At the age of 18, the talented Margot Robbie earned a role on the set of popular Aussie soap Neighbours, a show which Leonardo Di Caprio became very interested in after meeting the blonde actress.

Opening up about her Wolf of Wall Street co-star, Margot revealed: "When I started on The Wolf, Leo and Martin Scorcese had heard of Neighbours and were aware of what it was, but they hadn't seen any epsiodes."

Determined to remedy that oversight, the Hollywood star did what any of us would do in that situation and immediately went online to school himself on the ins and outs of Ramsey Street.

Admitting that the theme song of the long-running Australian soap could be heard on the set of the 2014 film, 24-year-old Margot chatted about Leo's interest in her past roles.

Appearing at the soap's 30th anniversary reunion, Margot told the Sunday Telegraph that Leo was determined to get to grips with her character Donna Freedman on Neighbours, saying: "He went on YouTube and watched a few clips."

How nervous would you be having Oscar-nominated (eek- touchy subject) Leonardo Di Caprio check out your CV?!

Everybody's favourite TV presenter, Dermot O'Leary, has had a close call this weekend following a car accident in Kenya.

The 41-year-old X Factor star was filming for Comic Relief when a passing vehicle careered off the road, almost crashing into the makeshift beds Dermot and a group of homeless boys were occupying.

Immediately taking to social media to assure the public that both the boys and Dermot survived the frightening incident, Comic Relief staff tweeted: "A car crashed into a ditch feet away from the boys. Everyone is fine, but a big lucky escape."

Dermot, who was sleeping rough with youngsters Fred, Maurice and Hannington, was said to be shaken but unharmed following the terrifying incident.

The danger associated with sleeping rough by busy roads was proven following the accident, with the charity having earlier tweeted: "It's an incredibly vulnerable place to sleep which is why they stick together. The cars, motorbikes and rickshaws are so close the noise is something to behold."

The star also took to Twitter to thank fans and followers for their support in the aftermath of the frightening event and paid tribute to the youngsters he befriended during filming.

 Fingers crossed the rest of the trip goes off without a hitch.

Less than a year after their first date, the high-profile couple announced their engagement and according to sources, they've been planning it non-stop since!

A source close to the couple revealed that details regarding the big day have been given constant attention, saying: "Mark and Michelle have been planning this day since they got engaged in 2013. Hours and hours of planning have gone into it from both of them."

Following Kelly Osbourne's shock departure from hit E! show Fashion Police, it has now emerged that her friend Zendaya urged her friend to reconsider her decision.

30-year-old Kelly felt compelled to leave the fashion show after her colleague Giuliana Rancic made ill-advised comments about Zendaya's hair on the red carpet, but it seems that Kelly's friend thinks she needs to forgive and forget.

Sources close to the star have opened up about the controversy, saying; "Zendaya told Kelly that she shouldn’t quit Fashion Police because of the race argument. She said that now that an apology was made, everybody should move on and try and forgive and forget."

Kelly known for her outspoken attitude didn't agree and felt that she had no choice but to quit the show, with an insider revealing: "Kelly finds it difficult to forgive people. [She] felt she needed to make a stand – because of her own beliefs – and went through with resigning from her post."

According to reports, Kelly felt she couldn't work alongside Giuliana following the controversy and thought it best to move on.

While Zendaya was apparently moved by her friend's loyalty, she was concerned that her friend may regret her decision, with a source revealing: "Zendaya was touched by Kelly’s motives, but she didn’t want her friend to give up a job she loves. But Kelly felt she had no option."

We don't think we've heard the last of this one!

Fifty Shades of Grey star Dakota Johnson hasn't had the best week, has she?

After getting caught up in a mortifying mum/ daughter spat on the red carpet in front of millions of viewers, the actress now faces criticism for her role in a recent Saturday Night Live skit.

The actress, who was hosting the long-running comedy show this week, took part in a parody which referenced ISIS in a move that sent social media into overdrive.

Calling out both the show and the actress on their poor taste, members of the public tweeted their dismay at the show's handling of such a sensitive subject, saying: "When you have loved ones being slaughtered by ISIS, the #SNL skit doesn't seem so funny. Absolutely disgusting @nbcsnl"

According to reports, the controversial skit was intended to be a parody of a Toyota Camry commercial, however that justification has done little to appease those outraged by the performance.

