They’re right up there with Blake and Ryan in terms of ‘couple goals’, but Chrissy Teigen and John Legend’s relationship wasn’t without its setbacks.

Chrissy has this week opened up about the time when the Save Room singer actually broke up with her – for one day!

The 30-year-old model, who covers the December issue of Cosmopolitan, told the mag about a time when she thought their romance may not work out.

“Early on in the relationship, I was on tour with him and he’d gotten sick. He was feeling really bummed and stressed out. He was like, ‘I can’t be in a relationship right now’. That lasted for one day. Literally, a day,” she laughed.

Chrissy, who is now mum to six-month-old Luna, added: “I knew it came from a place other than us not working…I always joke, ‘Remember when you tried to break up with me?’ He’s like, ‘Yes, sorry. Big mistake.’”

Chrissy and John began dating back in 2007, after meeting on the set of his music video, Stereo. They tied the knot six years later and welcomed little Luna last April.

We’ve come to regard Vogue as THE fashion bible, but even the high priestesses of style can get it a little bit wrong at times.

This is the general consensus this week, with the publication of an article declaring cleavage to be out of fashion, in the December issue of British Vogue.

In her article ‘Desperately Seeking Cleavage’, writer Kathleen Baird-Murray pronounces cleavage to be ‘dead’ on the fashion scene, using examples like Alicia Vikander’s Oscars gown to illustrate her point.

“The t**s will not be out for the lads. Or for anyone else, for that matter,” she muses.

Well, you can pretty much guess how people reacted to the article over on Twitter!

“Some flat-chested person wrote that article, didn’t they?” raged one Twitter user, while another chastised the publication for reducing body parts to ‘fashion accessories’.

Meanwhile, another quipped: “Well Vogue, I’m afraid I’m rather stuck with my cleavage. Tragically, I won’t be on-point this season.”

We’re used to Vogue’s at times unique take on style, but this ‘trend report’ appears to have cut too close to the bone.

It’s one of the UK’s most popular online retailers, but that doesn’t mean Missguided is going to bow down to any standardised definition of beauty.

Having previously awarded Amber Rose and Pamela Anderson the coveted Mega Babe of Missguided title, the clothing giant has revealed 88-year-old Internet sensation Baddie Winkle as the face of its latest campaign.

Despite having been born in 1928, Baddie is both an unlikely and ideal fit for the brand.

She rocked the house when she performed at the Super Bowl 50 halftime show in February, and while she looked like a machine out on the field, Bruno Mars assures us that Beyoncé is, in fact, human.

The Gorilla singer has told Rolling Stone about the blood, sweat and tears that went into the medley show, and one memory in particular has delighted Beyoncé fans all over the world.

The 31-year-old revealed that he and Bey were ‘working on their diets, stressing out’ in the run-up to the show. However, as D-Day approached, Beyoncé wasn't about to deprive herself of a little indulgence.

“The day before, we’re watching playback backstage, and she’s eating a bag of Cheetos. I’m like, ‘That’s what you’re doing?’” Mars said.

He added: “She’s like, ‘There’s nothing more we can do these last two days. It’s gonna be what it’s gonna be. So I’m gonna enjoy this bag of Cheetos.”

YESSSSSS!

That’s not to say Queen Bey took her foot off the pedal at any point during the preparations.

Indeed, Mars admitted he saw plenty of her inner ‘monster’ committed to delivering nothing but perfection.

My God, what a woman.

She mightn’t know the date of her best friend’s birthday, but Gigi Hadid is well able to choose the perfect autumnal hairstyle.

The normally blonde model seems to have veered away from her signature Cali style as she has been pictured sporting a notably darker hue.

Bronde has effectively bypassed ombre to become A/W16’s prettiest shade.

And since it suits a variety of skin tones, is easy to maintain and allows wearers to gently transition between seasons, it’s easy to see why.

While it is still unclear as to whether or not Gigi will stick with her new bronde ‘do, we think the 21-year-old’s hair is an ideal shade for those looking to boost their manes with some subtle Fall feels.

She is one of the most famous and successful models in the world, and Kendall Jenner proved exactly why last night, as she stepped out to celebrate her 21st birthday.

The reality star looked utterly sensational in a $9,000 (just over €8K) sparkly silver cowl dress, which hung oh-so-perfectly from her body.

Created by Lebanese designer Antoine Salameh of label LaBourjoisie, the dress was custom-made for the occasion – but echoed an iconic look from the early noughties.

Yep, if that dress looks familiar, it’s because none other than heiress Paris Hilton wore a strikingly similar number for her own 21st birthday celebrations, all the way back in 2002.

And Kendall was all for giving credit where it was due, posting a split-photo of herself to Instagram, the caption reading: “Vintage Paris Hilton vibes. 21, 21.”

Kendall was flanked by bestie Hailey Baldwin as well as sisters Kylie, Kourtney and Khloe as she attended an exclusive birthday bash at LA club Delilah.

We reckon it goes without saying that Kendall had a rockin’ time.

