It's just over three weeks until Xposé presenter Lisa Cannon ties the knot with her fiancé Richard Keatley in the beautiful Italian city of Florence.

From picking her dress to fitting in pre-wedding workouts, Lisa's been a busy bride-to-be over the last few months, but she's in no danger of crumbling under the pressure. "You do see the end picture and think, it's just a few more weeks," she says.

It's been almost two years since loud-mouthed lass Sophie Kasaei quit MTV's Geordie Shore, but she says she doesn't regret a thing.

Sophie says she's much more in control of her life nowadays. "When you're on Geordie Shore you're in there for six weeks, you're partying every night, you're not going to the gym, you're very controlled by the producers… Now I do go to they gym around two or three times a week," she explained to S! TV.

The 25-year-old says she's no longer a "fat slob" and she's loving her busy new schedule. And with her own clothing boutique, beauty salon and party planning companies on the go, we reckon she barely has time to stop.

Sophie was in Dublin recently to give her support to Flutterby Fashion Styling's fashion show in aid of Fibromyalgia and FibroIreland, put together by stylists Nicole and Shauna Spain. Check out her interview and more backstage fun from the show in the video above.

Thousands of revellers descended upon the grounds of Charleville Castle in Tullamore last weekend for one of the most beautiful boutique events of the year… the Castlepalooza Music and Arts Festival.

There was music from Jape, Flight Like Apes, Alex Metric, Of Montreal and more, plus comedy, spoken word and incredible food to boot.

The Hunger Games series has gotten more and more thrilling with every instalment, and the wait for the final film is almost over.

The full-length trailer for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 was released today, and it looks just as dark and dramatic as we had expected. Get ready for the final battle, as Katniss attempts to take on the Capital and President Snow, and to liberate the citizens of war-torn Panem once and for all.

Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson all return for the fourth and last film, which is set to hit cinemas in November.

Lunch breaks… remember those?

If you work in an office where eating at your desk (or while standing at the counter in the office kitchen) is pretty much standard, you will identify with this latest video from College Humor. In fact, you'll probably identify with it as you brush crumbs off your desk from that Londis roll you ate in front of your computer earlier.

The too-close-to-home video, titled "Your Desk: The Hottest New Lunch Spot," hits the nail on the head when it comes to sad desk lunches. Whether your go-to is eating a "limp salad while gazing vacantly at a HuffPo article," or a "vending machine pastry hastily scarfed in the middle of a conference call," you'll see a little bit of your 9-5 life in this video.

As for the "mayo-covered keyboard" from the "mayo-covered menu," who hasn't fallen foul of a messy sandwich while at their desk?
