Seth Rogen's new movie is something we didn't expect at all – but we have a feeling it's going to be hilarious.

The trailer for the cartoon movie dropped on Monday during the South by Southwest Film Festival.

With sight gags, many double entendres and just about every food pun imaginable, this movie is definitely not one to bring your mammy to see.

But behind all of the jokes, there's actually a pretty good story. One of the characters (an Irish potato, no less) has their rose-tinted glasses removed and realises the world isn't all that great.

With Seth Rogen, Paul Rudd, Kristin Wiig and Jonah Hill all taking part, you know this is a movie you won't want to miss. We think…

It seems that everyone and their granny have a theory when it comes to the Bermuda Triangle.

Some think it's an alien abduction site, others think the disappearance of boats and planes can be explained by the gulf stream that goes through the Triangle. There's a million and one theories; but no one has actually come up with a substantial reason yet.

Well, until now that is. Norwegian scientists think that they can put all of the other theories to rest as they've found a huge crater off the coast of Norway. They believe the crater has caused huge build-ups, as well as huge blow-outs of methane gas.

A big release of methane gas would reduce water density, which means (theoretically) that the water would no longer have the buoyancy to keep anything floating.

Methane gas is also highly flammable, so it could destroy anything flying overhead, too.

Now, the methane gas theory has been around a while, but with the discovery of the craters left behind because of it – it's a huge breakthrough.

Irish native Aidan Turner is reportedly in talks to land the coveted role of James Bond in the next series of the popular spy films. 

The role is currently manned by English actor Daniel Craig who is believed to have left the role after being at the helm of four movies. 

The 32-year-old Dublin man became a bona fide heartthrob after his role as Ross Poldark in the hit BBC reboot show and it seems that this feat has not gone unnoticed. 

"Aidan has held preliminary talks with Bond producers and being in LA will give him a further chance to discuss the role," a source has told the Sun. 

Karen Thrussell, a producer for Poldark, also had some cryptic things to say about the actor's chances of landing the role. 

"I am sure it has nothing to do with James Bond, but we shall see."

Yeah Karen, that has only convinced us that he is in the running for the notorious part. 

Aidan recently took home the Television Impact  gong at the National Television Awards for his role in Poldark. 

If he lands the role, he will be the second Irish man to fill Bond's big shoes after Pierce Brosnan.

Did Selena just let a big secret about her pal go in an interview. 

In an off-the-cuff comment, the Hands to Myself singer pretty much confirmed that Kendall Jenner is off the market, but the only problem is no one else knew this piece of info. 

Speaking to UK radio station Capitol FM, the 23-year-old lamented the fact that she was the only one of her showbiz pals to be single. 

"None of them are single, just so you know," she told the host Roman Kemp.

"Taylor is not single, Gigi is not single, neither is Kendall. I am the only single one!"

Whoops. 

While there has been speculation that the romance could be with Harry Styles who she was pictured with over Christmas, a source close to the star was quick to set the record straight and spoke to E! News. 

"Kendall is single. 

"She is not dating Harry anymore, but they are still friends and if they are in the same city they likely would [hang out]. Nothing bad happened between them, just busy schedules."

Hmm, so did Selena just make up this little fact or does Kendall have a romance on the go that she doesn't want us to know about?

We reckon it could be the latter.

Despite being with her beau Bressie for over three years, Roz Purcell has no plans to settle down just yet. 

The Irish duo are currently living together along with Roz's sister Rachel and things seem to be going very well with the Voice of Ireland coach. 

But speaking to the Irish Daily Mirror, the 25-year-old model admitted that her family are a bit worried that things are moving very fast with the Blizzards frontman. 

"We got a dog and my parents were like ‘Really? You need to think about that now.'

"They’re so anti anything like that. They’re very much like ‘go travelling, live your life, do everything you want.' "

And when asked if she wanted to have babies at some point, the stunning brunette remained coy, joking: "I would be totally happy with just loads of dogs." 

Roz recently hit headlines over to success of her pop-up shop in Dublin that coincided with the release of her book, Natural Born Feeder. 

The shop was a roaring success and raised over €11,000 for Capuchin Day Centre For Homeless People. 

"From doing the pop-up and even with my friends that run restaurants, it’s something you have to be really committed to and at the moment there are some things I want to do,” she explained.

“I definitely want to do another book and I’m doing some bits and bobs with TV at the moment.

“I’d like to expand outside of Ireland as well." 

We expect big things for this one.

Amber Rose was one of many women who stood up for former rival Kim Kardashian after the nude selfie scandal last week and it seems she is sick of double standards for women in different industries. 

Speaking at SXSW this week, the model stated that she is tired of different rules for different women. 

"It’s bullsh*t, and this is the thing. They come at me and Kim so hard because I was a stripper and she had a sex tape," said the 32-year-old. 

"So if we could sing, it would be OK if we were on stage half-naked. We all love Beyonce, but she’s on stage half-naked and twerking all the time, yet people say, oh, she has talent so she’s able to do that.

We don’t have the talent that Beyonce has, so we get criticised as former sex workers, but at the end of the day we’re just women – we’re all women – and we should all embrace each other. No one is greater. We're all the same."

The star also noted in an interview with Uproxx that she is sick of being defined by her past job as a stripper. 

"She doesn’t understand why Channing Tatum is considered a respectable actor when he’s a former stripper much like Rose," said a source. 

"She points out how everyone mentions her with 'stripper' as a prefix, but Tatum easily slid into respectability with a few semi-serious movie roles.

"I doubt Rose even minds Tatum as a person, for she’s simply weary of the double gender standards."

Love her or hate her, you have to admire her for speaking her mind.

