Georgie Crawford is set to become a mum again!

The Good Glow podcaster and health coach has announced that she and her husband Jamie are expecting another baby via a surrogate. The couple are already parents to a six-year-old daughter named Pia, who Georgie gave birth to in 2017.

The 38-year-old decided to take to Instagram last night, to share an emotional video montage of herself and Jamie being told by their surrogate that their family would be growing once more.

Set to Ellie Goulding’s song How Long Will I Love You, Georgie’s video contained moments such as the phone call that told them the happy news, as well as a heartwarming snapshot of one of their surrogate’s baby scans.

“I think it’s finally starting to sink in…our surrogate mother is pregnant!!”, she exclaimed at the beginning of her lengthy caption.

“After what feels like forever, our precious baby is on its way to us. In a million years I could never describe the emotions we have felt this year, our baby is due after the summer,” Georgie confirmed.

The wellness speaker then went on to detail their difficult journey to surrogacy. “We are so grateful to the brave man who rescued our embryos from Ukraine back in Feb, 2022,” Georgie wrote.

“But most of all we owe everything to the incredible lady who is carrying our baby for us, an earth angel, words cannot describe our gratitude,” she praised further.

Georgie concluded her post by expressing how grateful she feels. “I have so much love in my heart writing these words. It hasn’t been an easy road for us, so much so, that it’s hard to believe it’s real,” she penned.

Georgie and Jamie have been married since 2015, and they welcomed daughter Pia into the world in February 2017.

Heartbreakingly, seven months after giving birth to Pia, Georgie noticed she had a lump and was subsequently diagnosed with breast cancer. At the age of 32, the new mum decided to freeze her eggs before undergoing cancer treatment.

Georgie and Jamie have been keeping their audience up to date with their fertility and surrogacy journey ever since.

Congratulations to both of them!

Botanical French haircare brand Klorane has an ethos founded in a commitment to the environment. For 50 years, Klorane has been working on a daily basis, using simple, concrete actions, to create respectful products that benefit everyone.

By adopting simple little changes to your daily beauty routine, you can make a difference to the planet. This World Earth Day – April 22nd, Klorane has some simple tips you can easily work in to your lifestyle.

Turn off the tap…

Sounds obvious but by turning off the tap while you brush your teeth, lather your shampoo, leave your conditioner or hair mask get to work, you can save litres of water each day.

Work a dry shampoo into your beauty regime…

Did you know that using dry shampoo just once a week can save up to 500 litres of water per year?

Klorane’s iconic range of dry shampoos are at the heart of the brand and have garnered a cult following across the globe with one bottle being sold every 10 seconds across Europe. Klorane’s classic dry shampoo formula is composed of plant-based active ingredients as well as 3 gentle and natural powders with high absorbency. It refreshes hair with 0% white residue and adds natural volume without the need for water.

By swapping out a regular wash once a week with a dry shampoo it can help to save up to 500 litres of water per year while still providing the look and feel the user is used to in between washings.

Klorane’s Gentle Oat Dry Shampoos €12.50

Klorane’s Dry Shampoo with Oat Milk is the brand’s inaugural dry shampoo product. Gentle on hair and scalp, it refreshes hair between washes. Available in classic and tinted versions to suit different hair colours, as well as an aerosol free version.

These gentle dry shampoos cleans and volumizes hair in just 2 minutes. Packed with ingredients that provide moisturising, softening and protective properties. Combined with three highly absorbent plant based powders that leave the same clean feeling on hair as if it has just been washed – without the need to use water!

Take shorter showers…

On average, a five-minute shower consumes 60 to 200 litres of water. On the day you’re shampooing your hair in the shower, try to cut your shower time in half. Play a great song that is under 3 minutes long and have a singalong while you’re at it – a great way to start the day!

Try an eco designed solid shampoo bar…

The launch of Klorane’s shampoo bars is another step in the brand’s commitment to limiting its impact on the planet. For example, swapping to its Mango Solid Shampoo helps reduce water consumption by 98% a year! Its minimalist formula is plant-based, biodegradable, free of preservatives and stabilisers and contains only essential emollients and active ingredients. As well as plastic free and 100% recyclable packaging, Klorane’s shampoo bars provide the same number of washes as 2 x 200ml liquid shampoos and can last for up to 32 washes.

Klorane’s Mango Shampoo Bar €13

This small but mighty shampoo bar is an eco designed alternative to liquid shampoo, using less water in its production and 97% less packaging. The Mango Shampoo Bar gently cleanses hair and scalp while deeply nourishing dry, dehydrated hair without weighing it down. Rich in nutritious fatty acids, the Mango kernels are hand harvested and cold-pressed using natural farming methods to extract the nourishing mango butter without denaturing the properties of the plant.

