Confirming the tot’s moniker, Tiffany captioned the post, “Jude Maximus McGeehan born 21/06/23. We love you so much”.

The name Jude is of Greek origin and means ‘praised’. It became an extremely popular baby name choice after The Beatles’ song Hey Jude.

Fans and famous faces flooded the comments with congratulatory messages for the couple, including some of Watson's previous Made in Chelsea co-stars.

Binky Felstead wrote, “Congratulations guys! Hey Jude!”, while Louise Thompson penned, “Congratulations tiff!!! This is so exciting”.

“Ahhh congratulations darling”, added former The Only Way is Essex star Ferne McCann.

Tiffany and Cameron announced they were expecting a little one back in February and spoke about the miscarriage Tiffany tragically suffered in the past.

Alongside photos of the couple and their dog, the 29-year-old revealed, “Baby McGeehan on the way. Pregnancy after miscarriage can come with a lot of anxiety and I’ve been having to take it one day at a time but very grateful for where we are on our journey”.

The couple got engaged in October 2021 after Cameron popped the big question in front of the Eiffel Tower while they were on a trip in Paris.

They went on to tie the knot in May 2022 with a glamorously rustic theme throughout the ceremony.

Congratulations again to Tiffany and Cameron as they begin this exciting chapter in their lives.

June is Acne Awareness Month and was first introduced to open up conversations about this very common skin condition in order to reduce the stigma around it.

Even though most of us have experienced acne in our lives, many people don’t discuss the condition due to embarrassment or the fear of getting judged by others, even though a lot of us have been through the exact same thing.

With that in mind, we’re here to celebrate Acne Awareness Month by helping you understand the reasons behind why we get acne and to share what products we think will help clear up your complexion, because we understand the impact acne can have on your everyday life.

What is acne?

Acne is a common skin condition that often occurs when hair follicles and pores become clogged with oil, dead skin cells, and bacteria. It can appear on the body in many places, most commonly on the face and neck, but can also affect the chest, back and shoulders. Acne can show on the body in many ways including spots, blackheads, whiteheads, and sometimes cysts.

Why do we get acne?

There are multiple reasons why we get acne. It most commonly occurs due to excess oil, also known as sebum, in the skin, as well as a build up of bacteria or skin cells in your pores. While there isn’t an exact explanation from experts as to why some of us experience acne in our lives and others don’t, some risk factors that can increase your chance of getting acne include:

Genetics: If a parent or older sibling has experienced acne, you can be more likely to suffer from the skin condition too as acne can run in families.

Hormonal changes: Puberty, menstruation or pregnancy can all lead to hormonal changes in your body which can impact the amount of oil your skin produces, and lead to acne.

Skin products: A reaction to a skincare or make-up product may lead you to have an acne breakout due to irritation or blocking of the pores.

Stress: Highly emotional times like when you are stressed or anxious can increase your chances of having an acne flare-up.

Environmental changes: A change in your environment such as pollution or excessive sweating can cause your skin to break out.

How does acne affect us?

Ance can have a huge impact on our mental health and how we perceive ourselves. We are often too hard on ourselves for the way we look in general and adding acne into the mix can really knock our self-esteem.

Suffering from a breakout can often lead to feelings of self-consciousness because when we have acne on our face and we’re talking to friends or colleagues, we focus too much on what they may think of the way our skin looks, even though they’ve probably been in the same situation.

In some cases, acne can leave scarring which can also lead to feelings of embarrassment or a negative self-image.

You may not be aware but it's World Chocolate Day on July 7th.  We automatically think of the traditional sugar-laden variety when we think about chocolate but today, we are exploring the benefits of the world’s original and purest form of chocolate with Magic Earth Cacao, 100% ceremonial cacao. Compared with regular chocolate or non-ceremonial cacao, ceremonial cacao is a natural way to enhance physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

If you’re new to ceremonial cacao, Irish brand Magic Earth Cacao is the perfect place to start, This 100% ceremonial-grade cacao is traditionally handmade by indigenous communities, maintaining all the benefits of the cacao fruit in its most potent form. This makes it remarkably different to ultra-processed chocolate and even ‘100% pure’ or ‘organic’ cacao that’s not ‘ceremonial’ grade.

