Arabella Chi has spoken out for the first time about being attacked abroad.

The former Love Island bombshell was travelling home from Ibiza last Thursday with her father when they were targeted by a crime gang.

Speaking to The Sun, Arabella recalled the moment during her travels when she noticed her car’s back wheels had been slashed. It was only after her attack that Arabella realised that the gang had been “clever” in puncturing the tyres without herself or her dad noticing.

“We got out of the car and got our electric pump out when four men approached us. I thought they were being friendly, as they were telling us where a garage was, but now I know they were scoping out the car,” the 32-year-old explained.

“The second time we got out and tried again a man on a moped pulled up and started shouting at me. He was very intimidating and threatening so my dad told me to get back in the car,” she continued.

Arabella then went on to detail that when her father left her locked alone in the car to go and get help, two men managed to unlock the car and dragged the model out.

"He was shouting at me and saying he was going to take me to a garage to help me. I started screaming, ‘Get off me, get off me,’” Arabella stated.

“I was making such a racket that after a few seconds he just let go and walked off really calmly. I locked the doors again, not that that would have made any difference, and I rang my dad and was screaming and crying,” she added.

Arabella’s bag, which contained their passports and cash, was stolen in the attack. Understandably, the aftermath of the ordeal has taken its toll on her.

“I’ve been having nightmares about being dragged out of bed, just like I was from the car,” the reality star admitted.

“I thought those people were trying to help us but they were criminals who’d been watching us and waiting for us. It makes me sick thinking about what happened and how much worse it could have been,” Arabella concluded.

Chyna Mills and her fiancé Neil Jones have been opening up about the day their first child was born.

The former Love Island star and Strictly Come Dancing pro welcomed their first child together, a baby girl named Havana, at the start of October.

As they settle into parenthood, the pair have shared an insight into the day their daughter made her arrival into the world as they open up about her birth story.

Answering a Q&A on her Instagram Stories, Chyna was asked about her birth experience from one of her 68.4K followers.

While opening up about her labour, Mills explained, “We first went into hospital on Friday the 29th, which was my due date, just before midnight because we was having reduced movements”.

“So we went in and then they decided that they was going to induce me. The induction didn’t actually start until Saturday afternoon”.

“They gave me a pessary- I think that's what it’s called- and I had to wait 24 hours and that didn’t work. At that point, I felt she didn’t even want to come out to be honest”.

“Then they gave me- on the Sunday- I got the next thing that they give you. I think it’s like a hormone thing”, she continued as Neil chimed in to joke that he was busy ‘being a Deliveroo guy’ as he brought food to Chyna and didn’t know the name of the next step in his partner’s labour.

“So then they gave me that and my contractions started Sunday night”, Chyna added before Neil carried on with the story.

“So you technically went into labour on the Sunday night. You can’t remember much of it”, the Strictly dancer said before sharing that Chyna originally planned to have an unmedicated birth but then decided to have gas and air, before moving into painkillers and then morphine.

“You were in a lot of pain so that’s why you took it all”, Jones explained before adding that Chyna opted to have an epidural because she was ‘on the verge of blacking out’ due to the pain.

Adding that both of their midwives were ‘brilliant’ and the hospital they were at was ‘incredible’, they revealed that Chyna may have had to have an emergency C-section but didn’t in the end. After a six and a half hour labour and 15 minutes of pushing, little Havana was born.

On another Q&A, the former Love Island star was also asked how she and Neil are adapting to life as parents, to which she responded, “We have both been really enjoying it! Havana is such a good baby and I will say I do feel like we’ve both adapted really well”.

We finally have our first look at I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

Several days ago, the lineup for the upcoming series of the hit ITV reality show was unofficially announced.

Now, ahead of the start of I’m A Celebrity’s 23rd series on Sunday night, the producers behind the show have finally confirmed the rumoured cast!

Taking to social media last night, the I’m A Celebrity team chose to officially reveal the 10 campmates that will be entering the jungle this week.

Credit: Joel Anderson & Kieron McCarron / ITV

Two of the most controversial castings are politician Nigel Farage, who has been known in the past for his divisive comments, and Britney Spears’ younger sister Jamie Lynn Spears, who has recently been hitting headlines after Britney accused the Zoey 101 star of “capitalising” on her conservatorship.

Joining Nigel and Jamie Lynn in the remote Australian jungle will be JLS popstar Marvin Humes, former EastEnders actress Danielle Harold, This Morning host Josie Gibson, and podcaster and former Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson.

Rounding out the remaining lineup will be First Dates maître d' Fred Sirieix, YouTuber Nella Rose, Hollyoaks actor Nick Pickard and Masterchef food critic Grace Dent.

