Amy Hart has been celebrating her son’s christening. 

The former Love Island star welcomed her baby boy, Stanley, into the world back in March with her boyfriend Sam Rason.

After a busy weekend and a ‘family-filled’ day, Amy has revealed her son got christened surrounded by his loved ones, and she made sure to include a touching family tradition on the day.

Hart posted a collection of gorgeous pictures from the big day to her 1.1M Instagram followers.

The snaps show Amy, Sam and Stanley posting for lovely family photos, as well as images from the church ceremony and a look inside the celebration after the service was complete. 

The former reality TV star, who was dressed in a beautiful blue dress with a matching fascinator, captioned the post, “Stanley’s Christening. Such a wonderful, family filled day celebrating our little man!”.

She added, “Was so amazing to bring our friends and families together and they all got on like a house on fire! More pics tomorrow as we are KNACKERED”.

Many of Amy’s fans headed to the comments to share their thoughts on the stunning photos. 

“You all look beautiful, what a wonderful happy day, congratulations to you all”, penned one fan.

Another commenter wrote, “Congratulations such a special day for you all”. “I love the gown tradition. Beautiful”, added a third fan.

Amy then took to her Instagram Stories to share old family photos with her great grandad who originally owned the christening gown that Stanley wore on his special day. 

The mum-of-one explained, “This is my great grandad Bert and all his siblings, the gown was made for him in either 1902 or 1904 (two different uncles views on the timeline) but now I want to know more!”.

“Did they all have their own one? Or did they all wear this one? But how did we end up with it out of all the siblings?! Sadly I don’t think there’s anyone alive who will know the answer”.

Hayley Hughes is now a mum!

Congratulations are in order for Hayley Hughes as he has welcomed her first child into the world. 

Hayley rose to fame during her time in the Love Island villa back in 2018. 

Since sharing the wonderful news of her baby’s arrival with the public, many former Love Island stars have shared their excitement for the new mum on social media. 

Hayley took to Instagram to reveal the birth of her baby boy with her 752K Instagram followers. 

The 27-year-old shared a collection of gorgeous photos with her bundle of joy, including snaps from the hospital, pictures of the tot fast asleep, and a video of the newborn being bathed. 

Hayley captioned the sweet post “25/08/2023, you are everything & more than we could have ever imagined my precious boy”.

“I can’t believe you are ours to love forever, my little family of 3 #cloud9 #unconditional #myworld #perfection”.

Many fans of the former reality TV star and other Love Islanders rushed to the comments to share congratulatory messages with Hayley.

Samira Mighty wrote, “Awwwww yayyyy”.

“Omg congratulations a thousand times over I’m so happy for you and proud of you”, penned Georgia Louise Harrison. 

Kendall Rae Knight added, “Omg congratulations lovely”.

Hughes announced she was expecting her first child back in April when she unveiled her blossoming baby bump on social media. 

While revealing her pregnancy, Hayley said, “A dream come true. my little baby bear. you are all we have ever wanted”.

She has kept her relationship, which she's been in for over a year, private and hasn’t shared photos with her mystery beau’s face in them online.

Hayley is yet to reveal her baby boy’s name but we can’t wait to hear what moniker she’s chosen for him!

Joyous Wicklow music & arts festival Beyond the Pale gets its first summer 2024 shout out today by releasing details of the first 14 names from its diverse action-packed programme.

This includes top quality names such as Jungle, Jessie Ware, Nova Amor and Kelly Lee Owens – all of whom will be playing their only Irish shows next summer at BTP – as well as Irish talents like Gilla Band, Daithí and Anna Mieke. It’s a first taster of what will prove to be an amazing line-up of well over 100 acts.

This will be the third edition of the hugely well-received festival which takes place across 9 areas in the beautiful verdant surrounds of Glendalough Estate, and which previous two editions have made a huge splash, especially with the overall atmosphere and crowd energy. The site is just 30 minute drive from Dublin and offers camping options for adults and kids.

The first headline act being announced for BTP’24 is electronic soul 7-piece Jungle – whose well-received fourth album Volcano came out last week, hitting number 3 in the charts. Beyond the Pale 2024 will be Jungle’s first live show in Ireland in two years.