Ceremonial cacao is consumed as a warm beverage either in a group ceremony setting or as a private ritual at home, simply by setting a personal intention and practising gratitude as you enjoy it. And although ceremonial-grade cacao may look like hot chocolate, it has the potential to naturally enhance physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Within a single cup, this remarkable beverage nourishes the body, increases energy, sparks creativity, and can also be a powerful aid in spiritual growth and connection.

Guatemalan Ceremonial Cacao

“Ceremonial cacao is one of nature’s most miraculous plants, and more and more people in Ireland are experiencing first-hand its transformative effects. Whether you are looking to boost energy and focus, reduce stress and anxiety, or connect with your higher self, ceremonial cacao is a natural and alternative way to achieve it,” says the Magic Earth Cacao founder, Mandalei Kuhn.

Read on for five incredible ceremonial cacao benefits, according to Magic Earth Cacao founder Mandalei Kuhn.

Physical Well-Being and Nourishment

While the extent of ceremonial cacao’s benefits goes far beyond the physical, it's a good place to begin our exploration of cacao. Cacao is a nutritional powerhouse packed with over 700 health-promoting compounds. It has an abundance of flavonoids, which offer a range of benefits, such as reducing the risk of heart disease and enhancing cognitive function. Theobromine, found in cacao, supports healthy blood flow and cardiovascular function. While essential minerals like magnesium, iron, and zinc boost muscle and bone health, immune support, and energy production. The natural compounds in ceremonial cacao work together harmoniously to boost overall physical vitality, making it a delectable addition to a well-rounded and healthy lifestyle.

Increases Energy, Focus and Creativity

Ceremonial cacao is the ultimate elixir for enhancing productivity and creativity, making it a wonderful alternative to coffee. Unlike coffee, which can lead to jitters and energy crashes, ceremonial cacao offers a sustained boost in energy and focus without drawbacks. While it does contain a small amount of caffeine, its predominant compound is theobromine – a natural stimulant unique to cacao. Theobromine gently stimulates the nervous system, imparting pleasant and uplifting energy throughout the day. Additionally, the high flavanol content of ceremonial cacao promotes cognitive performance, memory, and creativity. While Phylathelynamine, a hormone-like compound, heightens focus, attention, goal-directed behaviour, and task completion.

Peruvian Ceremonial Cacao

Decreases Stress and Anxiety

The benefits of ceremonial-grade cacao encompass not only physical well-being but also mental health. Cacao contains various compounds known for their antidepressant properties, including serotonin and dopamine. Ceremonial cacao has demonstrated the ability to reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, and enhance mood. Promising research suggests potential antidepressant effects as well. As such, ceremonial cacao can offer a natural pathway to find inner calm, emotional balance, and a renewed sense of well-being.

Soothes PMS and Menstruation Symptoms

With its unique composition, cacao offers soothing relief on both physical and emotional levels during PMS (premenstrual syndrome) and menstruation. It contains minerals such as magnesium, which can help relax the muscles and alleviate cramps. While serotonin and other neurotransmitters naturally promote the release of "feel-good" hormones, contributing to overall emotional balance. Enjoyed as a warm, comforting beverage or incorporated into mindful practices such as meditation or gentle movement, ceremonial cacao can offer a sanctuary of calm during these phases of the menstrual cycle.

Supercharge Spiritual Growth And Connection

Last but certainly not least, ceremonial cacao possesses a remarkable superpower as a transformative tool for spiritual growth and deep connection. Throughout history, ceremonial grade cacao was revered by civilizations such as the Olmec, Mayan, and Aztec people for its spiritual properties. Although the essence of ceremonial cacao was temporarily overshadowed by the invention of European chocolate, it has now been rediscovered thanks to pioneers in the modern ceremonial cacao movement. This movement has helped people to discover cacao’s identity as a superfood and chocolate source and unveiled its inherent potential to open hearts and foster genuine connections with oneself and others. It can be seamlessly integrated into various practices, including yoga, meditation, journaling, and self-inquiry, offering a gateway to personal expansion and profound experiences.