The story is called Beauty and the Beast. Beauty and the Beast. You don’t really need to watch the thing to cop that the male romantic lead is supposed to be a bit of an uggo.

The first look at the live-action remake of the Disney classic has left some people feeling angry, and others hard done by, however. And why? Because, apparently, the Beast is too ugly!

Twitter went into meltdown yesterday, when Entertainment Weekly released its much-anticipated Beauty and the Beast special featuring nine stills from the movie.

The general consensus is that Emma Watson is a total dream as Belle, but it seems Downton Abbey fans were expecting a less…furry…look for Dan Stevens.

Indeed, Twitter has been awash over the past 24 hours with criticism from people branding the Beast just too darn ugly.

“The Beast is so ugly in the new Beauty and the Beast movie, but I can’t wait to seem Emma play Belle,” wrote one fan.

Elsewhere, one young gentleman was just having none of it, and tweeted: “Beauty and the Beast high key looks ugly.”

Thankfully, others have brought some sense to the conversation:

“People are complaining that the Beast in the new Beauty and the Beast is too ugly…this may shock a lot of you…but that’s the point,” observed another Twitter user.

Ah, Twitter; you always have a way of making us feel that bit better about ourselves.

There’s nothing worse than lying alone in your bed, trying to drift off to sleep to the sounds of your neighbours going at it like animals.

Of course, we’re way too chicken to have a quiet word, but US college student Jenna Levine is no such shrinking violet.

Jenna is enjoying newfound viral internet status this week, after sharing what happened when she plucked up the courage to ask her neighbours to quieten down their sex!

Jenna’s letter, which she slipped under her neighbour’s door, read:

Hello neighbour,

Please have sex a little more quietly, please. Some of us are trying to nap and not be reminded of how alone I am…Feel free to make all the love you want. Just please, make it nasty at a lower volume.

Thank you!

She may have been expecting it to stop; she may have even expected it to get louder – but she was not prepared for what happened next.

In fairness to Jenna’s neighbour, he or she responded with a letter of apology and a bar of chocolate!

The letter of response read:

Dearest neighbours,

I’m so, so incredibly sorry about that. I didn’t realise how loud I was being, and ya know, sometimes having loud sex is low-key kinda hot, but obviously at your cost, which I apologise so sincerely for.

I’m so, so sorry, I hope this hasn’t occurred too often, and thanks so much for the incredible and hilarious card. I will for sure try to make it nasty at a significantly lowered level.

And hey, don’t you worry – you’re not alone forever. The right person will come along when the time comes. I was single for 18 years.

Haha. Once again, I apologise so sincerely and deeply. Sorry, Room 338.”

We kind of want to live next door to the 338s now – they seem like total legends!

Having covered the likes of Coldplay, Garth Brooks and Adele, Coláiste Lurgan is already well established in the Irish music scene.

Combining its students’ linguistic and musical talents once again, the Irish language school recently took on one of 2016’s biggest hits.

As with all of Coláiste Lurgan’s musical ventures, the track has been translated into Irish and is accompanied by a thought provoking music video.

If there’s one thing we’ve learned from watching Louis Walsh on X Factor over the past 12 years, it’s that he’s probably not the one to trust with a secret!

Poor old Nicole Scherzinger appears to have learned this lesson the hard way, after her fellow judge announced her apparent boob job to the world while recording an episode of Celebrity Juice.

While the episode in question has yet to air, an audience member dished the deets to the Mirror.

“The celebs were playing a game called ‘What’s the Craic?’ about different stars with secrets, and someone made a comment about Nicole’s boobs,” explained the source.

“Louis then blurted, ‘Yes, they’re new boobs! She has new boobs!’ Everyone gasped and there was an awkward silence afterwards. He didn’t seem to be joking,” they added.

Nicole has yet to publicly comment on Louis’ gaffe, but we bet she’s not too pleased with him right now. We’d nearly put money down on Louis getting a glass of water over the head on Saturday night, too.

Nicole, 38, previously dismissed claims she had gone under the knife, putting her stunning beauty down to sleep, water and hot yoga.

Princess Jasmine will always be our favourite Disney princess – not only is she incredibly beautiful, but she is also the definition of a fierce, independent woman.

It’s little wonder, then, that so many people dress up as Jasmine for Halloween; few, however, actually pull the look off as well as model and singer Olayinka Mia Noel.

A photo posted by Olayinka Mia Noel (@mia_xso) on

The stunning Olayinka is the spitting IMAGE of Jasmine, and so it was a natural choice for her to dress as Aladdin’s missus for last weekend’s festivities.

Olayinka, who is one-third of the girl group XSO, took to Instagram to share photos from her amazing Halloween look – and the social media world has gone into meltdown.

Indeed, many are hailing Olayinka as the real-life Princess Jasmine; and judging from that split-photo, we reckon she might be hiding a palace and a talking tiger somewhere!

“If they remake Aladdin, and if she isn’t playing Princess Jasmine, I’m boycotting Disney! She looks exactly like her!” wrote one follower, beside one of the photos.

Olayinka herself is well aware of the comparison too, even admitting: “Starting to freak myself out for real.”