Geordie Shore has become such a big deal over here that we almost forgot that it wouldn't even exist if it wasn't for the Jersey Shore crew. 

MTV's colossal reality show put this style of TV on the map and who can ever forget the antics of Snooki, the Situation and our fave Pauly "the caaabs are here" D. 

And while Jersey Shore has been over for years, it seems that the ever entertaining romance of the series between Sammi 'the sweatheart' Giancola and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro may have just endured.

Sam and Ron's on-off relationship on the show was notorious for its fiery arguments and making it super awkward for everyone else in the house.  

If you had forgotten how bad it used to be, here's a little reminder. 

Though the show ended in 2012, the couple remained together until their split just over a year and a half ago. 

But reports today are confirming that the pair are back on as they celebrated Sam's birthday yesterday with a close circle of friends. 

"They are seeing each other again, [but] taking it slower this time around," said a source to E! News.

She may have only broken up with her musician boyfriend Rory Williams in the last month, but it seems that Irish presenter Laura Whitmore is in hot demand. 

After her notorious run-in with Hollywood bachelor Leonard DiCaprio at the BAFTA's, it is now rumoured that the presenter is dating former Game of Thrones actor Richard Madden. 

Rich played Robb Stark in the popular HBO series until his character was killed off in the third season but went on to star as Prince Charming in the hotly anticpated live-action remake of Cinderella last year. 

According to the Sun, the pair were introduced through mutual pal and fellow GOT actor, Kit Harrington.

"Laura knows the Game of Thrones cast well, especially Kit, and got to know Richard through those connections," said a source to the paper. 

"She has been telling friends she is excited by the new romance. It’s still early days but it is already clear they really like each other."

"Richard immediately felt a connection and thinks this could go somewhere. There’s real chemistry between them."

"He has done much of the wooing but they’re both very keen."

Meanwhile, Laura also had the exact same reaction we would have had meeting one her fave 90s girl groups, Irish girlband B*Witched. 

And that reaction is to bother them for loads of selfies and also try to convince them to let her join the band.

It seems that Taylor Swift has been trumped in the social media stakes and by a member of her own squad no less. 

That's gotta hurt. 

Yep, pop star and Taylor's BFF Selena Gomez has just pipped Tay to the post this week by stealing her crown of the most-followed person on Instagram.

While Taylor is sitting pretty at 69.2 million followers, Selena just edged up to 69.5 at the time of writing making her the most popular person on the photo-sharing app. 

And we can't say we are super surprised. 

Taylor may have to a large fan-base, but the Hands to Myself singer is much more active on the platform consistently posting a hearty mix of personal and work photos as well as her amazing style. 

Despite winning the social media stakes, Selena has admitted in a recent radio interview that she would love to do a proper collaboration with her pal. 

"The opportunity has always been there and I think she is one of the most talented songwriters I have ever met. I don't know – I would want it to be a moment but we'll see." 

Meanwhile other Instagram queens such as Kim Kardashian remain well behind on 63.6 million followers while sister Kylie is on a respectable 54.3.

Kim Kardashian caused total uproar on social media last week after the reality star posted a naked pic to Instagram.

And young actress Chloe Moretz felt the full wrath of Kim and her supporters after the reality star called her out for urging Kim to be a better role model. 

"Let's all welcome Chloe G Moretz to Twitter, since no one knows who she is. your Nylon cover is cute boo," read the stinging tweet. 

But it seems that after all the dust has settled, Chloe has decided to speak about the incident. 

"All I'll say is that I think a lot of things can be misconstrued in a lot of ways," said the 19-year-old to Elle. 

"I think if people looked into something bigger that I was trying to speak upon, they wouldn't be so easy to fire back silly, miscellaneous things."

Kim mentioned Chloe's Nylon cover in her tweet, alluding to the fact that the young actress was also almost nude in the shot save for a strategically placed coat. 

"I mean, I think that's also a lot more based on artwork, so that's a little bit of a different conversation," said Chloe, defending the cover.  

"Like, if I'm talking to a photographer, I'm talking to a stylist, I'm talking to a makeup artist, we're kind of creating and collaborating and making something that is artwork and is special and is different.

"Yeah, it's representing myself, but it's also not representing myself, because it's a character piece. So, I think that is a big difference.

"On social media, like on Instagram and stuff that I post, and the way that I view myself, and portray myself on there, that's definitely a much more personalised take. 

"I'm not collaborating with people to make that, it's my own social media platform in which I'm–it's not a character, it's just me." 

Hmmmm. 

The Neighbours 2 star went on to give her own advice to young fans. 

"Depict yourself adequately as what you want to be seen as. Don't front, don't put something out there that you feel isn't realistic and doesn't portray who you are.

"Just be yourself, be you, and don't be afraid to speak your mind."

Talk about dreams come true. 

The Princess Diaries only had two instalments which in our opinion is not nearly enough, 

And it seems that Hollywood agrees with us because news has just broke of a final film to complete the popular trilogy. 

Director Garry Marshall spilled the beans while out on a press stint for his latest flick, Mother's Day. 

"I was with Anne Hathaway a couple weeks ago, it looks like we want to do Princess Diaries 3 in Manhattan," said the director of the original films. 

"Anne is very pregnant, so we have to wait until she has the baby and then I think we're going to do it."

That's good enough for us! 

The director even hinted at the return of another star, Chris Pine, who appeared in the second film. 

"Maybe… He's quite big now, you know.

"[But] Chris Pine likes me, you know why? Because his father is in Mother's Day!"

Ooh, what a fortunate coincidence… 

And the question on everyone's lips: what about Julie Andrews? No word as of yet but lets just say watch this space…
