When it comes to showing off her lady parts, Riri always finds a way to go the extra mile.

The Barbadian beauty showed off her assets – yet again – when she attended the after party of a show during Paris Fashion Week.

Clearly the Pour It Up singer didn’t want to leave any room to the imagination!

You’d think flaunting her cleavage at the Balmain fashion show on Thursday was enough…..

12 Years a Slave star Lupita Nyong’o delivered a pretty emotional speech when she accepted her award for Best Breakout Performance at Essence magazine’s seventh annual Women in Hollywood luncheon.

The Oscar nominee talked openly about how, when she was a child, she “got teased and taunted about [her] skin” and often wished that it was lighter.

Talking at the lunch, Lupita said: “My one prayer to God was that I would wake up lighter skinned. The morning would come and I would be so excited about seeing my new skin that I would refuse to look down at myself until I was in front of the mirror.”

The Mexican actress said that it wasn’t until she met Sudanese model, Alek Wek, that she started to feel comfortable in her own skin. Talking about Alek, the 30-year-old said: “I couldn’t believe that people were embracing a woman who looked so much like me as beautiful.”

Lupita, who has won a Screen Actors Guild Award, hopes to inspire other young people. She says: “I hope that my presence on your screen and my face in magazines may lead you, young girls, on a beautiful journey.”

Kelly Osbourne is known for her healthy lifestyle and is often seen snapping pictures of her post-workout clothes. However her recent picture on Instagram is a little more than simple exercise.

Kelly posted a photo of her arm hooked up to what looks like an IV drip.

These “shots” are said to be vitamins for boosting the immune system and are proving very popular with celebrities. Cara Delevigne and Michelle Rodriguez were pictured with one recently also.

In her Instgram post, Kelly claimed the drip was due to her hectic week writing: “Oscars week is in FULL FORCE!! Definitely in need of one of these babies to stay healthy!…”

Hmm, inserting a drip to stay healthy seems so extreme; can it really beat good ol’ fruit and veg?

It looks as if Ellie Goulding may be taking some dating tips from Taylor Swift. The singer was seen with Frankie Sandford’s ex Dougie Poyter as of late.

Linked briefly with Ed Sheeran and enjoying a stint with Skrillex, Ellie appears to have moved onto McBusted’s Dougie.

The two were seen hanging out two nights this week and looked very cosy, despite Dougie telling Jonathon Ross: “we’re friends.” Suuuure.

Dougie previously went out with The Saturday’s Frankie  for two years on and off and was said to have taken their break-up hard.

Nobody likes fighting with their other half. It’s emotionally draining and no fun but here are some reasons it may actually benefit your relationship in the long run.

1. Fighting means you are still passionate
If you didn’t deeply love the person you wouldn’t bother fighting with them! Although this is for the couple who fight once in a while, everyday may mean there are deeper issues.

2. Improves communication skills
Fighting means you learn more about your partner – what annoys them, their fighting “style” and more importantly, how to fix it.

3. Stops a build-up of resentment
Having a big blow-out will mean you clear the air. Get everything out there and it can be resolved one way or another. If you keep it all in the problems will get bigger and bigger until it is too late.

4. Apologies can be fun
If you know you overreacted about him leaving crumbs in the butter then apologise. But do it sweetly and make him laugh – a cute note or a funny face can go a long way! Make-ups are always fun, remember? So an apology may be worth it in the end!