Another exciting act on a roll playing BTP’24 will be the revitalised Jessie Ware whose highly-acclaimed fifth album came out earlier this year and is on the shortlist to win next month’s Mercury Music Prize for best album of the year. Her new disco-inflected live show has been storming main stages such as Primavera and Glastonbury.

For both Jungle and Jessie Ware, BTP’24 will be their only live show in Ireland in summer 2024.

Other acts in announced in today’s taster of the extensive 2024 music programme include the lilting vocals of rising Welsh singer-songwriter Novo Amor, hugely-acclaimed electronic producer Kelly Lee Owens and Dublin post-punk maestros Gilla Band – all of whom will also be playing their only Irish shows in 2024.

Fans of high-quality live electronic music will be excited to see BTP bringing the likes of the audiovisual beats and melodies of Tourist, Erased Tapes’ latest star Rival Consoles, Berlin’s Parra for Cuva, Mancunian rave legends 808 State and Burren electro-trad legend Daithí, who played such a storming set at this year’s event; he just had to be invited back.

Rounding up the diverse bill of names being announced today are the blissful sounds of Ninja Tunes neo-classical pianist James Heather, Wicklow’s Normal People songstress Anna Mieke, Goan yoga-rave titans Hang Massive and the timeless reggae classics of Trojan Soundsystem

Beyond the Pale has discounted children’s tickets with shows and activities for kids. In addition to the music, there will be Cabaret, Comedy, Theatre, Art Installations, Wellness, Yoga and excellent food & drink options. More details of these will be announced in the coming months.

While campervan tickets for Beyond the Pale 2024 sold out upon release last month, option glamping experience remains available.

Details of public transport options will also be announced in the coming months.

Oti Mabuse has been opening up about her pregnancy journey so far!

The former Strictly Come Dancing champion announced on Saturday that she is expecting her first child with her husband Marius Iepure.

Now, a few days after sharing her wonderful reveal, Oti has admitted that the couple had been trying to conceive for quite some time.

Taking to her Instagram stories earlier today, the 33-year-old uploaded a heartwarming video of herself telling her friend Nkateko Dinwiddy the exciting news.

The clip showcases the two friends posing in their outfits, before Oti admits “I have something to tell you,” and unveils her bump.

Alongside the video, Oti penned a message in which she shared that Nkateko had a feeling that she was pregnant.

“We had been trying for a while and decided to stop (it all just got too much) and just live life as us two as nothing was happening,” Oti recalled.

“We enjoyed each other’s company dinners, concerts, parties, just simply removed all the pressure and here we are!” she exclaimed.

“Our ‘yes’ year is getting better and better and so is our little family,” the couple gushed at the time, adding that they “feel finally ready and excited to share our wonderful news.”

Oti and Marius concluded their message by teasing that their first child could be arriving very soon, as they wrote: “It’s been a beautiful journey so far with close friends and family and nearly over but we have learnt a lot along the way…. Christmas is about to get even louder”.

Will Young is ready to get down on one knee!

The former Love Island star met his girlfriend Jessie Wynter during their time in the villa earlier this year.

As their relationship progresses, Will has revealed he plans on proposing to Jessie and that he’s ‘creeping up’ to giving her a ring.

Speaking to MailOnline, Young revealed, “Last week I made a romantic gesture to Jessie. I won't lie, we are creeping up to the ring. We are creeping up to it”.

“First stage is the goats, give us a couple of months and then the next thing is going to come and we will keep getting stronger and moving forward”.

Jessie went on to admit, “I love Will so much and I don't need a ring to know that. I know we love each other”.

Explaining that Will is already trying to figure out her ring size, Jessie said, “We were sitting at dinner the other night and he takes my ring off my finger and was holding it and asked, ‘Does this ring fit you well?’. I looked at him like, ‘What? Why do you care about that?’. He was acting so awkward”.

Will went on to add, “Not going to lie I thought Jessie hadn't clocked that. I just took the ring and was like, ‘How does this fit you?’”. 

“It's the first time I've actually realised you clocked what I was doing. If I'm being completely honest, for me I know what I want and that's babies, marriage and living with Jessie for the rest of my life. It is going to happen”.

The Love Islander then revealed, ”It's completely different to any relationship I have ever had, my last serious relationship was when I was 16, so it was very immature”.