As this year’s stars were unveiled, co-hosts Ant and Dec penned on social media: “Here we go!!!”

Many fans have also been expressing their thoughts on the casting.

“Decent line up apart from politicians. You shouldn’t allow them on it,” one viewer argued.

“Can’t lie, this is actually a class lineup for the first time in years!!!” another praised.

As each series usually includes 12 celebrities, two more famous faces are set to be announced after the show launches on Sunday night.

While the final two names have yet to be officially confirmed, it is expected that former boxer Tony Bellew and jockey Frankie Dettori will be completing this year’s cast.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! returns this Sunday at 9pm on ITV1.

Michael Owen, dad to Love Island’s Gemma Owen, admitted he originally didn’t want his daughter to take part in the show.

Gemma appeared on the hit ITV dating show last summer and was crowned runner-up alongside Luca Bish.

Now, Gemma’s dad Michael, known for being a former professional football player, has revealed he ‘wasn’t keen’ on her heading into the villa while also opening up about their relationship.

While speaking with OK!, Michael explained, “I wasn’t that keen”, when his eldest daughter said she was thinking of joining the Love Island cast.

“But I knew as soon as she said, ‘You know what, I’m probably favouring doing it’, that she wouldn’t bring shame to me or the family, or anything like that, as she’s bombproof”.

“She was the youngest on there, but I thought she was the most mature out of all of them. She was always there to talk to other people, and I think she did really well”.

He added, “It’s not the easiest thing to go away from your family for such a long time and behave like she did”.

When sharing an insight into his and Gemma’s dad-daughter relationship, Owen admitted that the two can have long conversations together, but would never go to each other for fashion advice.

“The day-to-day chit chat, she’ll do with her mum, whereas I’ll just get asked my opinion once every blue moon, but when she does ask, we’ll have an in-depth conversation about it”.

“I’d love to say I give Gemma loads of fashion advice and I’d love you to print that, then I’d show her the article and say, ‘You see, I know what I’m talking about’, but absolutely no”.

“She would not want any advice from her 43-year-old father and she would never, ever ask for my opinion on anything she’s wearing, ever. I try to have my two pennies worth and say, ‘Oh, you look lovely’, but advice on what she wears is just not my gig”.

After Gemma’s season of Love Island was over, Michael penned a sweet tribute to her on social media to say, “What a special girl. So proud of you, @gemowen_1. Now get home as we’ve all missed you”.

Zara McDermott has been reflecting on her time on Strictly Come Dancing.

Two weeks ago, Zara and her professional dance partner Graziano Di Prima were the fifth pair to be eliminated from Strictly.

The former Made in Chelsea star decided to open up about her time on the show and revealed what her favourite dance from the competition was.

While chatting on her Instagram Stories, Zara answered some of her fans’ burning questions as she set up a Q&A for her 1.8M followers.

One of her fans asked, “If you could do any routine with Graziano again what would it be and why?”, to which Zara responded, “I absolutely love this question because to be honest, hand on my heart, I love every single routine that we ever did”.

“Even the ones where we were in the bottom because honestly, you have no idea how much of an incredible feeling it is when you complete the routine”.

“That’s why everyone’s always so happy because that feeling when you finish the routine on the night and you got it right and you didn’t make any major mistakes”.

The 26-year-old continued, “You got through it, and you did it and that feeling of the audience just cheering for you, it’s just incredible. That feeling of achievement is insane”.

“When Graz watches this story he’s gonna be like, ‘What the hell?’, because the answer to this question is the cha-cha we did on week one. Because I can’t explain to you that feeling of performing for the first time”.

McDermott added, “Obviously I’d never performed before- that moment. So that feeling of actually completing it and doing it was just insane”.

During her first week on Strictly Come Dancing, Zara scored 19 points from judges after dancing to Jennifer Paige’s song Crush.

After her performance, Zara took to Instagram to share an insight into her training and preparation for the big night.

Posting a video of how her first dance lessons started to her first time taking to the dance floor, she revealed, “Having never danced in front of anyone before in my entire life (no exaggeration!), walking into that studio a few weeks ago with less than zero dance experience and no confidence whatsoever, using a broomstick as a prop to help me… to doing what I did last night”.

“I am so proud of myself. I am proud of myself for doing my absolute best, for going out there even though I know I have so much work to do, and being the most nervous I’ve ever been in my life”.

Megan McKenna has revealed that she is currently in hospital with ‘complications’ from surgery.

The reality star and singer has not posted on her main Instagram page in over a week, and fans were beginning to express concerns about her.