Wash your veggies and feed your plants…

Instead of running your vegetables under the tap to clean them, washing all that nutrient rich soil down the drain, wash them over a basin and use the water for your plants.

The Klorane Botanical Foundation

For over 20 years, Klorane has been committed to the Klorane Botanical Foundation which fosters a passion for botany and is committed to plant heritage protection and development around the world. The Klorane Botanical Foundation is committed to protecting the environment, preserving water and preventing the soil from drying out.

Great Lengths, Ireland’s leading hair extensions brand is set to return to Dublin after popular demand with its brand-new training course designed to teach balayage-inspired techniques, using extensions in place of colour application.

Balayage Blends will be led by Beverley Rosser, founder of Rosser Hairdressing, Liverpool, a Great Lengths Elite status salon, and has been created to offer clients a chemical-free route to flawless balayage.

Before and After by Beverley Rosser Hairdressing
using Great Lengths bonds

Aimed at Great Lengths certified stylists wishing to extend their expertise, the day-long course will teach attendees how to create the advanced face frame application method. The innovative technique uses Great Lengths bonds in contrasting shades to mimic the effect of balayage, without the need to colour the client’s hair.

Beverley will guide each student through a detailed practical of the Face Frame, providing advice on application, placement and creating the perfect blend, before they take home placement patterns for all three looks. Students are required to purchase the required hair ahead of the course and to bring a live model on the day.

‘With the rise in popularity of balayage, many of my clients were increasingly asking to achieve unrealistic colour results in just one appointment’ says Beverley. ‘This course has been designed to achieve the unachievable, using the perfect blend of Great Lengths bonds to mimic the look of traditional hand-painted balayage. Not only that, but using extensions means that the service is chemical-free, so ideal for clients who are wary of potential damage from colour and bleach. I’m so excited to share these techniques and showcase just another example of what can be achieved with Great Lengths extensions.’

Balayage Blending with Beverley Rosser will take place on July 31st in at the Great Lengths Hub in Dublin. Course costs €93.48 incl. VAT (including a styling bag).

The summer season is right around the corner, meaning that the popular hunt for the perfect swimwear is just getting started. This is probably the time when we show off our bodies the most and therefore, it’s only natural for women to say that shopping for the right swimsuit for their body type can stir up some anxiety.

But you don't have to have a well-toned body to be able to show off on the beach; the secret is to find the right model and style that’s most flattering for your shape and feels good. Whether you have small or big breasts, wide or narrow hips, or a long or short torso, the goal is to find swimwear that you can feel comfortable in.

If you still feel unsure about which type of swimsuit accentuates your body shape in the best way, below we share some of our best tips and tricks for finding the perfect piece of swimwear that will allow you to relax and have fun.

Pear-shaped figure

If you have narrow shoulders and a narrow waist, wider hips than shoulders, and fuller legs or thighs, then it sounds like you have a pear-shaped body. This makes finding plus size summer outfits and swimwear a little tricky, but the most important thing for women with this figure is to find pieces that will emphasise their upper body and create a more even focus.

A trick is to wear a strapless bikini or bandeau bikini that makes the shoulders look wider. Remember that light colours highlight and dark colours hide. Many women with pear-shaped figures, therefore, choose a lighter upper part and a darker lower part to balance everything out.

So a stylish idea would be to get a top with a multicoloured or colourful print and a bottom that is in a darker but pretty colour. If you feel insecure about your lower body, a high-waist bikini is a perfect, slimming choice as it visually slims down the hips and hides the belly.

If you still feel hesitant, you can look at shapewear. Another fun and stylish option is to wear a sarong around your hip, for an extra trendy beach look.

Hourglass

Only 8% of women today have an hourglass figure. And if you’re one of them, then a halter top would be a flattering choice as it can emphasise the waist and highlight your shoulders.

If you have a larger cup size, it's nice to choose a bikini top with good support, such as a top with an underwire and straight straps. If you want to make the bust look smaller, you can choose a solid colour bikini or one in a simple colour. You can still keep a playful and chic twist through embellishments and different details.

Apple-shaped figure

The apple-shaped figure is characterised by slender legs and narrow hips with a slightly shorter and fuller torso. Usually, the shoulders and bust are larger than the hips, and the waist isn't well defined. Women with this body type should choose an extra low or high-cut bikini bottom that elongates and emphasises their upper body while making their legs look longer.

Choose a colourful model or one with lovely prints and patterns as it will make you look extra stylish. If you want to hide your belly, a swimsuit with or without shaping or a tankini with a wrinkled effect around the belly can help. In this way, you create more volume on the upper side and emphasise the smallest part of the waist.

Athletic body shape

If you would describe your body type as slim with subtle curves, then you have an athletic figure. To add shape to your figure, a statement bikini is an excellent option. Choose a top with ruffles, fringes, or prints that add impact and volume. Padded triangle bikinis or push-ups can also work wonders.