“Coming out the villa I had to tell her like, ‘This is my first proper relationship and I am still learning but we are growing together’”.

“We have got so much love for one another and we have silly disagreements, like, ‘You haven't made the bed’, but we talk through it and move on”.

The lovebirds then explained that they are saving to buy a house together, but have ‘nothing set in stone’ in terms of settling down in the UK or Jessie’s home-country of Australia. 

“At the minute we have been to Australia and we came back for the UK summer. The plan for us is to do six months here and six months there”.

“We are both real family people and I want to spend time with my family and Jessie and she wants to spend time with hers and me, so six months here six months there”.

Jessie revealed, “We are not setting plans. If we want to go to Australia, we will go. We have nothing set in stone, we are winning and I love the UK”.

“We are saving for a house though, we have a joint account and I haven't had my nails done in months, we are being stingy”.

Una Healy is set to star in this year’s Christmas Panto Sammy, Buffy and the Beanstalk.

Earlier today, Alan Hughes & Karl Broderick of panto.ie announced the exciting news that Una Healy, known for being a member of the hit pop group The Saturdays, will star as the Fairy Queen in their spectacular 25th Anniversary Panto Sammy, Buffy & the Beanstalk.

The enchanting production will take to the stage at The National Stadium later this year.

Speaking about her upcoming role, Una revealed, “I was blown away by Alan and Karl's panto when we went recently. My cheeks were sore from laughing at Sammy Sausages and the hysterical Buffy”.

“My kids are delighted I'll be in it as they still say funny lines from it around the house. Every girl wants to be a panto fairy and The National Stadium is a perfect panto venue”.

Healy went on to add, “To be in their 25th anniversary panto is also really special. You don't get to 25 unless you're bloomin' good. I am so excited, oh yes I am”.

Una’s role will be filmed in advance due to the wonders of modern technology, in order to capture the essence of the ethereal fairy.

Amy Dowden has shared a health update as she battles cancer. 

The Strictly Come Dancing star was diagnosed with grade three breast cancer earlier this year.

Opening up about the scary ordeal that meant she had to be rushed to hospital, Amy spoke to Hello! about the incident which happened after her first round of chemo. 

“I wasn't feeling too bad that day, just sick, but a couple of hours later I started having a temperature of 37.7 degrees Celsius. At the time, I didn’t realise that having a temperature of 37.5 or above could be fatal for a chemo patient. I just thought it was my reaction to chemo, but as it turned out, I had already got an infection”.

Amy had been at home with her mum, Gillian, when she started to feel very ill as she was ‘breathless and complaining of a pain in her chest’. 

“I felt freezing cold but I was all clammy and shaking. My mum and dad rang my red card [which provides the chemotherapy team’s contact details and current treatment information] and they said to hang up and ring the ambulance”.

When paramedics arrived at her home, they advised the professional dancer to go straight to hospital but Amy was reluctant. 

“I didn't want to go into hospital; at the time I didn’t realise how ill I was. I knew it was a Saturday night, so A&E would probably be crowded, and it was dangerous being around people as it’s more likely you’ll pick up an infection”.

“On chemo, you don't have your white blood cells to fight infection. We now know I had the infection just before I started chemo, but we were never able to pinpoint what actually caused it”.

Amy’s mum admitted, “We didn’t know what to do with ourselves, everything was looking very serious. What I couldn’t believe is how quick the situation can change and how little time you have to respond”.

Dowden went on to explain, “The doctors and nurses were telling me I had sepsis and that it was life-threatening, but I wasn’t taking it in. I didn’t become properly aware until later. I told my dad, ‘I’ve got sepsis’, and he said, ‘I know!’”.

The 33-year-old returned home on August 8, only to be back in hospital on her birthday, August 10, due to a rise in her temperature. 

“I just got very, very unlucky. I’m also more prone to infections because my Crohn’s means I have a lower immune system”.

The funeral plans for the two siblings who lost their lives in a car accident on Friday night have been confirmed.

Luke McSweeney (24) and his younger sister Grace McSweeney (18) sadly passed away after the car they were travelling in crashed outside Clonmel, in Co. Tipperary.

