The day of love is upon us, and Starbucks has us really excited about it.

They recently launched a special Valentine's Day collection of flasks, mugs and other wonderful coffee trinkets.

We didn't think we could love Starbucks more than we do at Christmas time, but this heart-filled range is really fantastic.

The collection includes gorgeous mugs that have hearts all over them, and a number of travel mugs that are beyond gorgeous.

The crown jewel of this entire loved-up range is the pink, quilted travel tumbler, which is giving us serious Chanel vibes.

Listen, if flowers and chocolates are not your thing, we suggest you start dropping some Starbucks hints.

Binky Felstead surprised everyone earlier this month when she announced her pregnancy, and now, her baby’s gender has reportedly been revealed.

The Made In Chelsea star, who is expecting her first child with ex-boyfriend JP Patterson, is believed to be having a girl!

According to Mail Online, the 26-year-old shared the news with her co-stars during filming of their Channel 4 reality show, this weekend.

Binky and JP announced their pregnancy two weeks ago, in an exclusive photo shoot and interview for Hello! magazine.

The mum-to-be admitted that the news came as a ‘shock’ to the pair, who broke up last year after an on-off relationship.

“This is a new start and a new chapter in our lives. I want to be a little family, to be honest, but I’m going to be OK either way,” she told the magazine.

“Whatever happens, this baby is not going to be affected. And I know Josh will be part of the baby’s life, whether we are together or not. We are a unit now.”

What an exciting time for Binks!

Every woman knows the pain and discomfort that comes a-knocking once a month, but few know of the foods that can help you deal with it.

While everyone’s symptoms are different, most women will suffer from irritability, anxiety, bloating, digestive problems, craving, breast swelling, disturbed sleep, cramping and/or headaches.

But it's no biggie, right?

Wrong, we’re exhausted just listing them.

So we've put together a list of foods that you should be adding to your diet for those two or three painful days every month.

And most of these are probably already in your kitchen.

1. Avocados

Not only are avocados perfect for that Instagram post, they can also help you during the hardest part of every month.

With plant sterols that can reduce excess oestrogen in the body, avocados can help with symptoms like period weight gain, lack of energy and reduced sex drive.

2. Bananas

Bananas are full of vitamin B6 and potassium, which are both great for reducing bloating and water retention.

B6 can also help boost your mood and ease breast tenderness.

3. Fish

As well as adding a healthy dose of vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acids, fish will provide a much needed dose of magnesium in your diet.

Magnesium can have a huge effect on symptoms such as poor sleep, cramping, bloating and headaches.

Figs and dark, leafy greens are also full of magnesium.

4. Yogurt

Yogurt is packed with calcium and vitamin D, which have been scientifically proven to reduce PMS-associated symptoms like pain, swelling, bloating and mood swings.

With probiotics to help ease digestion, this little pot can work miracles.

5. Chocolate

Unfortunately, we’re not talking your standard milk chocolate. Raw dark chocolate contains mood- and energy-boosting chemicals, as well as a whole lot of magnesium and calcium, which we’ve already boasted about.

With the growing popularity of alternative chocolates, raw dark chocolate is becoming more readily available in general supermarkets.

And if there’s a two-for-one offer on, get yourself some milk chocolate while you're at it – you deserve it.

Ladies, if you miss the old days of using pens and paper, then you are about to get EXCITED.

The fantastic people at Moleskine have teamed up with the creators of Toy Story, for the most amazing collaboration of all time.

The company has created a beautiful range of notebooks, featuring artwork from the character style guides that Pixar had created for the original film, over 21 years ago.

This amazing collection has four different Toy Story covers, and all of them feature artwork and a quote from the film.

It seems like everywhere we look, people are incorporating glitter into their beauty routine, and we love it.

To be perfectly honest, if we could cover our entire body in glitter every day, we absolutely would.

However, that would be deemed socially unacceptable, so we must opt for a subtle approach to sparkle.

That is why were are majorly crushing on glitter cuticles at the moment.

Glitter cuticles caught our attention at the Spring 2017 Rodarte show, and we have been obsessed ever since.

They are the perfect way to include glitter into you nail art, without going OTT (however, we support that too!)

We'll be trying this look for SURE.

The early noughties brought us so many wonderful (and embarrassing) fashion trends.

From Juicy track suits to low rise jeans, we will forever be in awe of the hilarious ensembles we wore to our favourite teen discos.

We have to admit though, our favourite of all noughties trends was the prolific CORSET BAG.

We can try to deny it, but corset bags were the coolest bloody thing going, and we all wanted one.

Well, thanks to Zara, the corset bag is making a major comeback, and we are really happy about it.

Zara’s take on this ICONIC bag is real suede, and will set you back €65… small price to pay, in our opinion.

We are not ashamed to admit it: we want one of these babies.

You don’t have to look too far to see the chaos and anguish President Trump’s Executive Order has caused this weekend.

And, Internet and newspapers aside, the Order – banning nationals from seven Muslim-majority countries from entering the US – has been implemented in Ireland.

The Order bans nationals from Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen, from entering the States for three months. The period has been extended to four months for refugees from these countries.

Currently, people affected by the ban are being turned away from check-in desks and removed from planes.

The US Embassy in Ireland confirmed in a press release that the Order is in force at Dublin and Shannon Airports.

“The US Department of State and Department of Homeland Security are reviewing the President’s Executive Order on Enhancing Public Safety in the Interior of the United States, and working to implement it immediately,” the statement read.

There was also a special message for those planning to attend pre-scheduled visa meetings:

“Nationals of these countries, including dual nationals, who have already scheduled a visa interview at US Embassy Dublin should not attend their appointment, as we will not be able to proceed with the visa interview.”

Needless to say, Twitter users are shocked and outraged by the move:

Meanwhile, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade, Charlie Flanagan has released a statement to say that he ‘shares the concerns’ over the impact of Trump’s order.

While we don't actually know what's in Unicorn Tears, we believe it tastes like fresh lemonade, with a touch of glitter.

Yesterday, Donald Trump signed an executive order, calling a halt to people entering the United States from specific Muslim nations, including Iraq and Iran.

As a result, a number of Muslim people, who have legal immigrant visas to the US, were detained at JFK Airport in New York, with threats of deportation.

In response, the New York Taxi Workers Alliance announced on Twitter that it was halting passenger pickups at the airport in protest.

This amazing move from the taxi drivers of New York had a domino effect, and the protest grew to an enormous crowd.

They filled the foot paths outside the airport and packed three stories of a car park across the street.

Similar protests popped up across airports in the United States, with many people referencing the Statue of Liberty's inscription, which speaks of freedom for all.

Twitter also erupted in defence of the people being detained, claiming that it was a breach of human rights, and all that America stands for as a nation.

Last night, a Federal judge blocked Donald Trump's order, and the protestors at JFK cheered, for what was a small win.

Donald Trump has not commented on the protests yet, but we are expecting a few tweets in the coming days.
