Charlotte Crosby has paid tribute to her late nan Jean in a very heartwarming way.

The former Geordie Shore star’s nan tragically passed away in November of last year, just one month after Charlotte welcomed her daughter Alba Jean into the world.

Almost a year after her nan’s death, Charlotte has honoured her during her latest appearance on television.

The 33-year-old took part in The Masked Singer Australia as Space Fairy, where she dedicated a song for her nan, Elvis Presley’s version of Always on My Mind.

Opening up about the performance to her 8.8M Instagram followers, Charlotte admitted that she believed the song was an option for her to sing on the show as a sign from her nan.

Posting a photo of herself and Jean at the cinema to see the recent Elvis movie, Crosby explained, “This was us at elvis eating our hotdogs. I think I was finishing hers off hahahahaha because I’m a greedy guts!”.

“I miss her so much and this song was dedicated to her. When I chose this song it was for my nana it was on my list for a reason I truly believe that”.

She went on to post a snippet of her singing the emotional song as she went on to say, “What an experience. I will forever pinch myself. I sang on stage infront of a huge audience and famous judges! Something I couldn’t of even really done infront of a group of friends”.

“I wish more then anything I could of shown my nana this. I never once sang infront of her. She didn’t have a clue. She would of loved this! She would of been so shocked, and so so so proud!”.

“She never ever watched my antics on reality tv she didn’t like it. I wish she could of seen this. Something for her to be proud of!”.

The reality TV star closed off by adding, “I hope more than anything she’s watching down. I hope I see her again to talk about it”.

After opening up about her nan’s death last year, Charlotte detailed her heartbreak in a moving social media post.

She explained, “Heartbroken doesn’t come close to how I’m feeling. The love of my life and the light of my life. From a little girl until now I have adored every inch of you. My brave strong nana. My beautiful nana”.

“You were there when I entered the world and I was there when you took your last breath and left. I don’t think my world will ever be the same without you”.

Charlotte added, “I named my daughter after you for a reason nana I don’t think you will ever truly know how much I loved and adored you and still do”.

The topic of digestive surgery has gained immense attention in recent years, especially with such a huge number of people affected by obesity. This staggering statistic underscores the gravity of the issue, propelling many to consider surgical solutions. While some people choose these surgeries out of necessity, others see them as a path to better overall health and an easier life.

This article sheds light on the profound impact of digestive surgeries, as we look into the visible benefits and the deeper, personal transformations they can create.

Potential for weight management and control

When we look at the rising numbers of obesity in the US, it's clear we need to talk about options. There are various types of digestive surgeries available, such as gastric bypass, laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding, and biliopancreatic diversion with duodenal switch. Amongst these, gastric sleeve surgery stands out. This procedure can help people shed the extra weight and embark on a healthier path. By reducing the stomach's size by 75% to 85% and creating a smaller gastric pouch, sleeve gastrectomy helps limit food intake and promotes a feeling of fullness sooner, thereby assisting in weight loss efforts.

But remember, where you get the surgery done matters as well. Being close to a top-notch medical centre can make both deciding to get the surgery and recovering afterward a lot smoother. For instance, if you reside in Phoenix, AZ, choosing a clinic near you can ensure multiple advantages. Deciding to do your gastric sleeve surgery in Phoenix AZ means easier post-operative visits for your close family, quick access to emergency care if needed, and a supportive community of local patients to share the journey with.

This isn't just about cosmetic changes but a deep, intrinsic shift in metabolic health. The body starts functioning more optimally, and with the right post-operative care, individuals find themselves on a trajectory towards their weight goals. Countless personal success stories punctuate this narrative, with individuals achieving and maintaining a healthier weight post-surgery, something they had struggled with for years if not decades.

Physical improvements after surgery

One of the most direct and noticeable benefits following digestive surgery is the improvement in physical well-being. For many, chronic pain, discomfort, or the consistent nag of digestive issues have been a constant companion. Post-surgery, many individuals report enhanced digestion. This means food is processed more efficiently, leading to better health.