If you are interested in experiencing ceremonial-grade cacao, it is essential to buy authentic cacao from a reputable source that sources cacao ethically and sustainably and uses minimal processing methods.

Explore the Magic Earth Cacao collection; Guatemalan Ceremonial Cacao (from €25), sourced from the Ruku'x'Ulew women's collective, imparts a vibrant energy perfect to start the day for creativity or before a workout. Peruvian Ceremonial Cacao (from €23.50) has a more gentle energy, providing a sense of love and connection and is ideal for meditation and slowing down. This cacao is grown and prepared by a local Quechuan family in Peru in honour of Quechuan tradition.

Michelle Macken, National Trainer for Ultraceuticals, shares an insider guide to adjusting your skincare routine for healthy and happy summer skin.

Summer is here, but with it comes hot weather, humidity, and extra sun exposure that can result in sweat-induced clogged pores, dehydration, sunburn, and pigmentation. While we’re a lot more aware of the importance of wearing sunscreen all year round, but what else can we do to care for our skin in the warmer months?

To get an expert guide on optimising our skincare routines for summer, we spoke to Michelle Macken, National Trainer for Ultraceuticals, Australia's leading cosmeceutical-grade skincare brand.

Michelle Macken, National Trainer for Ultraceuticals

“In the same way that you wouldn't wear a woolly jumper during summer or sandals in winter, we should adjust our skincare routines from season to season to maintain glowing skin all year round. For the hotter months, a few simple tweaks to your skincare routine can help to minimise the seasonal side effects that the hotter months can have on the skin,” Michelle says.

Michelle Macken, National Trainer for Ultraceuticals

Here, Michelle shares her top three tips to maintain healthy glowing skin throughout the summer and beyond. Her mantra is simple and effective: exfoliate, hydrate and protect.

Exfoliate

Michelle says the previous months leading up to summer are quite cool this can lead to your skin appearing dull and dry. Prepare your skin for the summer season with a gentle face and body exfoliator. This will leave your skin looking smoother and brighter.

Michelle recommends the Ultra Gentle Exfoliating Gel, which can be used both on the face and body.

If you are looking for a facial exfoliator you can use 2-3 times a week, opt for the Ultra Granule- C Microfoliant. Its innovative formula features micro-fine absorbable pure Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) granules to exfoliate and significantly smooth, refine and brighten the complexion.

The cream to a serum formula melts into the skin upon massaging, imparting the maximum benefits of pure Vitamin C. Vitamin E (Tocopherol) works in synergy with Vitamin C to keep the skin in good condition.

Hydrate

Chlorinated pools, saltwater, warmer temperatures and sun exposure are all factors that dry out and dehydrate your skin. Michelle says – hydration is essential all year round and even if you have an oily skin type. Incorporate a hyaluronic serum into your nightly regimen to give your skin a boost of hydration.

The Ultraceuticals B2 Hydrating Serum is enriched with Panthenol and Niacinamide. These ingredients, with the addition of Hyaluronic acid, help increase hydration levels in your skin.

Michelle recommends adding a mist to your skincare arsenal to cool and hydrate your skin on the go. The Ultraceuticals Hydrating Skin Mist features a cocktail of hydrating ingredients that will leave your skin feeling instantly hydrated. To take the refreshment to another level, Michelle suggests storing mists in the fridge.

A sheet mask can be a hot weather saviour that packs a seriously restorative punch. The Ultra B2 Hydration Mask is a great option that cools, soothes and hydrates in one. This hydrogel mask features panthenol, sodium hyaluronate and peptides to help calm and restore hydration to the skin. Again, to enhance the cooling and soothing benefits, place the mask in the fridge 20 minutes before use.

Protect

The very best thing you can do for your skin this summer – and all year round – is to protect it from the sun with a broad-spectrum SPF. Though Michelle adds that how and when you apply sunscreen is critical. The recommendation is to apply sunscreen 15-20 minutes before we go out and reapply every two hours.

A lesser know fact is that Antioxidants can help boost sunscreen protection against UV damage by diffusing the effects of the bad rays that make it through your sunscreen. Michelle suggests applying an antioxidant serum, like Ultraceuticals Protective Antioxidant Complex, underneath an even layer of sunscreen.