The inverted triangle

This body shape is characterised by shoulders that are noticeably wider than the hip line and a bust that narrows down to the hips, making the body appear like an inverted triangle shape. You can easily balance the shapes by accentuating your lower body.

Choose a lighter variation of colours for your bikini bottom and a darker colour without a pattern for the upper piece. You can also choose bottoms with cute details like frills to emphasise the hips. If you have a larger bust, it can be good to get a bikini top with extra support and underwire. Choose a model for a big bust such as a halter neck with firm straps.

Strategically choosing the perfect swimsuit for your body type doesn’t have to be difficult. Fortunately, today there are many ways to create the illusion of different shapes with the help of colours, patterns, ruffles, and frills, and use them to amplify or play down certain areas. So shop around, find the best swimsuit for your body type, and get ready for the summer.

Blake Lively has now got some high expectations for her birthday this year!

The former Gossip Girl star has been teasing her husband Ryan Reynolds, after he shared an elaborate birthday message for his pal Rob McElhenney.

The It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia star turns 46 today, and to mark the special occasion, Ryan recorded a hilarious birthday song for him. The song was composed with the help of award-winning writers Justin Paul and Ben Pasek.

Posting the music video to social media, the Deadpool actor sang a song in tribute to his fellow Wrexham AFC co-owner, while also teaching his fans on how to pronounce Rob’s surname correctly.

“A birthday card might’ve been easier. Happy Birthday, @robmcelhenney,” Ryan teased in the caption for his song, titled It’s McElhenney!

Ryan then went on to thank the people of Wrexham, as well as the staff and players behind the Welsh football team for their contribution.

“Thank you to the community of @wrexham_afc for keeping this a secret. Also, would be a real shame if this became a regular chant at the Racecourse,” he added.

After uploading his hilarious birthday tribute, Ryan's wife Blake then chose to re-share the song and comment her own thoughts on the matter.

“Wow. @vancityreynolds that’s a lot of effort you put into this…”, she wrote teasingly, alongside a grumpy-face GIF.

“Can’t wait for August 25th,” Blake continued, referring to the date of her own birthday.

“Happy birthday to the one and only @robmcelhenney,” she added at the end of her caption.

Ryan then hilariously responded to his wife’s expectations by replying with a GIF of a dog looking sheepish.

The comedic exchanges between the Hollywood couple come just a few weeks after they attended a Wrexham game together for the first time with their fourth child.

Blake and Ryan are already parents to three daughters – James (8) Inez (6) and Betty (3) – but they have yet to reveal the name or gender of their newest arrival.

Winter also opened up about trying to stay positive on social media when she was asked if she ever feels down.

“I think I hide it from you guys a lot. My friends and family probably would say different but my page isn’t a place for me to be sad, I think when I’m going through anything I stay off my socials and deal with my emotions then come back”.

“Sometimes I get it wrong though. We all have emotions and you need to go through those emotions”, the reality TV star concluded.

In a recent OK! Interview, Faye spoke more about why the pair went their separate ways. “We’re from very different worlds and we were trying to build a relationship in this very high-pressure environment".

"We got moulded together, but we had different dreams and ambitions and I had to respect Teddy’s”.

Dani Dyer has announced a brand-new documentary about her experiences with anxiety.

The film, which will be titled Dani Dyer: Is This Anxiety?, will explore how the former Love Island winner’s journey with anxiety began to worsen after the birth of her son Santiago in 2021.

Throughout the documentary, Dani will also reach out to a variety of mums through social media, who have all been impacted by anxiety in different ways.

In a statement confirming her documentary, the 26-year-old mum explained why she wanted to make it. “Anxiety is a topic that everyone’s heard about, but we still don’t openly talk about our experiences. It can affect anyone, but as a young mum, it can be overwhelming,” Dani noted.

“I’m really excited to be working with E4 and Summer Films to explore this topic, remove the stigma associated with mental health and meet other mums who have struggled with the pressures of what a supposed ‘good mum’ looks like,” she added.

This is the first time that Dani will be speaking out about her journey with anxiety since becoming a mum, but it is not the first time that she has opened up about her mental health. Following her Love Island win in 2018, she spoke to Heat World the following year about how her skyrocket to fame impacted her mentally.

"Especially since Love Island, I have days where I don’t feel confident enough or worthy enough and I just want to cry. I think I’m always going to be like this but it’s about managing it better,” she admitted.

The news of Dani’s documentary comes just a few days before Dani is due to become a mum once again. The reality star is currently expecting identical twin girls with her boyfriend, footballer Jarrod Bowen.

It is not yet known when Dani’s new film will be broadcast, but it has been stated that it will air on E4 and the streaming service All4 soon.