Another significant advantage is the reduction or even elimination of reflux or heartburn; conditions that affect a significant portion of the population. Imagine a life where you're no longer held hostage by the unpredictable whims of your stomach; that's what many patients experience post-surgery.

Mental and emotional benefits

The realm of digestive health isn't confined just to the physical. The mental and emotional toll of dealing with chronic digestive issues can be just as daunting. Once these physical ailments are alleviated, a corresponding positive shift in mental and emotional well-being is often observed. As a result, there's an evident improvement in self-esteem for many.

Chronic diseases, especially those related to digestion such as IBS, often come with a side serving of embarrassment which can take a toll on your emotions. Whether it's unpredictability in social situations or the simple discomfort of dealing with symptoms, it weighs heavily on the mind.

Post-surgery, the relief from these chronic issues ushers in a newfound confidence, particularly in social settings that involve food. Moreover, there's a marked reduction in anxiety or depression that was previously linked to ongoing digestive problems. The emotional liberation that comes with improved physical health cannot be understated.

Enhanced quality of life

A holistic improvement in quality of life stands out as a beacon of hope for those considering digestive surgery. The effects of better digestive health touch almost every sphere of a person's existence. There's an increased ability to participate in daily activities without any digestive discomfort. This renewed freedom translates into a desire to partake in experiences without being held back.

Additionally, post-surgery, many patients report a surge in their energy levels. No longer drained by constant discomfort or the body's struggle to process food efficiently, they find themselves with an abundance of vitality. This isn't just about physical energy but a mental rejuvenation that propels them to engage more deeply in daily activities.

Digestive surgeries might seem a bit intimidating at first but, here's the thing: for a lot of people, these surgeries are a turning point. They're not just about feeling better on the inside; they can completely transform how you feel about yourself, both in your body and in your mind. Like any big health decision, knowledge is power. Know the ins and outs, consider the good and the not-so-good, and be ready for what comes next.

Paris Fury has opened up about her growing family!

The wife of champion boxer Tyson Fury welcomed her seventh child, a son named Prince Rico Paris, into the world last month.

As their family continues to grow, the couple have been pondering if they would like an eighth child to join baby Rico and their six other children – sons Prince John James (11), Prince Tyson II (7), Prince Adonis Amaziah (4), and daughters Venezuala Lynda (14), Valencia Amber (5) and two-year-old Athena Amour.

Earlier today, Paris appeared on Loose Women and finally discussed if she and her husband intend on adding another baby to their brood.

“We're on the fence whether this is going to be the last one. Every time I have a baby I say no more. Then they go off to school and I get this little inkling,” the 33-year-old teased.

“But seven is a lot, I'm not going to lie. It's very busy in my house,” she admitted further.

Paris then went on to confess that since her newborn son arrived on September 18, she has not been able to sleep.

Despite her exhaustion, the At Home With The Furys star noted that she still attempts to make time for her own self-care each week.

“You've got to create five minutes for yourself – a girls night out, half an hour in the gym, a walk – anything for yourself. As a woman, you need that to make yourself feel good,” she argued.

Paris’ newest revelations came after she recently revealed how her husband Tyson missed the birth of baby Rico.

“Usually he’s there by my side, but he had to bail out because he’s fully immersed in training at camp,” she recalled in an interview with OK!

“He was there until a few hours before Rico was born. Things were going quite slowly, so it seemed like the baby wasn’t going to come until the next day,” Paris explained at the time.

Throughout the trailer, both the voices of Claire Foy and Olivia Colman can be heard speaking as Elizabeth, divulging on the significance of the Crown. The brief video then showcases Staunton coming into view as the late Queen.