Her top pick is Ultra UV Protective Daily Moisturiser SPF50.

Other SunSmart tips are to wear a brimmed hat to add an extra layer of physical protection. Wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from the sun. Seek the shade to keep your body cool.

Ultra Gentle Exfoliator Gel: €41

Ultra Granule-C Microfoliant: €53

Ultra B2 Hydrating Serum: €69.50

Ultra Hydrating Skin Mist: €42.50

Ultra B2 Hydrating Mask: from €25

Ultra Protective Antioxidant Complex: €62

Ultra UV Protective Daily Moisturiser SPF50 Hydrating: €52

Jess Wright has opened up about her mental health struggles and thoughts on having more children in the future.

The former The Only Way is Essex star welcomed the birth of her baby boy, Presley, in May of last year with her husband William-Lee Kemp.

Since giving birth to her son, Jess has struggled with postnatal depression and is debating if having another baby is something she’d consider.

While speaking to OK!, Jess explained, “When people were asking in the beginning about another one, I was thinking, ‘Are you crazy? I’ve just, just had this baby’”.

“But I am obviously getting older, I’m 38 this year, so it’s something that I have to consider quite soon which is scary”.

Discussing her battle with postnatal depression, Jess revealed if she decided to have another baby in the future, her family would be there to support her if she struggled with her mental health again.

“They would all be on it straight away. I mean, I was crying in front of my family the night I got home from the hospital. I didn’t know I had it then, I didn’t know how to explain how I felt”.

“I wear my heart on my sleeve so if there’s something up, they know about it”, she added.

Speaking more about the possibility of adding a new addition to her family, the 37-year-old said, “I know everyone says, ‘Oh I wouldn’t have had another one’, but I’m sure people would because there are good times and you do forget the bad times”.

“Ultimately Presley’s just such a little dream and such an amazing little addition to our life so who knows?”.

Wright also admitted that she’d like to do a documentary about postnatal depression as many people don’t speak out about it and she wants to understand the condition more.

“I know what depression feels like and it was a form of that. I was open about it, I came out and told everyone because I wanted to help others. I’ve had people reach out about it, and I want to do more because it’s not spoken about enough and it’s something that needs to be addressed. So many women suffer in silence”.

The mum-of-one continued, “Knowledge is power. This is why I want to do a documentary, I want to know the ins and outs of it. I want to know the hows, the whys, if we can prevent it, if it’s chemical or if it’s environmental”.

“I have so many questions, because for me, the more you know about something when you’re going through it, the more help you can get. Having a baby is the biggest blessing of life, so to then say that you feel down at the time that baby enters the world, it’s not nice”.

Jess added, “There are people that struggle to have children and also it makes it seem like you’re not happy that you have your baby. But that’s not it, it’s just a general feeling that consumes your body and your mind and you can’t control it”.

Laura Anderson has revealed she thinks her baby will be born earlier than expected.

In February, the former Love Island star announced she was expecting her first child with former partner and Hollyoaks actor Gary Lucy, who she met on Celebs Go Dating last year.

Laura is due to welcome her little one, a girl, into the world in August but believes she could be born as early as July after speaking to a psychic.

While writing in her OK! column, Anderson explained, “I went and saw a psychic this week, who told me that my baby is going to come six weeks earlier than my due date, which is so strange because that's what I've been thinking all along”.

“I've had it in my head that I was going to have her early, but it's giving me pure anxiety because I am not ready”, the 34-year-old admitted.

“I've got so much to do and get organised because obviously when the baby is here, I won't have any time to do the stuff I need to do because I will be taking care of her, so I need to get everything finalised”.

The former reality star, who revealed she was ‘scared to raise her baby by herself’, previously spoke out about being anxious that her baby girl would arrive early.

She admitted, “I had the scariest dream the other night that she [the baby] came early. It gave me such bad anxiety. I dreamed about the placenta birth and everything, and I woke up in such a shock”.

“The dream has made me scared the baby will come early- I just have a feeling! I don't feel prepared yet at all, but I'm getting there with buying things, slowly but surely”.

Laura added, “When it comes to labour, I think I just need to accept that there may be things that won't go as I want them to go – I think that's the best preparation you can have really”.
