Jennifer Aniston has spoken out about honouring the legacy of her late co-star.

Friends actor Matthew Perry, best known for playing Chandler Bing in the hit sitcom, died suddenly at his home in Los Angeles on October 28.

Although the cause of the 54-year-old’s passing is still “inconclusive”, Matthew was found unresponsive by emergency services in a hot tub.

Now, one month on from his untimely death, Jennifer Aniston has revealed how she wants fans to pay tribute to Matthew’s memory.

Taking to her Instagram stories last night, the 54-year-old re-shared a post from the Matthew Perry Foundation, which was set up earlier this month in honour of the actor’s legacy.

The charity aims to help in "identifying addiction as a disease, addressing the complex of stigmas that prevents individuals from seeking and accessing care, and fiercely advocating for better and more equitable treatment."

After he initially found fame on Friends, Matthew struggled with addiction issues over many years, attending rehab facilities 15 times in his lifetime.

“For #GivingTuesday please join me and Matty’s family in supporting his foundation – which is working to help those suffering with addiction,” Jennifer wrote alongside the charity’s post.

“He would have been grateful for the love,” the actress added.

Following his unexpected passing last month, Jennifer later took to social media to pen a heartbreaking tribute to her late castmate.

At the time, the actress – who played the role of Rachel Green on Friends – chose to post a candid snap of herself and Matthew laughing on set decades ago.

Jennifer also decided to share a private moment between herself and her co-star, which included a text from Matthew which read: “Making you laugh just made my day.”

“Matty, I love you so much and I know you are now completely at peace and out of any pain,” Jennifer wrote in her caption at the time, adding: “Rest little brother. You always made my day.”

Heather Rae El Moussa’ first Thanksgiving holiday as a mum did not go smoothly!

The Selling Sunset star became a mother for the first time earlier this year, as she and her husband Tarek El Moussa welcomed their son, Tristan.

However, as Heather prepares to mark her baby boy’s first ever festive season, she has admitted that she has already experienced a stressful twist to her plans.

Taking to her Instagram account last night, the 36-year-old shared a selfie of herself wrapped up in a fluffy white jacket, alongside another sweet snap of her 10-month-old son.

“Tristan’s first Thanksgiving didn’t really go as planned,” Heather confessed in the caption of her post, before going on to explain what happened.

“Our sweet bear came down with a bad cold, his first one ever, and of course we weren’t at home for it- we were in the mountains where I grew up and I’m not going to lie, this was definitely not how I saw his first Thanksgiving going,” she penned.

“It was his first time being sick so it was stressful for me- a lot of long nights & I wasn’t sure how bad it was going to get. As a mama you feel sort of helpless because they can’t 'tell' you how they feel,” the Netflix star continued.

Heather then went on to give an update on Tristan’s health, writing: “I’m so grateful that he’s feeling better & almost through it and that we were surrounded by our family for a little extra help, love, and support.”

Heather finished off her post with a heartfelt message to her 3.2M followers.

“I know the holidays, for a lot of people, can be a little unexpected so if yours didn’t go as planned either- you’re definitely not alone,” she concluded.

Many of Heather’s fans have since taken to her comments section to express their well-wishes for baby Tristan.

“So glad he’s feeling better! He is so adorable,” one follower replied.

“Sooo sad when they’re sick! Feel better little bear!” another added.

Another one of this year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! campmates has sparked medical concerns.

During last night’s edition of the ITV reality show, it was announced that YouTube star Nella Rose has been seeking medical attention.

Fans quickly noticed towards the end of the episode that the 26-year-old Internet sensation was absent from its live segment, during which the votes for the latest Bushtucker Trial are revealed.

As they made their way into camp shortly before 8:30am on Tuesday morning in Australia, co-hosts Ant and Dec addressed Nella’s medical concerns.

“Now unfortunately, Nella is being seen by the medic so she'll be back later, but it means she's now exempt from this trial. So let's go in there and see who will be doing it,” they stated.