Earlier today, Megan took to her Instagram stories earlier today to inform her 2.6M followers of her situation.

Although the 31-year-old did not share her specific diagnosis, she did post a heartbreaking snap of herself lying in a hospital bed, looking upset in a pink hospital gown.

Credit: Megan McKenna Instagram

“Hello, I know I told you all I was recovering last week, I had a small procedure in my belly last Monday which has led to some complications inside… it’s very painful & so uncomfortable to move,” Megan admitted.

“It got worse Thursday & was admitted to hospital Friday,” she explained.

The former Ex on the Beach star then went on to praise NHS staff for their care of her.

“All the nurses are so lovely. So I’m in good hands. Miss cooking my dinners & sharing with you all… Just need some good energy put out for me please so I can be better to put up my tree & cook cute winter dinners,” Megan hoped.

This is not the first time in recent months that Megan has had to receive medical attention. In September, the former star of The Only Way Is Essex received painful burns to her face and ear after she had hot gravy accidentally spilled on her.

“Honestly, you can’t even write it. It’s obviously caught the side of my face,” she detailed on Instagram after the accident.

"It looks so much better now, it’s in the healing process, so it’s a little bit rank. It’s on my nose. I’ve got a huge blister behind my ear. My ear feels like it’s hanging off,” she added.

Megan later praised her mum for her first aid with cold water, saying: “She knew what she was doing.”

For the 19th year in a row, Coca-Cola HBC’s Designated Driver campaign is back to reward those drivers who get loved ones home safely after a night out. With a 27% increase in deaths on our roads so far this year, planning your route home and potentially being the Designated Driver has never been more important.

To reward those unsung heroes of Christmas who gift their friends a lift, the Coca-Cola Designated Driver is back in over 284 participating venues across Ireland. Drivers can grab two soft drinks from the Coca-Cola range for free, by simply making themselves known to bar staff!

To help get the message out, radio presenter and influencer Miriam Mullins has joined the campaign. With 25% of fatalities on the roads in Ireland aged 24 – 30 between January – August 2023, Miriam hopes to drive the Designated Driver message home to young people across the island.

Speaking at the launch of the Coca-Cola Designated Driver campaign, Minister of State at the Department of Transport and at the Department of Environment, Climate and Communications, Jack Chambers, TD, said: "I’m delighted to launch the 19th Designated Driver campaign. After many years of making progress reducing road deaths and making our roads safer, we have seen a really concerning trend in recent years and 2023 has proven to be an incredibly tragic year on our roads. Unfortunately, 165 deaths have occurred on our roads already this year, an increase from 130 in the same period in 2022. We are doing everything we can to reduce road deaths and prevent further tragedies from devastating families, friends and communities. The Designated Driver campaign encourages safe behaviour, recognises that staying sober should be celebrated and rewards those that get their loved ones home safe.”

Speaking on behalf of Coca-Cola HBC Ireland and Northern Ireland, Davide Franzetti, General Manager said: “I am incredibly proud that we are marking 19 years of the Coca-Cola Designated Driver campaign of rewarding safe drivers and of partnering with our incredible customers in the hospitality industry who make this initiative possible. This is my first time seeing the initiative in action and I am looking forward to playing my part and being a Coca-Cola Designated Driver over the Christmas period. I want to thank our partners, the Minister, An Garda Síochána, the RSA, the hospitality industry and our ambassador Miriam for getting this important message to people across the island.”

Broadcaster, content creator, and Coca-Cola Ambassador Miriam Mullins said, “I am so excited to be celebrating the real Christmas heroes, our Designated Drivers alongside Coca-Cola. We all love celebrating with our friends over Christmas and there is no better way to finish a night out than getting that message to say a friend is home safe. I hope I can do a small part to get the message out to encourage everyone to be a Designated Driver with Coca-Cola this Christmas”.

Designated Driver is supported by the Department of Transport, the Road Safety Authority, An Garda Síochána, Drinkaware, Licenced Vintners Federation, Vintners Federation of Ireland, Irish Hotels Federation and Restaurants Association of Ireland in the Republic of Ireland.

Designated Driver will also run in Northern Ireland for the 15th year with social media star and disability activist, India Sasha acting as our ambassador. The initiative is supported by the PSNI, Northern Irelands’ Department of Infrastructure (Road to Zero), NI Hotel Federation and Hospitality Ulster in Northern Ireland.

Designated drivers can avail of the two free soft drinks from the Coca-Cola range by simply making themselves known to bar staff at participating venues. Drinks from the range include Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Fanta, Sprite, Deep RiverRock and Fruice.

Designated Drivers can download the Coca-Cola App to find out more about Coca-Cola’s participating venues.
