For the past few months, the team behind the hit Disney+ series has been teasing many updates about the show’s third season.
Filming for season three concluded towards the end of April, and ever since then, loyal viewers have been desperate for confirmation of a release date.
Well, thanks to Selena Gomez, the wait is finally over!

The actress, who portrays podcaster Mabel Mora on the show, took to social media last night to confirm when OMITB will be returning to our screens.
Selena chose to post an adorable snap of herself with two of her main co-stars – Steve Martin (Charles) and Martin Short (Oliver).
“Some of my favorite people.. Only Murders In the Building season 3 is coming august 8th!!!!” the 30-year-old exclaimed in the caption of her post, confirming that we have just over a month left to wait.

On January 17, it was confirmed during filming that Hollywood legend Meryl Streep has joined the cast for the upcoming season.
The 74-year-old was shown alongside the famous trio and Paul Rudd, who entered the show as the latest murder victim at the end of season two.
It is expected that season three will follow the investigation into the murder of Paul’s character Ben Glenroy, who suddenly dropped dead on stage while starring in Oliver's Broadway play alongside Charles.

Oaty Banana Bread:
Makes: 2 loaves
Prep time: 25 mins
Cook time: 50 mins
You’ll need:
65g Flahavan’s Organic Jumbo Oats
100g Flahavan’s Organic Porridge Oats
130g Whole Wheat Flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
4 medium very ripe bananas, mashed
300ml honey
300ml maple syrup
60g unsalted butter, melted
60ml oat milk
100g low fat Greek yogurt
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method:
Preheat the oven to 170ºC fan bake. Spread 50g of Flahavan’s Organic Jumbo Oats and 100g of Flahavan’s Organic Porridge Oats in a single layer on a baking tray lined with baking paper and place in the oven.
Toast the oats for 8-10 minutes, until very light golden, mixing once half way through. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
Using baking paper, line two 20 x 6cm loaf tins leaving two sides overhanging slightly. Lightly mist with non-stick spray.
In a bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients, then stir in the toasted oats and set aside.
Mash the bananas with a fork in a large mixing bowl, then whisk in the wet ingredients, adding the eggs and vanilla extract last – the batter will have a very wet consistency at this stage.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Slowly and gently stir the mixture with a wooden spoon until thoroughly combined. Pour the batter evenly into the 2 prepared loaf tins, leaving 1cm at the top. Sprinkle the banana bread mix with the remaining oats for decoration.
Bake for 25 minutes, then loosely cover the tins with foil and return to the oven for a further 25 mins. Once cooked, remove from the oven and leave to cool in the loaf tins for an hour before transferring to a dish and serving.
The Love Island star originally appeared during the show’s second season in 2016, but has since joined this year’s series as a bombshell.
Kady is currently coupled up with Zachariah Noble, after stealing him from dumped Islander Molly Marsh.
During last night’s episode, Kady pied off Zach’s advances for a kiss, noting in a confessional that she “wasn’t feeling it” after only knowing him for two days.

Now, the 27-year-old has been feeling even more awkward after she mistakenly called Zachariah by her ex’s name.
In scenes that are set to air during tonight’s episode of Love Island, Tyrique and Zachariah decide to cook up some breakfast for their respective girls, Ella and Kady.
"Who would have thought, not kissing someone back and then you get breakfast the next day…it actually worked out great!” Kady exclaims as the foursome sit down to breakfast together.

However, the good vibes do not last for very long, as Kady ends up accidentally calling Zachariah Scott, the name of her ex-boyfriend from her first time on the show. Zach notices the slip-up and promptly corrects Kady, saying: “My name is Zach, Kady."
In a panic, Kady asks, "Did I say Zach?", to which the 25-year-old replies: "No, you said Scott."
Kady manages to brush off the awkwardness by referring to her previous stint in the villa. "Oh my god, I swear, it's giving me the nostalgic vibes from series two,” she jokes.
The awkward scene comes as tonight’s Love Island first look confirms that Islanders will be facing the results from last night’s public vote.
The dramatic clip showcases the contestants receiving a text ordering them to gather around the firepit, concluding with a bunch of gasps being let out by the Islanders.
Viewers can find out the results when Love Island airs tonight at 9pm on Virgin Media Two.
Jennifer Lawrence has finally broken her silence on THOSE rumours!
The Silver Linings Playbook star had been facing renewed speculation in recent months that she had had an affair with Liam Hemsworth.
The two actors starred alongside each other in The Hunger Games movie franchise between 2012 and 2015, and it was alleged that romantic sparks might have flown between them during that time.

While appearing on Andy Cohen’s chat show Watch What Happens Live!, the 32-year-old took part in a game of Plead The Fifth. During the game, presenter Andy took the chance to ask Jennifer if there was any truth to the affair rumours.
“Not true,” Jennifer stated in response.
“Total rumour,” she continued. “We all know we only kissed one time and it was years after they broke up so I just assumed that was a coincidence.”

Jennifer was referring to a previous admission that she had made on the same talk show in 2015. At the time, Andy had asked the Oscar winner if it was true that she had once kissed Liam off-camera.
“Liam and I grew up together. Liam’s real hot. What would you have done?” Jennifer had laughed in response, before confirming that the particular rumour was true.
Speculation of a possible affair involving Liam was first re-ignited following a music video by his ex-wife Miley Cyrus. The Flowers video showcased Miley looking glamorous in the Hollywood Hills, and wearing a stunning gold dress.

