passengers had their flights delayed and disrupted at Dublin Airport last night,” Mr O’Leary raged.

The Ryanair boss called on the Minister for Transport Eamon Ryan to take effective action against the issue.

“What we need is not legislation, we need the Minister to authorise Dublin Airport to spend the €100,000 to buy the electronic equipment which will disable these drones once they’re identified and bring them down,” he noted.

“Most European airports, [like] Gatwick, Heathrow, Stansted Airport, all have anti-drone technology,” he added. “There’s no reason why our main airport should not have this technology in place today.”