Luke and Grace’s fellow passengers, Nicole Murphy (18) and Zoey Coffey (18), tragically also lost their lives in the accident.

The crash occurred at around 7:30pm on August 25, as Luke was driving his sister and her two friends to a Leaving Cert celebration party. Heartbreakingly, the three girls had only received their exam results earlier that day.

A few days on from their sudden deaths, the McSweeney family have now confirmed that Luke and Grace’s joint funeral will take place later this week.

Speaking on RTÉ Radio 1’s Morning Ireland programme, parish priest Father John Treacy announced the details on behalf of the relatives. 

“We have confirmation for Luke and Grace McSweeney, their funeral will take place on Friday morning at St Peter and Paul Church at 11.30am, followed by a burial in St Patrick’s cemetery,” he stated.

According to a memorial post on RIP.ie, the two siblings are survived by their mother Brigid (nee Phelan), their father Paul, their brothers Mark and David, and their wider family and friends.

Following the heartbreaking tragedy, hundreds of people from Clonmel and the surrounding areas gathered in the town for a vigil. 

Candles were passed around for those in attendance, which included Zoey and Nicole’s fellow students from Presentation Secondary School, as well as Luke and Grace’s former classmates from Loreto Secondary School.

The funeral arrangements for both Zoey and Nicole have yet to be confirmed to the public.

She explained, “Still very surreal that our gorgeous boy is here. I just stare at his little face all day (and night!!)”.

“Also wanted to say a huge thank you for all the love for baby Bobby. Such an emotional time already but to feel so much love has been such a great support so thank you".

The pharmacist went on to reveal, “He also likes his play gym but has yet to get on board with the co-sleeper”.

Jess shared a candid insight into her experience with breastfeeding by admitting, “Breastfeeding is no joke and Bobby is the hungriest little cherub I’ve ever seen!!”.

“It’s a marathon not a sprint, allowing myself all the emotions, patience and kindness while we both journey through it together”.

Sharing a snap of herself and Bobby in his pram, she went on to say, “First walk was special. Couldn’t stop smiling at everyone that passed with a new sense of pride over my boy”.

Jess then detailed advice for other new mums by explaining, “Also as a new mum you’ll hear all kinds of dos and don’ts which can be overwhelming. You do what’s best for you and baby, keeping that baby happy and healthy and minding yourself along the journey is all that matters”.

Jess and Rob announced their baby boy had been born last week by unveiling adorable pictures of the family-of-three at the hospital to social media.

The 30-year-old captioned the sweet post, “Bobby Brian Kearney – hard to believe there was a world that you didn’t exist in, we love you endlessly baby boy. 21.08.23”.

Fans have been reacting to Maya Jama and Stormzy’s recent rekindling!

The Love Island host and rapper superstar ended their relationship in 2019. Ever since their breakup, fans of the celebrity couple have been wondering if they could ever get back together in the future.

Well, it now appears as though they finally have their answer, as Maya and Stormzy have been spotted in public, looking loved-up together.

In recent days, fans had been speculating that the pair were on holiday together in Greece, as both Maya and Stormzy posted videos on social media showcasing an identical villa.

It has since been confirmed that the lovebirds are indeed on holiday together, and that their romance is back on. 

In images obtained by MailOnline, the 29-year-old TV presenter and 30-year-old Vossi Bop hitmaker can be seen strolling through the streets of Hydra Island together, holding hands and smiling.

Since the reveal of their adorable snaps, fans of the couple have been taking to social media to express their delight at Maya and Stormzy’s reunion.

“I don’t know them personally, but seeing them back together makes me happy,” one Twitter user penned.

“Good for them man! That’s what we like to see,” another wrote.

“THEY’RE FINALLY BACK TOGETHER YESSSS,” a third fan exclaimed.

Maya and Stormzy first met at an event in October 2014, and a few months later, the pair began to date. The couple continued their romance for four years, before calling it quits in 2019.

Stormzy has remained open in the past about his regret with his relationship with Maya.

“My break-up, that was probably the biggest catalyst for growth as a man,” the BRIT award winner stated in an interview with Louis Theroux last year.

“It was like, OK, you made a mistake and you lose someone you loved, someone you cared for, someone who is special to you,” he added at the time.