We wonder how Dakota will deal with this one.

But it seems nothing fazes Britney Spears these days. She can have a two-foot pony tail fall off the back of her bed and land between her legs and that pro doesn't miss a beat.

Performing at Planet Hollywood this week, the mum-of-two was entertaining the crowd with Do Something when an over-enthusiastic hop and excited arm movement sent her ponytail sliding to the floor.

Either completely oblivious to the barnet malfunction or unconcerned about it, the singer soldiered on through her Vegas performance and gave a spin that was so on-point it nearly brought tears to our eyes.

Britney, you teach us so much.

The whole world had resigned themselves to the fact that they were just never going to see Taylor Swift's bellybutton, but it was OK, we had learned to live with it and knew that we were super strong for not making a fuss about it.

But then Tay messed with us completely and whipped out the body part in question while holiday'ing with the Haim gals in Hawaii recently.

So, what the hell brought this turnabout around?!

Opening up about the candid bikini shots, the feisty Style singer admitted that she did it in an attempt to get one up on some seriously pesky paps.

In a recent interview with BBC radio, Tay got down to business and addressed the bellybutton unveiling, saying: "My security gets out the binoculars and see that they [photographers] have a huge, long lens camera."

Oh no, they didn't!

Recalling her irritation that the paps would be flogging their snaps, Taylor was matter-of-fact about the whole thing, admitting: "We go back to the beach and realise 'OK, so they got pictures of us in our bikinis. I don't want them to make like $100,000 for a bikini shot."

Determined to play them at their own game, Taylor reveals the four girls were having none of it, saying: "So we're like 'Get up on the bow of the boat.' We're taking better bikini shots so that they don't make as much money on theirs."

Bravo girls, bravo!

The Fifty Shades of Grey star was spotted having the craic with locals in Kelly's Bar in the Co. Laois town and it's no surprise that those lucky enough to spot the 32-year-old-actor were mad keen to get in a snap with the star.

And who can blame them?

And then those that heard the news, but were unable to meet him for the bants were forced to take to Twitter to lament their horrendous luck.

Michella Rodriquez has issued an apology following comments she made regarding ethnic minorities in Hollywood.

Discussing movie roles in footage which was since made public, the Fast and Furious actress said: "Because of this whole 'minorities in Hollywood' thing… it's so stupid. Sop stealing all the white people's superheroes. Make up your own."

The comments which sparked furious backlash led the 36-year-old to admit she suffered a foot-in-mouth moment and didn't intend to cause offence, saying: "I have a tendency to speak without a filter- sorry about all that."

Taking to Facebook to clarify her comments, the star said: "What I really meant was that… I think there are many cultures in Hollywood that are not white and that can come up with their own mythology."

Determined to play down the controversy and explain her stance, Michelle went on to say: "I think that people should stop being lazy and people should make an effort in Hollywood to develop their own mythology."

Hmmm, we wonder if Michelle's explanation for her ill-advised comments will be enough to silence her critics!

Looks there might be a new couple on the celebrity circuit if post-Brit Awards reports are anything to go by!

According to onlookers model Cara Delevingne and US singer St. Vincent, also known as Annie Clarke , got particularly cosy at a top London nightspot after the massive music event.

Sources say the talented pair shared a kiss and according to onlookers at the Universal party, "they made no effort to hide their affections." Aw, how smitten do they sound?!

St. Vincent, who was nominated for Best International Female at the prestigious awards last Wednesday but lost out to Taylor Swift, released her debut album in 2007 and has always remained a bit of a mystery within the music industry.

Reluctant to discuss her personal life, the singer has kept schtum on personal relationships and once told told Rolling Stone magazine: "I believe in gender fluidity and sexual fluidity. I don’t really identify as anything."

While some people believe the Cara and Annie may be just good friends, others speculated that there was a definite spark between the pair after they were seen leaving the party together.

Lily met Kwame when she was in the process of developing her share-and-trade website Impossible and credit her boyfriend's contribution, saying: "He offered the most profound gift, to help build the platform."