Due to being the campmate who has conducted the most Bushtucker Trials so far, fans expected to see Nella be chosen once more. However, Hollyoaks actor Nick Pickard and former politician Nigel Farage were later confirmed to be doing the trial.

Many fans of the show have since taken to social media to address their outrage, convinced that Nella had received the highest votes for the trial and branding it a ‘fix’.

“Nella exempt is this a fix?” one viewer questioned on X, formerly known as Twitter.

“Absolute fix. I’m just popping off to the medic,” another wrote.

Meanwhile, many other I’m A Celebrity fans showcased concern and sympathy for the TikTok star.

“Hope Nella is okay and I’m glad she’s been exempt from the next trial. It's too much now,” one viewer insisted.

“No but I really hope Nella is alright and doesn’t do a Grace,” another agreed.

The show has already lost one of its stars this year due to ‘medical reasons’. On Monday, it was announced that Masterchef food critic Grace Dent had departed the Australian jungle, but did not reveal the medical cause behind her exit.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! continues tonight at 9pm on ITV1.

Sammy Root has opened up about his split from Jess Harding.

The pair won Love Island earlier this year but decided to go their separate ways in October.

When news of his and Jess’ break-up was announced in the media, Root admitted it came as a ‘total shock to him’ at the time.

While speaking out about the break-up now, Sammy described how different life was for the couple to go from being on the show to leaving the villa, and admitted that there was ‘no blame on anyone’.

Root spoke to MailOnline about the split, revealing, “I think what a lot of people don't understand is that you are going from a sheltered villa with around 10 people in it, to the whole world in your ear”.

“You receive messages, people talk about you, people make up things and get involved”.

“When you come out and you're trying to work on your own career, all of this put together, it is hard to still have a nice, easy-going relationship and I think sometimes it just affects you a little bit”.

He added, “So yeah, I think that's where it was, but there's no blame on anyone”.

When asked how he’s been finding single life, the 22-year-old explained, “I mean, I'm literally just working on myself, trying to better myself, and that's all I'm really caring about”.

“I'm fresh out of a breakup. I'm not really looking to get into another one or anything, I'm literally just working on my career right now and trying to have a bit of fun in the meantime as well”.

When confirming their split in October, Sammy released a lengthy statement that reads, “Yes we had a private conversation regarding our relationship but this was left up in the air as Jess is still away and we haven’t had a chance to speak in person. For me to then see today via the media that we had officially broken up came as a total shock”.

“To be totally clear – I at least wanted a face to face conversation to see if our relationship could be saved and felt this would be the respectful way forward. We had the most incredible experience winning Love Island and I genuinely saw a future with Jess”.

“I was committed and respectful to our relationship. Unfortunately things don’t always work out the way you’d hoped. Despite how this has all played out today. I think Jess is an amazing woman and genuinely wish her all the best”.

When Jess broke her silence on the two going their separate ways, she stated, “It’s been over a week now since we split, so I’m getting there. We shared a once in a lifetime experience together so of course I’m sad”.

“I really don’t want to go into detail by doing a big statement but we’re just very different and behave differently and that’s it”.

Taking to his Instagram account, Layton chose to use his boyfriend’s birthday as an opportunity to celebrate his affection for him.

The 29-year-old posted two photos of the couple – one being a sweet snap of their first meeting at Glastonbury music festival, and the other showcasing the pair enjoying a romantic night at the AIRE Ancient Baths in Covent Garden, London.

“Birthday boy… How it started vs How it's going,” Layton teased in the caption of his post.

Meanwhile, the TV star also chose to take to his Instagram stories to post another photo of the pair, with an extra message.

“Aww how lovely, woop it’s the hard launch!” one fan exclaimed.

“Love seeing you so happy!!” another replied.

“Aww… happy bday to your love,” a third fan added.