“The final chapter is told across six episodes (Part 2). Prince William tries to integrate back into life at Eton in the wake of his mother’s death as the monarchy has to ride the wave of public opinion. As she reaches her Golden Jubilee, the Queen reflects on the future of the monarchy with the marriage of Charles and Camilla and the beginnings of a new Royal fairytale in William and Kate,” they add.

Elizabeth Debicki and Dominic West will return to their respective roles as Princess Diana and Prince Charles. Meanwhile, newcomers Ed McVey, Luther Ford and Meg Bellamy will be joining the cast as Prince William, Prince Harry and Kate Middleton.

Layton Williams has opened up about the trolling he continues to receive due to his fashion choices.

The musical theatre star is currently taking part in the lineup for this year’s Strictly Come Dancing. While the 29-year-old is continuing to earn high praise for his performances each week, Layton is also receiving hate comments about his costumes on the hit BBC show.

For his first live performance last month, the Everybody's Talking About Jamie actor donned a glitzy black jumpsuit with cat-eye makeup.

Then, on Saturday night, Layton and his dance partner Nikita Kuzmin took to the Movie Week dance floor to perform a Viennese Waltz to ‘There Are Worse Things I Could Do’ from Grease. For the dance, Layton dressed up as Pink Ladies member Rizzo, while Nikita transformed into T-Birds stud Kenickie.

Despite receiving a respectable score of 28 for his dance, the Strictly contestant has now admitted that he is continuing to receive negative comments for his wardrobe.

Speaking to OK! on the red carpet of last night’s Pride of Britain Awards, Layton got emotional as he opened up about the trolling he continues to be subjected to.

"At first I was like, 'Oh it won't affect me'," he explained, before admitting that it had.

"I just find it wild when people… like really, are you that pressed? It's just a dress,” he added.

The Bad Education star continued by saying that he does not want to give trolls any more “ammo”, and went on to gush about his Strictly experience.

“I'm actually enjoying it. Like genuinely just having fun. It's just a vibe isn't it? So [I'm] enjoying it, thinking about the bigger picture, and just keeping it moving,” he beamed.

“And you've got to think about the percentage of people, and the amount of love that it's spreading. There's tiny pockets around the country, so that's what I'm trying to concentrate on, the young queens out there,” Layton added.

Strictly Come Dancing continues this Saturday on BBC One at 6:30pm.

Brian Dowling has hit back with claims that his time presenting Big Brother is being “erased”.

The hit reality show has sparked conversations in recent months, following its return to our screens on ITV last night.

Back in 2001, Brian Dowling was crowned the winner of the second-ever series of the show. Following on from his success, the 45-year-old was announced in 2011 as the new host of Big Brother, and he held the role for six series.

Despite his long-running affiliation with the reality show, Brian took to Instagram last night and released a critical statement.

Alongside a press photo of the day he recorded his first pilot for Celebrity Big Brother, the reality star penned: “I was only 33 years old when I was offered the job of hosting the main show. I, of course, said yes, even though it was the spin-off show I wanted & not the main show. But I would have been a fool to turn it down.”

“Speaking honestly, I always feel some people like to change history & try & erase the fact I hosted the show directly after Davina & then it went to Emma [Willis],” Brian admitted.

The father-of-one then went on to give an example from Friday’s edition of This Morning.

“The new hosts of Big Brother AJ [Odudu] & Will [Best] were being interviewed & they were asked if they had spoken to ‘Emma & Davina’ obviously as the ex hosts & then their pics were brought up on screen. Yet again, there wasn't even a mention of my time hosting, or even anyone on the production team that would have at least flagged that I was also an ex-presenter,” Brian explained.

“It would have been so lovely to have been included, or to even get a thumbs up from my peers would be INCREDIBLE. I find it so odd that this keeps happening,” he admitted.

Brian concluded his statement with his thoughts on Big Brother's new presenters.

“I think AJ is a FABULOUS choice as a host. I don't know Will, but he seems like a lot of fun. I would like to wish them both the best of luck as the new hosts,” he wrote.