Lewis Capaldi has released an update on his touring career, following his appearance at Glastonbury.
The Someone You Loved singer performed at the festival over the weekend, but got into difficulties on stage as a result of his Tourette’s Syndrome diagnosis. As he struggled, thousands of fans sang for Lewis and finished his set for him.
A few days on from his performance, the 26-year-old has now released a statement on the future of his ongoing tour and career.
After thanking fans for the support he received during Glastonbury, Lewis shared his update.
“The fact that this probably won't come as a surprise doesn't make it any easier to write, but I'm very sorry to let you know I'm going to be taking a break from touring for the foreseeable future,” he confirmed.

In his description of the iconic house, Ken detailed how the incredible changes have come about.

Today, June 27th Charles Coyle, General Manager and son of Emerald Park’s founder Ray Coyle, unveiled a 3D model of two new rollercoasters that will be ready for guests to enjoy in spring 2024. Charles also revealed the name of the new, Celtic themed area at the park, that is equivalent to twice the size of Croke Park!
Charles Coyle said:
“I am delighted to announce that the new land expansion at Emerald Park will be called ‘Tír na nÓg’, named after the enchanted otherworld of myth and legend! We are hoping to open the area and the two rollercoasters to the public in Spring 2024. This will mark the first fully themed and immersive land at the park and is sure to excite both thrill seekers and family alike.”

Construction of the new land started at the beginning of August 2022. However, Emerald Park has been planning these new rides since 2017, with founder Ray Coyle being central to the drive and ambition to create this new area. A total of 85 construction jobs have been created in the course of the build with the involvement of specialist companies from the four corners of Europe coming to Emerald Park Ireland to create this magical new area.
With a substantial investment of €22 million, the 6.5-acre land is a first for Emerald Park and has never been seen before in Ireland. Along with the two main rollercoasters, Tír na nÓg will also introduce a third classic theme park attraction, known as a Waveswinger. New food outlets, retail spaces, and an entrance that will create real excitement and wonder, will also all lend to the Irish mythology and fantasy theming across the land.
Engineered and designed by a Dutch manufacturing company, Vekoma, who are a major supplier for The Walt Disney Company, the rollercoasters have been designed intricately to create an excitement filled and memorable experience for Emerald Park visitors. The larger rollercoaster, whose name is top secret at the moment, is known as a Suspended Thrill Coaster. With a track above your head, this attraction is not for the faint hearted. Rollercoaster fans can look forward to inversions such as a 360 Zero-G Roll and an Upward Helix, which guarantees a total of five upside down experiences on the ride. With a total track length of 750m, a highest track point of 32m (just higher than the Cú Chulainn Coaster) and speeds of 90km/h it’s a huge, exciting addition to Emerald Park.

The second coaster, with also a name yet to be revealed, is known as a Family Boomerang, offering a more family friendly riding experience. It includes forward and backward runs on the track and through the station. Guests can anticipate plenty of airtime hills, dives and turns in this unique family coaster. The total track length is 450m, with a highest track point of 25m, and speeds of 60km/h.
The name Tír na nÓg is rooted in Irish mythology, stemming from the story of Oisín and Niamh, and their legendary journey to the Land of Eternal Youth. The entire immersive area of Emerald Park will nod to this history with Celtic mythology throughout. To achieve this mystical experience, custom design is managed by leading Dutch theming company, Jora Vision. The theming promises to transport visitors to a different world, so rollercoasters will not be the only thing that guests can look forward to.
Creating over 40 additional jobs at Emerald Park when it opens to the public, the land will provide top-end facilities such as new retail spaces, food and drink outlets and concession units.
“We are so excited to reveal the name and show everyone the scale of the new rollercoasters coming next year,” said Charles Coyle. “We have been working on this for 5 years with a huge amount of thought, investment, design and research into this area and have taken every aspect of the theming and all audiences into consideration. We will be keeping the 3D model at Emerald Park for the summer but we are then going to take it out on the road at some central locations around the country so people can see exactly what expect at Emerald Park in 2024.”

Molly Marsh has been opening up on her thoughts about Zachariah’s moves in the villa!
The recently dumped Love Island star has been reacting to her former partner Zach quickly moving onto returning bombshell Kady McDermott, just two days after Molly’s departure.
In last night’s episode, Love Island viewers were surprised to see Zach moving in for a kiss with Kady. However, the 27-year-old rejected his advances, noting that she “wasn’t feeling it”.

Now, after having watched the episode, Molly has shared her opinions on Zach’s actions.
Speaking on The Morning After podcast, the 21-year-old explained that it was “very difficult” to watch the show.
“I thought there was something very special there, and a feeling that maybe there still is, but to see him lean in for a kiss with someone two nights after me being gone…” Molly sighed, adding that Zach’s actions have given her “the ick”.

Molly was then asked if her feelings for Zach have disappeared. “It makes me wonder if what we had was as strong as I thought it was,” she confessed.
“I really thought there was something there where if he wanted to get to know [Kady], it might take a few days and see where it goes, but it’s gone a lot quicker. Like, have I really disappeared that quickly from your mind that you can kiss someone else?” she continued.
Molly later revealed what she would say to Zach if she met him again. “I would just ask him, ‘What we had – how real was it?’” she detailed.

“I still have very strong feelings towards him, and if someone was in there for me two days in, I’d be speaking to them and getting to know them, but I don’t think I’d go in for the kiss. So I’d just ask him, ‘How much did you really mean what you were saying? Did I get the wrong end of the stick?’” she added.
Molly concluded her thoughts on Zach by confirming what she would do if he left the villa single.
“I’d definitely chat to him. I just want to know more from him, get some answers,” she hoped.

Noah Cyrus, the younger sister of singer Miley Cyrus, has confirmed that she is now engaged.
The July singer has announced that she will be tying the knot with her partner, German fashion designer Pinkus.
Last night, Noah took to Instagram to share the exciting news of her engagement. The 23-year-old treated her 6.1M followers to photos of herself and Pinkus together, including snaps where she showcases her diamond ring.