Last month, Layton chose to confirm on Alan Carr’s Life’s a Beach podcast that he was dating someone new, but that he would be keeping it private.

"I've got a man, you know, it's new though, it's only been a soft launch on Instagram," he hinted.

Confirmation of Layton’s new relationship comes after the star was dangerously close to losing his position in this year's Strictly competition.

The Bad Education actor, who is currently partnered up with professional dancer Nikita Kuzmin, found himself in the dance off over the weekend, along with Irish TV presenter Angela Scanlon and her dance partner Carlos Gu.

In the end, three of Strictly’s judges chose to save Layton and Nikita, putting them through to this Saturday’s quarter-final.

“I woke up one morning and couldn’t feel my leg. Around 5 days after this video, I was completely paralysed down my left side with complete numbness down my right side – caused by inflammation across my spinal cord, blocking my central nervous system,” he explained, adding that he “needed help with everything”.

Jack then went on to detail how his experience encouraged him to take part in Love Island Games.

“It was very challenging, games focused with a lot of high intense competing. And a big part of me doing it was to prove to myself that I could do it, even after what I had gone through,” he admitted, concluding that he wants his story to be a “motivational one”.

In last night’s episode of the hit ITV reality series, Sam was voted by the public to become the jungle’s Camp Leader, with the 31-year-old later choosing JLS singer Marvin Humes as his Deputy Leader.

Now, as Sam enters his second week in camp, his older sister and fellow Made In Chelsea alum Louise Thompson has opened up about his journey on I’m A Celebrity so far.

Taking to her Instagram stories last night, Louise shared a snap of herself watching her younger brother on her TV, as Sam wrapped his arms around his fellow campmate, retired boxer Tony Bellew.

“Turned on the television and low and behold my brother is asking Tony Bellew whether he can sit on his lap,” the mum-of-one exclaimed alongside the image.

“At this rate Tony and Jamie Lynn [Spears] will be joining us for Christmas lunch,” Louise teased further, referring to Sam’s blossoming friendships with his I’m A Celebrity co-stars.

In a more serious post, the 33-year-old later went on to praise her younger sibling for his progress in the jungle.

“Come on Sam,” she penned supportively, alongside an edit of the reality star on horseback with the words, ‘Sheriff Sam’.

“I will struggle to wrap my head around the fact that my baby brother is on the box. It feels overly familiar yet totally surreal at the same time. I don’t think you ever get used to it,” Louise concluded.

As Sam continues his stint in the jungle, his popularity means that he is currently one of the bookies’ favourites to win the series as it concludes next month.

Sam’s odds to be crowned King of the Jungle are currently 5/2, while This Morning co-host Josie Gibson is leading the predictions by 11/10.

“I’ve always been a good person. I looked after myself, I’ve exercised well, haven’t smoked…I do get angry. I just think I’ve been dealt a difficult one”.

“I think it’ll take a while to accept. It took me a long time to accept my Crohn’s. Until I’m back dancing and back to my normal self, I don’t think I will accept it”.

“I just want to be treated as normal. When I’m walking outside and I’ve got my headscarf on, I don’t want looks of sympathy or feeling sorry for me – I’m Amy”.

“Sometimes, people don’t know how to address it. Just ask how I am – I will answer you”.

She added, “We don’t want you to feel sorry for us. We’re embracing it. Stand strong with us…Don’t give me that pity look – I don’t need it!”.

“I never thought at 32 I’d be diagnosed with breast cancer. It’s a club you would never wish to be in, but when you’re in it, it’s the most loyal club you could ever be part of. I can speak to my fellow pink sisters and instantly they get it”.

After having her last chemotherapy treatment, Amy shared a photo of herself at the hospital to her 631K Instagram followers and admitted, “It’s chemo number 8! The last one! We are finally here. I’ve cried all morning! Right an afternoon of chemo and then I’m so lucky and grateful to be able to ring that bell! Will never take it for granted!”.
