Zoe, who is also the older sister of former Strictly Come Dancing finalist Joe Sugg, lastly went on to note how she has been feeling ahead of her baby girl’s birth.

“I’m feeling SO many emotions about going from life with just Ottie to adding in another. I want to make the most of this time we have left as a threesome but equally want to embrace the excitement of a new addition but it’s such a weird juggle of feelings. I feel sad one minute & excited the next!” she confessed.

“I just can’t imagine how life will be and also how quickly time passes & it leaves me feeling like I can’t keep up with the pace. It honestly feels like yesterday that Ottie was wearing the teeny sleepsuits,” Zoe recalled.

Coleen Rooney has shed a light on how she forgave her husband Wayne Rooney following his scandals.

Back in 2002, the former Manchester United footballer, who was 16 at the time, visited a massage parlour to have sex with another woman.

Now, in her new autobiography My Account, Coleen has opened up for the first time about the difficulties she faced with Wayne.

Recalling the moment that she found out about Wayne’s actions, the mum-of-four describes how she felt as though she was in a “horrible dream”.

"The full story was that when he was sixteen, Wayne had visited prostitutes in a Liverpool massage parlour,” the 37-year-old writes in her memoir.

"When Wayne sat me down and told me it was true and that the story was about to break in the national press I was confused and hurt. I couldn't even speak to him,” she admits.

After a lengthy period of “screaming matches” over his infidelity, Coleen then goes on to detail why she eventually chose to forgive her husband.

“He knew how bad this was, how wrong. He looked down at the floor as he told me how devastated he felt having put me in that situation,” she recalls, adding that the couple became “stronger now, more committed”.

Speaking live on This Morning earlier today, Coleen further explained why she chose to fight for her marriage to Wayne, with whom she shares four sons.

"Obviously the relationship with Wayne has been hard over the years, but there’s always been love there so why give up on it? And why not see if you can work it out?” she shared.

“People haven't seen that because we've done that behind closed doors and it's been a battle at times, it's been hard. People only see what's in the press, they don't know what goes on in our life so it's to explain that this is what's happened – it was out there, we've dealt with it, and we're moving on,” she added.

Club Gigi is not just a brand; it's a movement! Rather than solely prioritising smooth skin, Club Gigi is dedicated to addressing the disproportionate pricing of female-focused products, routinely known as 'Pink Tax.' This refers to the higher cost of products marketed towards women over the comparable for men, which is why Club Gigi has priced their entire range in alignment with its male counterpart, ensuring that quality and sustainability are equally accessible.

Not your normal shaving brand, Club Gigi’s full product range includes:

Starter Kit – RRP €17.99 / £17

Be it an avid shaver or just starting your journey, the Starter Kit is essential for smooth skin. Featuring the ‘Rolls-Royce’ of razors, Club Gigi’s iconic, lifetime guarantee stainless steel handle, is ergonomically designed for ease of use, non-slip and with curves in mind to navigate around hard-to-reach areas – making her the ultimate smooth operator.

The starter kit also features 4 of the brand's beloved six-blade razor heads, for the smoothest, closest shave. Made from the highest quality stainless steel and suitable for even the most sensitive of skin types, Club Gigi’s cleverly designed blades capture most (if not all) hairs in one stroke so you don’t have to keep shaving the same area over and over, which is a known irritant and may lead to surface nicks.

Cloud Shave Cream – RRP €13.99 / £13

Ensure the smoothest shave yet with Club Gigi’s Cloud Shave Cream. Ultra-nourishing, protective and hydrating, thanks to its unique formulation infused with Aloe Vera, Shea Butter and Chamomile, Club Gigi’s Cloud Shave Cream is an essential step in your shaving routine. Suitable for all skin types, the Cloud Shave Cream is cruelty-free, vegan and designed specifically to protect from irritation whilst deeply moisturising the skin, especially if you find you have been prone to razor rash in the past. Unlike Aerosol formulas, which may cause irritation and dry skin, the Cloud Shave Cream contains no harmful ingredients, instead offering a nourishing formula for your razor to gently glide along the skin.

Newly Released – Facial Razor – RRP €22.99 / £21

Club Gigi’s newly released rose gold Facial Razor is an all-in-one multitasking marvel. The stainless steel dermaplaning tool is not only suitable for pesky vellus hair (also known as peach fuzz) that many of us experience, but is also fantastic for shaping the eyebrows, removing hair on the upper lip, offering a light skin exfoliation while also tackling unnecessary fuzz everywhere in between (be it ankles, toes, hands – anywhere!).

Crafted from quality stainless steel, the heavy-weighted multitasker will not only last longer but also offer better results while not dragging the skin. The strong and mighty blade will capture most (if not all hairs) in one single swipe while lightly exfoliating, leaving you soft and glowing with an even texture, better able to absorb our precious skincare routines and offer a smooth canvas for make-up application.

What’s best? Club Gigi also offers a subscription model on all of their products, giving the option for monthly (or every 2 or 3 months) deliveries of your shaving essentials, ensuring – ensuring you never pop in for an ‘Everything Shower’ and risk the wrath of a blunt razor head or the end of your Cloud Shave Cream. Instead, Club Gigi is delivered straight to your door at a frequency that suits you.

The full Club Gigi Range is available online via www.clubgigi.com. All products are available separately, as well as in a variety of bundles.

Women’s Aid has welcomed the verdict of the murder trial of school teacher Ashling Murphy.

Earlier today, the jury at the Central Criminal Court in Dublin found Jozef Puska guilty of murdering 23-year-old Ashling in Tullamore, Co. Offaly last January.

After 18 days of evidence in court, the jury took around two hours to reach their unanimous verdict, which was then delivered at 2pm today.

33-year-old Josef had pleaded not guilty to Ashling’s murder. On January 12, 2022, the primary school teacher was attacked while she was out on an afternoon run. Six days later, Mr Puska was arrested on suspicion of her murder.

After the jury’s verdict was delivered, Mr Justice Hunt stated that he agreed with the decision and that he was "glad you didn't waste any more of your valuable time with Puska's nonsense".

“We have evil in this room,” the judge went on to argue, adding: "There will be a day of reckoning for Puska."

Mr Justice Hunt also praised Ashling’s family, who attended every single day of the trial, as he shared: "Their position is unenviable. How their child was taken away, to consider what happened here is enough to make you physically ill."

Following Mr Puska’s conviction, the charity Women’s Aid has “welcomed” the jury's verdict and praised them for their decision.

“When Puska senselessly took Ashling Murphy's life at 3.30pm in broad daylight while she was out on a run, it sent a shockwave through communities in Ireland,” the charity wrote.

"That this could happen tapped into a visceral feeling that so many girls and women are socialised to feel – that the risk of male violence is everywhere. That nowhere is safe,” they penned.

"Effective criminal justice sanctions are vital, and we truly hope this offers some measure of justice and closure to Ashling's family and friends,” Women’s Aid wrote, concluding that there should be “zero tolerance for domestic, sexual and gender-based violence – now and for our future generations."

Mr Puska will be served a life imprisonment, with his exact sentencing to be delivered at a later date.

While chatting with Vogue, the 40-year-old detailed how she thought that when she had a family, she wouldn't want to continue making music, but in fact, she does, and has a new album coming out shortly.

“I think that deep down inside, I believed that once I had a family, I would just lose the desire to make music. I would always tell people, ‘Watch, when I have a child I’m going to cook every meal for him and bake cookies every day’”.

“Maybe subconsciously I hoped my focus would just be on being a mother, and I looked forward to that idea. It felt like a relief. But what happens is that you find out you have to work”.

Nicki continued to speak about mum guilt. “Well, if I’m going to have mom guilt regardless, I might as well continue doing the only thing I know how to freaking do, which is make music”.

The Anaconda singer also explained that she suffered with anxiety after she gave birth to her son, but learned that she can’t control every aspect of her life.

“You want to have control over everything, but that’s the easiest way to be unhappy. So now, if I find myself trying to control it all, I try to remember what’s really important”.

“I look in my son’s face, and my whole soul lights up. He has no clue how nerve-racking it’s been for me to be a mother and an artist.”

After welcoming Papa Bear into the world, Minaj revealed that her marriage started to get rocky.

“I’m not going to lie, things got testy between us. Because of our history, I think we knew we’d get past it. But there’s no such thing as confidence in parenthood”.

“I kind of wish that someone had told me – although I’m sure I wouldn’t have been able to understand it – that there’s a level of anxiety, and you think it’s going to go away, but in fact it gets scarier. So often you think: I don’t know how to do this!”.

She also explained that there is still an ‘ease’ to her and Kenneth’s relationship. “Because I’ve known my husband for so long, there’s an ease we have with each other. We make each other laugh. We’re silly. And we’re always reminiscing about some old story”.
